Late lunch time. 3 dipper plate - double the burger then 3 chicken strips with honey chipotle sauce on side cause cooked on too strong for this pansy girl🤭. Server great, attentive and knowledgeable of menu. Husband had steak and substitute sides to salad/fries instead of veggie. Yum

Best Chili’s I’ve been to in years (grew up the son to a corporate chilihead so I’ve been to a lot). -bartender James was 10/10 -presidente was fire (drank it out the shaker) -honey chipotle chicken crispers came out fast, hot, and fresh (brought me back to college) Bring back the tempura fried chicken!!!

Server was top notch. Place was busy but our server went out of his way to make sure our service wasn't impacted. He got our order in ahead of a party, so our food arrived quickly. He kept our drinks filled and when there was a small issue with the bill, problem created by wild children, he was able to quickly and easily fix it. Great service and no complaints about the food.

I order pick up all the time and they always throw my fries in the box and the sauce from the chicken gets all over the fries. This time I opened the box to see that they put a piece of foil, separating my fries and chicken. Thank you to whoever that was made me so happy 😁 ❤️

After not going for year, we recently revisited the new Chili's in Anna, and it has been our third visit. We were pleased to find that the food consistently maintains its quality, and the overall environment is exceptionally inviting and clean. The servers impress with their well-organized and friendly approach, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. One aspect that particularly stood out is the wide selection of kid-friendly options, which is very helpful when dealing with a picky eater. Our return visits have only reinforced our positive impression of Chili's, making it a go-to choice!

Really good food and service tonight. Enjoyed the ribs and sausage along with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. The dip trio is a must for an appetizer.

Food was good, but pricey for a chain restaurant. I brought my 13 year old daughter here and we ordered things on the menu that are not usually high price items. Soft drinks for both of us. $74 with 20% tip. A bit busy and loud in here around dinner rush.

Food was good(it's chilis), service was a bit lacking and we sat at bar. We normally do that for better service but they seemed a little lacking in the service at least in the bar area. The atmosphere is a bit to industrial but eh. The cheese sticks were huge and good!

So the food and everything was great and our server(I don’t remember her name but she had pink, blue, and blonde hair) was AWESOME! However my issue came when my autistic friend wanted a kids menu and he wanted to get some crayons to do the little games on the back or whatever. Anyways some person different than our server came by with our chips and he asked for crayons, she must have thought he was joking and to be fair he was laughing when he said it but thats just how he talks, idk what else to say. She was so rude and completely ignored him and then came back and basically threw the crayons at him/the table. We were sort of taken aback but he was okay, after all he got his crayons so he was happy, however as someone who used to work as a server I know how difficult people can be and I NEVER treated anyone like that and I find that behavior to be absolutely horrible. Im sure she thought he was a teen trying to be bothersome but he genuinely wasnt, he just wanted to play tic-tac-toe.

You are getting a 3 star today simply because for the first time in many years of coming to Chili's to have an early lunch and watch some football, we were told we couldn't sit in the bar. We arrived at 11:10am, and the bar was obviously open. Less than 5 min later, the bar had 3 tables that had been seated there. We got to watch Joel Osteen, which i am not complaining about, but...come on guys. What was that all about. I watched the same hostess that refused us a seat in the bar tell a table of 5 that had requested a booth, that they needed a table instead. She sat them at a table despite thier request for a booth. Hey, when a customer asks for something, that's probably what they want. WTH Chili's.

The servers are great, food is very good, my only complaint; It is extremely bright. As in, way too much lighting! It is nicely, modernly decorated, it's brand new, a wonderful addition to the city of Anna, there is just way too much bright lighting. It's odd how extremely bright it is there. Really kind of kills the experience.

I am through and through a chilis fan and lover and today was a total misfire on my Chilis To Go order. The drinks were incorrect. The meals were so hastily thrown together when i checked them in the car i had to actually do a double take. Food all mixed together, sauces tossed in upside down and one even open and thrown in. The salsa is basically water and half full. The ranch for my chicken tenders is also really suspiciously thin and lacking any flavor which is a wild thing to say. It also is under half full. The dude who took my order was nice and as often as my family and i have eaten at chilis over the years i know this is not up to par. Idk if theres new staff or what but yall are better than what i got today.

Sorry. Been here several times. They have gone from ok, to screw this. Never again. Always ordered their quesadilla explosion chicken salad, and it's always been great or at least good. THIS TIME. They didn't listen when we said extra dressing. Chicken was yucky, greens were wilty and not fresh. The "quesadilla" slices had absolutely no cheese in them and were burnt and nasty chunks of burnt tortilla. I won't be back

The wait staff at the bar will walk back-and-forth right by you over and over again and not even look at you. You will have to flag them down in order to order or to get your next beer. A good bartender will have their head on a swivel and be attentive. You will not find that here. Update: I did return…and they got my order wrong. To their credit they fixed it, but I wasn’t given any eating utensils when they served my food. I ordered my steak medium, and it was served very rare. They had to bring it back to fix it. Then one of the waitresses was upset that I mentioned it so she had to smirk every time she walked by. Ay…ay…ay…

Ordered take out. Food was horrible and OLD. Ordered for 3 and none of it was good. Corn was old, ribs were old, full of grease (see photo) and the chicken strips were tough as if they were sitting all day. I hope we don’t get sick.
