The young lady working the drive thru this morning at 4am, I believe her name is Joanna, is an absolute blessing to your company. At 4am in the morning she had on a wonderful smile and a very friendly customer service oriented attitude. This little gem of a lady brightened my day while on my way to the airport in Dallas. I hope she can parlay that customer service first attitude into an amazing career teaching others how to treat customers, even at 4am. Customer Service is a lost art and whether she realizes it or not, she is a bright example of how we should treat each other. Y’all are blessed to have her working for you.

I had the junior burger with just mustard and ketchup, and it was good. I wasn't super hungry, so I didn't get much. I also went thru the drive thru the guy that took my money, and the lady that gave me mynice. They were both so nice.
Everything was great during my recent visit. Got biscuits n gravy with scrambled eggs and cinnamon rolls with Dr pepper shake. It was the best! Lady at the drive thru was in a mood..but so was I! Lol

I’m not usually a fan of beef burgers, so I decided to try the chicken sandwich instead, and I was pleasantly surprised! It was delicious. The customer service was exceptional as well. I was so hungry that I didn’t get a chance to take a picture, but I’ll definitely be back!
These people are working super hard and getting orders out for how many people were in the store when I was there. The lady who works here Melissa does great customer service and at the time was also teaching a new hire I believe, all while working through taking orders, truly great employees that work there.
I saw a very rude customer talking to one of the employees at this Whataburger and the employee maintained a positive attitude and dealt with the customer and extremely polite manner. Fantastic job Raul L. Thank you for being a great person! He is a true example of what how to treat people.

This was there anniversary day with the $.75 in app Whataburger. The store was completely packed but when I tell the manger atthis location Ms. Bacon ran those orders. She day exceptional service and she did it all with a smile and great attiude. The orders were coming out correct. Many other stores and location need a training be her.
LC Container LLC stop by to have breakfast here in Waco while working nearby. I’ve been to whataburger a lot and know the menu well and typically order the same things. Today I noticed an item that I have seen before, but it was not familiar with. I tried, for the first time, the breakfast burger combo and have to say it was a good change to the menu and what I typically order. the service was good but the lady Melissa, who works at the front counter was a little short and seemed irritable. Other than that, the food was great and exactly what I ordered. I will definitely be back and look forward to trying other options on the menu.

Arriving at a busy dine in with 40 people deep, we were warmly welcomed and attended instantly by the manager. We ordered our meals and within five minutes I received my meal. The hard work from the BOH and great leadership from the manager left me speechless. A very friendly environment
Where have you been all my life?? I've heard about this restaurant, but never lived near one. Saw them occasionally when traveling, but without any familiarity to its offerings, I seemed to choose what I knew. Went there for the first time and was HOOKED! Unlike any other hamburger fast food option! HUGE burgers that tasted delicious with wonderful french fries. Truly felt like I was dining at an actual sit-down restaurant, rather than eating fast food. YUM!

Great staff!!! We had a large group after a game. They took our orders (from an excited group of teenagers) efficiently and quickly with smiles on their faces. The orders were correct and the food came out quickly. They congratulated the boys and even helped celebrate one of their birthdays. Great experience!
I usually don’t write reviews, but I really wanted to take a moment to shout out Madison, Bacon, Daniel, Bryan, and Yolanda for working during this winter storm. Every single one of them was absolutely amazing so patient, kind, and welcoming. I truly hope they see this review and know how appreciated they are as individuals. I wish them nothing but the best and hope they stay warm and receive everything they deserve in life. This is the kind of southern hospitality we all need and deserve, and when you visit this location, walk in with a smile knowing you’re about to receive great service and good food. I just have to take a minute and shout out this Whataburger. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a fast food place. Not only are they working their tails off to be open during 2026 snowmaggedon, they constantly have an amazing attitude. But tonight was something special. I got to meet Daniel and Miss Bacon in the drive-through, and I truly have it smiled and laughed that hard in a very long time. Kindness goes such a long way, and I hope whoever reading this gets the chance to meet these two lovely individuals! five stars all the way around! way to go, Bellmead Whataburger!
Not feeling my best today. Instead of cooking I decided for Whataburger. The lady that took my order had a sweet and caring voice. We need more order takers like her at restaurants. Shari R was fabulous. Thank you for taking my order with kindness.

