Awesome! Can't recommend this place more! Food and service are great. Happy hour is awesome with a nice selection of items to choose from. Two of the greatest bartenders work here. Vanessa and Lilly make everyone feel welcomed like old friends. The newly redesigned bar area looks great.

Since the Pandemic, I have been ordering take out from Chili's. The food is always good and the service from the staff is amazing. Their 3 for $10 deal is my go to since I get an appetizer, a drink, and a main dish. Love, love, love!

Our family of four has enjoyed Chilis for the past 15 years & now just the hubby and I frequent the restaurant. The food is good enough , the drinks are always great and the service is excellent too.

Our server was Franky, he was good, fast and efficient but the only downside is WHEN I went to use the restroom it really saddened me to see all the tables and chairs cleared out, even the bar is abandoned! It gave me an eerie feeling. I honestly don't think I will be dining out anymore or anytime soon because this eating in parking lots and tarps is just NOT satisfactory for me. I want the old way to come back soon but can we trust it, WILL IT be safe? I hope a miracle comes soon....

We were greeted by TWO people at the door, and they couldn't have greeted us with any more warmth and welcome. In fact, every employee we encountered was extremely pleasant. The three of us very much enjoyed our food (two of us had ribs, and one had fajita). The interior of the restaurant was nothing to shout about (it's rather basic), but it was clean and in excellent repair.

We had a 20-30 min wait. Gave our phone number and received a text when our table was ready. We noticed a really cool cart delivering appetizers to a table. We had dinner with family members and enjoyed the food, atmosphere and prices. They have multiple choices of meals at bargain prices. You get the main course, 2 sides and a beverage. Surprisingly the portions are plentiful. Our server was excellent. He came to our table multiple times to check if anything was needed. Plus he emptied the table of used plates, which is a big plus in my book. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but I will when we go back. The place was hopping, loaded with patrons and yet his service was personal. To those in the business as servers, please take note and slow down. Keep eye contact and repeat the order. Recently we were at Norms just down the road and the server never looked at us and walked away before we finished. Check this place out and you'll feel comfortable and appreciated 👍🏻

One of my favorite places to eat. Our server Valerie was nice and attentive. We never had to wait long for refills. Our beers were delivered quickly and ice cold. I had the ribs and brisket quesadillas. Tender, well seasoned, and delicious. My kids loved their mac and cheese and chicken.

I always have a great experience at this Chili’s, friendly staff, good service, and consistently good food. The only thing I’ve noticed over my last few visits is that there’s no podium for the host/hostess anymore. It feels a little awkward walking in, and I’ve seen several guests look unsure about who to talk to. I’ve never seen that at a Chili’s or any casual restaurant. Not a major issue of course, but everyone I was with said it was odd.

I liked our waiter in the bar. He was around a lot and kept checking on us. However others served our food and some rounds of drinks. He brought us a free order of mashed potatoes. I visited this Chili's location yesterday to start my teenaged grandkids spring break to a nice start. The waitress who served us was great! the appetizers and food were severed quick and hot! However, even with great burger promotion deal the bill can add up quick. I felt bad, that these times have become financially tough, and I only left a 10% Tip to our server, Tips today have gotten so out of control and pricing everywhere as well "eggs" for example at $10.00 a dozen Wow! We did enjoy the food and the service!

It's been about 12 yrs since our 1st visit at this Whittier location. Went in Sunday about 2pm, we were sat within 10 minutes at the bar section. Wish I could recall our server's name, but she was great, along with the runners bringing our drinks and food. Service was quick, food was hot (which I appreciate). We will definitely visit again and hopefully have the same experience

I always have a very good time here in this restaurant. if you eat healthy you'll find good salads or if you're always very hungry there is something for you too

The food here this night was surprisingly very good. Way better than an Applebee's plate. Taste more freshly made, and very tasty and hot, love when the food comes out very hot, straight from the stove! Menu is limited but I like that, as in you can go back and try other things, and not get to stuck on what to eat. One plate is the smokehouse combo. Choice of sausage, ribs, brisket quesadilla. I got the surf and turf with mushrooms and Mac and cheese. My ribeye was cooked exactly how I wanted it, was very good. We had dinner beers, but I want to go back for thier variety tequila drinks.

The food was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the asparagus was the talk of the table. The only issue would be the steak I had to send back twice for being overcooked (burned) even when I asked for rare it still came out brown from the inside. Besides that and "Happy Hour" only being available if you sit in the bar, I would come back again.

