Wow this place is amazing. I usually stay by hobby airport for my drive here is typically around 45 minutes, worth the drive! Amazing food and prices for only 35$ you can get unlimited hotpot and Korean bbq. I recently went for my birthday dinner and the staff there made it amazing they celebrated with us and were so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Spacious dining area with individual hotpot burners at each table. Staff are friendly and bring out orders quickly. Wide variety of food and broth selection which are fresh and delicious. Will come back!!!!!

We always enjoy coming to this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, with a great variety to choose from, and the quality never disappoints. I especially love that they offer such a wide selection of condiments so you can create your own dipping sauce—it really adds a personal touch to the meal. The staff is wonderful—very friendly and attentive. They’re always around whenever we want to order more, without ever being intrusive. Overall, it’s a place we look forward to visiting every time for both the food and the service!

A group of 4 of us came to try hot pot for the first time. Our waiter was super helpful and friendly, all of the staff that was around or nearby were very nice and helpful. We came on a Saturday night a little before 8 and had no wait. The food itself was delicious. We liked the selection of meats to cook as well as everything else. Definitely want to come back again!

Went there on a double date with our friends. First time there. The restaurant atmosphere was very nice. The service was great. The hot pot and Korean BBQ was great. They have snow crab leg also. The only complaint I have is their desert. Definitely need to improve. We have a fun time bbq our food. It is $34 per person both both hotpot and bbq. I would definitely come back again for dinner.

The dining environment is excellent, and the service is warm and friendly. It offers both mini hot pot and teppanyaki-style barbecue, making it suitable for all kinds of gatherings. The sliced meats for hot pot are fresh, and the seafood selection is richer at dinner. However, the seasoning of the hot pot broth and marinated barbecue meats is average, and some of the vegetables had damaged leaves. Overall, it’s a good experience

I had my first experience at this restaurant with a group of people for lunch, and I was excited to give it a try. We arrived right at noon, and I noticed a few tables ahead of us, which made me feel optimistic about the place's popularity. We decided on the hot pot with BBQ lunch special, and at $23.99 per adult, I felt it was a reasonable price considering the variety of food available. The selection was impressive, including BBQ/hot pot seafood, poultry, veggies, desserts, seasonings, and an assortment of frozen meats for the hot pot. I generally prefer to take small portions at a time, which made the experience more enjoyable. One of the highlights was that everyone could have their own individual pots to customize their meal, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The BBQ was a lot of fun, and I appreciated being able to adjust the temperature for perfecting the doneness of the meat. Parking was convenient, and while the service was standard and the atmosphere was just okay, the all-you-can-eat buffet style really added to the enjoyment. Overall, it was a delightful outing, and I look forward to coming back!

This is our sixth time at Volcano Hot Pot & BBQ. The combo hot pot and BBQ is the best option. The meats for the hot pot and BBQ are always of good quality. This place also has a good selection for seafood lovers, including snow crabs, clams, mussels, squid, and shrimp. The vegetables are fresh and plentiful. They now offer spicy Nongshim Spicy Shin Noodle that we enjoy for the hot pot as well. The service is also good; the staff is very attentive and always comes by our table to remove empty plates, refill our drinks, and get us anything we need. Overall, this is a great place to enjoy hot pot and BBQ if you don’t want to drive all the way to Houston

I have been to Volcano three times in the last year either for lunch or after work. Every time I have been here the wait has been short, service has been fast and the food has been fresh. I like the clean, spacious dining area and the laid back vibe of the restaurant. I’ve tried 4 different broths. The Pork Bone, Szechuan Spicy, Thai Tom Yum and Mushroom Soup. While none of them completely blew me away, they were all good. In comparison to some of the hot pot places I’ve been to in Bellaire and other parts of Houston, I’d say the broth is upper mid tier bordering on higher but lacking a bit of the stronger flavor I like. The selection on the buffet, however cannot be touched. From meat, veggies and seafood to noodles, sauces and sides, the selection is vast and impeccable. I can only think of one other hot pot place I’ve been to that rivals the sheer immensity of this buffet. If you are hungry and don’t want to wait a ridiculous amount of time, you should come here. I did try the barbecue the first time I went. It was okay but the meat selection is more limited and to be honest, you can find better barbecue somewhere else but for $3 more, it’s not going to break your bank either. I would definitely recommend this place to give a try and it just may be your style. Been here three times and I’ll be back again.

BBQ and hotpot are best enjoyed in a cold and rainy weather. My friends suggested to try Volcano. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The menu is either hot pot or hot pot and BBQ. They have a good selection of spicy and non-spicy soup bases. I got the tomato soup, and it was ok. The cooked food selection was small. There was a good selection of spicy and non-spicy marinated meats for BBQ, but the quality was so-so. The hotpot food selection was ok, but nothing stands out.

The service is decent but that's about it, the hotpot taste mediocre for the price, the Thai soup is genuinely bland and disgusting I couldn't even finish a sip. Almost all of the meat is frozen which is to be expected but some of them aren't even thawll out. The place is pretty dark, especially if you're put in a corner seat. The only somewhat edible thing is the grill food and crabs.