I just had a memorable experience! I went through the outside lane of the drive thru and was waited on by an employee named Austin. The service was so fast because Austin was actually running! It is a hot day and this young man ran the extra mile for super fast service!!
I have never visited this location until today, and I am SO glad I did. (I usually go to the Woodway location and the last two times have been very disappointing to say the least). I came to the Bellmead location and didn’t have much hope; That was until I was greeted by Tricia. Her customer service and personality was just amazing. I think some people should take some lessons from Tricia ❤️
Stopped here on our way home from a weekend getaway. My husband had points on his whataburger app and we didmt know how to use them. Melissa, the cashier, was the sweetest most helpful person!!! I got a Whataburger meal and it was typical Whataburger. The counter help was great, the manager, not so much. I asked for a military discount and the manager said no and walked off. No apologies, just turned her back on me and left. The counter help apologized but I assured her that she wasn't a problem but her manager could use some lessons on manners
Stopped by at 2am to eat while on a road trip. I ordered the Patty Melt combo instead of my usual #5. Service was great and the sandwich really hit the spot. I think I have a new favorite combo. So glad I stopped here for a meal instead of buckees.

Food quality at all locations have gone down over the years. The hamburger patties are so generic now. Used to taste real and homemade. Now they're just like flat patties. Might as well grill at home.

This is the first location I did not rate 5 stars. The food was taking a long time to come out. I checked with the counter and she said they were still working on our order. Another 10-15 minutes passed and I went up again. This time they found our tray of food sitting on a counter in the back. Our food was cold and we had onions on one burger, that should not have had onions. The tables, floor and restrooms were dirty.
Service was functional but nothing special (friendly enough, but not the legendary Whataburger hospitality everyone raves about).
Sadly it just ain't what it used to be before the Chicago Sell Out. They do seem to be, possibly, getting back on track, so I continue to try them. Plus, I openly admit, the burgers are still the best fast food burgers around.

After order, I was never given a cup for my drink. I had to ask. When my order arrived for dining in, they didn't bring out any ketchup like they normally do. Food was lukewarm. As I sat in the restaurant eating, a lot of dirty tables were there .with no efforts being made to clean them. As I watch people fill their drink cups, 2 of the fountain drinks were out. All they had to do is switch tanks. Whataburger, you can sure do better than this
We stopped here for a quick dinner. Plenty of parking outside. There’s lots of seating inside and a drive thru. It’s very clean and has a good atmosphere. This location is 24 hours and serves breakfast for 12 hours. The staff was very friendly, but unprofessional. There were a lot of high school and college kids working, didn’t seem like they had worked there that long. The food was just ok. The French fries were very good. I really enjoyed the spicy ketchup they gave as an option. The burger was just ok. Not the worst fast food burger I’ve eaten, but far from the best. I will say the burger was huge. I got a double, but the Pattie’s were much bigger than other fast food chains.
The cashier couldn't successfully scan my loyalty QR code from the app on my phone and offered no help to resolve the issue. Once my order was placed, I received my food promptly but the fries were cold - yuck. I'll not return anytime soon - if at all.
Today at Whataburger my dad when to go use the restroom and accidently went into the women's restroom because his eyesight isn't every good he just went in there to wash his hands and one of the female workers went into the restroom and quickly went out of the bathroom and started to gossip about him and after my dad apologies a bunch of times she still kept talking about him. And when we got served my father asked which burger was which 4 time and our server ignored him.
Order 142765998: Placed my order on the app about 15+ min before my arrival. Arrived there after my order was set to be ready according to the app. There was no clear place for mobile pickup orders. It was about 4:30pm on a Saturday, there was one cashier and LOTS of other staff just standing around. I was never acknowledged standing at the counter. I finally got someone's attention and asked if I needed to stand in line just to pick up a mobile order, there were about 3 families in line. She asked for my name and said she would check on my order, she went to the back and disappeared, never saw her again. In the meantime, I was hoping the women's bathroom would open up as the cleaning sign was up blocking it from the time I walked in. I do appreciate a clean bathroom, but as a traveler stopping in and needing to use the facilities, I'm guessing it was 15 min before she was finished cleaning. It was so urgent that I even peaked my head in and asked if I could come in, but she told me "no". Finally I walked over to where the drink station is and through the window I could see a girl with a headset just standing by the tea maker in the back. I asked for her help and she checked on my order and said they were still waiting on fries and proceeded to walk off. I stopped her and asked if they were making my drinks or if I was expected to get them myself (efficiency was majorly lacking here). She informed me that they don't even know what kind of drinks I ordered, even though the app gave me the option to specify and even option to request extra ice or no ice, condiments, etc. Waited about another 5 min on my fries that were ultimately not fresh. Didn't get any of the condiments specifically requested in the app. None of the staff seemed to be Management. All young kids mostly socializing versus trying to help with orders or acknowledging customers. So, moral of the story, if you're stopping here because you're in a hurry, don't. AND double check your order, especially straws, condiments, and napkins (of which I had none).
Rightfully busy due to location. Not enough team members to manage the traffic. The staff rushed us to the point that members of our group were forced to put multiple orders on one ticket misplacing costs on to incorrect parties. Aside from the rush, the standard Whataburger hospitality was not shown. Tram members were incredibly rude and short with us and other customers. The 2 stars is provided over a 1 star because the food was still ok, but still not the quality of a standard visit to Whataburger.

