Quick and easy drive thru..always good sandwiches and jamocho shakes are 1 of a kind here..ALWAYS Ask for spoons ,napkins , straws. .never there in your order unless asked for

Ja Quan, works here. I hope I spelled his name right. But he is such a pleasant and friendly guy. Multiple times I've been to this drive thru while he is working and every time he is in an uplifting mood. Very refreshing to encounter someone real. He deserves a raise and promotion.
The next first hand fast food, this and Burger King my favorite I love them both for on the spot getting it hot kinda food... great service and Kaylee is the best...
So yummy, we love the sliders and the crinkle fries, but they charge too much for soda $3.19 for a medium coke& $3.09 for a medium fry , too high , need a lower price point , other than that delicious ♥️♥️♥️🤗
Probably the best Arby's employee and location I've ever been to. The lady that served us was amazing. Definitely gonna be coming back there when in the area.
first time coming here. my parents hate trying new things but arbys was one of the places they were willing to try. great food, friendly staff through the drive thru, i recommend the mint shakes definitely!
Food was good. No problem requesting different rolls for my beef and cheddars. Sometimes they charge for that, but not this time. Staff was nice and friendly.
Arby's is fast, fresh, clean, and with good quality ingredients, and a different type of variety than other "fast food" restaurants! Years ago I didn't care for Arby's and over the years they have really stepped up their game and won myself and my family over! During Lent time they offer a crispy fish sandwich that can't compare to any other fish sandwich in the area, but you have to eat it right away for it to be at it's crispy prime! Their Reubens and Gyros are also excellent choices as are any number of other menu choices!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple sandwiches. My son's dog was sticking his head out the window and the guy at the drive-thru gave him a little cup with roast beef in that! How nice was that! 😁 Oh, and the food was delicious! 😋
The turkey wrap had horse raddish sauce and onions on it and wasn't expecting that. Love love the beef and cheddar. I don't like the onion bun but I can get it on a reg bun. So thank you Arby's for that. Also I have loved the curly fries for 35+ years. Absolutely a 5 star restaurant. Have a good one 🍀

Still great food service could be a little bit better nobody should be just standing around personally I feel if you got time to stay and you got time to clean but that's my opinion I'm a service worker myself people were somewhat friendly the store was clean
I put in a mobile order on 1/1/24, New Year’s Day and there was ONE lady working the entire store, however much y’all pay her, it is not enough! Give that hero a raise, cause I sure wouldn’t work an entire restaurant alone on a national holiday.

Very rarely do I have a perfect experience at a fast food place. Girl on the headset/ at the register was friendly today. Literally everything we ordered was perfect! Snackables were hot ! Our BBQ sandwiches were soooooo good and lemonade and strawberry shake were perfect ✨ 10/10 Team

I like the idea of being addressed by named after the order has been taken. I'm sure it makes it a lot easier for the servers but it also adds a bit of friendliness and being comfortable in the environment.
What a great place to eat with my family today. They catered to my young nephew who has autism and recognized that he was covering his ears. The music wasn't to loud, but one of the workers asked me if they music was to loud and also asked me if I would like to turn it down. The manger was very nice! The workers were just great on this afternoon shift around 3ish. Thank you so much Roseline and Maria for being great. I usually don't always leave reviews, but I personally wanted to leave one because you really don't find great service like my family and I had today there. Lekeshia

I ordered thru drive thru, no idea of atmosphere, but employee very courteous, as I asked questions. I get my sauces mixed up at times. Love that fresh onion roll! Like Vestal better than Upper Front Street.
This location is very clean and upkept, offers many handicapped seating options, and is very suitable for bringing the family to. The service here is great! Our server, Alex, was very prompt and offered great recommendations for dinner. The food came out in a timely manner. The food options here are decent, mid-to-high pricing for fast food chains in it's category. The quality of the food is decent as well.
Was very clean and the shirt lady boss head women in charge was very much a person that gave me a smile n was very nice n had her stuff together made it a place BB I would come back to eat
Great location, view is amazing out all the windows. Handicapped table is very strong and secure with a solid post mounted directly into the slab. Good to push on when getting up, will never break or fall over. Outlet next to this table is not a GFCI, hopefully nobody spills on it, although it came in handy for charging my phone. Food was a little pricey though. $11.32 out the door for one medium French dip half pound sandwich.

