The service was amazing! Our server Rose gave us a great experience. She was very nice and attentive. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and very nice. We will definitely be back!

Waffle House has great food! Unfortunately it is a bit nasty inside. The table is sticky and there was a flying bug of some kind that was crawling abound my table. I eventually smashed it. The service staff is friendly...The was they prepare food seemed a bit messy and maybe unclean...but it's SO GOOD!! They prepare all the food right in front you basically...the place is tiny. And very cheap too for a lot of food! Waffle House is my guilty pleasure!

Probably the busiest Waffle House I've ever been to. They run it like a well oiled machine. Everyone is in sync and I saw nothing but great teamwork. We had an absolutely wonderful breakfast experience here before our drive home! We sat at the counter, and watched everyone work together to serve so many, in what I'm presuming is a steady rush. It was really busy and I al.ost Tyr Ed around to leave but so glad I didnt. Even though it was busy my waitress Nyah was on it from the beginning. She greeted me right away and got my drink and order. While waiting for my food, she continued to check on me and make sure I had everything I needed. To my surprise my food was ready in about 10 minutes, which is fast considering how busy it was. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I'll definitely be going back to this location.

Every southerner loves waffle house but i'm going out of my way to make a review for this one cause my experience was amazing!! Creature of habit. Very good breakfast and I always get the same thing. Old fashion cheese omelet, loaded with mushrooms, onions and extra cheese, Same with my hash browns. This may be the most efficient Waffle House I have ever been too. I have to give a big shout out to the Manager, Mr. Drew Spaulding, for expertly calling the shots and making the whole operation run smoothly. At one point I heard onr of the staff mention that they had a football team that wanted to show up. I literally heard Drew say, "That's great, we'll take them. Bring it on." I would come back here in a heartbeat if it wasn't so far our of my way.

Being born and raised in the Deep South Waffle House is not only a tradition for me but an institution that bleeds "Southern Staple". I have eaten at many W.H.'s across the country. With that being said, this particular location has provided me with my best experience yet! Wait....this is my 2nd best experience. Nothing will ever beat hanging out with my buddies at W.H. back in high school after a football game.😌 Anyway, I give thumbs up across the board for this one on cleanliness, food prep n presentation, and staff friendliness! I will definitely be back to this one!😁 My ONLY complaint is directly to Waffle House Corporate: BRING BACK PICANTÈ SAUCE!!!😑 No picantè sauce in a Texas W.H. is unholy, rude and immoral! 😒 Ok take care!🙂

Came down for the Big 12 championship a few weeks ago and we don't have Waffle house in Nevada but I wish we did. First of all the food is the shit! The service is unique. The cook can't take your order even though you're 3' away. Still cool and the environment is my favorite. If I lived here I would come all the time.

Wow just wow after a horrible experience at IHop, Waffle House came to our rescue. Dining room was closed, but the young sweet lady took our order, and it was a great quick experience! The uplifting atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. The general manager, Jeff, truly deserves a promotion; he has a knack for creating a welcoming environment where every customer is greeted with genuine warmth and a heartfelt thank you. I can confidently say this is fantastic after visiting over 40 Waffle Houses across different states! Fast, friendly staff. I dont know what it is but Waffle House breakfast is always great. I personally always ask for to go silverware (take that as a friendly tip).WH is always on the list for a breakfast stop when out of town since we dont have one back home. There was a wait but the host took our names and the wait wasn't long.

Great service along with good food. The food was out fast and fresh as always. Prices are very reasonable. The location has a smaller parking lot (and small dining area), and most tables were dirty or taken, which is to be expected at 4 am because they’re busy.

She did a great job of memorizing and delivering our order to the cook. The coffee was a little weak. I would have preferred it be stronger. The waffles were crispy, light, and delicious. Fantastic customer service and very good food. The bottom of my coffee cup never saw daylight. Their All-Star breakfast special is great if you're hungry, but don't want to feel bloated. Only two downsides--syrup container handle made our fingers sticky and cold, breezy A/C cooled our food very quickly.