Every worker I met was very nice and the meal was also good. The manager yelling at people in the back was kind of crazy. Also he wanted them to clean the milkshake machine while we were waiting on one, and ended up getting brownies instead of the shake. Made an online order. Paid online. Went through drive thru. No one answered the outside speaker which is usually online pick up. I drove up after 5 cars ordered on the other speaker, just thinking the outside speaker was broken. I spoke to a woman at drive thru, she ignored me. I spoke to another woman that was walking out to deliver an order. She informed me that no one was working that lane. There was no cone blocking the lane. She was rude. Now she never offered to go ahead and bring out the food althoug I did mention I had already paid. No breakfast. No bueno. Loss of money. They won’t answer the phone.

Ordered online and picked up on my small 30 minute lunch, only to go back to work and find that my order of a number 1 meal did not include a piece of meat on my burger. When I used my entire lunch time to get a piece of meat added to my burger, I was treated like dirt. I will not go back In spite of how close my work is to whatsburger
I can't tell you the experiences I've had here. Poor service. Shutting down the shake machine early in the night. For real I'm sure the money they've lost. Bars close at 2am you and Jack n a box are the choices and you choose then?? Try between 330am -630am. A slower time because all your doing is losing money and now customers have to fight for a refund? 2 shakes cost like $15 now days and you'll offer to replace it with another drink not even half the cost of the shake. It's infuriating.
Ordered online so I don’t have to wait 10-15 minutes, I get there at the estimated pick up time, and have to wait 20 minutes for cold burgers, burnt onion rings and the wrong shake(that they wouldn’t remake) this Whataburger used to be awesome. It’s trash now.
We came around 10:45 and didn't get served until around 11:25. A other couple of customers said they had been there since 10:30 and they lost their food completely. @corporate tell your managers not to let employees bump orders off the screens until the food is made they're faking service times at this location. At least the food was mostly fresh though fries were cold.

If you wanna start your day in a bad mood, this Whataburger location is the place to go during their breakfast hours. I did a mobile order and the lady working. The drive-through acted like I was a huge inconvenience for her because she had to go get my order. This is the second time that I’ve visited this location and had horrible customer service.

Every car that pulled in behind me got served. The girl taking the orders at the window told me to hold on while 3 cars went through the speaker in the 1st lane. Then I finally get up to pay and 6 cars received their food ahead of me. I had a chicken sandwich and grilled cheese. The customer service was awful! I’ve never been to a whataburger where they treat people this way. I’d never recommend it.
Very disappointing experience, ordered ahead in app, picked up order and they had forgotten all the fries is the order! Then after opening them, this is what we found: burnt burgers! I don’t know if they reheated them or what…? And spent $40 on the order! Normally very satisfied, so this was a little rare.
This what’s burger is falling apart fast. Been in line for over 20 minutes. People who have ordered been waiting for over 45 minutes others are asking for their money back. I had a very frustrating experience at this Whataburger location. The cashier kept asking my young son what we wanted to order instead of communicating with me. I repeatedly tried to show the cashier my phone to explain our order through text, but he ignored me and continued focusing on my son. I did not like this at all. My son is a child and should not be obligated to speak for me. It is my responsibility as the parent to communicate with employees. Instead of respecting that, the cashier even involved two more employees to continue questioning my son. This was extremely frustrating and made me feel disrespected, especially because I am deaf. I had a clear and accessible way to communicate using my phone, but the employees did not seem to care or make any effort to read my messages. This is a serious communication barrier. Because they refused to communicate with me through text, they failed to understand our order and chose to rely on my son’s voice instead of my written communication. Customers should be respected for the tools they use to communicate. Please do better.
Placed an order to be picked up of course they didn’t get it right shocker huh? All that needed to be on this burger was meat, cheese, and bread. I don’t know what’s so difficult about that but apparently it is very difficult because the burger was loaded down with onions in between the two patties. The location I ordered and picked up at is about a 30 minute drive from my house so when I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake of course their phone is off line or not working whatever. This place is absolutely ridiculous. The service usually sucks. The food is usually good but there’s always an 80% chance that your order will be incorrect.
They all wear gloves. Would be great if they ever changed gloves. They go from making food to cleaning to taking out trash to scratching their arm pits then right back to making your food and no one EVER changes gloves at any point. So its basically like having people who never wash their hands making your food.
A headache! This location is always a problem. This photo shows what large look like soggy and not even full, they added ketchup on top to i guess cover it up. Also! No union rings. I except the food i paid for to be in the bag not missing and half empty. Called and asked if I wanted to come back well i live 30min away. Do they really expect me to drive back?
