We had dinner with family members and enjoyed the food, atmosphere and prices. They have multiple choices of meals at bargain prices. You get the main course, 2 sides and a beverage. Surprisingly the portions are plentiful. Our server was excellent. He came to our table multiple times to check if anything was needed. Plus he emptied the table of used plates, which is a big plus in my book. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but I will when we go back. The place was hopping, loaded with patrons and yet his service was personal. To those in the business as servers, please take note and slow down. Keep eye contact and repeat the order. Recently we were at Norms just down the road and the server never looked at us and walked away before we finished. Check this place out and you'll feel comfortable and appreciated 👍🏻

One of my favorite places to eat. Our server Valerie was nice and attentive. We never had to wait long for refills. Our beers were delivered quickly and ice cold. I had the ribs and brisket quesadillas. Tender, well seasoned, and delicious. My kids loved their mac and cheese and chicken.

I always have a great experience at this Chili’s, friendly staff, good service, and consistently good food. The only thing I’ve noticed over my last few visits is that there’s no podium for the host/hostess anymore. It feels a little awkward walking in, and I’ve seen several guests look unsure about who to talk to. I’ve never seen that at a Chili’s or any casual restaurant. Not a major issue of course, but everyone I was with said it was odd.

I rarely write reviews but I had such a pleasant time. It was crowded as it was a holiday, and we were seated immediately. My water was never empty, the server checked on us every time she came by, and the food came quickly. Thank you to Lorena for making lunch such a treat.

Food is always good. Their chips and salsa is on point. Burgers are delicious. And service is always kind and helpful. This time it took them a little longer the usual to seat us because they are short staffed but when we got called to be seated a cute little robot named Rita took us.

Had a great time dining in with my friends who have never tried chilis before. The food was really good and felt very satisfied with my meal. However, our server made a restarted joke to one of the bussers who was trying to help us out. It set an awkward silence and I didn’t feel comfortable afterwards.

The food here this night was surprisingly very good. Way better than an Applebee's plate. Taste more freshly made, and very tasty and hot, love when the food comes out very hot, straight from the stove! Menu is limited but I like that, as in you can go back and try other things, and not get to stuck on what to eat. One plate is the smokehouse combo. Choice of sausage, ribs, brisket quesadilla. I got the surf and turf with mushrooms and Mac and cheese. My ribeye was cooked exactly how I wanted it, was very good. We had dinner beers, but I want to go back for thier variety tequila drinks.

The food was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the asparagus was the talk of the table. The only issue would be the steak I had to send back twice for being overcooked (burned) even when I asked for rare it still came out brown from the inside. Besides that and "Happy Hour" only being available if you sit in the bar, I would come back again.

I went chillis yesterday with my daughter. My sever was really nice. I'm really complaining about is I asked for coke I kept getting diet coke. My burger taste under cooked. Later in day I started feel sick . I believe something was wrong with my food. I got food poisoning I started vomiting. I just wanted awareness to this situation

Totally disrespectful service by the waitress bri!!!!!! THE restaurant was not busy at all!!!!!!!Did not do her job! Ignored my table and gave me absolutely the worst service ever by giving me no service at all!!! All because I mentioned she did not give us any small plates for our wings!! Got our drinks wrong!!! Gave us no menus! I had to get up and ask for menus!! Our appetizers came in 20 mins!!! Our meals came in 35 mins!!!!! The worst experience i ever experienced at chilis and it was because of this waitress Bri!!!!!!!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED immediately!!!

This is the WORST service and I was only in the To Go section! After I was texted saying my food was ready, I waited 15 mins as they were “bagging my order” then I was told they bumped my order and had to wait for a new meal and that my other food would be fresh as well, I watched the fries and cheese pizza sitting there for 45 minutes on the counter- they microwaved the food, then handed it to me (the worker told me they microwaved the Texas cheese fries so they will be warm) but that made them hard and the cheese to harden/stiff up.
