The subway in Wynantskill is owned by a gentleman named Dave. Dave recently had this subway remodeled, and holy cow does it look amazing! Finally, the appearance matches the personalities of the employees. This subway has been a reliable source of lunch for me for about 4 years. During this time, I've gotten to know several employees there, and the owner. Dave is an incredibly kind owner and cares about his consumers. The sandwiches are always made neatly and well organized. You never have to worry about them falling apart. All the wmployees are hard workers. They keep the place clean, assemble great sandwiches, and keep fantastic conversation, which allows for a friendly environment. I can't say enough about the quality of this subway!
I am always happy with my order from this location. They make every item to specification and go above and beyond to keep me coming back if they’re out of stock on certain items!

Always quick and easy experience here. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The only downfall is the fact that you can't use coupons here. If that were to ever change it can easily become a 5-star Subway restaurant.
The food is good. The man behind the counter is very nice but the tables in the seating area should be wiped up. One of the better ones in the capital district though

The food here is good for a quick lunch and the ingredients are usually fresh. Unfortunately, recently when I have been going, one of the employees there has not been doing her job very well. She always seems disinterested and zoned out, as if she would rather be anywhere else in the world. I usually have to tell her my order multiple times before she gets it correct. The most recent time I went there, I had gotten my food and I was paying, and I gave her a full minute before I reminded her that she had to give me back my change. She claimed that she was just about to give it to me, but I know that if I hadn't intervened I would have never gotten it back. I personally think this is unacceptable, and unfortunately until they fix this problem, I will instead go to deli and brew just a few minutes away.
The owner Dave is great and he now runs two stores or more. He is really good at what he does. The store has discontinued a lot of choices for food. Our order was wrong and we did a mobile order. We had food sitting on the shelf and didn’t know. We sat there waiting and the order was wrong anyway. Not trying to be mean here cause I really like Dave and most of the people he has working there but sometimes they are off. And in his defense many subways are getting rid of choices we just don’t get why.

Ordered online, didn't toast my sandwich even though I selected toasted Didn't get any of my add ons, no sauce, just what comes on the sandwich by default.... Don't know if this is an employee issue or an issue with their online system but was pretty sad with my dry sandwich, probably won't come here for lunch again
Ordered all American club.....much less contents than previous orders. Lots of roll though. Foot long churro was inedible...like sugar piece of hardwood...days old? Place empty of customers. One other pickup awaiting in pickup area.lppp

Not good for a customer to see that lack of teamwork. Because she was trying her best and I thank her for her kindness...she made our subs incorrect. I was at this location the women there was outside smoking a cigarette! As I’m ordering she comes in and I’ve noticed she did not wash her hands that is so disgusting working at a food place u should be washing your hands often especially after touching things ! Cigarettes smell and she didnt care came in and started making online sandwiches it’s unfortunate but I’m scared to go back ! Regardless if she’s wearing gloves she touched the gloves !!!!!
We ordered 6 subs for the family as we usually do and they are usually great…this time meat did not even cover roll in one layer…large subs…hardly any cheese…just awful never again! Maybe we should go and watch them make the subs instead of online ordering…