Sandwiches are tasty and filling. Fries were fresh and hot. Their sauces are nice to mix and match however you want. Employee didn't want to share the guest wifi password so he just said the wifi was not working.
Pleasant place, friendly workers, food was hot. Just revisited this place 2 days ago 4/28..a little after 4am, fries both styles.. Cold tasted old, like sat there all day...only friendly person was the guy cashier who waited on us.. Almost total opposite of what we experienced previously.
They keep there drive thru moving right along! Did is pretty good. Now I haven't been IN the place, just drive thru. Looks like people enjoys it and clean. Yes I'm a window watcher as well. Call me nosey but yes, I want to make the inside tables are cleaned.
Buyer Be Aware to Always Check your Receipt to pay Attention how your Money is Spent: It's understood that in today's economy prices have increased however when a menu item has a price listed and the register has a higher price loaded (before taxes are added) consumers need to pay attention as every dollar matters. A discrepancy in prices from what was listed on the menu and charged more at register before the taxes were added on. It was bought to the managers attention then we were compensated for our inconvenience. Buyer Be Aware to Always Check your Receipt to pay Attention how your Money is Spent.
Food and service here are usually top notch, and worth the trip. Though the biggest problem with this location is that the drive thru menu and speaker are between the building and the Vestal Parkway, so road noise makes it very difficult to hear and be heard when ordering at the drive thru.
If you have read any of my posts about fast food you know I might hit them once in a while but I was out with a friend and I let her pick what where she wanted to eat. The outside was clean and the guy working the drive thur was entertaining and polite to say the least. The food was hot and fresh so no complaints and I rarely eat there because the only Arby's is not in my daily travels! Was satisfied.

ll together only one I'll go to fast service their nice to you some wouldn't talk but it's ok not their to make a friend.. best part fight time if day dog treats been a minute. They gave my Lilly bell the scraps off the table B4 she passed away her second favorite place to go thank you Arby's for the wonderful memories
Had drive thru for liunch , always great . But today the forgot my cheese !
I was a bit disappointed to see the tables had not been wiped, and the soda dispenser area was also very messy with multiple splashes across the entire shelf area - including the sauce dispenser area shelf. There were only a few people dining in, it wouldn't take an employee long to wipe all the areas down.
Great menu of choices, however might be more expensive then other drive thru places. Atmosphere inside is okay, however they need to clean the tables and the drink/sauce area more. Good for a quick bite if you can afford it!
Arby's use to have great deals and great roast beef sandwiches. Recently their prices just keep rising, and the food quality has gone down. There are also a LOT of flies in this restaurant... the mocha shakes are delicious though! And curly fries are very good if they are fresh
The food was not bad, though my husband's sandwich had a puddle of mayo. Our issue was that we had to remind them to give us part of our order, one of our drinks had no ice (which normally wouldn't be an issue, but it was an unsweetened tea so it was room temp) and they didn't give us any straws. Luckily we didn't drive off, so my husband could run in and grab some straws. And this was around 1:00, so not an odd time, it was still lunch time.
Well figured since this is the 4th time in a row that we have went and spent nearly $50 or more and NOT gotten the right order, old stale tasting food, and most of all missing food somthing needs to give!!!! Let me just add when you try to call about these issues you will NEVER EVER get an answer. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be doing whatever needs to be done to speak to someone on the corporate level. Enough is enough!!!!... still very costly and no more specials
Ordered the 2 for $6 fish sandwiches. The tartar sause was excessive, causing the bun to be soggy and messy to eat. Did not finish the sandwiches.
They are Arby's and you will get standard Arby's food but in the drive thru they will give you the wrong food and forget your sauce, even if you remind them.
While the outside looks like they are totally shutdown, the drive thru is still up & running as usual. As with a lot of fast food locations they are running a limited menu. One main stapel they removed was the chicken cordon bleu 😢 ! The amount of food compared to what you spend is considerably more than any of the drive throughs in the area. Our food was decent but for the extra price point we (family of 5) could have gone and sat down for dinner out. They need to update their order box, as it's very difficult to understand the person on the other side. They come through muffled and garbled over their head sets, so you end up having to repeat yourself multiple times. Overall decent food, higher price points, they are trying hard to keep the flow moving (which in turn means your food has been sitting under the warmer) but the staff is pleasant and truly tries to keep all orders correct the first time around.

