The service and food were excellent. However, I feel the price is a bit high for what you receive.
I recently visited Raising Cane’s and was genuinely impressed with the quality of their food, especially the Sandwich Combo. The chicken fingers were incredibly flavorful—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The sandwich itself was a great balance of textures and flavors, and the Cane’s Sauce is as good as people say. It really ties everything together. The fries were hot and fresh—a great side that shouldn’t be overlooked. That said, there are a couple of minor downsides. The drinks come packed with a lot of ice, so I’d definitely recommend asking for “easy ice” if you actually want to enjoy more of your beverage. Also, while the lemonade is refreshing, it could use a bit more flavor—it’s good, just not as bold or citrusy as expected. Overall, this location delivers the signature Cane’s quality, fast service, and clean surroundings. Solid 4 out of 5 stars—great place for a quick and satisfying chicken fix!

Notice that this location has more than the others nearby. If you get your food to go, be sure to vent the lid. Otherwise, things will be soggy. Also, at this location, the breading comes off the chicken fingers more easily. Still good.
The only real problem I can see is the over abundance of carbohydrates. A ton of fries and the toasted white bread is a little too many carbs. The fingers are always hot, and the sauce is really good, but the coleslaw is average.

I ordered the three finger combo and one of the pieces wasn't properly cooked. I ordered drive thru. Always check your food before you leave.
So to start, the young lady at the register was very nice and delightful! But as far as the food! For a place that only sells chicken fingers, you would think they would be at least medium size. I only wanted the chicken so I paid $2.00 each and was completely shocked to see nugget size fingers! Now they where fresh, hot and good but dang why are you cutting them in half? I hope this is not all location

Then only complaint I have is how the staff handled me trying to pay with apple pay. Their system kept not taking the payment but I didn't know why, the person running the drive thru just gave me a blank look and no explanation as to why it wouldn't take my payment. I understand that apple pay goes down but it would have been nice if the employee did their job and told me that form of payment wasn't being accepted instead of sitting there dead silent and not answering any of my questions. Made me feel horrible and like i did something wrong. This is only the second time I have been to a raising cane's and this experience along with the long waits and bland food at outrageous prices ; I'll stick to KFC or cook at home.
Raising Cane's used to be decent, even if it wasn't my favorite spot. It's just not worth it anymore, though. Chicken tenders are probably half the size that they used to be, and they barely give you any fries. Even ordering their 4 piece meal I end up hungry afterwards. The prices aren't too ridiculous, but the food is a definite miss now, even if the taste is decent. The people at this location are fine, but they can only work with the materials they're given, and they're being set up to sell us disappointing food. Crossing Cane's off of my list. No wonder the drive-thru is always dead now, I remember when Cane's used to pull lines around the block over in La Habra.
I ordered a caniac combo only got 4 tenders and almost no fries check your orders before you leave

Ordered Drive thru, the employee who was working drive thru forgot to give me my card back had to drive back waste more gas go out of my way let my food get cold to go get the card back. The manager and employee didn’t apologize, very unprofessional. The employee was talking about me with another employee, so obvious. Worst customer service I have received in a while. They should be more attentive to what they’re doing. Just amazed how they dealt with this situation, poor service.
An employee was so rude at this location I believe his name was Dillan was disrespectful and made rude comments I would not recommend this place
This is not the first time it happens, but I have order an extra Texas Toast and I don't get it, what do I do? Do I go back for the toast when I get home? Or ask for a refund, it's always something at this location. The kids they have working here don't know what they are doing!! It's on my way home so convenience it's great but service is horrible. The staff need training.
Arrived to this location at 10:40am and their hours state they open at 10am. I was told by an employee that they open at 11am. Fix your hours online
Im a cancer patient and walked in ;out of breath but still was polite and asked for the bathroom code so my child could use it .. 5year old who goes to school across the street and when we walked in I told the girl at the register that he had to use the bathroom first then we will purchase ( that was the plan after all to get food ) and we were denied unless we purchased something, she sees my kid crossing his legs but we still an sto purchase something first. Which I did because I wasn’t going to have pee on himself in a public place. Again! We were polite the whole time .. they have 3 restrooms!!! And they call this a family restaurant!
