We order a personal garlic pizza, a personal hawaian pizza, and honey garlic wings. The pizza’s were really good, but the wings were awesome. We even eat almost the bones. We dip the pizza into the wings sauce. Definitely our favorite pizza place. Keep doing what you are doing.

Just wonderful. The garlic pizza, the wings. Absolutely perfect. Hugely overpriced but just perfect food. They're the only place I've seen that offers the "everything" sauce wings besides Champs pizzeria. And they are spicier and a bit more flavorful

Recently moved up here so have been living on takeout and pizza for the past while. The meatlovers pizza was one of the best if not the best pizza I've ever had. My girlfriend loved the philly. To round things out the garlic bread knots stole the show, they're massive and you get loads of them and the quality does not suffer whatsoever. Will definitely be eating their food again.

I ordered a takeout pizza having not heard any reviews of this place one way or the other and was pleasantly surprised. One of the better pizzas I've had in Syracuse. Huge fan of the Twin Trees style of slicing up the pie, but this pizza didn't feel like a rip off of that style - it's unique and truly their own. The sauce stands out as my favorite part of the pizza. I'll be back for more.

Pizza and wings are incredible. The pizza dough is worth ordering on it's own. Parking lot is very dark in fact we drove by it thinking it was closed and couldn't see the signs but very glad we went back!

Much Better Than Expected My first visit to this Pub resulted in only receiving the menu, I was doing laundry next door, and I thought the menu was interesting. Yesterday, I had more time available, so I stopped by to get a lunch before shopping. I ordered the Cajun fires, and a water (I cannot drink alcohol, or sugary sodas). Wow! The follow behind the bar is extremely friendly, and the fries were much better that I expected. The bartender performed an "elbow " tap, instead of a handshake, due to virus safety. With food, and service like this, I will definitely return.

I have picked up food at Pies guys about 3 times in 3 years. The pizza is delicious & the chicken wings are amazing. Oddly enough, I often show up in my timeline parked at Pies guys when I was not & it's now listed as a favorite based on numerous, continuing trips that I have to admit I did not make. I do highly recommend their food & the service is always great. Apparently, my digital stalker really feels they are great too!

I travel for work and came across this place a little over a month ago. It just so happened to be on a Wednesday which is pizza night. Large Cheese for $9.99!! Personally I would recommend getting it well done. The Pizza is great! Staff is always super friendly.... I eat pizza almost daily and have tried several spots throughout Syracuse, Pie Guys is definitely some of the best pizza around!

Love that they're right down the hill from me. Sometimes I pick it up, but when I'm feeling lazy, we get it delivered, and it's always so fresh and tasty. I'm not sure if Reese is still running the place, but if he is, props to him for keeping the consistency. I prefer pub and grub over twin trees. Their wings are always crispy and delicious and just the right size. Also, the bar has a super nice atmosphere to it. It's a well-known spot, but to me, it's a hidden gem.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and tried the lunch special of $7.99 large cheese pizza! It was very cheesy and what you could expect from a good deal like this! We also tried the flat fries which are topped with “pizza crack”. Sounds weird, but very tasty! I’m interested in trying more from the menu another time!

I ordered a burger called the ava burger toppings lettuce, tomatoes,bacon, cheddar cheese & sweet barbecue sauce with some onion rings The burger was cooked the way I requested onion rings was cooked nice and crispy.

Nice neighborhood gathering place. I recommend the small pizza. The crust is excellent. Prices are fair.

My brother and I went 10 minutes out of our way after work to eat here today and we love this place it has in my opinion the best pizza in central New York and they also have other good food options as well and it's a nice atmosphere I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting great pizza and a lot of other menu options plus a nice bar as well. And they even deliver if u live near by!

Service and food is always of high quality. staff greeted us with pleasant smile quality of pizza has stayed the same which shows they aren't willing to change or compromise value for product by over charging for there prized products.

Pretty decent. Just stopped in for a beer and a snack. Try the flat fries. I have never had a fry sliced like that before. There are tons of TV inside and this joint seems like it is a popular spot for take out food.

Overall a very good experience. The girl working the register could have been a bit more friendly, but other than that everyone else was very nice. Atmosphere was clean. Food was hot and VERY tasty. Prices were reasonable and they provided a military discount, thank you very much! My family lives to support local family businesses and we enjoy the food from this particular Pies Guys in the Western Lights area.

Ate at the place for the first time. My chicken wing pizza was excellent, but I mistakenly ordered it as two small, personal sized pizzas. $28 for two people along with fountain drinks just for that... ridiculous!! I wouldn’t have been so mad if it were much cheaper for same pizza. From now on I will only order out from there.

