Listen to me very clearly, anyone who leaves a negative review on this restaurant is out of their mind. This place has THE BEST food I’ve ever tasted, everything from their meat, to their fries, to their salads, to their drinks. All made with love and care. This place has the most welcoming and warm staff, who are patient and kind. This is the best restaurant I’ve ever had the most grateful chance of trying. 47482928/10 You will never find a better restaurant. Highly recommended.
Ordered the Bacon cheeseburger well done. I’m a gluten free eater so I requested the bun and Mayo ( I’m also allergic to egg - yeah it’s a pain in the rear - whatcha goin’ to do?) to be omitted. OMG OMG is this burger AWESOME!! Made to perfection! They were not shy with the bacon! Bacon lover’s paradise! This burger is PACKED! 2 hearty slices of tomato, shredded iceberg lettuce, bacon overload and melted to perfection American cheese. OMG! Sheer heaven! I ordered a side salad and boiled potatoes. Everything perfect. Sheer food orgasm heaven! On a 5 star scale, well over 10 stars and keep on going! This is not listed as gluten free on the menu but to make it gluten free just ask them to leave off the bun. This is a 100 percent foodgasm bacon cheeseburger! Everyone who loves a bacon cheeseburger or cheeseburger or hamburger HAS GOT TO TRY one of these! OMG! OMG!!!! So i ordered this through door dash and used the door dash app to order Tullys menu. Once I placed the order, I then called the specific Tullys location and told them I was gluten free and the order I placed. They were cheerful, patient and kind. Very helpful. They answered all my questions and placed my order carefully with my specific allergen instructions. Half hour later the door dasher arrived and I enjoyed a fabulous meal!!! Thank you Tullys. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and beyond!
We had a large party of 15. It took some time but the staff was able to accommodate us without notice. Ian, the waiter, went above and beyond to make sure our food and drink orders were correct. The food was out fast and everything was good!
Perfect Sports Bar. Good Food!! Atmosphere can’t be beat during a Bills game!
We really enjoyed our time here. We had the Louisiana Crab Dip and it was really tasty [a little bit of spice but nothing crazy!] I had the Balsamic Chicken Salad and it was good. We shared the Reese's Pieces Cookie Monster dessert and it was huge but so yummy! The only thing I didn't care for was how loud it was. I get that it's got a bar and it's busy but it was so loud, I had to cover my ears. Other than that everything was great. My youngest was super excited about the free arcade coins!
We come here for low-key business meetings and are never disappointed. It's quiet, accommodating despite the party size, and the food is good. Not overly expensive if you have a corporate budget. The food is delicious as always, and this is the 4th Tulley's I have ever visited and I have never been disappointed. They continue to be a strong franchise and all their food is delicious.
Lori was legit the best bar tender I have ever seen east of the Mississippi River and I travel a lot. The bar was full and Noone had an empty drink the whole entire time even though she was the only bartender. If you see this manager give her a raise. Atmosphere: was so good. Tvs everywhere on a Saturday for college football i could watch all games from my one stool at the bar. Was an upscale classy place too I would say crowded but fun. Food: I ordered the Mexican chicken salad and it was absolutely delicious. Bathrooms: very clean. Didnt smell bad and was descent. I'd recommend it to anyone. Overall: this is one of the best sports bars I've seen east of the Mississippi and id recommend it to anyone. Manager needs to give cooks, hostesses, waiters/waitresses, bartenders, and janitors a raise. Kudos to this place.
Best tenders around. Never had better. Huge portions, great food and good prices. Never a bad experience
Called the order in was told I would get a call when order was ready. After waiting outside for 20 minutes decided to go in the order was ready waiting to be picked up. I ordered the chicken broccoli bake which was very dry almost as if the Alfredo sauce was not added. The staff was welcoming just seemed preoccupied with one another. My daughter enjoyed her crab dip.
Amazing food!! Amazing service! And the put the STEELERS GAME ON FOR US!
After hours of driving we made it to Syracuse only to see on a Saturday night most places closed at 10. This restaurant was close to our anticipated hotel, had good ratings as well as a bit of everything for anyone - they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I have to say 10/10! Service was great, attentive without going overboard, we didn’t arrive until 10 and we at no time pressured to eat and go! Their tenders are slammin’ and the blackened salmon one of the best I’ve ever had! I will be visiting again! Amazing staff and food! Well worth the drive if you’re headed that way or in the area!
