The wait staff is always nice and courteous but today the food was not good. The popcorn chicken was very dry like it was old, cheddar poppers were not good, and the pretzel was hard like it was microwaved too long. This Sonic is usually good but not today.

Service is great but drinks are always LOADED to the top with ice even if you order easy or light ice. Shakes/blasts are never filled all the way up. They put very little whipped cream (if any at all) and they charge for every sauce. Ice cream often tastes somewhat sour.

Fries were dry and warm not fresh. Sweet tea wasn't sweet and to top things off dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken I ordered wasn't enough for the medium size I ordered. They charge for dipping sauce if you get the boneless wings but the hop girl was friendly

Orders never right. Food isn't cooked properly. Say something to manager, they are rude as can be. I'll never go back.

Ordered a foot long chilli cheese coney. It was so cold the cheese wasn't melted, didn't even have chilli on whole coney. There was maybe 10 pieces of cheese. Hotdogs it self was cold. Really bad I see why they have a 3.8 on reviews. 2nd time got bad food. 1st time I complained they remade it still bad this time I just left wont be back.

Will never return to the Wills Point Sonic. It is awful. The food is terrible. My order was incorrect. The food was burnt stale and cold!!! I ordered on the app and was already there the food should have been fresh. So frustrating when you spend $$$ on food and have to throw it away bc it taste that BaD!! Do better.

WTH Sonic. Y’all have been good for the last few months. Just got som hotdogs and a supersonic double cuz burger. Hot dogs were good. Why y’all charged me 6.50 for a kids burger instead of what I ordered 😠

First I understand it's fast food and I know not to expect 5star service but I expect the employees there to have a better attitude. The carhop I had yesterday didn't bring all the food I ordered and when I said something she said she would have to ring it up what was missing because it wasn't on the order. I understood and said to go ahead and use the same card for it. After waiting almost 20 minutes for them to bring my order she walked out there and said the card wouldn't go through on the second charge. I told her it may be my bank seeing the double charge and flagged it for fraud She then chose to get a big attitude and said "what the hell does that have anything to do with it" like I was blaming her and then started telling me I was wrong then stormed off and told me to get the hell off the property. It was uncalled for and I really hope they can train their staff to provide better customer service.

Ordered a medium chilli cheese fry and this is what we received after they told us it would be a small wait due to making fresh chilli- which ended up being cold.

I literally got food poisoning from this place. Either undercooked meat, special sauce left out in the sun for too long, or some other combination. It's the only place I ate all day, and got DREADFULLY ill. Researching online, apparently several Sonics have produced the same results. Maybe not the fault of this particular restaurant, but definitely a Sonic thing. If you want explosive diarrhea, this is your place.
