The place was clean and the staff was nice. We always went to Moe's on the west coast because their queso was so good. Still the same queso here so we were very happy with our experience. Burrito and quesadilla were also enjoyable.

Moe' Southwest Grill is a chain from back east that is starting to open outlets in California. You can get the same items as a bowl, a burrito, nachos, quesedilla or tacos. They basically build your items based on the items you request. We always get the bowl. It starts with a choice of 2 rices (seasoned or white), choice of beans (black or pinto), choice of meat (beef or chicken), sauted peppers with onions, grilled kernel corn, lettuce, Pico de gallo, cheese, jalapeños (fresh chopped or pickled), fresh chopped onion, cilantro, and topped with your choice of a variety of sauces. You can add guacamole for an extra charge. It is really a large portion, we can't always finish it. It is served with a large portion of chips and salsa. The price is great for a meal like this. Drinks are reasonable and self serve. Their location is a little weird. It is on the corner in a strip mall, but you have to enter off Vineyard, park in the back and climb up steps to a raised area in the mall. There is indoor seating which is very well lit, clean and inviting. The employees are always pleasant and welcoming.

Employees welcome and invite you back when you leave.clean resturant and bathroom. Free chips and salsa. Children eat free on Sunday. Wednesday evenings have lower prices on bowls. Their cheeses dip is delicious.I look forward to moes opening one closer to me. I highly recommend zMoes.

They maintained their customer-service oriented demeanor all the way until closing. It was so busy that they ran out of food and had to close a bit early. Excellent attitudes with a smile!

I love that they have the option of tofu. Choosing tofu with black beans, guacamole and brown rice for your burrito, bowl, or tacos makes a delicious, nutritious and healthy vegetarian or vegan meal. The service is very friendly and fast.

First time here and will definitely be back, Food was fresh and the older gentleman helping us was very friendly ! even let us try some of the proteins and sauces before adding it onto our meal! Prickly pear drink was delicious, liking this spot better than chipotle

As an East coaster I have been just WAITING for a MOE'S!!! It taste just as I as I remember 😋 I've literally been there three days in a row since I found out. It was even my birthday so I went and got a free quest and chips and man does it taste delightful! I recommend 10/10

Very good healthy food new go to spot for bowls and burritos I got the steak thought it was gonna be dry and tough ,not at all tender n juicy if you live in the area check them out , definitely rather spend my money here then Chipotle the sauces are good it's healthy good food if your gonna spend 20 on fast food this is a way better healthier delicious option

Better than Chipotle!!! So many salsa and drink options. My steak burrito was great especially with the chilis and rock n roll sauce. This place also has slushees, and Hurberts lemonade. Dont pay too much attention to negative comments, it takes time for a new restaurant to gain its footing.

Came across this restaurant today and thought oh this is new. Let me give it a try. Well, let me tell you the food is amazing fresh and a positive atmosphere. They even have a little outside area where you can sit to eat and it was very relaxing. I will definitely be back.

Moe's. I'm so glad you are now in California and SoCal. There queso and chips. The burritos. The makeshift Crunch wrap is so delicious. Will be coming more often. Already my 2nd visit. Are inside then are the rest at home. Not one of those got to take a photo of everything but just go check it for yourself. You'll like it or love it, or meh it. I definitely love me some Moe's.

This place seems like a Chipotle Grill style restaurant where you have a a choice of a bowl, burritos, or taco. They had other options but these were the three that stuck out to me. The menu is fairly basic a lot of the meats looked like they had been out for a while and started to discolor on the top. I ordered tacos with white meat chicken. The owner (at least I assume) looked at the chicken amd ened up getting me fresh chicken, I could have added anything I want to my tacos rice, beans, cheese, and sauces. I am pretty basic so I stuck with chicken, onions and cilantro. The food wasn't bad but it also wasn't great. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean and the food was fairly priced.

