We have lived in WP for about 5 months and been to the Sonic maybe 5-6 times. Every single time the ladies who work there are SO nice! They literally have service with a smile. Hard to find places especially in fast food, where the people seem to care and have a good attitude. Great stop for a quick meal 👌👍
I feel as if i might not have been real fair in leaving my review, and this didn't even dawn on me until leaving this location a few minutes ago. Four stars with no written review is incorrect. I think I rated that based off of all experiences from every visit to this location as a whole, and I know thats not fair. I can't recall a single bad experience I've had here in quite some time. Does this crew always have that ear to ear smile? No. Not always. And that's perfectly fine.. it's perfectly perfect. All too often you see food industry workers are either rude & unwelcoming or very cheesy and obviously fake. I don't feel like these guys exhibit either of those. These guys get their job done while being real and making you feel at home. Five stars.

I wish I didn't have to redeem my drink special...change it back sonic.....always great for the perfect drink and a quick burger.
I've always love the people here. Especially the OG that is so friendly the women. I don't know her name but she always says thanks baby or sweetie. Love her energy
Their app did not work well, we could only get a partial order accomplished. However, we easily completed the order over the phone, and when we arrived, the food was ready. It was a quick transaction. The minimal landscaping was well manicured, the campus was clear of debris, the menu boards were in good shape, the building was well maintained, and the carhop was all smiles and helpful.
Ordered at drive thru lady took our order didn't tell us to pull up or what the cost would be..we pull forward there are NO indicators on where to stop. Group of guys with Sonic uniforms sitting at the table just staring at us. I'm sure wondering why we looked so confused cause we had no idea what to pull up to or if the lady understood we were done ordering cause she never said another word after reading the order back to us she just went silent. Food was fabulous as usual.
I've been a few times. Service is slow, and today I got tots and they tasted like very old, totally rancid fry oil. They're sitting in my car rn, smelling it up. I wouldn't even feed these to my dog.
Worst fries I’ve ever tasted in my life. We ate a couple and had to throw the rest out because it tasted like rancid oil. Please, please clean out your fryer.
This is the second time my food sucks from this location. I gave a 2 star because the car hop girls are always sweet. This morning I ordered the bacon croissant, bacon tasts old and egg is over cooked. I couldn't eat it. Last time the chicken was undercooked. The cook needs more training!
The wait staff is always nice and courteous but today the food was not good. The popcorn chicken was very dry like it was old, cheddar poppers were not good, and the pretzel was hard like it was microwaved too long. This Sonic is usually good but not today.
Service is great but drinks are always LOADED to the top with ice even if you order easy or light ice. Shakes/blasts are never filled all the way up. They put very little whipped cream (if any at all) and they charge for every sauce. Ice cream often tastes somewhat sour.
Fries were dry and warm not fresh. Sweet tea wasn't sweet and to top things off dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken I ordered wasn't enough for the medium size I ordered. They charge for dipping sauce if you get the boneless wings but the hop girl was friendly
Orders never right. Food isn't cooked properly. Say something to manager, they are rude as can be. I'll never go back.
Ordered a foot long chilli cheese coney. It was so cold the cheese wasn't melted, didn't even have chilli on whole coney. There was maybe 10 pieces of cheese. Hotdogs it self was cold. Really bad I see why they have a 3.8 on reviews. 2nd time got bad food. 1st time I complained they remade it still bad this time I just left wont be back.
The dr pepper taste like sink water hope were not sick.
Will never return to the Wills Point Sonic. It is awful. The food is terrible. My order was incorrect. The food was burnt stale and cold!!! I ordered on the app and was already there the food should have been fresh. So frustrating when you spend $$$ on food and have to throw it away bc it taste that BaD!! Do better.
WTH Sonic. Y’all have been good for the last few months. Just got som hotdogs and a supersonic double cuz burger. Hot dogs were good. Why y’all charged me 6.50 for a kids burger instead of what I ordered 😠
First I understand it's fast food and I know not to expect 5star service but I expect the employees there to have a better attitude. The carhop I had yesterday didn't bring all the food I ordered and when I said something she said she would have to ring it up what was missing because it wasn't on the order. I understood and said to go ahead and use the same card for it. After waiting almost 20 minutes for them to bring my order she walked out there and said the card wouldn't go through on the second charge. I told her it may be my bank seeing the double charge and flagged it for fraud She then chose to get a big attitude and said "what the hell does that have anything to do with it" like I was blaming her and then started telling me I was wrong then stormed off and told me to get the hell off the property. It was uncalled for and I really hope they can train their staff to provide better customer service.
Ordered a medium chilli cheese fry and this is what we received after they told us it would be a small wait due to making fresh chilli- which ended up being cold.
I literally got food poisoning from this place. Either undercooked meat, special sauce left out in the sun for too long, or some other combination. It's the only place I ate all day, and got DREADFULLY ill. Researching online, apparently several Sonics have produced the same results. Maybe not the fault of this particular restaurant, but definitely a Sonic thing. If you want explosive diarrhea, this is your place.
