great small market for dairy, meat vegetables. Greatly enjoy the double dip sundaes and frozen yogurt cones.

Not only is this place delicious but it is fun as well. The staff is typically friendly here and the food is delicious. When you order make sure to get a combo meal and you can upgrade your drink to an ice-cream shake for free. Just keep in mind, that shake is going to be super delicious because they raise their own cows and use the milk in their ice cream.

Always enjoy their Big Breakfast when I have a busy day ahead. Ice Cream is some of the best in the country! They do not charge an arm and a leg for double dips.

Wonderful ice cream. Anytime I'm in a city with a Braum's, I have to stop for a milkshake. Prices are very reasonable and they offer a wide selection of flavors. The little grocery mart on the side is always a fun little bonus if you need to pick something up.

Visited this location on our way to Kansas. First time taking this route through Dallas and found this familiar favorite for a quick lunch. After years of traveling and choosing Braums this was the best service and quality meal we have had. Braums is always top notch but this is the first review we have given. Daytime crew 12:45 was friendly and burger cooked to perfection.👍

Wife is very happy that they serve froyo as she cannot have normal ice cream and not every place carries froyo. She gets the cone which comes in chocolate, vanilla, or swirl. I also appreciated the pumpkin ice cream option. It was good.

A very nice location. Often pretty busy, but the service is good. Good hot food, selection, as well as a market area that has ice creams to take home, fruits, meats, and mini dairy products. Excellent quality, milk here!

Mainly, we get breakfast when passing through Sherman. Used the drive through both mornings last week. Workers were polite on the order station. They got my order right both days. My breakfast was hot and enjoyable to eat. I had no issues with waiting, and the persons at the window were courteous.

Just a quick stop with my elder I'm taking care of to get our favorite ice cream with good conversation after our day enjoying Juvenile court. The one serving our ice cream was still in training, but phenomenal at serving us and sweet.

Went at a busy time so I'm not completely without fault here knowing what it's like in upfront customer service. Ordered 2 combo meals. They were quick and correct. The cheese had obviously just been plopped down with the intention of the 2 meat patties melting them. Not a big deal. I let it sit there to melt. (Was a tiny bit cool still at the corners) not a bad experience. :D employees were nice and patient, just busy with the bustle. Thank you for the food.

I have to praise Braum’s fro keeping prices low. Braum’s has a fantastic selection of ice cream. You can still take a family of four and leave without having to spend $10. I can’t give them 5 stars for the visit. This is because of the burgers. The burgers aren’t hot and the toppings don’t seem to be fresh. We love the crinkle fries though…Braum’s does everything else well. Some of the nicest people work here

Always a great experience at Braum’s. No ice‑cream treats this time—just a bag full of burgers and chicken for my boy, who treats Braum’s like a sacred food group. The place is consistently clean, and the staff is always friendly. As we were leaving, the assistant manager (I think) called out, “Thanks for stopping in,” which honestly caught me off guard in the best way. You don’t hear that much anymore, and it was a nice reminder of what good customer service sounds like. Just a heads‑up for anyone visiting this location: beware the dreaded road construction. It’s like a mini obstacle course before you get to the good stuff.

I would have given 5 stars, except that they were out of the strawberry poppyseed salad that I wanted. I settled for the regular chicken salad, that was fine, but not as good as the fresh fruit salad of the strawberry poppyseed salad. Service was good and I had an overall positive experience.

The service is horrible. We waited at the ice cream counter for 20 minutes. No one spoke to us until my husband asked them if this is where we were supposed to order ice cream. They finally acknowledged our presence and took our order. By the time they took our order, there were 10 other people in line.

Their ice cream is good and low price. I normally have a good experience until I recently discovered even though they are open until 10:45 they stop taking food orders @ 10:15 and their shake machine is no longer active. Very disappointed. I get it's hard but when I worked fast food we didnt close if customers were in line.

This location can be a bit hit or miss depending on when you go. Definitely not the best Braum's I've been too but not the worst. We also buy all of our milk here. And for those who are not aware: the ice cream they sell in the grocery section IS NOT the same as the ice cream they serve from behind the counter, and it's nowhere near as good. An employee at this location asked my wife why we don't buy the ice cream in the grocery section (not randomly out of nowhere, I'm just starting the story here) and when she told her we don't buy it because it's not as good as the ice cream behind the counter and we don't like it she continuously argued that it was the same and would not let it go. It was as if she was trying to convince her to buy some ice cream we didn't want! But to end on a positive note, they usually do pretty well. The food is usually hot and fresh and the order is usually correct. Decent food at a decent price. I just can't recommend the tubs of ice cream from the grocery section.