Best place to eat in Syracuse. The most amazing chicken tenders ever. Their steak salad and burgers are also delicious. Huge portions awesome menu and great prices. MUST GO. For being a local chain it is amazing. The service and atmosphere is fun and family friendly. Great TVs and beer. Very popular during college and football time.
I’m not from around here originally and had never heard of Tullys until recently. We finally decided to stop in and try it out and was not disappointed . The service was nice, food was good and the atmosphere was great. Kid friendly for sure and it had a very nice layout as I absolutely hate going places that feel like you are sitting arm and arm with other guests. Lighting was nice and the pop corn was a huge hit for the kids!
Excellent pasta and steak. Love the popcorn they bring you as you wait. Love that they had Pepsi. Egg rolls were pretty good too. We ate there two days in a row as it was close to our hotel and the wait staff was great both times. We had Ashton one night and Avery the next. Both were eager to please and helpful.
Amazing bar. If you are getting food you have to try the Tully’s chicken tenders with the house made honey mustard. They have multiple sizes to choose from and some side options as well such as coleslaw. Multiple beers on tab, plenty of tvs through the entire place and a couple of games for kids to play. All surrounded by Syracuse memorabilia.
Stopped in to this location while visiting Syracuse. Kris/Chris(beard) was our server. He was EXCELLENT!!! Made our visit fun and easy. Food was delicious. I hope he gets praised for his great work.
Great spot for lunch, very friendly and fast service. Tully's Tenders & Honey Mustard are a CNY staple that should be enjoyed whenever possible. Free fresh popcorn and many TV's to view sporting events. Arcade area as well. They have hosted car meets as well, as the lot can accommodate a crowd. Their massive grilled cheese is killer.
Great place tons of food and drink options. Huge portions that wont break the bank
I love going to Tully's when traveling and working on this region. The food is great the staff are great company and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing.
I was staying a few nights at the Hampton Inn (almost next door) for work in the area. I always look for places within walking distance. I'm so glad I tried this place. Turns out there's a bunch of them in the area. I'll look for them on my future trips. Nice selection of food (and drinks). I wanted to try it all. I had the early bird Mahi special. It was perfect. I sat at the bar and had incredible service. The surrounding area is pretty "divey" but this place is a gem. It's very well maintained, clean, and safe.
A great spot for the sports bar, but works well with families. The chicken tenders are the go-to, but beware there will be a lot of salt between the chicken, fries, and popcorn. Go for the buffalo chicken tenders and thank me later.
Always love to come here for Syracuse college games ... Bartenders are friendly, but usually very busy
I went here for a late lunch after a doctors appointment in downtown Syracuse and was not disappointed loved the burger I got and the service was impeccable
It’s always good! I got the Asian tenders this time and they were sooo good! They were honestly better than any sweet and sour chicken at Chinese restaurants around here. They were cooked perfect.
Excellent, attentive service. Our food was made and delivered fresh and hot. Our server was fantastic. We were in town for Family Weekend at LeMoyne and had five of us. Not a problem for this staff. We will return!
We had great service by our server, the food was delicious! There was 8 of us, 5 adults 3 children. I got the lunch chicken tenders with fries. Prices were reasonable. We shared the peanut butter cookie monster, it was huge and delicious. Definitely a place worth going back and eating at.
The manager here got us in very quickly for being a big party. He was very professional and accommodating. He deserves a pay raise or promotion!!
Food is delicious the atmosphere is nice and the noise is not too bad. Service is great.
I've never had a bad experience here. It's always crowded - especially before and after Syracuse University baseball and football games - but that's proof that it's a great restaurant. Tasty food, especially their famous chicken tenders. Service is always wonderful. And it's so close to the Dome so it makes it perfect to hit up on game day. I recommend this place.
I ordered the Reuben and chicken tenders. Everything was really good, and our server was very nice. I’m looking forward to going back! 2nd visit with pics...ordered the French Onion Soup as an appetizer, which was very good. It had a nice amount of cheese and onions, and the croutons weren’t completely soggy, which was a nice change from the usual French Onion Soup. I ordered the Reuben again, with a side of tenders (arguably the best tenders you’ll ever have).
We had such a great experience at Tully’s Good Times! We came in with a large party that included several kids, and the manager went above and beyond to get us seated much faster than we expected. That was so appreciated, especially with little ones in tow. The food and drinks are always consistently good, and it’s such a comfortable, welcoming place to eat as a family. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is friendly, and it’s one of those spots you can count on for a great meal and a stress free outing. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
Nice place, large indoor seating area. This place has a large wrap around bar in the middle which is nice and multiple TVs on the wall. The tenders were excellent. They have a large menu with many items to choose from.
