Today I had their Italiano Grilled Bagel sandwich and I can honestly say it was delicious. I especially love the garlic maynaisse and fresh spinach used.

The inside is very sleek and well kept, and the staff is very kind. I have been here many, many times over the years and I don't have any complaints. Food and drinks are delicious, and the wait time is minimum. Definitely will keep coming here!

The snack wrappers from this location are the best in the area! I also had a friendly and funny conversation with one of the employees, Leticia, which was a nice change from your usual drive thru experience.

I gotta give it to this Tims, even when the drive thru line is out of the drive thru lane and down the parking lot, they get everyone through there quick! Definitely the fastest Tim Hortons drive thru I have ever been to! The staff are always nice and easy to deal with. And most times when I ask for a double toasted bagel, they actually do double toast it which is hard to find these days!

Even if their drive thru is super long, the staff promptly gets to everyone’s orders extremely fast. Hands down the BEST Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. They make the perfect cup of coffee every. single. time. I refuse to go anywhere else! I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about them closing too early/not having enough supply, but I think people have forgotten we are still in the midst of a pandemic! Lots of places are struggling to find help and are having issues with getting their inventory. There’s no reason to poorly rate a business based on things like that in situations like this.

Drive thru system moves fast. Usually have a good selection of muffins. Staff is friendly.

It was a Saturday morning when I stop by. Very busy, small and sort of cozy. They have a lot of items to take home. Nice feeling environment.

Drinks are great, food is mediocre. They need to learn how to fill drinks to the top. If I order a large, I want a large.

I am having a bit of Tim Hortons affair lately. Love the app. I am addicted to their healthy options of spinach egg white bites and avocado toast which now comes topped with hard-boiled eggs if your looking for a more complete meal. Always have the drink of your choice. I ordered the egg white omelette bites and they were out. They replaced it with avocado toast as requested

It was nice and clean and didn't care that me and my friends were doing the bottle challenge. I love it here and there food and drinks are amazing. Totaly recommend. They're all so nice and smiley and that's how employees should be. Thank you.

You just can't go wrong with Tim Hortons coffee. It's hit or miss with them getting a larger order correct. Make sure when you order you speak slowly and clearly and perhaps have them repeat your order back to you. Drive thru or indoors. Always very clean, and during this time of Corona they have always used all safety measures.

Love this place! Friendly and quality service. Better than most others in the area, however the food and beverages arent always consistent, better than most other locations I've been to tho. You gotta remember, its a fast food place, not 5 star dining. 😂

The coffee is the best! Breakfast was good, prepared fresh. It was very loud and chaotic even though there weren't any customers except for us.

Horton's is the best!! Good donuts, good coffee. And even if the drive thru line is long. You will be thru it in less than 5 min.

I order an iced coffee with a lot of sugar in it and the workers sometimes will make sounds like they can’t believe it. Or they will ask are you sure. I also ask for granulated sugar instead of the cane and I still usually end up with cane. But overall the workers are friendly and the coffee is still good.

This location is my most frequent. Service is generally good, 9/10 times friendly and I get my correct order. As with most places occasionally something isn't prepared right or is missing from an order, but less so here than most other Tim's I've been to.

Been giving stale coffee every time I have gone. Is gone down hill fast.

Coffee is good,food tastes OK. No napkins with your order and their menu changes too often.

It seems all the employee's at every tim hortons has such a nasty attitude every time i ask for cream and sugar on the side. I dont understand why. Im very polite a d nice when i ask and everyone alwats gets nasty and it is so uncalled for

The panni sandwich was not worth what we paid. All bread and very little meat. IMO they've gone so downhill lately.

Warsaw drive thru...seldom find an employee who is happy, will say hi or, not shut the window on you as you are asking for more napkins, etc. Watch out, if Dunkin Donuts comes here, I won't be back. I like the farmers wrap for breakfast.

I’ve tried breakfast sandwiches at this location multiple times and never gotten one that’s cooked. Cheese is never melted, egg is not cooked. It seems the only safe breakfast options are doughnuts and omelette bites. I just ate 1/4 of a bagel belt sandwich before throwing it out. Wilted lettuce, brown tomato, slab of cheese, uncooked egg on an untoasted bagel. What a waste of 6 bucks. Staff is generally quite friendly and lunches have been pretty good.

