I stopped by this Popeyes today to take advantage of my T-Mobile Tuesday deal on their wings. I applied the coupon to my account so I placed my order on their app. I got 6 bone in wings with the signature hot seasoning and did the same for my other 6 orders of wings. The key to using the coupon is that you have to add your 1st time to the court first and then add the coupon code afterwards for it to work properly. I put in my order right when they open, I had to wait 1 minutes extra for the app to detect it properly and my order was placed. I found the store alright and there not a lot of parking spots here but since I was there first customer, it wasn't a problem. I walked inside and showed the cashier my online order email. She handed me my food and asked if I needed any extra sauces. The wings were good and I especially like the signature hot seasoning.
This location is fast and friendly. I will only visit this location if I can. The food is great, it is not usually too busy that that you have to wait forever and there is limited seating, so you are not stuck waiting to sit. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, polite and very professional. They repeat your order back to you each time and the people in the back making the food do not waste their time.
Popeyes is a Louisiana style, fast style Chicken establishment. It serves chicken and sides with a more unique cajun southern fare. The food is tasty and crisp. The service is fast, and they are very accommodating to your needs. The establishment is on the middle of Simi, which is often times considered a more older neck of the woods. So the neighborhood has a somewhat rougher edge to it, but with that being said it's still a decent spot. It's especially a good place to go to when you wish to purchase a turkey during Thanksgiving, Popeyes has one of the best pre-made, frozen turkeys around, barnone.
We went to the Simi Valley Popeye's and ordered the Bigger Box which is supposed to include 2 pies. They wouldn't give us the pies. They said they weren't doing the pies. So I asked for a discount and they laughed. I won't be returning there.
Absolutely wonderful staff, great food, fast service. Best Popeyes I’ve been to. I go in smiling and come out smiling with great food😂🤗

Best fried chicken sandwich hands down. Amazing chicken in general. Make sure to get the seasoned fries.

Apples to apples, this is my favorite Popeyes. The service is fast, there’s always seating, and the food comes out hot and fresh. The staff is nice and they keep the restaurant and its bathroom clean. The only downside is that there is no drive thru; however, I have a feeling that is why the in-door service is so efficient. I feel really lucky to have this location so close to where I work.
The food is always good. We go to this stablishment frequently, but this last time the cashier saw me and my husband struggling to move around because of a foot fracture and she was kind enough to being the food outside to us. That was truly appreciate it!! I didn't get her name.

Apples to apples, this is my favorite Popeyes. The service is fast, there’s always seating, and the food comes out hot and fresh. I had asked her as gentley as I could to please use the hand sanitizer pump beside her, and to cough into her shoulder. The young lady being sick and tired must have seen it as an offense because she immediately switched places with someone. I told her it's gross to cough into one's hand then touch another's food. One other employee agreed and she then served another customer who she complained about me to. Even giving the customer a fist bump. While still not using a hand sanitizer in protest to my request. I don't wish for her to get fired, just educated in proper hygiene in restaurants.

Used the coupon to get the 2 for 15 deal chicken sandwiches, drink,and a side. I added cheese and bacon, charged me $1.50 extra. I just got home and realized that there is no cheese or bacon on my sandwich. I called the location and they want me to go down there. So they can throw away this chicken Sandwich and make a whole new chicken Sandwich. Just to add bacon and cheese, that is a complete waste of food. This is my third time ordering from this place. The first 2 times the food was so salty, i threw it all away. Have not been there ever since. And I don't think I'm gonna be returning.

At least the employee was helpful, she wasn't behind the counter but dropped what she was doing, came over and took my order, she was friendly and conversational, and I didn't have to deal with the computer screen which I hate. There seems to be an attempt at theming, but the old glass jars of ingredients by the door made it look more like a voodoo lounge.

Went here for the first time ever, to try out their much hyped fish sandwich. They didn't make the sandwich like they were supposed to, no greens, fish was overcooked and hard. I’m not one to complain but husband got home with dinner and once opening the box of surfandturf I was very disappointed and unable to eat most of it because it was hard and unchewable and made a pile of it on the side and ate what I could ,which is upsetting …

It's very disappointing that on a Sunday night of all nights to make sure that you are stalked they're saying that they're out of red beans and rice and that they have been all day. The supplier should make sure there's enough red beans and rice especially for the weekend. I am now going to go to Moorpark and buy my whole family of 7 a meal since they don't have red beans and rice which is our family's favorite at the one in Simi Valley. Or are they so call saying we don't have any more on the weekend. I know maybe they're lazy, or maybe they're not supplied properly over the weekend. It's's just very strange to me that on a weekend they have no red beans and rice and they've been out of it all day so they claim so did they run out yesterday and didn't care to replenish! I never write reviews it just felt weird to me like I said I'm going to Moorpark then with the drive to have what we want to buy! Just so you know I'm writing everything down correctly as it's supposed to be spelled I don't know why this post is not taking it down the terminology correctly
I think the people in this restaurant probably own this franchise and Popeye should have their franchise boat. I’ve been in here several times and they are so rude. The food is disgusting. I gave him a second try, but it was no better and the woman at the counter glared at us with her arms folded and said what do you want I mean, who says that to somebody I believe she’s the owner or the daughter of the owner my chicken strips were like turkey jerky with crunch. The chicken was old and dry not gonna give him another try at this Popeyes. This is the only one I’ve had trouble with.
I just read on my Facebook that somebody ordered an online order at this Popeyes on Eringer. When they got home, their food was wrong so they took it back and the employee put their food back in the warming bin for other customers. OK that that’s gross. I won’t be visiting this Popeyes anytime soon.
So went to get the family dinner. Started off with there's an employee behind the counter on her phone, but of course she can't take my order. Only can order on the computer of self service which I hate! Order 3 meals guess it my fault fo checking but when we got got not one of them was even close to what we order and they for got 2 fries no biscuit with h condo 2 piece and no beans and rice. Didn't even want to back threw it all away and went to sit down restaurant. Never again. Oh the fact the lady behind the counter said we accept tips after I had to order on the computer. Tickled me pink