I only give three stars because of the service. My girlfriend and I went there for lunch and we sat in the bar area. The waiter came over and asked if we were ready to order and we were not ready so we asked him to come back. Well, then we had to wait about 10 minutes for him to come back so that we could place our order. The food itself was very good. I had chili, and surprisingly it was very very good! My girlfriend had a salad and half a turkey sandwich. Two turkey sandwich was so tall that she had to smash it so that she could bite it. The restaurant was clean, it was not busy at all. If it had not been for the slow service, I would have given a 5-star rating. As I said the food was good and the price was fair, I just didn't feel that the service was good. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day. I will go back again at some point. I'll definitely go back in the winter for chili! Not many restaurants have really good chili and Chili's Grill who'd have thought? Happy dining!

Our server was on her A game when we went. The food was OK. I got the lime cilantro steak and I felt the steak was very fatty and chewy. My husband got the ribeye and it also did not look very appetizing and was little tough. Chips and salsa were good, the hot Nashville mozzarella sticks were good and the kids meals were good too. But overall feel the quality of the adult entrees isn’t what it used to be.

The expensive potatoe soup you really only get a cup for $9. It sucks half the time.

Classic chilli's experience, I don't know why I keep coming back. It's always mediocre and my wife and I wonder afterwards "why did we even come here!?" Lol. All the food is low quality garbage. We got burgers that were flavorless and bland. The worst part for 2 people it was almost $100. Wish we would've gone to In-N-Out. The servers were nice and trying their best so I'll give them that. If nothing else is open and this is your only option just stay home and go to sleep 😪... support local businesses and eat REAL food. Take care my friends 💕🙏

11/17/24 We had to wait over an hour to be seated. My wife’s chicken wings were over cooked and really dry she didn’t eat them and I tried two , but couldn’t eat more than that’s how bad they were . I went chillis yesterday with my daughter. My sever was really nice. I'm really complaining about is I asked for coke I kept getting diet coke. My burger taste under cooked. I really have only been to chilli's for quick bite with a girlfriend but this night we all wanted something different why we ended up here lured by the images that don't ad up to what you get. I should of followed my party with burgers one got the ribs that were dryer than my want to return but the salad, that is really the biggest disappointment when going to any restaurant serving a full size salad that looked like one thing and get my wish salad to the table. With maybe one tender cut into million pieces as it's protein, I've worked cold stations for years and never have I or could I let something go out to look so dead the mix was not even dipped in over water was flavor and dead the dressing wasn't even tossed the whole thing seemed like false advertisement I was so disappointed the manager had to keep being called out by is for a simple refill or napkin the server was bad. I knew the minute I walked it and had at least seven server's pass me looking irritated and no hostess to greet me for good 10 min that it was a mistake and waste of money to stay. Definitely won't be returning to franchise restaurant, you guys make your money at the bar im certain.

I gave this place a 2nd chance but won't be giving it a 3rd chance. The food was mediocre. We ordered 2 steaks both medium and one was so bloody that it looked like it could have gotten up and walked off the plate. The other one was too red as well but not as bad as the other. My daughters burger sliders were so hard that they could have been used as hockey pucks. The fries were burnt (again). The server we had was great. The bathroom was a mess, no soap (again) and I let one of the girls who were cleaning know twice that there was no soap. One of the soap dispensers is broken just like it was 3 weeks ago when we were here. Oh and when were here 3 weeks ago, I ordered a margarita that came in a martini glass (yes, I said martini glass) with a broken shaker that leaked everywhere when I attempted to pour it. It was the worst tasting margarita I ever had. There is no way a trained bartender made that. We will be taking our business someplace else.

I had the triple sampler and I wish I would have got something different. The crispers are weird and taste wirery. Cheap chicken basically. Besides that the service was subpar, when I asked for a to-go container the bar tender made sure to finger the inside of the box and smear it with what she was cleaning with right before. GROSS. This is the WORST service and I was only in the To Go section! After I was texted saying my food was ready, I waited 15 mins as they were “bagging my order” then I was told they bumped my order and had to wait for a new meal and that my other food would be fresh as well, I watched the fries and cheese pizza sitting there for 45 minutes on the counter- they microwaved the food, then handed it to me (the worker told me they microwaved the Texas cheese fries so they will be warm) but that made them hard and the cheese to harden/stiff up.