Tully's Good Times on Erie Blvd. is a fantastic family-friendly restaurant that brings together great food and a fun atmosphere for all ages. Whether you're stopping by for a casual meal with family or celebrating a special occasion, Tully’s offers a welcoming vibe and a diverse menu. From hearty burgers and pasta dishes to lighter fare like salads and wraps, there's something to satisfy every craving.
This place is always a safe bet. The food is consistently good, the staff is always friendly, and it’s pretty reasonable over all. It’s especially good if you have a bigger party or kids! Very accommodating.
Delicious chicken tenders! The Honey Mustard dipping sauce was more Dijon and not sweet like it should have been. Requested other sauce. The server was more than happy to bring out a different choice. Server was excellent! Went for lunch on a Friday and not too crowded so definitely a pleasant experience!
Good stop for lunch. Tenders are always reliable, lots of screens recapping NFL games and providing analysis. Bartender was quick and made sure I was served and out of there in time to not be docked pay.
We had a delicious lunch at Tully's today. Though the parking lot was almost full we were able to get a table for 4 immediately. The hostess was friendly, and our server, Bri, was friendly and efficient. Our meals were served quickly, and hot. The manager resolved a dilemma for us in the arcade room with a smile.
Stopped in for the always amazing Tully's Tenders and was not disappointed. The server was great! Haven't had such a polite personable, and energetic young man as a server. The atmosphere was consistent with other Tully's we have been to.
You want sports? Especially SU sports? This is your place. TVs everywhere. For an SU game they are all on it. The wings were good and pretty meaty. I like the face they start you off with free pop corn . My tuna melt was huge and very good. The Mac salad with tuna fish was surprisingly delicious and a big order. The chilli was excellent. Service was attentive
Loved this place since my underclassmen years at SU. Best chicken tenders I've ever had. I especially love their Buffalo tenders, and the popcorn they always bring to the table. If you save room for dessert, try the chocolate peanut butter pie (or grab a slice to go!). Fantastic atmosphere with sports memorabilia everywhere. They have a decent beer selection, too! Tully's is a Syracuse staple for sure.
LOVELY LOCAL CHAIN We came across this spot by happenstance after a Cuse home football game. Host staff should learn how to seat folks more efficiently, but that’s my only complaint about the friendly service. Our server was working her butt off and did a phenomenal job. Since this was just a snack, the three of us shared two (huge) French onion soups and a BLT. The soup is DELICIOUS and a great value at $7 for a giant bowl. BLT was good, but not great. We love the housemade items on the menu and look forward to going back when we are in Cuse next.
Absolutely blown away! I had been told that Tully's was good, but this was something else! The food was amazing, as were the drinks (I had raspberry cosmopolitans). The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, and FAST! I was very impressed by how quickly our food was ready, and SOOOO good! The hot sauce especially was a perfect balance of spicy and flavor. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Totally worth 5💫
I went with a crowd of 12 and Tully's had a large room for us ready for all too be seated. Ean was are server and he did a fantastic job serving our group.
Excellent chicken fingers but cold French fries
I'm usually tough on most places but I have to say that this was a good stop on my travels through Syracuse. I would have given five stars but one is not enough. I stopped in late afternoon so the place was not crowded at all (so I can't comment on service when it's crowded). The service and food were absolutely great. Had pasta for days at a great price! On the menu for this sitting.. chili, baked ziti, more pasta for the wife, burger, etc.. and my granddaughter even got a serving of popcorn. No complaints here. I'll update that star rating when I stop in again.
Food was good would have liked larger portions. The waiter I had was excellent. The bartender made a good blue motorcycle (blue long Island iced tea) and the popcorn for the table instead of bread was nice.
The chicken tenders were pretty good but no where near “the greatest chicken tenders on earth.” This place has absolutely nothing on Raising Canes chicken fingers. I guess they’re lucky that Canes isn’t in Syracuse. Don’t get me wrong, the tenders were a solid 7/10 and the beer choices and the atmosphere are great. That is why I’m giving them a 4/5 - lots of options for food, beer, sports to watch, and free popcorn (!!) which make me want to return to try more of their menu. But they have a ways to go if they think their chicken has Canes beat! One love!