Excellent pizza and plenty of options the fried clams were also fantastic. If I had any complaints the crust on the pizza is a little flavorless but everything else was exceptional. despite the location being quite busy today they got us in and served in a reasonable amount of time very nice atmosphere but uncomfortable seating definitely doesn't leave you wanting to hang around past eating. 4 stars for the amazing food and great service I recommend giving it a try

Busy awesome place. Came to this restaurant due to my son winning a hole in one at the end of miniature golf in Fairmount. What an amazing birthday for him! We finally got to visit the restaurant and we had such a great time! Great food and great service. We will definitely be back!

We've been making our way around Syracuse, looking to find our preferred place for pizza. Finally made our way to Pies Guys. Fun atmosphere in there on a random Sunday in August. Seems like lots of people stop in for a slice and a beer after being out around the area. We've been baselining our Pizza Trials™ with cheese. At Pies Guys, we ordered the 18-inch New York style pizza, which came sliced in wedges, as is tradition. The pizza was quite good! Not overly cheesy, not too oily (just the right amount for the authentic NY slice). The crust was great and had good flavor on its own. We ordered and split a salad with Caesar dressing. Some of the lettuce in the salad was a little brown, but it was a Sunday, so I doubt there were deliveries over the weekend. We'll have to try the salad again during the week (this was not a make or break item). With a pair of leftover slices, the pizza did pretty well in the microwave at the office for lunch the next day. The only confusing part about Pies Guys was whether to order at the window at the back of the restaurant or if there was service at the tables, which were self-seating on the day we came in. 10/10 would try again!

Good pizza and wings. However, the wings have to be the most expensive around... Like a $1.59 per wing ($15.99 for ten wings). And if you get a pizza with onions (we got the Vegetarian), be warned, the onions are overwhelming. Even had to burn candles to get the onion smell out of the house. Overall, it's a bit pricy, but if you get their Monday or Wednesday pizza special, it's a decent pie for a decent price

It was ok.was there for approx.2.5 hours. Bought 3 beers w a bread bowl salad while I waited for my wife then ordered a lg pizza then skidaddled out of there. The bartender started rolling his eyes at me. Kept to myself and didn't bother no one.

They need some work. Pizza was great but the 2 guys who took our order didn't seem to know how to work the system or process a credit card. Place was really cold, especially the wooden booths. Only brought 1 set of utensils when there were 2 of us eating. I'll give them a few more weeks to work out the bugs since the pizza is worth another trip

Ever since this location reopened, the blonde lady who works the back counter has been extremely nasty, both on the phone and in person. Their pizza is amazing, but we dont feel like dealing with such a miserable human. There are plenty of other amazing pizza places in Syracuse we will go to.

Ordered a fish dinner and it went to the wrong table. I was not able to order a slice of pizza even though it was on the menu. I was also not provided with coleslaw or a fork and knife. Food was average. Upon eating the rest of my food, a mozzarella stick did not contain any cheese.

Stopped in midweek for dinner, had never dined there before. Food was good. Waitress service was poor. Took a long time to get waited on as well as receive check after dinner. They were not overly busy, however the attitudes of both waitresses was not friendly and they seemed bothered to wait on me.

Not a good wing place. I ordered medium wings and they were mediocre. Blue cheese was 75 cents extra and the wings didn't even come with celery or carrots.

Ordered half sausage large pizza and bbq boneless wings for delivery. Both were cold on arrival. BBQ sauce was caked on. Sausage was on the whole pizza and we might as well ordered double the meat as it was covered! My son’s gf found a hair baked into her pizza. Luckily it was on her last piece. Usually have no problems with the food here so maybe tonight was just an off night.

I've never had a pizza that was burnt yet soggy. Thin crust and yet large and puffy. I dont even know how they managed to make a pizza so greasy that the entirety of the box was soggy, almost like it was dunked in a lake after they boxed it. Garlic knots raw. I give it 2/5 because even though it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had , the fact that they managed to combine all these things on one pizza was an act of god.

Ordered a sheet pizza for an event with an agreed upon delivery time. The delivery was 20 minutes late and the pizza was cold. The sheet pizza is tiny and over priced. I will not be a returning customer.

You can’t go and listen to music with the bar crowd being so loud. The bar keeps the music so LOW that you can’t even hear it when you PAY money to hear songs. This is when there is only the bar crowd. DON’t WASTE YOUR MONEY TRYING TO PLAY THE JUKE BOX, they TAKE your money but YOU CAN’t hear it!!!!!!! Even when you ask for the volume to be raised to hear it!!!

