Bomb sandwhich spot for a quick bite! Recommend the chicken bacon wrap

My family and I were passing through Bishop from Mammoth and wanted to grab lunch before heading back home to San Diego. Found this place on Yelp with 5 stars and we love supporting our small businesses so we decided to give it a try. All we can say is wow! We are a busy family and we like all sorts of different ingredients on our sandwiches (not basic at all) so I guess we can be a little overwhelming sometimes and they handled everything perfectly! They were super friendly and very accommodating and their sandwiches were definitely 5 stars with all fresh ingredients! I would recommend this little special place to anyone! A little jem of the beaten path.

You can't get a better sandwich anywhere else in Bishop. Bronco deli may be new, but their service is quick, the owners are extremely sweet, and the food tastes amazing! You can't go wrong with Bronco deli! Great place to grab lunch to go too! Also, their amazing salsa should be had with everything!

Great food, this place is a hidden gem. I had the asada torta which was fantastic. Prices are very reasonable and comes with fries and and a drink. They only take cash. Definitely would recommend or stop by again!

The owner greeted us. Very friendly and accommodating. We ordered the tri-tip wrap. This was phenomenal and I wish we’d bought more for later. We will be back - our new go to place for food when we’re hiking in the area. Thanks for the great service. Good prices too!

My wife and I got excellent sandwiches here for a picnic up in South Lake. The wonderful gentleman who made them was very helpful and friendly, and made our outing even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Bronco's Deli; avoid the tourist trap of Shatt's deli, and come here for the best lunch in town!

The roast beef sandwich was AMAZING. It was not cold, shaved deli meat, it was a seasoned, hot roast, sliced in pieces on the bun. It was excellent.

We always have a good lunch when we go here. This is a simple place, usually with only 1-2 people working, so if there's a line it might be a few minutes. But everything I've had here has been tasty, and my husband likes their fries, salads, wraps, and tacos.

The roast beef sandwich was AMAZING. It was not cold, shaved deli meat, it was a seasoned, hot roast, sliced in pieces on the bun. It was excellent.

We stopped here on a road trip. The 6 of us, 3 kids and 3 adults, ate for $40. So prices are very reasonable. The food was good, fresh and was ready quickly. Very happy with our experience. Gave 4 stars vs 5 just because make and cheese was not very good.

CASH ONLY!! I stopped in on a Sauturday for lunch. The deli was very hot inside, I guess AC was broken? The one male employee was very nice. Greeted me right away and took my order. I ordered the pastrami sandwich. It came with fries and a canned drink. The fries were hit, fresh and crispy. The pastrami sandwich was very tasty. Decent amount of pastrami, with yellow mustard and sliced pickles (I requested no onions, which is standard). The sandwich is made as a triple decker (3 slices of bread). A bit too much bread for me, and it was just plain sliced white sandwich bread. The pastrami was very good, and not fatty. To me, it was a good sandwich, jist would prefer it on a better bread and not triple decker. I would go back.

Food is fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly. Quaint place to eat. The Chicken Pesto Sandwich, 395 Wrap, Carnitas Tacos, and Enchilada Soup are all great options. Hearty portion sizes.

The wrap was delicious, good sized and good price. Very friendly service, food came quick. Only complaints I have is the only drinks were can soda of Coca Cola and Sprite. Neither of which I care for, wish they had a better selection and $3 for a small bag of chips is a bit ridiculous. Also this place is cash only, which in 2022 with all the options available shouldn’t be a thing, but I will Definitely stop again on my next visit through town if I have cash on me!
