Jeanne opened the door for us on the way in, gave us prompt service and was very attentive. The seafood was wonderful and steak cooked perfect. The lower food rating was because of cooler potatoes and not my favorite coleslaw, but really that was minor in comparison to the rest. Thank You

My Mother's birthday dinner was a very enjoyable experience. The Steak and Lobster were excellent I was pleasantly surprised, very tasty. My sides of rice and brussel sprouts with toasted onions were on point. The waitresses couldn't have been nicer or more attentive.

Service was excellent, it was great how the wait staff help each others to get the food out as soon as it was ready. Didn't matter who table it was , when food was ready someone got it right to your table. Server kept checking to see if anything was needed.

We stopped into our local Red Lobster today for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. We used to enjoy the endless shrimp, so we decided to try their spendless shrimp meal and you get a TON of food. Endless definitely not needed. And the biscuits were amazing as usual. Our waitress Shari W. was wonderful, very attentive to anything we needed and made great recommendations. She made us smile even after dealing with a very difficult table nearby. Will definitely be back soon.

Shari W was our server and was amazing. She suggested my wife’s drink of choice which she lived . She suggested the ultimate feast when we were asking about the trio you no longer had. The vibe was just amazing!!! And the service was phenomenal. Even when I had lunch with my friends, the vibe was still high. Our server Shari W was amazing, without us asking she refilled our drinks, talked to us like we’re adults and treated us politely. Red Loster is a place that I’d definitely come back to!!!!!

Our Server JES did a phenomenal job of taking care of our table. Despite the restaurant being rather busy; she saw to it that our meal requests were expeditiously met. No cup ran dry the duration of our meal, and she took the time to check back frequently. I feel that her efforts are exactly what will warrant a repeat visit again soon. Do not let go of such a talented server. If anything, she deserves a HEALTHY raise.

Feb 12, 2026: Valentine’s Dinner at Vestal, NY location. Wife and I enjoyed a delicious meal and outstanding service. Our Server (Jayden) performed his duties and responsibility’s in an Outstanding manner (Personable, Attentive, Professional, Attention to Detail). A Special Note to Corporate: Jayden processed our Credit Card payment. Upon returning to our table with the credit card and associated receipts he said “Thank you for your families service”. As a retired veteran of the United States Air Force my wife and I were sincerely touched by Jayden’s kind words. How did he know? We shared the above with the Manager on duty on our way out. During that conversation and having paid with our USAA Credit Card I surmised Jayden had made the Military Family connection. Truly appreciated.

Our server was Shari W. She was amazing!! Definitely sold us on apps we normally would not have bought, but we sure are happy she did. Food was really good, and Shari made it all so much better. Will definitely be back.

Our server was Amber D. and she was exceptional! Very likable and attentive, which always makes the dining experience so much better. We will remember her and request her on future visits, if she is available. She also made suggestions that resulted in us ordering an appetizer that we really enjoyed. Note: I ordered the crunchy parmesan chicken but asked for it without the lemon cream sauce because I had it twice before and it tastes and smells like sour/curdled milk. PLEASE bring back the maple/bacon crispy chicken option that was previously on the menu (before being replaced with the lemon cream option).

Shari C was a lovely server, very attentive, checked in at the right times, and was very helpful even giving out suggestions for specials and drinks! She was also training a very nice new server named Kegan who seemed a bit nervous but was very sweet.

She also bartender multitask very well took care of myself and all the other customers that Alfredo left to die for it was super delicious and the drink was extraordinary. The appetizer was so good. I can’t remember the name of it. It was something wrapped in the bacon scallops, and it came with a great salad.

If you have been to red lobster before, this fits the mold. Meaning that it is exactly what I expect when I go to red lobster. The atmosphere is set up so that even though there are about 75 tables in the restaurant, each booth is highly private. You cannot hear conversations from other tables, which is very good for the elderly couple that I went there with. No loud music. We were seated very quickly on a Saturday night. The waitress, Vlada, took our drink order, and appetizers, and I said we were ready to order the main meal so Vlada took that also. She was friendly and paid attention to detail. The elderly couple that I was with have very special eating habits going into detail about how they would like their salads. They came out perfect. The lighting was bright enough that we could easily see the menu, but not too bright to hurt the eyes. One person had the shrimp skewers and took half of it home. The other person had a steak cooked rare to medium and it was cooked exactly like he likes it. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. The portion was too large, but I ate all of it anyway. I also had the lobster bisque. There were definitely pieces of lobster in it and had a creamy lobster flavor. Next time I think I’m just going to order a bowl of lobster bisque. This time I had a cup. The bowl of lobster bisque itself would’ve made A meal. Vlada Gladly split the bill. I paid cash, my friend paid with a credit card. The credit card was processed quickly and brought back to my friends within three minutes. Would I eat here again? Absolutely. The menu had a huge variety of items that I would like to try in the future. However, are there pure vegetarian dishes? No, don’t come here if you are a vegetarian. A relative of mine also has a fish sandwich and she’s so obviously if You are allergic to fish stay away. The bill was $40 plus a $10 tip.

We ask for her section every time and she’s always so happy to see us! I came here just for the heck of it tbh. I hadn’t been since like 2009 or something wild and it was in Times Square. Let me tell you, this place is more expensive than the local restaurants and the quality is lower. How places like this are charging these prices when I can just go to Frank’s in Maine or a nice restaurant in Endicott over this place. Save your money and support the locals.

We were one of the only people in there and the server seemingly forgot about us. We saw him twice, once to order drinks and once to order food and then never again. The food runner brought out our food and she asked if we wanted a refill on our biscuits and then those never came out either :/ pretty disappointing when your spending $100+ for two people.