The food all seemed fresh, front counters clean, hosts very friendly, but the floors havent seen a broom or mop in a long time. Literally sticking , crumbs littered under tables at 9am when we and only one other person were inside the shop as customers. This shop could use help with cleaning. Made us wonder what the kitchen actually looked like.

Great place when open I drive a semi i try to stop there to start my morning & have to do a walk of shame back to the truck because the lobby not open due to short staff wish I can fit my semi thru drive way

I had ordered 2 sandwiches and they took 10-20 minutes to make my order and then they only gave me one sandwich.

Good food but they stop serving food and close the dining room at 8. Put a sign up or something or just serve food the whole time you’re open

The prices are kinda high the food was ok, they have no refills on any drinks ( like the only place in America that doesn't) they even want to charge you for sauce for yer fries, good internet though..

This location is a very sad location 9 out of 10 times they get your order wrong so you can't go through the drive-thru I always have to go in and make sure my order is correct I asked for a t i get a coffee I get a bagel with no cream cheese when I ask for it I hate this location and every Tim Hortons is usually like that I really don't even go to Tim Hortons I go for my wife and my daughter they really put a bad taste in my mouth

You would think its common sense when u buy something frosted that it would go on top of the other items in a bag.Not only does this happen EVERY time making a mess but they cram everything u buy into one bag.Seriously?

Lacking flavor like skimping on the flavor of syrup making my coffee taste like unflavor iced coffee just milk and coffee If I want that I can make it at home for less. theres time where the coffee is awesome during the morning. this is not a first nor second but many but I've ignored it because it's convenient on my way to work but not worth it anymore.

I dont know who cooked this and said "yeah im going to serve this to a loyal paying customer" but.. that aint right 😅 This tim hortons is the fastest locations ive been to but its CLEAR they are sacrificing quality service for speed. Yeah, im in the drive thru for less than 3 minutes.. but im also handed stuff like this on a regular basis on stuff i pay for. -bagel with cream cheese will have you wishing you ordered something else due to the absolute mess they make while making it. The cream cheese is hardly ever fully on the bagel its self because its all over the wrapper 😂 so if yall see me licking the wrapper.. i had no choice 😂 -i get a vanilla cream cold brew almost every day. I ordered it and the cashier asked "how do you want that?" My answer: "the way its supposed to come". Its a specialty drink for a reason- its made a special type of way unless i modify it! Thats why i pay five stinking dollars for a ridiculously small but good drink.. 😂 She even asked if i wanted milk in it.. like girl. The name of it is "vanilla CREAM cold brew".. cream! 😅 i get it.. whatever but dang! Are they even being trained there?! Do they know about the little books they can reference to make sure they're making it right? Why isnt quality control being conducted? -an everything bagel will have everything on it minus the everything bagel seasoning 🥲. This company makes so much money a year and yall cant season an everything bagel with more than a pinch of seasoning? Come on now.. As for the picture. I ordered two orders of the bacon and cheese omelet bites. I absolutely adore them! I will get two orders (so bites 4 total) and eat them on my hour commute to work. Tell me why i opened the box to see four burnt hockey pucks? 😂 "why is there only one in the picture? You must of ate the other 3!" i sure did! I had meetings all day today and this was my breakfast AND lunch (the protein in these are *chefs kiss*!) So what else was i gonna do? Miss out on my money and not have breakfast or lunch? No way was i able to go back because i was already half way to the office when i decided to eat them! But let me tell yall how dry these were.. 😅 i didnt even eat that last one. My biggest issue is why did you look at it, see that its burnt, and still serve it? Also, why cant yall ever make my drink correctly? Every other tim's does.. except for this location. And its a specialty drink, not some random order i made up one day. Its such a shame too because im from new England and i gave up dunkins for Tims because im that obsessed AND its close to my house AND on my way to work. But i get stuff like this on a regular basis.. 🤦‍♀️ now if this was the Batavia location, i wouldnt even have to say a peep! Yall should take notes from them i guess. And stop thinking speed is everything. Yeah fast service is nice but you also have to make sure its good service too 😂

Always great drinks but we asked if they had change for a ten so we could give our server a five dollar tip. He was unable to since only his manager could open the register and they went to get her. She came out very angry and told us she’d do it now but she won’t do it next time and very aggressively told us that “they’re not a bank.” when we were just trying to give a tip to one of her employees. I hope other customers are not treated like this because we’ve never had a problem with any other employee until today. All we wanted to do was give a tip to our server and we didn’t have change.

