We came to Serena Bistro with a group of 17 and had an absolutely amazing experience! The pre-fix menu was perfect — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks were also fantastic and complemented the food perfectly. The service was outstanding from start to finish — attentive, friendly, and accommodating, even with a large party like ours. You can really tell the staff cares about making sure everyone has a great time. If you’re celebrating with a group and want a place that feels upscale without breaking the bank, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be back!

We hosted my son’s baptism celebration at Serena Bistro and had such a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the family-style packages were perfect. There was a wide variety of dishes and everything was a hit with our guests. The staff was amazing from start to finish. They were super attentive, helped us set up decorations, and were more than accommodating with all of our needs. They really made the whole process easy and stress-free, which meant a lot on such a special day. Highly recommend Serena Bistro for events or even just a great meal!

Hosted my Birthday dinner here a few weeks ago after Serena was recommended by my cousin and I’m so glad i chose to host it here. First off the food and the amount they give you in the family style packages is over the top. The holiday drinks we had tried were delicious , the tall waiter i believe his name was Frank that took care of us was great , the rest of the staff were also very accommodating we had one guest with Gluten allergy and the manager and person who handled the food coming out was on top of this and made sure the guest with the allergy was aware what she could eat . We loved the music and the dancers such lovely vibe . Thank you again all my guests and i cannot wait to come back .

I’m also a huge fan of their spicy rigatoni, chicken scarpiello (to die for), and their branzino. They have amazing appetizers and cocktails as well. The staff is always inviting and friendly with great attention to the table. This place is a 5 star all around for me, and my kids love coming here too!

Came here Saturday night for their Christmas pop up experience, we called Saturday and the gentleman advised they were pretty busy at the moment but he advised us just come in and if a table opened up we would be sat . We decided to sit at the bar and order apps and some drinks , the crispy rice tuna bites are a must. We usually go to Manhattan to visit some places for Christmas pop ups but now we know we have one in our backyard here on Staten Island .

We recently hosted our engagement party at Serena Bar and Bistro, and I cannot thank the team enough for the incredible experience they provided. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The ambiance was absolutely perfect – warm, stylish, and intimate, exactly what we were hoping for. The food was outstanding; our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! The drinks were beautifully crafted, and the service throughout the evening was seamless. A special thank you to Erol and Mike, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, friendly, and made all of our guests feel welcome and looked after. Thank you, Serena, for helping make our engagement celebration so memorable. It truly was a night we’ll never forget. We’re so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to host a special event!

Atmosphere was nice the food was good and service was great. My only complaint was the seating. I was told the restaurant was booked with reservations when I got to the restaurant at 630 pm on a Saturday. I was seated at a high top table, which I didn't mind. But after looking around and seeing that the restaurant only had four tables used out of like 20. Needless to say I was a little annoyed. I finished eating and was done by 730 - 740 and there were now five tables occupied. There should be a few tables that are specified for walk-ins before 8pm.

How did we expect it I don’t think so. We will go back there or recommended it to anyone.

Stop double booking people .. my chicken francese wasn’t lemony I had way better in other places ohh and my lychee martini didn’t had the fruit in it smh .. would I go there ? That’s TBD….

So I started to tell the manager that I called days earlier and it was confirmed that they said they had dancers at 9.00 and a DJ at 10. 00 Crazy the manager ask when I called and what time. I told him, when he found it on his caller ID that I actually did call . He started to speak down to me and my party . Not sure why, He didn't try to help or accommodate us. Just trying to get us out of the way . Good luck with this kind of hospitality there's a lot of places that would appreciate our business and hold our reservation.

Mistakes happen, but this situation was handled poorly and left a bad impression.
