Someone erroneously marked this location as permanently closed. The location is now South of Main St with slightly changed hours. Drive thru is open later than the posted dining room hours.

Brand new building, not very much seating- definitely geared to be mostly drive-thru. The young man behind the counter was very nice, would bring trays out to tables, and even started speaking Spanish to two men when he noticed English wasn't their first language. Those men were very pleasantly surprised.

Not sure about Burger King but Wendy's was great. I have no idea why I keep getting these for places I didn't go.

Food was fantastic and we cant wait to go back again! Such quick service and a fantastic drive thru system.

It's quick & easy when you're in a rush or don't feel like cooking. Drive thru never takes long. The new location is nice but the dinning room area just doesn't feel as welcoming as the old location so I just can never sit in there & eat. It feels cold & empty

Newer model McDonald's located on the East side of Batavia NY. Generally very clean, open seating area with many options to sit...barstool, regular table or booth.

Half of my stuff was missing...no straw (for my drink), no spoon/fork (for my pie). And my Whopper was no ketchup and pickles. They gave me a bun with a patty, huge chunk of onion, and lettuce. Very disappointing...:(

What a delightful contradiction this new Batavia Burger King is! The building is absolutely stunning—both inside and out—with sleek modern architecture that makes you wonder if you accidentally walked into a trendy gastropub instead of a fast-food joint. They even have a brilliant "online order pickup only" lane in the drive-thru, which is pure genius and probably the future of fast food. Clearly, someone with vision designed this place. Unfortunately, that same visionary apparently forgot to hire someone with a mop. Walking inside felt like entering a parallel universe where beautiful design meets absolute chaos. Cars were wrapped around the building (despite the place not being particularly busy), and I quickly discovered why. At the front register stood the quietest human being I've ever encountered—a sweet girl who whispered orders so softly I started wondering if she was actually a mime who'd accidentally wandered into food service. Her volume control was set to "library during finals week." In stark contrast, there was a disheveled, unkempt woman shouting instructions at maximum volume like she was trying to communicate with astronauts on the International Space Station. Picture someone who learned management techniques from watching air traffic controllers during a crisis, but forgot the part about making sense. She looked like she'd been wrestling with the fryer and losing, while her 8+ staff members performed synchronized eye-rolls that would make Olympic synchronized swimmers jealous. The real MVP was the veteran manager from the old location, gracefully manning drive-through with the composure of a zen master while simultaneously trying to contain the indoor hurricane. Now, about that cleanliness situation. For a place open less than a month, it had the grime levels of a truck stop that's given up on life. The beverage station was stickier than a movie theater floor, ice was scattered around like someone had thrown a very sad winter-themed party, and the trash bins were so full they'd achieved sentience and started their own recycling program. I kept thinking, "Guys, you're still in your honeymoon phase—this should be sparkling!" But plot twist worthy of M. Night Shyamalan: the food was absolutely fantastic. Fresh, hot, perfectly assembled, and delicious. Even the fries achieved that rare crispy perfection that makes you forget all about the chaos around you. The kitchen crew clearly got the memo about quality, even if the cleaning crew is apparently still stuck in traffic. This place is like dating someone with supermodel looks and a PhD who somehow never learned to do laundry. The potential is enormous, the infrastructure is brilliant, but someone really needs to explain that "fast food" doesn't mean "abandon all hygiene." I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that these are just new-building growing pains, but seriously—invest in some cleaning supplies and maybe a volume control for your staff. I'll be back in a year to see if they've figured it out!

First, they took people ahead of me. They wouldn't serve me my food.

Drive thru wait times are awful! When they opened the new site, both windows were open, now it seems to be used for storage! They can't get your name right at the screen. They don't change out or check their soda machines. They take your order & it's ALWAYS WRONG or something missing!! No more!! When you opened the new site it was amazing, but it went downhill quickly!!!!

First time going waited 30 mins for food first time. Next time did a mobile order and waited in the separate mobile order line and there is no motivation to get the food out. Old location was sooo much better.

Was in the new location on Sunday. There were no customers inside. Every single table was dirty along with the chairs. There was food all over the floor. An employee was making crowns and didn’t even turn around when we went in. It took 15 minutes to get our food. Both bathrooms were disgusting and had no toilet paper. We were going to eat in but we left with our food and ate in our car. We mentioned the condition of the new building but only got dirty looks.

New location I understand. But I had to remind 2 managers 3x within 45 mins that I was there for a pickup. The last time i approached the male mgr about the order he said it was given away and refused to redo and actually called the police. On me. A customer. For what??? Law enforcement wasn’t happy and I’ll be calling HR for sure. Appalled at the situation

Been here prolly over 20 times since the new location opened. It is the slowest wait ever. The workers move like turtles and the workers will literally just look at you for 10 minutes until they come to you when youre trying to order. Will never recommend
