San Francisco native so Blondie’s had been apart my life since birth. Taste never fails. My favorite of all times is that all beef pepperoni pizza. I took my niece and nephews for the first time and they agreed that this is REAL pizza. 🍕 😍

The place is amazing. They were super accommodating to our big group. The pizza was fresh and hot. The hyphy was so delicious, having pepperoni,pineapple,jalapeños,and olives go so well. The crust was super crispy and the toppings were loaded to the max. I've had pizza all throughout the bay and this place takes the cake. I will be returning in the future.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I had to for Blondie’s because it’s the VERY BEST pizza place I’ve been to. As someone who is a pizza fanatic and tried pizza across CA and Italy, I can say that this pizza is perfection. I went for lunch, there was a short wait time, the owner was so nice and funny, and the place was clean with lots of seating space. As a Cal student, I feel like I got more flavor and quantity for just $8. You can taste the love in this pizza ❤️🍕❤️

OMG!!!! I was so unexpectedly surprised to see BLONDIE'S PIZZA back. Those big Ole delicious slices of pizza are so nostalgic for me. The pizza taste just like I remembered. I'm glad to know that I can always go there for the real deal BLONDIE's . I will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed the choices and pizza here. Many by the slice options and those are served up quickly. If say medium thick crust that was tasty. The slices are big. One should do it for the average appetite! Lots of fun choices. I did not see beer or wine. Recommended.

Abe's pizza (now Blondie's) proudly states nothing has changed. One bite of their cheese and mushroom pizza takes me back to the 80s when blondies was famous for their platter size slices. The pizza was delicious and the experience delightful. The fresh airy crust is not everyone's favorite but I am a fan. Their pizzas have good quality cheese and a subtle tomato sauce. I give it a definite thumbs up. One note: their menu offers hot link sausage. Not sure if it's the stuff you get at Costco or the typical Italian sausage you typically see on pizzas.

This is the best pizza I've ever had in my life. I am lactose intolerant and haven't been able to eat pizza in years. I stumbled across this place on Doordash and they had a vegan cheese option. I've tried other vegan cheese pizzas from other places and they never really got the texture right. But Blondie's Vegan cheese has the taste and texture of real cheese. 10/10 absolutely recommend for my fellow lactose intolerants that miss pizza. I will be ordering again and again!

Awesome pies and huge breaksticks. I ordered a medium California and breadsticks, ate like a king and still had most of the breadsticks and half the pizza left. Super friendly staff, always joking with customers. Great ambiance. The listing needs to be updated. It says Blondie's pizza on the sign not Abe's, had a challenge finding it at first. Great value for money! The penultimate Berkeley student experience imho.

I’m so glad I decided to stop by because for only $32 (including tax) I was able to get a huge three topping pizza. Their menu is very clear and they have devices where you can order. The place was fairly busy for 3 PM with take out customers. The location was clean and the only complaint I have is all their extra fees. They charge $0.50-$1 for a to-go box and charge 4% when using a credit card. It’s important to note that they do not go by Abe’s Pizza, instead they go by Blondie’s Pizza which is confusing when you’re trying to find the location. Wait times were reasonable too. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Close to closing I order a single slice of cheese pizza, they give me a box. I tell them, "I don't need the box, I'm cool with eating here real quick." The guy gave me an extra slice on the house. I munch the drunchies away as I watch the night from the window seat. Would recommend for anyone night farer.

Good service, the worker behind the counter seemed to be itching to leave, but i assume they were a student as terms were upcoming. Pizza was great, atmosphere was interesting to say the least. a couple of verbal arguments that got pretty loud and more interesting characters that added and detracted from the experience. But that's not the shops fault, it's part of Berkeley. Back to the pizza though! Big slices, thick crust that's crunchy and firm on the outside yet soft and perfectly doughy as you bite in. Just the way I like it. I opted for a cheese and pepperoni to taste the basics and to sum it up. Abe's passed with flying colors. Definite repeat.

Wow, college town pizza with thick crust and enough cheese to ooze over the side! They don't skimp like some places and dough was amazing. Pepperoni specials are available with 1 drink and 1 slice, so very affordable. Had a large wall of drinks and salads to support the main pizza service. Small area too sit though, so if you arrive when its full, you may as well take out.

Came in yesterday as part of a long bike/bart adventure with my kids to the Berkeley Blondies as our destination and it was an amazing experience. This location has added self service kiosks and I waited in line with kids only to realize I had to self order and was told to do it myself or wait for assistance but after I ordered (with some difficulty) other customers were helped at the register from a different employee. They have pricey pizzas and a slice can run a few nickles under a ten dollar bill before any tips or drinks are included! We asked for a special request of half cheese and half double pep and they were cool and came thru for us after the skipping me kiosk incident. Will return for a "godzilla" size pizza 🍕

I like the crispiness of their crust. The pesto chicken slice could use a little more garlic for my taste.