Going through the drive through everything was great but when I received my drink I opened my straw and it was a paper straw. I tried to use it but almost puicked in my own vehicle because of the taste it gave.
I don't blame the staff as they are short handed and along with doing doordash before waiting on customers line up standing there also the soda machine was just putting out just water.
I do delivery just posting here so the owner knows, there was a line inside and I went to the front off to the side to let them know im checking in for a delivery. Was told by the lady there to wait in line, Just saying, In EVERY other establishment im not told to wait in line. We go to the front to check in for our deliveries so the customer can get there order in a timely fashion. Customer asking why order isn't picked up several minutes passed the pick up time, they never start preparing order until something is said. Had to cancel order.
Food was alright. I had a turkey gyro and curly fries. The pita was soft, the turkey tasted a bit off. Probably the craziest thing is that the meal was almost $16 for a single meal. Those are restaurant prices! My wife in another state got the same meal, a size bigger and with a shake, for $10. I get it, prices are different per state, but seriously, a $6 difference? There’s no brand consistency apparently and it’s disappointing, to say the least. I’m not sure going to Arby’s is the way anymore.
We had to announce our food choices four times for the person to figure out what we wanted and I was speaking English. When we got to the window the attendant asked if we would like the sauces and I said yes all of them none of them made it into our to go bag. Food was decent though.
When I arrived I was told the CO2 machine was out and that I could get a Pepsi it would just be flat. Then I tried to pay with a visa gift card and their machine could not take after multiple attempts I left empty handed
Took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru today. When I pulled up to the window there were 3 employees just standing around talking. Not a good look. Food was decent though, so 2 stars.
I didn't notice that you can't fill your drink anymore. They fill your drink now behind counter. I don't like ice in my drink. When I noticed that the employee had fill my drink, I ask for no ice. I was given a bit of a non verbal attitude. I went there only cause I had a free meal coupon. I'm not sure I will ever go there again and spend my money. I like Arby's too!
Deluxe fish sandwich didn't have cheese and tomatoes.
The tipping culture has gotten way out of hand. Your not: Serving me at a table Filling my glass and doing what waiters and waitresses do . I'M STANDING PLACING MY ORDER. why should I have to tip a person who just takes my money and hands me a bag. You want a tip for that? Is there a tip jar on the drive thru as well? And the management there allows this? It's fast food, not a diner or restaurant in the conventional sense. If they put in self service kiosks I guess that will end that problem. You want tips, go wait on tables or tend bars.
Okay so this is an Arby's not expecting haute cuisine. But do expect decent service and a clean environment. I am not rating the food, as either you like it or not. But the inside dining area was atrocious. Food on the floor, tables not wiped down, and the bathrooms filthy. Plus condiment dispensers were empty. We walked to the counter and we were not acknowledged for many minutes until we spoke up. I have been to other Arby's and this is not the case, so I attribute this to poor management and I hope they read this post.
Big ants all over the booth, table, walls, the condiments containers haven’t been cleaned in awhile, registers at the front alll broke (per employee) so had to take payments of any kind to the back register. Orders wrong even other customers were coming back to counter complaining. Here’s couple photos we took
Tried to charge me for a drink I never ordered. I can forgive this error but they then asked me twice for my order within 2 mins. I can forgive this as well till I see that i wasn't given the right sandwich, I advising eating somewhere else.
Ordered my food and waited then was told no one made my food half hour later got my order. So much for fast food . Manager told me I was getting a refund but never happen not happy with the service.
First and last time eating Arby's for me and my girlfriend. I don't know what I was expecting but not that low a quality of meat. The fries were good, the stomach aches were not.
We went to one Arby's on 2 different occasions and they have been closed for various reasons . Then went to the other one and have not had any problems with that one . Food was hot and fresh
Pulled a head of window to wait for meal because fries were low. Waited a bit and when girl came out she only had meals and no drinks. Once we got that straightened out we proceeded to parking lot to eat. Guess what. No dip like we requested. No problem I will just go ask for some. No one at counter and then heard someone on the phone. Finally I had to yell hey miss and they came out. A lot of time i spent that was not calculated on the window timer. All about speed of getting rid of customers instead of quality of service!!!!!
Waited forever for food and it was all cold, sandwich, curly fries and even the coffee was cold No one was inside eating so mo reason for the delay. This one is one of the most poorly managed in all and I've visited during the summer as well. When inside the equipment was broken and a mess on the counter aa well. Needs new management for sure.
Ordered the French dip and it's the second time they didn't send the dip sauce. They don't answer the phone so you can complain. Very poor service.
Everytime I come here although the food is always fresh and good the customer service and wait times are annoying I get it once and a while but when I’m the only car in the line and it happens everytime it gets old and I’ve never left a bad review bc I understand but this time I had to atleast say something
Came inside between 4:30 and 5pm. Service SUCKED!!! They were too busy hanging out in the back and eating food. They looked at us and still ignored us. Since when do we take smoke breaks at the entrance?? Disgusting!!! Very poor attitude. Sandwiches were cold. Date of service....12/15/22. Need a whole new crew. Not a bunch of lazy people who don't want to do there job. Unacceptable!!
