Always fast pizza. Grab and go if you are in a hurry or preorder, pay stop in and pick up your pies from the kiosk. The pizzas have gotten better the last couple of years. Everything is quick and easy.

Food is pretty good at this location. Although one of the better locations I have been to, sometimes they are out of supplies. Service is slow, they seem understaffed. The machine was down a few times and I still had to wait in line to get my food that I should have been able to walk in and out fast. Always a good meal, excellent for quality and price.

Food was as good as you would expect from little Caesars. Went in to pick up a pizza when it was super busy. Poor girl at the counter seemed new but was very nice. The manager on duty (another younger girl) seemed very flustered and frustrated due to high customer volume. They were out of hot n ready pizza. I asked if any were in the oven and the girl at the counter tried to ask the manager who was working the end of the oven pulling pizza. The yelled response was "they just have to wait". So I ended up putting in my order for a three meat and waiting since I suspected I'd be waiting either way. Not two minutes after my order they were filling the hot boxes with the same pizza I just asked about. I don't recommend this location unless you order ahead of time. Even then you wind up waiting. Also it seems every time I go to this location there's always new people working.

most of the staff are rude and will ignore you then give you snarky remarks! one specifically (the short plumpy one with glasses) is always rude to me and just now looked at me with disgust and was very rude to me.

I will never buy pizza from here ever again it made me and all my family sick to my stomach was throwing up orange and black olives 🤢 sick makes me wonder if they even use gloves if not do they wash there hands ...shut them down already sheesh!!!

12/31/2025 Attempt number 2! Went to buy HOT N READY at 5:20 pm and was told 15 minute wait so we went to the car ordered Dominos and it was ready when we got there! The pizza was great too! 12/28/2025 Well i cant comment on food since i didnt get to order! I tried ordering online because the coupon is online only but it doesnt have a pay at store option and i dont have card so i called the store to ask and got lil caesars please hold and put me on hold and left me there! When i googled to leave this review it said live status LESS busy than usual!

bought a stuffed pretzel crust pizza waited 15 to 20 minutes got it and supposed to be pepperoni with cheese sauce stuffed crust half of the pizzas missing pepperoni middle of the pizza is really thin and looks like shit

Rudest most unhappy employees I've ever had the misfortune of giving my business. They're lucky they're cheap, otherwise nobody would or should go look at they're frowning faces. I wish I could say it was an isolated incident, but no. Every visit for the whole decade I've lived in Texoma, this was just the last straw. Not that denison is much better, and not that my measeley dollar makes a difference, but every penny of my cheap pizza money will be spent in Denison from now on. I recommend that anyone who reads this does the same, and any good reviews left for this particular location are a lie. 10 years of the most unhappy employees I've ever seen.

Jamie, the wrong complete order I live 35 minutes away and have two kids and car seats and they expected me to turn around and come give them the pizzas back and get a new order instead of them. This issuing me a refund so now I’m having to go to McDonald’s where I live Get my kids something to eat because they gave me some pizzas that belong to somebody else that we don’t eat, we don’t eat mushroom and onions so I would like for the manager to reach out to me because they wouldn’t resolve my issue. They wanted me to turn around , and bring these pizzas are they gonna Pay for the gas for that

They had no hot and ready pizzas available. I waited about 30 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza. But a lady came in 15 minutes after me order 4 pizzas and got hers before me. You need more people working only had 3 people one for each station. The owner needs to do better, and get more people to work. The 3 people were doing there best, so it's not there fault.

Ordered on the app for pickup at this location. Arrived a few minutes before the estimated time my order was supposed to be complete and loaded into the pizza portal. Sat in chair (due to having a disability) right in front of pizza portal waiting for my id to come up on screen, which never happened. After about 15 min an employee finally asked if I was waiting for an order, when I was finally given my pizza it was barely above room temp. Employees seemed very flippant about this. A definite lack of customer service skills at this location, I've contacted corporate about this. Definitely stay clear of this location.

Made a $60 door dash order tonight and called after we got our order wrong. The girl we spoke with answered the phone and said can you please speak in a hurry we’re really busy.... after pausing I said yes You messed up an order of mine. They again stated they were busy then said can you please call back in 40 minutes? I said no May I speak to a manager, and seriously got hung up on. We ordered two crazy bread, Buffalo wings and 6 pizzas. Next time we’ll take our business elsewhere!