Was there Sunday night, ordered right away and had my slices in about 5 4-5 mins. I've been eating Blondies pizza for several decades. It's more of a thicker puffy style pizza. Slices are very large.

The pizza was fine. I ordered two personal pizzas. The board said 15 minutes. Unfortunately the person ahead of me ordered 10 xl pizzas. This made my two pizzas take over 30 minutes. I would have not ordered if I had known. The sign says 5 minutes.

Everyone saying this is the best pizza in Berkeley! But I found it meh. Wasn’t bad wasn’t great. Just yummy enough. I also got just a normal pepperoni so maybe next time I’ll try a signature slice. Atmosphere alright, bit of a tight area, only seats like 3 groups of people.

The pizza dough was fantastic, but it was evident that my toppings had fridge or freezer burn and that definitely put a damper on my taste buds.

I think the atmosphere and the price is really good at blondie's. I really like the vegan pizza options they have but wish there were more vegan meats. I like the vegan large pizza and wish there were more vegan slice options. Overall great vegan pizza and recommend to any vegans! When I went there I liked the service and everyone was super nice and accommodating.

Not everyone that goes there is a kid. The older gentleman was very nice and mature but the employee in the front needs to know you can’t just whisper “that’s the policy” by trying to force a older woman to act like a child that’s racist and discrimination. I know the demographic is mainly younger students but you just stumbled across an older person. And guess what, older people will escalate and make it worse because they are emotionally capable of doing so. You made me wait 20 mins while everyone else got their slice. You deserved to be called out honey. Sorry. Do better. Give people their food and let them live their life. They don’t know you. At. All. And just letting you know I kept waiting to watch and see what you do. I observed and saw that you most definitely did it on purpose and probably do it very often. Stop being in your own head and figure out your life, take it out on the wrong person, this is one of many outcomes that will happen. Just give me my pizza and let me go home 🥲 And you cannot force people to tip. If the reason for bad service is because someone didn’t leave a tip that is against the law. You want to be greedy then work for a restaurant instead.

I was really torn between doing a three star and a one star on this. Pizza has mid cheese and topings, I would eat it if I was hungry. But their dough is what drives my review down. In a blind taste test I'm not sure I could pick it apart feom the cardboard box that it came in. The bread sticks are the worst of it all as there is nothing else ro taste.

I ordered from here because I saw some recent reviews and it seemed like a good choice later in the night. But I feel like this pizza was made within seconds and sent on its way. The pizza was super soft like it wasn’t done all the way.

over priced pizza with no flavor— obviously frozen ingredients. but the worst part was the terrible service. it’s one of the only places open at 12AM so if you’ve had 30 beers have no self respect, you might enjoy this place.

The pizza slice tasted old and took 15 mins for 1 slice of precooked pizza to be handed to me. The restaurant was empty, we were the only customers there that night.

My friend and I ordered pepperoni pizza to go at the counter and when we got home and opened the box we had cheese pizza. We called to see if we could get a partial refund or credit of some kind and the manager was not helpful. She said because her employee rang in cheese pizza she couldn’t do any credit unless we came back in physically to the location. We did not have time to come back and would have appreciated consideration for the fact we didn’t get what we ordered.

I came to this place and ordered at 9:06 PM on 09/16. I ended up getting my food at 10:04 PM so I basically waited an hour for my pizza. You can see your name on a dashboard and I could clearly see tens of orders ahead of me get served. All I ordered was a medium pizza. Not even a custom pizza it was one of their premade specialty pizzas. I went to the front to ask a few times and all they kept saying was “it’s in the oven”. It wasn’t until I asked for a specific amount of time (so that they wouldn’t just keep saying ‘it’s in the oven’” that they decided to put it in. If I would’ve let them keep saying “it’s in the oven” a few more times I’m sure I could’ve been there til midnight. I had to pay for parking at the lot because the first hour is free but apparently an hour isn’t enough time to get pizza at this place. I could’ve ordered delivery somewhere else and it would’ve arrived sooner. The crust was bland, barely any sauce. Get charged for a pizza box??

Went in with a clearly marked service dog and they asked us to leave. Tried to explain that because he is a service dog and not emotional support dog he is allowed. They did not respect that.

This place is disgusting and deserves a visit from the health inspector. Please see the attached Roach Pizza that they feel is okay to serve to their paying customers.