My brother told me about Tully's and how great the chicken strips were. When I asked what was so special about them, he said the quality of the chicken as well as the batter. He was right! I live out of state and was able to try Tully's for the first time! Buffalo chicken strips! Very good. But the fries were just average, plus on the cool side. That's why my review is 4star.
Food and server were great-their tenders are famous for a reason. Door staff was struggling a bit.
Food was delicious, but portion sizes ought to be smaller. Each time I went to use the women's restroom (around 5 times, I pee a lot lol) there was an employee standing in the restroom in front of the sink on their phone which was a bit awkward. Get your staff a break room! Otherwise nice atmosphere in the restaurant.
Love Tullys tenders! Our waitress was so sweet. The food tasted a little off, but was still so good
Good food, good service. Little bit of a long wait, and the water tastes bad, but overall it's a reliable place to grab a bite.
Tully's Good Times is famous for their chicken tenders. The tenders are freshly battered and fried. The group I was with said they were really good. The one in Syracuse on Erie Boulevard had great service with very little wait. The food came out quickly even for. Party of 7. The menu has a large selection of entrees: chicken, seafood, meatloaf, burgers, wings, quesadillas, and salads. They have several desserts to chooseThey are fresh cut, battered, and fried.ter was great.
Staff is super friendly, no matter who you encounter. Had to try their famous tenders.... Was D-Lish. Had both Thai and regular. They were huge, crispy on the outside, tender inside and the Honey dip mustard was great. Coleslaw was even delicious. Great experience and a total recommendation. Go hungry!
First time at Tully’s and it was decent. I ordered the 7-count Asian tendies. The flavor was good but I was expecting more spiciness. Additionally, by the end of eating my tenders, the sweetness of the sauce made me feel kinda icky. My fiancé got regular tendies and he gobbled them down. For dessert, the mile high ice cream cake was delish and the cookie monster was good too. Service was good but I think the music was a lil too loud for 3PM. Maybe for dinner hours, sure.
To be honest I can't speak for their food other than the Tully's Tenders as they're so good I always just get them. My only advice is if you like watching TV/sports, pay attention to their TVs (there's roughly 20 TVs to be seen from just about any seat in the place) before selecting your seat so you don't end up with a crook in your neck.🤣
Staff was excellent!! A little disappointed with the food. First time there and was told the chicken tenders they were famous for. So I ordered the tenders the fried part was excellent could tell they use fresh oil but the tenders were unseasoned and a little thick with the breading. The tenders were good just wish they were seasoned.
Tully’s Good Times is a family restaurant/sports bar in Syracuse that offers a large variety of bar food (wings, burgers, nachos, etc.) as well as salads, pasta dishes, steak entrees, fish, and other mouthwatering meals. We visited Tully's on a Saturday afternoon in late June at approximately 4:45. As it was approaching dinner time, the patronage was light, with plenty of vacant tables. As soon as we entered we encountered a barrage of televisions in the bar and dining areas, all displaying sporting events or sporting news. Also adorning the walls were sports memorabilia, particularly those from the University of Syracuse and the New York Yankees. Another benefit of arriving early was quick service. Once we were immediately seated, we were offered a basket of free popcorn. We dug in once our meals arrived. The balsamic chicken salad – consisting of romaine lettuce, balsamic vinaigrette, bruschetta, and topped with roasted peppers, shaved Romano cheese, scallions, and olives (which was declined) – was very good. The vegetables were fresh and inviting, and the chicken was tender. The slice of garlic bread was also balanced and not soggy or consumed with garlic. The garlic Parm wings were also delicious and filling, with homemade garlic parmesan sauce. Although the menu claims they are lightly dusted in flour, it was a little too much for my liking, and a bit salty, so much so that I had to fight my way through the last three wings. However there was plenty of meat on the bones and a lot of flavor. Overall, Tully's is a destination I would recommend. I can say with 99% certainty that every visitor to the establishment will find something they can enjoy. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Classic American bar and grill. Atmosphere is their best feature. Bartender was meh, but could have just been timing. Would go back again
