We’re from AZ and visited Legoland. we’re looking for a place to eat Japanese food and this place popped up having the best review. we were surprised knowing they offer 50% off on selected items for dinner. 😃 food is superb, excellent customer seevixe and ambiance is at par 👌 we will definitely come back here if we are to visit nearby. 😁

YUM! Very good sushi in Carlsbad, the servers were very attentive and the sushi was great! I got the Carlsbad roll and loved it! Great spot to stop at after a visit to the library!

Absolutely amazing sushi! Everything was fresh and delicious. Our waiter was not only super friendly but also had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for a casual night out. And as a sweet bonus, they offer free ice cream when you leave a review!

We celebrate Father's Day on Sunday here at this nice restaurant. Very nice atmosphere. It's located on the second floor of the shopping center. Easy parking. The fish were very fresh. Good service. We thought it was going to be very crowded because of Father's Day, but it was ok. No waiting. Great place to relax.

Nice relaxing music! Sushi was very fresh and taste was great! Was are first time here and it’s definitely a place to keep coming back to. The rolls were huge. Are server was prompt and explained everything we asked about. Gave us time to look at the menu. Really good service!

Delicious and fresh made sushi. I had one of their meal deals and it was worth it. Chicken katsu, bbq short ribs and sushi. A lot of food for the price. Friendly and attentative staff. Go here if you are in the area!

My experience eating here at this outstanding Japanese restaurant was so delicious and just right. What I ordered was the 3 iteam combo so tasty, and I have to say it filled me up. I recommend the 3 item combo, and that's what I'm ordering again next time.

Came for lunch. Had Salmon teriyaki (lunch menu) without teriyaki sauce. Ordered hot green tea. What I liked: Food combination and quality was good. Service was good. What I did not liked: Music playlist. Old and nothing related to Japanese culture. A little loud too. Made me feel an unpleasant experience. Restaurant don’t have to go cups for hot drinks. It was offered a soda to go cup. That can transfer plastic to drink. Tables layout. Good. Not great.

Mediocre at best compared to other places I have been. Service terrible, no bussing, having to flag down for anything when it was quiet and fully staffed. Food fine but did not stand out for me. And they charge for green tea refills which I have never seen. Cute place, however.

Weird vibes. Came here for happy hour and left feeling unsatisfied. They purposely make it confusing so that you spend more. happy hr discount only applies if you purchase at least 3 items. Won’t be returning.

I am Japanese & this place is one of the worst Japanese restaurants I’ve dined in. I ordered dragon roll and there was barely any eel in it. Such a rip off. Also- they use the lowest quality rice. My husband ordered a chicken teriyaki dish and they served him Korean spicy chicken. This place is definitely not ran by Japanese people. Probably Korean owned. Either way, I was super disappointed in the authenticity and quality of the food. If this restaurant is in LA it would be no more than 2 star rating. It probably doesn’t help that I just moved here from LA and I’m so used to high quality Asian food out there.
