I visited on 9/30/24 at noon to purchase lunch with my son. The person at the window was so rude and dismissive that made the whole experience was awful. It is the store in my neighborhood near my house, and we visit it often, but this lady was just awful.

Excellent chicken strips every time, and drive thru is not crowded at all on most occasions.

Ordered on app n not allowed to pick up thru drive through. I wasn't feeling well. Bummer on this rule.

By far this has been one of the best Raising Cane's locations I have ever been to! The atmosphere was amazing, and this crew was throwing down some of the best customer service I've ever received. And the food was as good as always. This location is closer to my home, so I'll definitely be coming back soon.

The drinks come packed with a lot of ice, so I’d definitely recommend asking for “easy ice” if you actually want to enjoy more of your beverage. Notice that this location has more than the others nearby. If you get your food to go, be sure to vent the lid. Otherwise, things will be soggy. Also, at this location, the breading comes off the chicken fingers more easily. Still good.

The only real problem I can see is the over abundance of carbohydrates. A ton of fries and the toasted white bread is a little too many carbs. The fingers are always hot, and the sauce is really good, but the coleslaw is average.

The location is fine I guess but I do wish they made orders more accurately and paid some attention to customers requests. I order from here often so you would think at some point they would recognize the name or order but every time something seems to be wrong, especially when it comes to condiments like extra bread, canes sauce and hot sauce. I have regularly paid for extra sauces or bread yet I never receive it. Now DoorDash is telling me I’ve complained too much so I can’t be reimbursed but I really just want something to be done right especially when I pay for extra. This just happened today, the sauce is automatically added on some orders so why do I not even have that one and if you can throw ketchup in the bag when that’s not even what I asked for why can’t you throw hot sauce when that’s what I DID ask for?? . I was sure to note please do not forget the sauces and surprise! I don’t have my sauce. 🙄

It's canes so you know what you are getting for food. My wife placed an order to pick up on my way home. The food was ready when I got there. When I got home I was missing the extra sauces she ordered. I called and told them and they said I could either pick it up or they could give me credit. So since I was getting food for my kids they needed the damn sauces. They asked me over the phone that they will make it up by adding an extra side, I declined it. They think they are gonna make up their mistake with a side. I went back for the damn sauces and wjen i told the guy at the register he had to go back and had to have a 2 minute huddle with 5 other people so they could hand me my sauces. Got home with the sauces to cold and soggy food from the condensation. And also the lemonade was water downed from the ice melting. These youngsters need to get their priorities straight and know that they are doing a job and not at a social club.

Ordered Drive thru, the employee who was working drive thru forgot to give me my card back had to drive back waste more gas go out of my way let my food get cold to go get the card back. The manager and employee didn’t apologize, very unprofessional. The employee was talking about me with another employee, so obvious. Worst customer service I have received in a while. They should be more attentive to what they’re doing. Just amazed how they dealt with this situation, poor service.

Or ask for a refund, it's always something at this location. The kids they have working here don't know what they are doing!! It's on my way home so convenience it's great but service is horrible. The staff need training.
