Been to Subway many times around the country and to this one. Usually it's as expected. 5 stars tonight. 6/17/22 @ 9:30pm (so the manager knows who I'm talking about) This guy is the most efficient Subway employee I've ever seen. He got my full order while my bread was toasting, then made my sandwich while I got my drink. Got my cookie while I paid. Super fast experience without missing anything or feeling any effort from him. This is what you would call a "sandwich artist"

Very professional and speedy service! I make the drive from Denison just for the Subway on Texoma parkway. The staff are very nice and the store is one of the nicest ones around! The manager is totally awesome! She will make sure that you get a good meal and the great service that you deserve! Great job to the staff at this store!!!

We walked into this Subway 10 mins before closing and placed an order w the young man. We had been in the hospital all day and needed food for our daughter who had just had a baby late into the evening. Long story short, the young man was very nice and accommodating w a sincere Congrats as we apologized for coming in at closing. We will be back! This was on Sept. 9, 2022 and I wish I could remember the young man's name. He deserves a raise and pat on the back!

Wife and I decided on subway, we were both feeling a bit blah and tired. However the guy with long braids had us laughing the whole time he was making our sandwiches. Y'all need to keep that youngster. The crew tonight definitely works well together. We'll return for sure.

I placed a order online in store and 2 minutes later it was ready that's the fastest service I have ever gotten at any subway if I could give a million stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 i would

The lady that served me today was very efficient, extremely kind and did a great job overall! She made my day with her positive attitude and how bubbly she was. I didn't get her name but she had beautiful light pink hair.

Day or night the staff here are so sweet. They give us what we want and are fast at it. Love this subway.

We frequent this location, but today in particular I want to commend the employees that were working. They were understaffed and overstressed but they still kept their cool even with dealing with unwanted characters that were outside, computers that were crashing, and a neverending string of customers. I only wish I could have got their names, but I didnt want to slow down anything. Im sure they dont hear it enough, but they are appreciated!

Kevin the manager is the man !!! Very sweet & cares if you have a small issue. There was miscommunication as far as "cheese" from me placing order thru app. I returned he fixed with a smile. All the staff here he was managing were so well mannered as well. Fresh bread love this location ! Keep up the good work

The new guy that was getting trained on 06/16/2024 was very nice and helpful! I heard the short lady training him kind of get an attitude with him and that wasn’t cool, other than that, if the new man stays I could see him being a manager in the near future, he’s definitely manager material. If the short lady training him is a manager, she should be demoted.

Keshia was an amazing and excellent staff member. Helped us find exactly what we didn’t know we needed and got us out with some hot and fresh food. Sherman subway has you covered at 1 Am.

This place is totally awesome. It has wonderful food great workers and management. Not to mention this place is open 24 hours so great food Love & Sandwiches special child The BLT if you like bacon look it up and put the bacon on it so I recommend this restaurant

Personable atmosphere. And clean. The newest girl that made my sandwiches was awesome. 1 week into the job and she made more presentable food with a confidence that was very good. Watching her do all the little things to make a sandwich a Subway sandwich is eye opening. Especially since the other employees serum to avoid all the little details that make their food some of the best.

Online order was ready when my husband arrived. Lettuce was missing from daughter's salad but was quickly fixed. Salads were shaken so harder to make sure all ingredients were in the bowl without dissecting the salads. All in all a better experience than the last Subway we tried.

Typically a good location, my last few times coming have been good. The young guy with the long braids is hilarious. Almost forget what your ordering you're laughing so hard.

Love Subway I just wish the stores in Texas mainly Sherman get the Hero bread!! I'm on a low carb diet and I miss eating a sub from there. Yes I know they have other options but a sub is a sub lol

The employees were great. I'd like to know why I, a poor person during an economic crisis and pandemic, am being expected to pay their wages? Why is the credit card machine now asking me how much I want to tip? This is not a full-servixe restaurant, prices have gone up, Subway is making more, working there is now more dangerous. And instead of paying their employees a livable wage, they want customers to make up for it by tipping fast food workers. No. Nope. Pay your employees a living wage. U til then I'll eat at home

Does Sam want shoes were made wrong? Very salty the first one the second one didn't have about the meatballs on it and when I return to the store they complain because I didn't bring both sandwiches back even though I had a picture of the meatball showing the lack of meatballs. The girls in the counter were very nice but they were doing what they were told. It's management ownership responsibility.