My buddy wanted to stop in give it try he’s not from the area, after placing order which went smoothly my friend asked for some sauce and a guy brought him two handfuls, he took a few and took a step back. I waited on my two half pound cheddar and roast beef sandwiches, and gyro… There was a women obviously upset, she was shouting, and the customers next to me made note of it. Her display caused me to get a headache. We watched management trying to get a word in as she was in the office doorway and when the couple behind me got rung up, the cashier asked for my order, I had already ordered , he checked screen, bagged my food and I drove home only to find my order was incorrect, I could’ve ate a half pound of roast beef without the cheddar but it’s not really any good without the cheddar cheese.rather than spend an hour driving back to your store I threw em away and enjoyed the gyro I had left.
Place has always been great. I always get a gyro, 2 when special but today was bad. Service was great! But the meat was crinkled up like bacon. .. not right and pita was cracked like it was stale. Might not have said anything but price was a dollar more. Cya.... 9.28.24 Feelin like a gyro, my last one was an improvement. I ordered a gyro with tzaziki on the side. The gyro was awesome but no tziziki sauce at all. So I went back today and that's the last time!
They were in there throwing stuff around and playing while preparing the food, I asked him a question he didn’t even know food was awful not going back
The food is good but the customer service is very poor. The cashier assisting with my order had the biggest attitude I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. One of the people I was with went up to get their cup and she just mocked him as she grabbed her phone and left.
Terrible! Service very poor. The person saw me waiting there. But he was more interested putting things away than taking my order. Fries cold and poor quality. Fish strips soggy, not right!
We waited 10 minutes for our food. When we got home with the food(I only live 5 minutes from the store) my fries were cold. So was the cup of cheese. Pretty expensive for fast food, and inedible. This isn't my first bad experience here
The girl working the drive thru was nice and friendly however she was one of the ink positivs. The wait was awful and there were only 2 cars in front of me. The speaker is broken and they can't hear you and they sound like Charlie Brown's teacher. One of my sandwiches was missing and I didn't notice till getting home. The bag was all askew and the fries and nuggets dumped. How's there were napkins in the bag. When I went to call the next day about my sandwich the phone just rings and rings. I made sure not to call during a busy meal time
The last few times here have been way below expectations. Getting shorted on orders, waiting much longer than "fast food" should take, and the quality of the food and service is down significantly. I won't be back
Didn't even order food staff didn't greet or even engage me as a customer. I then spoke to the manager and asked if he was management he ignored me. I did not order food and currently making a corporate complaint. Felt very racial
Fries should not be 5$ for one. You can buy 7x a large fry at Sam's Club, the same exact branding. We ordered a fish sandwich, and unfortunately, they gave us a chicken sandwich for two.
Upon arrival at this location, Mobile ordering took over 15 minutes wait after standing in line- Left Arby’s- with bagged and sealed orders- returned to work- one order was completely wrong- and there was a soiled latex glove in the bag with the cold food. Both food orders were unacceptable and unable to eat.
We stopped in on a Monday afternoon , the drive through line wrapped around the building so we went inside, the staff were all fighting with one another. One of the staff in the back kept threatening to quit. Multiple staff were swearing. They couldn’t keep track of orders. We waited over 20 minutes for an order and had to give staff our receipt so they could fulfill the order. I even asked if there was a manager in the building with employees behaving the way they were. Supposedly there was someone there but he never came out. Have never experienced such a scene or poor customer service even in a fast food restaurant
Over charged for milkshakes asked for 3 got charged for 4! Sandwiches smashed together! Rap music blaring. That’s exactly what I want to hear while I’m eating with my 6 and 7 year old kids. Spend 70$ on thrown together sloppy food unreal
The manager of the Sayre Arby's was yelling at a customer eating at the table by us (an old man and his wife) for no reason. Actually, he told them to go to McDonald's...
I stopped here just to get a drink for my 2 hour drive home. While waiting at the light to turn I noticed the drive thru line wasn't moving so I went inside to grab my drink. 4 minutes later no one had come to the counter despite 3 employees ,seeing two other customer and myself waiting. I finally gave them a shout that I just needed to buy a drink. One of the guys came to counter, didn't say anything other than my total and I bought my drink and left. Only warm bodies working at this location for sure.
When we went in there we ordered our food we requested no red ranch which they didn’t put on the sandwiches like we requested. But while waiting in line we heard them behind the counter so extra red ranch right then laughter so not very good customer service. Then before we left we wanted horsy sauce and the guy didn’t want to walk over and grab them. And being near $50 customer service is a must poor job. Not sure if we’ll come here again
I got a chicken sandwich from 7.99 deal here the other day and it was like chewing on rubber highly don't not recommend
I ordered food and Uber eats delivered. I got the 2 sandwiches but didn't get the$5.99 order of large fries. It was a simple order. How could they get it wrong. The bag was sealed so I know that the delivery man didn't take it. How do you get a refund or don't you.
Worst experience of my life. The employee was horrible, rude and appeared to be intoxicated, got the order wrong and wrote mean guy as my fiancee's name on the receipt. Manager stood there laughing and did nothing. It's terrible to see employees ruining the business when the owners are super nice. I don't recommend it at all. We walked out of there without food, with my birthday dinner ruined and a crying 8 year old.