I did give them 5 stars but lately I would not. They have messed up orders many times! Not sure if it is the people or something else but it really isn't hard to not mix coffee with tea. Ordered a steeped tea and recieved coffee. Had to go back through the drive through because dinning room is closed!! Dinning room is now closed because there is not enough help.

This location SUCKS!!!! Lazy unintelligent people standing around getting paid double of what they are worth to screw up an order that was as simple as them. Unbelievable.

Every order every time they never have anything I look for in bakery or the panini machine is always off or when it's running, the sandwiches are never toasted enough to melt the cheese, how is this a convience to the public when the service is absolutely dirt!

Not sure i can even give this place a 1 star.Honestly.We are from Pa.and do not have a Hortons near us so it is always a destination place when we see it.Tried ordering 4 of the chicken tender hoagies and 4 cappuchinos.They were out of everything and highly either understaffed or incompetent.Took forever and i would hire a new staff.

Never get my orders right. Order a bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese and they forget the cream cheese.. order an iced coffee and receive a hot coffee... every damn time

This is the worst run morning crew I've ever experienced. They get your order wrong all the time and they just don't care. The young boy in charge couldn't be bothered at all that he himself is the one doing it. I go back with the wrong order and they just smirk. I will take my business elsewhere but then again none of seem to care!

my boyfriend walked into the storefront to order two medium ice Capps (which were just shy of $9) only to try them and realize they were liquid and were blended with no ice ( the drink wasn’t even cold) he then went back in respectfully to return them There were 3 workers who all didn’t apologize and just told him they were cleaning the ice Capp machines. so instead of telling us they couldn’t make it at the moment, which i would have been okay with they just sent out liquid ice Capps and didn’t think twice about the quality or customers money spent. After numerous problems at this particular store I’m not trying it again. High prices and kids who don’t care about the products they send out.

I went in to complete a doordash order. There was only two workers and they did not acknowedge me for 10 minutes. The prep area was not clean and the one worker dropped the lid to the iced coffee on the ground, picked it up and put it ontop of the thermistate without sanitizing or washing it... gross. Not a good look on my last visit.

Bagel selection is limited and doesn't match what's available on the app. I've also had several instances where they've screwed up our order. Tim Hortons used to be good when it first arrived in he Buffalo area, but the franchises' slipping quality have tarnished the brand beyond recognition.

Was in at 7:30, the sign says open until 9. I couldn't order the latte I was asking for because the espresso machine has already been cleaned.

My mother in law went to this location right before work today. Said she got an Iced Capp and when she was taking her last sip a piece of CHEWED GUM came up the straw into her mouth. Completely disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. They offered a refund and said they’d let employees know “not to chew gum at work”..

"Im sorry, we're out of that." Of course you are. Why wouldn't you be? It's only the latest thing you're currently advertising I should buy, but why have it in stock? Your check clears on Friday weather or not you actually do your job or you're chit chatting with your coworkers, in your 12th smoke break or scrolling. Customer service is dead.

The workers there are very very slow....and when you are in a rush to get to work this doesn't help!! And they are not very pleasant!! I also order tea and when I got to work it was coffee!!! Tim Hortons in Alden needs to clean up their act!!

Normally we get ok items but today not so good we ordered a bacon everything and they put butter on it. It’s gross I’m so over people not paying attention I always get a loaded wrap and they always give me the wrong one. I’m over it

Alden Location is terrible. Breakfast is almost never ready to be served on time in the morning. Seems like new people every month. The other day I went in early and they weren't even open at 3:30.

Longest wait I've ever had. The coffee was decent thank God for that they have some standards, but the donuts were not the two plain donuts we ordered. It was only ONE donut, a Honey Cruller, THAT WAS RAW ON THE INSIDE. It was the consistency of a wet dishrag rolled in sugar. I know this location has rather young employees, but my 10 year old nephew can boil spaghetti, I would think between a handful of 15 years old they can bake one donut.