I used the app to order my sandwiches so I could get the special price of $5/ea. I entered special instructions for my order for each sandwich. When I went to pick up my order, it was ready but none of the special instructions were done. Our family likes to eat half of the sandwich for lunch and the remaining half, usually, for dinner. So I requested all sandwich halves to be wrapped separately. I also like my sandwich ingredients in a particular order (that's why I like to be present when my sandwich is usually made). Neither request was done. When I mentioned this to the cashier, she mentioned it to a male employee (I'm assuming he's the one who made the order). After she spoke to him, he only rolled his eyes, which made me feel not-so- important. She mentioned they could remake the order and fulfill the requests. I told her I'm not waiting. Didn't have time to wait, that's why I ordered ahead of time. Took my order and left. But wondered "what's the use of having special instructions if they're not going to pay attention to them anyway." Why even have that option on the ordering app? Bread was fresh, sandwiches tasted good, but service is definitely lacking. Wish they used finely ground black pepper instead of crushed peppercorns.

Highly dissapointed in the service, it took 30 minites just to get through the line. The young lady acted annoyed that she had to do anything. Never said a word and walked around lazily. The other two ladies worked circles around her.

No longer a late night stop for me. Staff did not care, and questionably has no clue how to make a sandwich. Paid for a sandwich either way and got the food, but the actual end result of the visit was a kind of pathetic sandwich attempt and three employees who just didn’t care.

Customer service here is a no go 👎🏻 Wasn’t even acknowledged of being there until after standing in front of the workers for 8-10 minutes. I had to mention to a worker I needed my food, so I could get helped. UPDATE- they didn’t make the food correctly either

Decent service, very standard/clean subway look. My only beef is that they automatically charge you a 20% tip. Only noticed it on the receipt. Shady and unnecessary and will not be coming back because of it.

My husbands sandwich was perfect mine not so much. We eat at subway twice a week and I always order my sandwich in a microwave I do not like my bread toasted. Lady seemed displeasured in my request went to the back to heat the sandwich and complain to coworkers while I’m listening to everything. But when she came back with the sandwich, the cheese wasn’t even melted. Shot out Diane good job

This place is not what it used to be. There is much better options in sherman. Don't waist your money on this place. I have placed orders here and they have taken my money several times and not given me my food. The service has gone way down hill. They don't care about their customers only their bottom line. I will not spend another dollar at this restaurant. No more with my family going hungry anymore because they want to claim they didn't get an order but they take the money and won't make the food but will call the cops to have you arrested.

Went to subway plan to order 2 sandwich to go and decide to my food there so I would have a total of 3 meals but than I realized there sign no bills over 20.00 and I knew 3 meals would had being more than 20.00 I ask them so I can't with a hundred she said no one can that's their policy but you can use your bank card

Ordered a sandwich for pick up during my overnight shift. Got here and no one ever came to the counter. There was something going off that kept saying “you have a remote order” so I’m assuming my sandwich wasn’t even made. No lunch for me I suppose.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered in the app and gave instructions. When I got home my order was incorrect. I called the store and was told to come back in. The person hung up on me when the manager said the same thing. They didn’t toast my flat bread, the cheese wasn’t melted. My daughter’s sandwich was suppressed to be salami only and they put only ham. The employees were rude.

Staff was pretty rude, couldn’t get a smile or any politeness at all, and no one wants to eat a sandwich with a fist full of pickles in one spot and 7 pounds of mayo. The cashier was nice but the Sandwich makers need to be retrained on their sandwich making and customer service.

Went to this location to pick up a DoorDash order for a customer. I was never greeted or addressed. Instead the employees cashed a customer out and continued to ignore me. The customers order was not ready and I was not even sure they were even making the order. I waited over 15 minutes before I left and had to cancel the delivery. In the future I will more than likely decline any orders I receive from that location.

