I always use the drive through because it's always fast. The food is always fast and good. It's Burger King and it's exactly what I expect when I go there. This location has never disappointed me. I love the fries. They are always hot and salty.

Friendly staff and great food and service.

They are always so friendly and give me the biggest ice cream cone ever everytime!! There is also tesla plug in in their parking lot as well.

The best customer experience I've ever had. We have a long road trip ahead of us and needed fuel for our tummies. We saw a sign on the road for this burger king and we stopped by to get something to eat. I was telling my husband how excited I was to get some food and couldn't wait to sit outside because they have a nice sitting area. The worker heard me and when I was done ordering he went out of his way to clean the outside area for us to sit. That was extremely generous of him! Once my food came out I got a few extra chicken fries in my order and I was so surprised! that was a very nice of the workers to do that for me. Now I have extra chicken fries to nibble on while I'm on the road. After I hung out at the outside area and ate until I was full I left and it was extremely memorable. Thank you guys! Definitely a positive memory I will remember on my road trip. P.s I currently still have some chicken fries to eat and I'm saving them for later! Won't be hungry on the road! Thanks burger king!

The food comes out fast, but be careful of going when the bus is there.

Food service and cleanliness are good only complaint is the app didn't say they stop serving ice coffee during lunch time.

Consistent, friendly, clean, roomy, quick. I hadn’t had BK in years until stopping by here (desperate, hungry, a little stoned). That was about 3 months ago, and I’ve visited about 3 times a week since. My favorite FF in Ukiah - has been very consistent for a BK and almost always fresh. More consistent than the In and Out off the 101, but also a little more expensive.

This Burger King actually does cook orders fresh and I haven’t had an order screwed up yet. It’s cheaper than McDonald’s now, and it’s in a good location and easy on and off from the freeway.

Got a whopper on Wednesday. Thats 3.99 whopper day But didn't offer me that deal. 8 dollars for me. Don't know what the deal is with that. Went off peak time & food was fresh warm and well put together. Whopper with cheese was tasty.

Checked to see if they carried Impossible burgers and they did. However since there are local restaurants that have more vegan choices I probably will not buy food at Burger King. The Impossible burger was about 11 dollars so it's not really any cheaper than other options.

Got called into a last minute graveyard shift. This was the only place “open” along my way to work. I pulled in at 11pm, 30 minutes before they said they would be closed but as I pulled in all the employees were hanging out in the parking lot. I waited a few minutes to give my order but nothing. They all just stood in the parking lot. So i get to work my shift hungry apparently…

Only ordered a BK Fish sandwich had my water, got sick within an hour, bad gut pains, etc. lasted for 24 hours, almost went to ER ! Why? Had not eaten there since before the pandemic. Disappointed ☹️