Went there for lunch today with my friend. We chose Tullys over SEVERAL other options. PHOEBE, our server, was sweet, helpful, polite, she was very familiar with the menu... We ordered a grilled cheese with bacon to share. And the nachos to share. Also a peanut butter cookie with ice cream to share. Not sure how we spent nearly $50 for lunch before the tip...I provided a generous tip. Ordered guacamole, sent it back...it was watery and looked... old... We were assured that the nachos would be worth the sour cream on the side, jalapeños on the side and olive on the side. Phoebe said there's also a little Pico on the nachos. I said a little Pico is fine... We were served a platter of nachos with maybe a cup of sour cream on top as well as on the side, and about a cup of Pico under the sour cream. We respectfully sent it back. Hannah, the server who had brought it out to us said, oh, the kitchen just changed how they serve the nachos last night! She was very perky and polite, but if the kitchen is going to make such changes, they need to inform the wait staff so they, in turn, can inform the patrons. I was very happy with the grilled cheese, as was my friend. We were both also very happy with the peanut butter monster cookie with ice cream and chocolate drizzle. The nachos themselves, were acceptable in flavor: chips were nicely prepared. The concept of the meat and the refried beans together is nice and on the first plate of nachos looked very appealing, but the second plate, there was so little, it was difficult to firm a flavor opinion. The scallions eye chopped nicely and appeared fresh. Very tasty. The very tiny portion of sour cream I was given when we received the new version of nachos was disappointing due to it being about an 1/8 the amount of what we were originally served. We hadn't said NO sour cream. Just requested it to be on the side, as the menu also indicated, and we were assured it would be. This was my attempt to give Tullys another chance. Spending time with my friend? PRICELESS. spending time eating at Tullys? No, I think I'll make another choice next time. Tullys on Erie Blvd East.
Went after a show with 20 or so people. It was fine. Nothing special.
Definitely a sports bar. Came in for lunch and two people got their food before we did. who sat after us, make that make sense? Anywho server was overall a 4/5. Did her best and i do like how on top she was with my water.
The ambiance of the place is really nice. Service is good. Food is good. I think the dessert ice cream was really good and chicken tenders but you should be able to try just about everything. I think you'll be happy. They do have a lot of flavored lemonade which is also good. Plenty of TVs to watch any sporting event you want to see, which is a big plus
We’ve been twice this week and have yet to get the full meal we ordered. First time no side salad and paid for it, next time subbed a side salad for the coleslaw on a tender dinner and received no fries. It was not busy either time when we were in there or ordered take out. This is not the Tullys I’ve known for 20+ years
I ordered a pork chop dinner for delivery and didn't get what I ordered. The two pictures I will enclose will spell it out. Basically they substituted cold french fries for the mashed potatoes and the applesauce. I also ordered utensils because I'm in a hotel and there were no utensils. I had to edit this review because after taking a couple bites into the pork chops you'll see from the picture that the inside is pink and not fully cooked
Absolutely disgusting experience at Tully’s on Erie Blvd. I came here recently with some friends and what was supposed to be a simple meal turned into one of the most disturbing dining experiences I’ve ever had. One of my friends ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese, and while eating, he pulled out a piece of plastic from inside the food. Completely unacceptable! This shows a complete lack of cleanliness, care, and attention in the kitchen. It’s horrifying to think how this even made it to the table. The fact that this could have easily been swallowed or caused serious harm is beyond concerning. Food safety clearly isn’t a priority here. Honestly, after seeing that, we completely lost our appetite and couldn’t trust anything else coming out of that kitchen. If this is how they handle food behind the scenes, I highly recommend avoiding this place. Absolutely disgusting.
They said it was sauce on here and the manager was really rude about cause it was the next day from when I ordered but when I ordered it, it was right before closing and by the time I noticed it they was close and he proceeded to argue me down that it was sauce on the pasta. I ordered this all the time from here and this will be my last.
Me an my family eat here today an my daughter's salad was rotten I will not go back to this establishment they said they would give us a couple of gift cards an came back with one 5 dollar one an we said forget it an then she said she take the salad off the bill she didnt take it off she took 4 dollars off the salad lmao not sure this manager knows how to run a restaurant so I had to stop at McDonald's an get my daughter's some food cuz her meal was not edible
Absolutely disgusted. It has been over a week since this complaint and we haven't even received a refund. We have been enjoying the food here for years until recently. Several weeks ago a bone was found in our tenders and just recently a piece of metal was found in our chicken. The quality control has gone completely down hill. When I called and spoke to a manager I was told he knew exactly where the metal had come from and would talk to the staff. It's crazy to think this could have badly injured someone. We couldn't even get a follow-up phone call even after calling and emailing the corporate office pictures. Please be careful eating here and check your food carefully.