Morning employees in the kitchen area seem like they wished they were someplace.

I got meals for my husband, daughter, and I, and drove home. When I got home, I realized I had all the drinks but they didn't give me my daughter's food. I drove back up there, and at that time it had already been about 30 minutes. So, I asked them if they could rewarm my food or exchange it for fresh food. I was NOT rude in any way. They got the order right, but when I got home again and pulled out our food, we just had a ton of tiny chicken tenders pieces instead of actual chicken tenders. They were basically just popcorn chicken, and dry. Usually, I never have any issues here.

The service was great but I bought multiple things and didn't realize until I got home that they were over a week expired so I had to throw it away.

Saturday night, so expectations should be minimal. Looked like they had a long day with not enough staff. Tables were a mess, kitchen was a disaster, line was long, and it took about 10min for 1 order of fries.

Went in to pick up an ice cream and milk. Stood at counter while worker waited on 3 cars in drive through, at which time he said be with you in a minute. He then waited on another drive through order. This would not have bothered me as much if one of the other 7 people working had walked over to help him out. So no ice cream, went over to get milk. They had chocolate milk on sale, but, none in cooler. I ask do you have any chocolate milk, reply was I don't know. To which I replied never mind I'll just take my milk. To add insult to no ice cream he shorted me $2.00 and when I told he a manager had to be call to open the register. Related my experience to him, his reply was sorry so I reminded him he was one of the ones that had ignored the fact I had stood for 5 minutes without being waited on. Sorry for the long post but I am still a little upset.

Usually customer service Is great but the tables are always dirty no matter what time of the day you come. I always order fresh fries they never listen and then get an attitude when they call your number and then you request fresh fries again.... Even the French fry box says made hot and fresh, they should at least stand by that.

Ice cream was great, better than many other ice cream shops I have been to. But, I waited over 30 minutes in line to get my order and watched the employees repeatedly ignore customers and mess up their orders as well. I was embarassed for them watching this scene unfold. Better management would have avoided this situation.

Haven’t had my ice cream multiple times when gone there despite procedure being to set out a replacement to thaw 30 minutes ahead of time. Refused to let me buy some from the grocery to use. Very rude. Very unaccommodating. Never once offered an apology. Drove to Denison and it was worth it 100%.

Drive thru the cashier pleasant. Pick up, received half order. Had to remind them of the rest of the order. I could see 5 people at pick-up, 2 managers chatting as workers had to squeeze around them. I won't visit this one for awhile.

Waited an hour for a large fresh fries only to be given cold fries. I told the young lady they were cold & she didn't like that. She redropped them to get them hot. She tossed them on the counter & walked away looking over her shoulder at me so I couldn't say anything else. They were hot now but so hard that I couldn't even eat them. I threw them away. This is poor customer service that I'm definitely not happy about. Teach and get them kids correct customer service lessons.

Went through the drive-thru to try out this place, since we are from another state. Girl in the drive-thru couldn't answer our questions about what to recommend flavor-wise. We asked for a list of some unique flavors instead, and she said there was too many to list. We told her to pick a few, and she said it was still too many. We gave up, and went inside instead. Once inside, it was so dirty and flies were crawling all over the ice cream display cases. We didn't want to miss trying out a new place, so we just ordered two items and left. The one serving us seemed nice, but he didn't know what he was doing. It looked like he was new, and no one bothered to train him, since I had to guide him to what we wanted.

Service is really slow. I know it’s difficult scooping ice cream. Not sure who runs this shift but I can only assume it’s laziness or lack of training on managers to clean as they go. If the kitchen is this dirty I can’t imagine what the rest of the areas look like.

The place is FULL of flies! That goes to show that they don't clean that well. This place is absolutely filthy! I watched the supposed shift leader take my money with his bare hands, and then make my food with the same UNWASHED hands! I'm never coming here again!

There was only one customer in front of us and we still had to wait quite a while. The assistant manager has to come get change and does this while still wearing the gloves then goes right back to serving food. We went to find a table and there was NOT EVEN ONE that was clean. We were there from 440-505 and during that time not one person came to wipe the tables or clean the dining room. There was also a lot of flies!

During peak hours, you wait up to 40 minutes to get your order. I don't know who is doing the scheduling, the manager says he's not responsible for it, what a lame duck excuse, and blames it on a higher authority, but this store is totally understaffed during peak hours. Avoid them at all times during busier/peak times. I will never return to this place soon. This is definitely not a compliment to their brand.