Went for their buy one get one free deal after midnight with my brother. Lady behind the counter asked if we were wanting the deal and we said yes. While we placed our order she deliberately didn't tell us that one of our sandwiches wasn't available for the deal. Instead she waited til the very last moment to let us know and had us pay full price for both sandwiches. She also didn't offer us our free sandwich which we didn't realize until after we left. I feel like I was tricked and won't be returning again.

I ordered a chicken and BACON sandwich also paid EXTRA for guac & neither was on my sandwich. I ordered through door dash because my son was sleeping & I called to explain what & happened I was offered no solution besides to come in right away & get it re made. If I could I would’ve but there’s a reason I ordered delivery. I asked to come another day & was given no option. Very poor customer service

I'm not the biggest Subway fan anyway. The sandwiches are sub par and over priced for what they are. This place in particular though, has the most awful customer service. They don't care if you eat there or not. They can't be bothered with, well, anything. I'm sorry, but when McAlester's, Schlotsky"s, and Firehouse aren't too far away and around the same price, they should really straighten up their act. Their food isn't near as good as the other's and their hospitality is even worse than their food. They have really gone downhill.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki salad with pickles and instead had jalapeños in my salad. Tried calling the store and there is no phone number listed. Thanks to the screw up in my order was not able to inform the store manager of the situation and enjoy my lunch break. It's not only a reflection of her listening skills but as an employee. Mistake or not it should not have happened. Would not eat there due to the inability to use active listening skills.

Honestly I feel they don't even deserve one star! several months ago we had an incident where an employee arguing with me over something and got very aggressive, and the manager told us to come back for a free meal, we have the e-mail from the manager. we came back to get the free meal and they won't give us the free meal I'm tired of this establishment, I will never eat here again! 👎

Evidently Subway has decided to do away with cheddar cheese & with roast beef. This means no more Club sandwiches! That is all I have ever eaten since Subway's inception! They finally lost me as a customer. There was another lady there who wanted a roast beef & cheddar sandwich, she walked out as well.

i was at 2114 Texoma Pkwy Suite 200, Sherman, TX 75090 its 24 hour store. i was going to order a sub there but every time i see someone that works there on drugs or see some one that works there sleeping and really sick im sorry but if this is going to be a thing at sub way im not going there any more and this only happen at 1am to 7am

I ordered 5 FL to go on my App & 4 of them were made completely wrong! Didn't discover the issued until we got home with them & I was about 20-25 minutes from the store, so it wasn't feasible to go all the way back. I contacted Corporate to tell them the problem and the response I got back was "We strictly train our employees. Sorry it happened." I asked for a credit & no response. The employees at this store were polite, they just need to read the order!

This place is absolutely terrible. Sandwiches always suck and missing items from the sandwich. Workers are incompetent and don’t pay attention when you order online. FYI: if you order online make sure you pull everything out of your bag and make sure it’s all there. Will not be going to this location anymore. There were 6-7 people working and no customers inside so you figured someone could bag an order correctly.

Not only did we wait in the same position for nearly 30 minutes, we also were stared at instead of being asked what type of sandwich we wanted. Stared at. The failure of a service stared at me with an rbf face and refused to talk to NUMEROUS other customers. The amount of disrespect and care I felt within that store was unbelievable. I am just happy I wasted a gift card and not my own money there because if I was spending my own money I would have walked out long before then. My bread crumbled into bread crumbs it was so over toasted. It took all the moisture out of my mouth. It was like the bread was stale it was so hard to chew in the places where it wasn’t over cooked. Servers were slow. I have had far faster service in other branches where business was significantly faster.

Put lettuce, onions all over my MEATBALL SUB that never comes with that on it. Took me 15-20 mins to get my order after I ordered it ahead of time in the app. Sandwich was supposed to be toasted and wasn’t even warm! 2nd time my experience has been bad. Probably not going back

I walked in and ordered a wrap that had avocado, bacon, turkey, and other vegetables on it. I ordered it without avocado and I was told I would be charged two dollars and some change for the bacon because I’m taking off the avocado once the other employee talked to the employee that said it, the lady began to say I’ll make it like that if it’s cheaper that way her tone of voice was very inappropriate. Let’s just say I decided not to spend my money there and will not return there for any further business because customer services is important and you never know what someone is going through. Making people seem like you don’t want to make their food will have them going other places that does not mind serving them.
