I could go on and on about the great experience I had. I enjoyed the 'Neverending Pasta Bowl' of course with extra cheese and Chicken Gnocchi Soup. It was delicious! Our server Kayla was very pleasant and patient. I reported her to the manager for such a great job. Why didn't this experience earn an excellent rating? I'm glad you asked. She forgot to give us the chocolate mints. That's a no, no.

Kids designated birthday restaurant 🎉 🎂. We used to visit often, but over time it has evolved to be few times a year birthday restaurant. Spaghetti meatballs is a classic favorite, together with soup 🍲 and salad 🥗. Shrimp 🍤 scampi, cheese ravioli. The mint chocolate chip to end the visit with a sweet and happy feeling is the best. Sometimes I wonder if the chocolate, or, the implied appreciation from the chocolate is what keeps kids selecting Olive Garden as birthday place. 😀

Plates were mid. For the pricing I expected more out of them. The chicken with my plate is very bland and horrible texture wise. Maybe if it had grilled chicken, the overall plate would be better. The steak Alfredo flavors did not blend well. The Limonata was the highlight! And of course the breadsticks.

Upon entering the restaurant the sour mildew smell is the first whiff we got. I wanted to leave because of it but my son talked me into staying. I would ask management to consider pulling up all carpet in the restaurant. Would most likely get rid of the unwelcoming odor. Our server Aleah, who I give 5 stars, was attentive and polite. Our meals were good.

Olive Garden used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I love their unlimited salad, breadstick and soup. Went with my friend to have an early lunch and the place smells like chemical agent, and I kept feeling the waiter is rushing us to leave. The waiter keep clean out our table when we still have food in the plate. The appetizer combo was salty and overly fried, soup was okay but the salad was good in our opinion. Went to pick up curbside and they forgot 2 toscana soups. I called the location asking what happened and the manager said they will give me a refund and I could come back and get the soups, so I head back to the location and the SAME manager told me he couldn’t get me a refund after making the trip once already. He told me in my face that he didn’t say he could get me a refund over the phone. Will never come back to this location again and I will be letting everyone I know to avoid this location. Very horrible service. I shouldn’t have tipped them a single penny.