Being shorthanded is a definite problem, but with all due understanding, being a bunch of rude teenagers is a managerial mistake. Customer service is still a thing for some of us and regardless of my enjoyment of the products, I will not pay to be ignored or disrespected.

Came in @ 1035. 5 min late for breakfast. Dusty was not the most pleasant person. Didn't give our cups for drinks. When order came up, we asked about cups, the employee snapped saying she could not see what we ordered. Food was cold and the drink station was extremely dirty.

Absolutely worst experience. All of the employees had HORRIBLE attitudes for absolutely no reason. They were to busy messing around with each other to take care of the customers and when they finally did help customers we were waiting for over 15 minutes for one burger. We ordered ice cream when the line was completely empty yet they made other peoples orders that came in after us and we had to wait 10 of those 15 minutes for the last ice cream. Sid was only employee there who was kind and actually working

My guest experience at this location for take out (order inside ) took 33.18 minutes. When I got my order no apologies were made or concessions.I am writing this review for your staff to improve on their customer service. I will return to this location again.

I take into consideration every aspect of going through a drive through! I also give honest reviews to companies who deserve them! My experience at the Sherman Braums this evening was less than unsatisfactory! The little red head at the window with the glasses was beyond rude and has no business dealing with the public at a drive through window! She passed us our hot fudge sundae with the lid not attached as it fell from her hands into my husbands and fell all over our vehicle she stood there glaring at us! Didn’t utter a word! Not an I’m sorry, do you need some napkins, we can remake that nothing! Shut the window and walked away! Whomever the owner is, I hope you see this and I hope you reevaluate your employees and where you place them! This is not the first time we’ve dealt with her in this fashion! Don’t bother reaching out! That will be the last time we frequent this business in Sherman!

The worst place Ive been in a long time. I ordered a double jalp. cheeseburger and a chicken strip meal. I ordered at 12:07 and didnt get my food til 12:45, and it was wrong! Not only was it wrong the fries were cold and soggy. The drink staion was NASTY and not stocked. I will NOT be returing here.

Terrible service, I bought 2 salads and they didn't give me the complete order, and they couldn't even include one serving of cutlery. What am I supposed to eat my salad with? They are very boring, and they look ugly on you.

The Market was great and the ice cream was good. However the food, not good. My double jalapeño pepperjack burger was cool, when I asked the gentleman for extra mayonnaise, he said "there's mayonnaise on the burger". The order wasn't correct either but that was taken care of. I'll purchase Milk and produce from here, but will never eat here again.

Food is always great no matter what. The service is where it lacks. The assistant manager or night shift manager, female, glasses, has a tattoo behind one of her ears. She’s the one that needs to be either retrained or needs someone to see how she does. Her attitude was horrible, our food never came out, so we asked for a refund instead and she through a fit saying “so do you want a refund instead 😡” (throwing her hands everywhere with a sour face)

We went to the Brahms in Sherman Sunday at 8:30 pm We waited 20 minutes before we were waited on We orderd a single candy sundae Got a double and had to pay for a double Got a banana split I was asked if I wanted a single or a double banana split I told her the banana split has three scoops then She made me three scoops of vanilla with a banana in it. I had to tell her what to put on on it. We waited in line for 15 minutes before anyone will check us out Horrible experience I’m aware that young kids don’t work like we did but they were not properly trained

Very disappointed in Braums tonight. Showed up 30 minutes before close and the inside was outrageously packed as it is July 4th weekend. Didn’t mind waiting for service waited 15 minutes inside, the line didn’t budge decided to go through the drive thru. Wait 13 minutes in drive thru after seeing numerous cars being served. 2 minutes before closing an employee come up to the car explaining how their “system” automatically shuts off at close time which I’ve never heard /worked somewhere where it shuts off automatically. Very sad since Braums is my FAVORITE fast food chain and living 25 + minutes from one….. Felt like lazy service due to outstanding wait times and not even being served.

Every time I order a pint of cookie dough they give me regular chocolate chip instead. If y’all had run out you should have asked if I wanted that kind and I would’ve said NO!!!! The servers need to listen carefully to the people who is giving their orders, so they don’t get frustrated with the food. Three meat burritos should not have any tomato or onion or jalapeño. It’s a three meat eggs and mustard. If the cook doesn’t know how to do it, they should ask the customer.

I don't know why I even think I can get an order right. I like a banana split but I like it chocolate-vanilla-chocolat marshmallow-chocolate-marshmellow. I confirm in on the screen and pull up and there is vanilla-choclate-vanilla and then there is BARELY any marshmallow. It really isn't a hard order. My wife made me go in and buy more marshmallow.
