Stopped by here a couple time. First time, got salted caramel cold brew and a hot coffee. They were missing the original caramel syrup but improvised with a diffret caramel sauce and my wife liked it. The other visit, we went for two seasonal baked goods and unfortunately one was sold out but they had the other. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of seating and nice atmosphere. Convenient location while travelling on I-10.
Visited the staff was warm and friendly, making the experience all the more pleasant since I’m not much of a morning person. Additionally, the restrooms were spotlessly clean, reflecting that they have improved their hygiene since a pervious review. To top it all off, my drink was served promptly without a long wait. Would highly recommend this location!
The coffee was eh, but good lord that had to have been the hottest barista I’ve ever seen, hell I think she may have been one of the hottest girls I’ve ever seen period!
Drive thru, fast service, order usually done before we get to the windows. Friendly staff.
Once we placed order, we still had to wait 8 min. And I had to ask for the other half of my order. The place looked alittle messy but understandable w/new workers. Noone said, hi or how can I help you. There wasn't a greeting at all. So 3 stars for me overall. But the order was made accurately.
I had a disappointing experience at this location. I clearly ordered a Caffè Mocha, and after waiting for quite a while, I realized something was wrong. The person who took my order had placed it as a Frappuccino without even informing me. I stood there waiting patiently, assuming my drink was being prepared. It wasn’t until a helpful female staff member stepped in that the issue was noticed. She kindly apologized and quickly made the correct drink for me. I appreciate her professionalism and effort to make things right but this is not the kind of service you’d expect from Starbucks. Miscommunication and lack of clarity from the initial barista caused unnecessary delay and frustration. Please ensure better attention to orders and customer communication moving forward.
"I just got off my lunch break, I don't know if the coffee is fresh or not." That is what I was told. The coffee machine's red light IS blinking. It is no longer heating. I asked if it was hot, so why not find out? I didn't ask your schedule. Most of the time, it is a great experience and a prime location.
Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The person who took our order was extremely rude. I clearly asked for a hot chocolate, but they gave me a white chocolate instead. When I politely pointed out that it wasn’t what we ordered, instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to fix it, the employee became upset and started insisting that I had ordered it that way. Eventually, who I assume was the manager asked for the drink to be remade, but unfortunately, it was made incorrectly again. At that point, it just felt like no one was really interested in resolving the issue properly. Overall, a very poor experience. I only stopped here as a quick pit stop on my way home, and I definitely won’t be returning.
Rha was very rude to me. I asked for cold foam on my drink at the bottom and the top of my drink and she called over the radio to the girl that was 3 feet away from her “I don’t know why she wants it like this but you need to put cold foam on bottom and on top” when I told her that I liked a lot of cold foam she said okay well you can tell the girl making your drink, and I said okay you want me to tell her she very rudely said yes and had me tell the barista how to do her job… very unprofessional and very rude. I work in hospitality an that is not how you treat people. I will be making a separate complaint to corporate as this is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this location. However, the sweet girl Myra, who was making my drinks was super nice and very professional.
Was here on 3/1/26 during the morning hours. I had my encounter with Aliyah. I was served but I do expect more from Starbucks. Her mediocre attitude didn’t sit well with me. She came across as unwelcoming, short and snarky. Hopefully this location improves.
I have never once felt like I needed to write a review about a starbucks of all things. But the girl working at the window today gave me probably the worst fast food experience of my life. Said she was going to drop my food because I was putting my card away in my wallet for two seconds while she held the food. Insane behavior. And they expect to get tipped?
Horrible customer service too preoccupied chatting with friends rather than dealing with customers... Oh I sensed a bit of discrimination I was not rude I was having a great day til I ordered here they didn't even call my order and saw me sitting there waiting. Their hair dye is horrendous by the way. 😅
Went through the drive through and ordered a venti Frappuccino. Got my coffee and tasted bitter so I got back in line and told them that my coffee tasted bitter and the young hispanic girl with big eyes and black hair (no name tag) literally bursted out laughing at me like I was lying and just stared at me. I handed her back the coffee and asked her to make me a new one. She was rude and there was no reason for her to laugh because they messed up my coffee. I hope her manager or supervisor has a serious talk to her about her customer service skills. I drive 40 mins one way and pay $7 for one coffee i shouldn't be laughed at because they messed up my order.
This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Starbucks…. The drive through line was fairly long so I figured my girlfriend and I could go inside and hang out while we waited for our drinks. What a mistake! After ordering our drinks, we waited literally 40 minutes for them to come out. What was most aggravating is that while everyone was standing inside waiting for their drinks the staff were focusing mainly on the drive through. I watched probably 20+ cars come through as we were waiting. I would have been well on my way already if I had just sat in the line. Well… I was about to ask for my money back and leave since we were now running late but right I was asking the order came up. When I got my order it was the wrong size. I got a tall when I ordered a venti. I really didn’t want to wait so I was just going to leave but they assured me it would be fast, which it was. Maybe 40 seconds or so. So then they hand my my Venti Caramel Macchiato….. or should I say, my Venti glass of milk…….. I was beyond aggravated, I ended up just dumping it out. I will never go back again and would never recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Everyone inside waiting were beyond aggravated as well and some even just left without getting their orders. Absolutely awful service and product quality.