Updated Review as of 8/8/2025: So as of late Moe's has been solid to at least provide a well sized burrito. For once, it felt like I was getting what you'd realistically expect for the price of the burrito. Updated Review as of 6/9/25: After going to Moe's for the last three weeks since opening, I have seen an unfortunate shift in this restaurant. The biggest problem I've been having is portion sizing. Their competitor, Chipotle, is actually outright cheaper than Moe's and gives you at least 10-15% more volume of food. It's crazy to me that they are ALREADY skimping on protein portions, and they haven't even been open a month. Their service is still good, but that doesn't matter when in this tough economy, people don't want to get gypped. For comparison, a regular Chicken burrito from Moe's via their app for pickup is $14.42 with no add-ons. Chipotle with the same standard chicken burrito is $11.48. That would mean you would pay an extra $2.94 for literally nothing going to Moe's over Chipotle. All Moe's has to do is not be worse than Chipotle, which all things considered is pretty easy to do. If I wasn't getting a free burrito a week for a year, I would not be spending my money at Moe's. Simple as that. First review from 5/16/25: Overall great place, first time trying Moe's out, and I was not disappointed. Reminds me of Chipotle, they move pretty quick, and the food options are solid for this type of venue. The Adobo chicken is good and so is the bacon you can optionally add to any order, they didn't skimp on protein either. Their guac was good too. They also have a good hot sauce selection, went with the Hard Rock Sauce, I just wish it was hotter and didn't have as much vinegar in it. They give you tortilla chips for free, and I think that's supposed to incentivize you to do the combo to get queso and a drink added. I didn't do the combo but will try it out next time for sure. Lastly, I was one of the lucky first 50 customers to get a year of free burritos, It's basically one free burrito a week. That will definitely keep me coming back.

Today is march 12th and our second time eating Moes, my husband and I decided to order from the app ( very convenient ) and take out since I have a cough my husband ran in to get it. My husband said his burrito was okay he got steak this time and said it was chewy. I got the nachos with ground beef for the meat and was flavored well but as for the rest of it ... A third of this big huge pile was uncooked onions. The whole thing tasted like onion. Not little pieces either. The portion is huge. I like onion but I don't like it when that's all I can taste. That is why I'm changing my 5 star review to 3. IF I go back I will say no onion. I was trying to pick as much as I could out. I added guac which was an extra charge and I feel that was a waste of money :( disappointed. I do love the queso though. Around Valentine's day the app had a buy one get one deal so my husband I figured that would be the perfect time to try them. We were not disappointed. They are close to us, the food was good. We would go back. Perfect for a day you want a good burrito or bowl. If I lived far away I wouldn't probably drive to get them but they are a good close option for us. The queso is really really good!

Ordered 2 burritos, chicken was dry & overcooked. They don't even have white meat. I asked for cheese & there was none in one of them. I won't be going back.

If you like hair in your food this is where to go to get that. This is only my 2nd time eating at Moe's and ive found hair in my food both times..on my first visit I actually went inside the restaurant to order and seeing how it wasn't busy but the place looked a mess im not surprised there was a hair in the food. You can tell the staff hasn't been trained properly. They're slow and touch everything including their hair when preparing your food. Avoid this location its not good

The food was bad and flavorless. Steak looked like it was boiled. Chicken looked fake. Guacamole had no salt. The green salsa tasted like water.

It was not good at all . The steak looks so unappealing and it taste like it was from the microwave. Definitely will not be going again .

No bueno. Don’t waste your time

When Moe’s was opened in the East coast they were amazing. Now the are 🫤. The Rancho Cucamonga store started off promising. However, since they hired this new guys, it’s just awful. I ordered a bean burrito which barely had beans, a bunch of too large cut veggies with no seasoning and old onions and lettuce. The guy literally left the queso and my burrito opened and out for 20 minutes because he forgot to heat up more chicken for my daughter’s burrito. It took 20 minutes to boot. Tasteless, cold, and bad. So disappointing.

Cold, chips suck, sauces suck, bland food and why was something sweet? Steak looked boiled and grey. Nothing in this parking lot ever survives and with these flavors or lack there of Moe’s will be no different.

Asked the kid what's up with those orders, he replied that they'd start on them once the people in line in the restaurant were taken care of. That line was double what it was when I first arrived, I asked to cancel my order, the manager ignored me for a minute or two, then told the kid to take my name and number and they'll refund tomorrow. I WILL NEVER TRY ANY MOE'S EVER AGAIN!