Whoever is taking phone orders at this place is honestly one of the rudest people I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with. Definitely not going to be ordering from them in the future!

I ordered well over an hour before close. Only to get told an hour later they were canceling my order. Way too late for me to order anything else or even go to the store. Don’t say you’ll take an order and cancel at the last minute

They let someone with a dog come in and sit at the bar and let the dog eat its food at the bar. Bartender petted the dog and then went on bartending without washing her hands. Kinda gross and unsanitary to let a dog inside where people are eating and drinking.

It’s a little sad that they can’t get the order right. Asked for the pizza to be cooked crispy, it was doughy. Had to finish cooking it in my oven. Asked for the pie to be cut in triangles, ( lived in NYC too long), it was cut in strips!

The staff here wasn't the friendliest nor were they helpful. I have visited Pie Guys multiple times for different occasions and each time the service was distasteful. I would NOT recommend that ANYONE eats or drinks here

The phone clerk was extremely rude! I placed an order for 2 pepperoni pizzas for $40 I was told the wait for delivery was 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 mins. We were very hungry so I called around and got a deal at Twins Trees, 2 pizzas and 24 wings for $53 in 45 mins to an hour. I called back to cancel within 10 mins and was told that I will never be delivered to again for canceling? I didn’t even tell her why I was canceling she immediately told me that and her response when I asked “why for canceling my order?” She said yes “we’re eating $40 the pizzas are already in the oven so yea we can’t deliver to you anymore.” This is the first time I’ve order from Pies Guys and I’ll never order again. I’ve worked in restaurants most of my work life and it’s take around 15 mins give or take depending on how full or hot the oven is to cook. I live 1.2 miles away and it would take 5 mins to deliver to my house. So if it’s busy there’s no way my pizzas were already in the oven, and if it’s not busy why would she tell me over an hour? Or was I going to be delivered a cold pizza? Completely unprofessional.

This place is not good at all. Ordered from there twice now. First time got way over charged $2 for extra sauce really...?. Food is not that good way to greasy and their costumer service is even worse. Will never order from them again. If anyone says they like this place they probably have friends who work there. That’s how bad it is. Wouldn’t be as bad if their customer service wasn’t straight garbage!!!

I ordered 2 pizzas last week. The grease on these pizza's were overwhelming. The dough tasted generic as well as the sauce. I have never had a pizza dripping with more grease in my life. I had high hopes for a place called "Pies Guys". After my experience, I would change the name to "Pie Boys" because they have a lot to learn about making pie.

Supreme pizza with minimal cheese, which appeared to be an afterthought. No cheese under any topping. Inquired and was advised cheese on base would make the pizza soggy. Offered a free topping in the future, which won’t happen because I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Previous to today pizza was wonderful. No so much today.

I ordered a pizza here from DoorDash and left my house to come pick it up when it supposed to be ready at 12:40. When I arrived at the restaurant at 12:45, I was told that they decided to cancel my order minutes before with absolutely no prior notice simply because they had two orders before mine who “did not show up to pick up their orders.” They did not offer to make a new pizza for me and did not give anything beyond a “sorry.” A totally unbelievable and bad business decision to just randomly cancel their next customer’s order (mine), which had ALREADY been prepaid for through the DoorDash app, just because other customers did not show up. I will never order from here again as they are clearly unreliable and do not care about their customers. I would suggest others do not give their business as well. Plenty of other pizza establishments in Syracuse that offer great customer service.

The location that Pies Guys is in is awful. The pizza is HORRIBLE quality. The shape of the pizza is unfairly shaped!? Why the flying fahoot would pizza be cut in rectangular pieces? Unless it’s a sheet pizza which no they aren’t. Crust is burnt, huge pieces of tomato skin in the sauce, cheese has no flavor. I would rate it a zero if it was possible. WORST PIZZA EVER! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

UNSANITARY! The woman there pet a dog, did not wash her hands and then touched my food with her bare hands. She was not wearing gloves, she did not disinfect her hands after touching the dog. She did not use tongs or any other utensils. When I politely asked her to just refund me because while that may be a common practice for this business, that is unsanitary, she refused. She explained that the dog was a “service dog” as if that makes a difference. Her goons harassed me because I refused to take no for an answer. I had to leave with the contaminated chicken which I promptly threw away. I will be calling the health department because you can choose to be nasty at home but forcing other people to eat after you touched a random dog is wrong.
