Stopped by for a quick lunch and tried the lunch special of $7.99 large cheese pizza! It was very cheesy and what you could expect from a good deal like this! We also tried the flat fries which are topped with “pizza crack”. Sounds weird, but very tasty! I’m interested in trying more from the menu another time!

I have to say. They have an excellent garlic pizza and wings are crispy and just good. It's slowly becoming my families go to on the West end. Nice job Pies Guys.

Excellent pizza and plenty of options the fried clams were also fantastic. If I had any complaints the crust on the pizza is a little flavorless but everything else was exceptional. despite the location being quite busy today they got us in and served in a reasonable amount of time very nice atmosphere but uncomfortable seating definitely doesn't leave you wanting to hang around past eating. 4 stars for the amazing food and great service I recommend giving it a try

Busy awesome place. Came to this restaurant due to my son winning a hole in one at the end of miniature golf in Fairmount. What an amazing birthday for him! We finally got to visit the restaurant and we had such a great time! Great food and great service. We will definitely be back!

We've been making our way around Syracuse, looking to find our preferred place for pizza. Finally made our way to Pies Guys. Fun atmosphere in there on a random Sunday in August. Seems like lots of people stop in for a slice and a beer after being out around the area. We've been baselining our Pizza Trials™ with cheese. At Pies Guys, we ordered the 18-inch New York style pizza, which came sliced in wedges, as is tradition. The pizza was quite good! Not overly cheesy, not too oily (just the right amount for the authentic NY slice). The crust was great and had good flavor on its own. We ordered and split a salad with Caesar dressing. Some of the lettuce in the salad was a little brown, but it was a Sunday, so I doubt there were deliveries over the weekend. We'll have to try the salad again during the week (this was not a make or break item). With a pair of leftover slices, the pizza did pretty well in the microwave at the office for lunch the next day. The only confusing part about Pies Guys was whether to order at the window at the back of the restaurant or if there was service at the tables, which were self-seating on the day we came in. 10/10 would try again!

Food was great and it didn't take too long. The bartender was helpful and nice. The place was clean and we will order from there again.

Ordered a sheet pizza for an event with an agreed upon delivery time. The delivery was 20 minutes late and the pizza was cold. The sheet pizza is tiny and over priced. I will not be a returning customer.

You can’t go and listen to music with the bar crowd being so loud. The bar keeps the music so LOW that you can’t even hear it when you PAY money to hear songs. This is when there is only the bar crowd. DON’t WASTE YOUR MONEY TRYING TO PLAY THE JUKE BOX, they TAKE your money but YOU CAN’t hear it!!!!!!! Even when you ask for the volume to be raised to hear it!!!

Ordered a lamb gyro. Came with 1 (one) piece of meat. Pretty poor for the price.

The location that Pies Guys is in is awful. The pizza is HORRIBLE quality. The shape of the pizza is unfairly shaped!? Why the flying fahoot would pizza be cut in rectangular pieces? Unless it’s a sheet pizza which no they aren’t. Crust is burnt, huge pieces of tomato skin in the sauce, cheese has no flavor. I would rate it a zero if it was possible. WORST PIZZA EVER! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

UNSANITARY! The woman there pet a dog, did not wash her hands and then touched my food with her bare hands. She was not wearing gloves, she did not disinfect her hands after touching the dog. She did not use tongs or any other utensils. When I politely asked her to just refund me because while that may be a common practice for this business, that is unsanitary, she refused. She explained that the dog was a “service dog” as if that makes a difference. Her goons harassed me because I refused to take no for an answer. I had to leave with the contaminated chicken which I promptly threw away. I will be calling the health department because you can choose to be nasty at home but forcing other people to eat after you touched a random dog is wrong.
