I had been getting food here all my life. They won't treat you right. They short out food. When they know you paid for it. Never have I seen an establishment so poorly run. But I believe there is only one factor. That keeps them from serving everyone the same.
Packed but families UNITED WE STAND 🙏 🙌 different raises coming together ❤️ 🙌 delicious food and friendly like 👍familia 👌 😋 recommend highly 🌟 🤩 ⭐️
Excellent all around, Seguin is lucky to have Taco Tejano!!
Best taco place in Seguin! Has always been my favorite since the early 90s! Thanks for letting me buy your amazing tortillas by the dozen(even though it’s not officially offered on the menu) when I leave to go back to California.
Incredible, generously sized breakfast tacos, great coffee, clean restaurant. The woman who waits tables and does the front register is incredibly kind, quick, thorough. I’ve been going here maybe once a month for close to a year and see her every time. I highly recommend this place and I’ll keep going back.
My little sisters and I came across this gem the other day. We were traveling to D&D and needed some breakfast tacos. Highly recommend the following combinations: bacon, egg, cheese and the chorizo, egg, and cheese! Chips and salsa were AMAZING too. Their coffee is SOOOO GOOD! All items were reasonably priced too. Only thing better than the food was the wonderful service. Taco Tejano is a great spot and I’m so glad we had the opportunity to stop by! Go try it for yourself! 😃
Always loved this place but moved away 5 years ago. Back in the area for a weekend and had to make a stop. Glad to see they've upgraded to a beautiful brand new bldg! And the line was as long as I always remembered. The food has not changed at all! It is so good and the tortillas big and fluffy! This place never disappoints!
I love it. I moved away about 9 years ago and have really missed getting the Worlds Best Tacos. Recently had a chance to go by, very impressive new building, same fantastic service and food. Friendly, fast, inexpensive, fantastic taste, in a local owned restaurant. Can you Please Open one in New Braunfels?
Good food but very slow
Stopped in for a quick bite and left impressed. The fresh lemonade alone is worth the visit—bright, tart, and not overly sweet. I tried the bean and chorizo tacos and the picadillo tacos, and both hit the mark. The chorizo had a solid kick without overpowering the beans, and the picadillo was well-seasoned with just the right texture. No frills, just good food. Service was fast, and the vibe is classic Seguin—unpretentious and local-loved. I’ll be back.
My sister and I tried some of their breakfast tacos. The crazy taco was very good but greasy. All the tacos were really good, big and filling.
Food is great it just sucks that you have to pay extra for "red" salsa that should be given when you order tacos or plates.
I did not have a good experience here. I ordered more than a dozen tacos and asked for a salsa per taco but was charged $.25 per taco and still did not get all the salsa amount that I paid. After I had paid, I saw an additional charge added on the receipt that the cashier did not mention and thought I would forget about it. The breakfast tacos are good, but you can find many other taquerias in town just as good, and that will treat you better as a customer and not "nickel and dime you" for everything.
Food changed both on quality and portion size about a year and a half to the point I quit coming. Broke my heart as our family was head over heels in love with the food previously in the older building. New cook or new supplier changed everything in all aspects for us. Adios my taco supplier for years, I must search new locations out to get my taco fix. 💔
The food was good, and the service was ok standards. Giving she was the only waitress in the restaurant. However, when we went to pay the check. The clerk had changed the menu prices on us. what would of been a $8.99 plate she up charged it to $11.99. When I preceded to ask why the price change on the plates she replied "the prices on the menu are wrong, and haven't been updated." If you eat there just be aware that she will over charge you on what the regular price is.
I always come here when visiting family but after today I don't think I will be returning. It's been a year since I came here but everything was just blan. Potatoes no seasoning the barbacoa taste like the heat and serve ones you get at the gas station and the pancakes were just sad and tiny. They used to be twice the size and way better tasting. What really got me was the price. We always get the same thing everytime we come, EVERYTIME. Our breakfast would always be around $45-$55 but oh no today when I took the ticket to pay, oddly the cashier had another ticket to ring our meal up and came out to $95. We were in a rush to leave so I didn't realize the total till I got to the gas station and got a notification of the charge to my card and saw that outrageous price. Yeah not coming here any more and advised my family there to stop going as well.
The place is clean and nice but only one waitress took a while to take our order and food was disgusting worse place to have lunch
I waited 10mins and Selena couldn't wait on us. Was to busy eating. A couple came in to order to go at counter and she took their order. I informed her i had been waiting and she didnt even bother to notice. She rolled her eyes said its just her. Ok so you pick and choose who you wait on. We have given this business so much time and business to be treated like crap I WILL NOT BE BACK THEY NEED TO REPLACE HER SHE IS WHY THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS ANYMORE
Watch them here, great food but will change prices to what the want to charge at the time. When they ask for a tip and you don’t give them one they just add it on anyway. My charge was $9.33 and this is the only receipt I received, not one to add the tip and sign. When I addressed it with the employee that charged it she said “oh no it’s fine”. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this here.
Food is okay and the restaurant is clean. Prices seem well adjusted for what you get at first glance. Fyi chips and salsa are 3.99 before noon And there is a gratuity on a table of 5 or more!? Didn't tell us that so we double tipped the server and thought we over paid. Later we did the math at the table and what she calling "tax" on the check was actually her built in %20 gratuity.