I went to Waffle house few days ago. This was my first time going to a waffle house and it was not a good experience. Our server(I don’t remember her name) was really rude and she did not try to help us at all. She did not listen to what we were ordering and what amount. But, the food was okay. Maybe I went with high expectations.

The food was good and hot. My server was so nice and quick. She never stated her name but had looooooong braids and a nose 👃🏾 piercing. Beautiful black queen 👸🏾. The bad part was that the restaurant was not very clean looking. A young man was mopping the floor as I was eating and rapping out loud. His mop stick hit my table twice. He said sorry very quick. He never put any wet floor signs down while mopping. I had to walk slowly on the wet floor so I wouldn’t slip. 4 employees set at the end of the counter eating and talking which isn’t bad but it was not a great look for the restaurant. Tables were still dirty even though they cleaned them. I’ll just do take out next time lol. The employees only doing what management allows 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Food is good with fair pricing as is forever. They need a floor manager or someone to manage flow of traffic. It was so packed that you don't know how to get a seat or service. I sat down at the bar on my own and it to several minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there and asked me what I wanted. It was a good thing I knew what to order because I wasn't given anything to look at when ordering. Lady was polite when she helped me.

I gave 3 stars bc I'm undecided. Wafflehouse is great and a texas staple. This is mostly bc it's the late night go to, yet they only accept to go orders Friday and Saturday night while google states they're open 24 hours. Please update your Google setting to specify dining room hours.

I have "Service" one star because I was insulted that there is a 20 % upcharge for takeout service. The restaurant was not very clean, yet the cashier was friendly. The cook looked unclean. He also seemed to be more preoccupied with chatting with the cashier than cooking my food.

Been here twice. The first time they gave us the wrong sandwiches and didn’t give us all of the all star meal we ordered. The second time they forgot stuff from the all star meal also. Food is good but doesn’t have portions like other Waffle House. We also asked for hash brown extra crispy and wasn’t.

After being not only patient but helpful for 40 minutes we were finally seated our waitress was average but we had no complaint as they were busy fast forward to 20 minutes after we placed our order and our waitress said I know you want your bacon crispy would you like all the bacon crispy as she whipped her pen out to complete her ticket.. we then realized the order we placed 20 minutes prior was actually not placed and we had been waiting on nothing..baffled we ask her if she never put our order in to which she responded I gave it to manager to put in and he just gave it back to me.. she got offended and we walked out. The staff all seemed super new so we expected some delay but to have that happen was enough. If you love long waits with no food this is the spot for you!

I think that was the worst Waffle House I have ever been too. cockroaches in the bathroom, music was horrible and load and the service . I don’t think you could get any worse. So.back story I got uncooked grits three times and I'm so over trying Waffle House. I literally just want the TikTok experience soooo bad and I have no clue where to find it or how to get it maybe I need to travel to ATL. The cook had a very nasty attitude because the manager told her remake my food because by the time I got it my bacon my eggs, waffle and grits were freezing cold because it's really cold in this restaurant. Then when I got the grits there was hair in them LITERALLY I could cry I took a pic. So she sent me some more under cooked grits I'm guessing to be nasty because the waitress Kat said the grits weren't cooked long enough. This is the 2nd waffle house I came to that served me hard grits and now I feel sick bc I was really trying to like it! This is very sad and unfortunate. Kat was lovely oh I couldn't eat my waffle at all because it was cold and soggy... Not sure the cooks name she had dreads and brown skin. This was today September 3rd at 616pm.

There was only 1 other patron in the restaurant. Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged, another 7 minutes for drinks. My plate came out 1st as the rest of my family waited for theirs. Mind you, 1 plate at a time with food missing. Husband gets his plate next, completely wrong. Had to remake it. My child finally got her plate as our youngest child was still waiting on her waffle and sausage. FINALLY got that, but it was not complete as we ordered. Had to ask for syrup for the burnt waffles. The waitress was absolutely HORRIBLE! 3/4 way through my meal. She asks, "Did you have the all-star?" Well, yeah.....that's what you wrote down when I placed my order. 😒 Normally, we tip good, but this time is a 1st in a seriously long time that we didn't leave a tip.

I'm a loyal weekly customer unfortunately this morning a police officer was at door saying dining starts after 6am turning me away sadly he said it was a new company policy , never heard this before. Needless to say the entire crew was there standing with nothing to do truly smart not only are you guys losing customers but spending in hour wages on employees with no work you guys mine as well just close and open at a later time

Entire order incorrect after spending 50 bucks and tipping for a to go order. When I arrived home I was livid! When I attempted to call the restaurant the phone does not accept calls. So I had to return back to the restaurant to have my order fixed. Unable to sit and eat inside restaurant is another issue. I started to dispute the entire charge on my card- I should be able to speak to someone one on the phone at the location.

I’m new to Texas. I was very excited to eat for the first time at Waffle House after hearing so many good reviews. Unfortunately, it was a completely negative experience. We walked into this particular EMPTY Waffle House. There were 7 employees in total. Not one of them welcomed us or even acknowledged our presence. After being insulted by having to wait for over 10 minutes for no one to come over, we left. On the way out the door, the older African American female manager said she was sorry that she didn’t see us sit down. We replied, “All 7 of you didn’t see us?!” Having been in the restaurant business for over 30 years myself, I was completely infuriated. I’m sorry to say this, but I’m thoroughly convinced that had we not been the only two Caucasian people in that room, the mostly minority staff would have acknowledged us immediately. No one wants to hear what I have to say, but racism is a two-way street and has no place in the restaurant business. The only color that matters is green. The owner of this facility needs to do something to correct the situation. We’ve read the reviews of this location. We aren’t the only ones who have seen it. To all the staff at this particular Waffle House, for shame on you. It’s people like you that stoke the fire.

I Love Waffle House...I have visited during busy and slow peaks. This particular day was busy..but will not be coming back to THIS ONE...our waitress DYAMOND was RUDE and either intentionally or unintentionally made us wait 20 mins just for our drinks (my gut feeling says it was intentional)...she busied herself doing other duties and then some (like on her cellphone). An individual person sat down 20 mins after we did and received his coffee within 2 mins of sitting down (yes..I timed it). She did ask if we needed anything else...WAY AFTER WE WERE DONE...and had already ask for coffee refills from another waitress because she never came back to check on us while we ate.... VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE at this location, but just with the waitress service...i would give the food ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars.....the coffee fresh...great waffles. Like I said...overall I LOVE WAFFLE HOUSE...recommend... just don't expect great customer service from Dyamond...ask for someone else.

This waffle house is disgusting!!!! We are trying to eat and they let a dog sit at the bar for 15 min. Before they made her leave! Took forever to get each separate pieces of our meals. Rude servers and cussed alot. They rushed us to leave. No toilet paper in the restroom. The floors were a mess! It was just bad. Never again.

Let me start by saying I eat at Waffle Houses all over. This visit was on another level. Getting a waiter was difficult, like we were a burden. Once someone came, we ordered food and drinks. There was no action to get our drinks before food. The order was wrong. Even though we repeated it twice. I ordered chocolate chips on my waffle. When I said, I need chocolate chips on my Waffle. The waiter took it to the back, threw some on, and brought it back to me. Waffle was cold, so they were just hard chips on cold Waffle. Smeared snot down his face to his mouth. Folded the towels and proceeded to keep smearing around snot on his face. Wadded up the towels with his hands, threw in the trash. Then, he grabbed the waffle batter bucket from the rim (so his snot hand was in the batter) and moved it out of his way. Typed in my order to register and asked me to pay. All while, a coworker watched this and said nothing. No hand washing to be had. I literally started gaging.
