One of the best meals I've had in a long time! Fantastic food and friendly service.
Super enjoyable dinner. If you are the anxious type and like to plow through dinner go elsewhere.
Beautiful restaurant, delicious food & fantastic service! Great for a special occasion as well.
Fresh food, friendly staff and fun place to eat with or without the kids. Try Pat's stuffed portobello mushrooms, yum!
Food is always prepared to perfection. Friendly and attentive staff. The chef is a graduate of the CIA.

Everything is top notch at this restaurant. Cutillo's have gained customers for life from my wife and I.
Great food in family run restaurant that is nice but not pretentious.
That at home feel and fine dinning taste all in one. Great place
Quaint restaurant nestled in the woods with great atmosphere
Very friendly and quite ambiance. Food was delicious and price right.
Very good food and service 👌 very attentive and polite nice atmosphere will visit again
So far this has been the best restaurant my book club/dinner club group has been to. Comfortable to have conversations around the room and great food. Great value.
Pat and family was amazing in having an absolute fabulous meal made for my whole family after my fathers funeral. Opened up their doors early and served delicious food. Great food and even better people.
We went this past weekend for dinner to celebrate my daughter's graduation when we were coming back from upstate NY. It is a very peaceful environment with delicious food and excellent service. Make a reservation! Food is really, really good!
Homey atmosphere, consistantly excellent food. Great and friendly service with unbeatable prices for the value of the meals. We have never been disappointed. Excellent chef Patrick!
This is one of those hidden secrets , they make you feel like family . Lori sees me coming in and has my martini ready , will make changes to menu without a problem . Food is always great and fresh bread is outstanding .
A very special restaurant. Family friends for 50 years. Carol Cutillo welcomes you into what was once their home. Her son, Culinary Institute trained Patrick Cutillo prepares for you the finest of Italian specialties along with the many dessert offerings of his mother Carol...bringing forth a dining experience worthy of the Cutillo name. Enjoy!
Excellent environment and customer service. The food was outstanding in every single plate we ordered for our 14 people group. A must go in Carmel!
Great place,Carol and staff are always welcoming ,food is great and Tim makes a great drink. It's a regular on our dine out circuit
One hell of place. Our service was excellent and the food was way too good. Good portion amount. Had the Veal and Eggplant parm. All I can say is phenomenal!
Great food & service all the time. I celebrated my husband's birthday this past weekend and Cutillo's did an awesome job for us.
Great location...antique home with new life and great food and service. Visit and enjoy!
The food is excellent. The Ambiance is great. The owners are terrific. I can't say anything more about this place you need to go.
Great atmosphere, superior food, fast, reliable service....a bit pricey, but, its not yer average chain style restaurant, and im willing to pay for that!
A gem! In every way. The food was flavorful, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was charming.
Always a great place to dine. Catillo's has been our go to restaurant of choice to celebrate important occasions for years and never disappoints.
Here is an establishment which preserves a dining experience you can only find in a family run business. The menu is a selection of Italian classics with a homemade authenticity that can't be found in most other Italian restaurants. It's great for a couples night out or for a family gathering. The staff is very friendly and can ensure you are satisfied with your entire experience.
We had a wonderful dinner last night at Cutillo's Restaurant. The food was excellent, service impeccable and atmosphere very enjoyable. This was our first-time dining here and plan to return soon.
I have never had the same dish twice, and every dish is better than the last! Tonight was the Chicken Pecan... delicious. Can't recommend this restaurant enough!!
Absolutely delicious food .... to the last morsel !! I love the menu and specials, not your typical Italian food, it's a cut above. You can tell the chef, Pat was classically trained and trained by the best. Highly recommended. If I could give more stars I would.
We had a family luncheon at cutillo's yesterday. The food was exceptional and the staff was incredible. The last time I had been here was when I was a child for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary celebration. One of the same waitresses that was there yesterday was there 15 years ago. It was an overall incredible experience. I am very grateful for this staff and this amazing restaurant.
Cutillo's restaurant is our favorite place to dine! The cozy, homelike dining rooms are very comfortable. The food is excellent. Chef Patrick prepares each dinner with his CIA expertise and will accommodate your wishes, when possible. Treat yourself to a lovely night out and make your reservation!
I totally enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the veal valdostana which was cooked to perfection. My sister goes there regularly...we were celebrating her birthday yet they didn't mark her birthday with a piece of cake or a candle or anything.
I got something "off the menu".. it was delicious. Stuffed chicken!! Polenta app was yummy. Only complaint is expect to be there for a while. Food is a little slow to come out... but it's family owner local business and ill be a repeat customer.
Sandy was a wonderful waitress. The service was outstanding & thetsteak was done to order. I would have ordered salmon, butb they don't offer wild caught. Would have preferred grass fed beef but for what we ordered, the price was reasonable and the ambiance fabulous.
Great food, friendly staff. Reasonable prices, hearty portions. Inventive, adventurous menu, not just the standard Italian fare, but your favorites are there too. Plenty of parking. Family owned for over three decades. Nice warm vibe. Family pictures adorn the dining areas. You feel like you've been invited to an old friend's place for dinner.
Great little spot tucked out of the way. At 7p the parking lot was packed. Reservations recommended. Extensive menu & special white board made for a tough decision. We decided on veal scallopini (excellent choice) & chicken with pecan, apple, cinnamon sauce in a light cream sauce (to die for). Both dishes came with a house salad, warm bread (hot), risotto ( I’ve had better); the risotto was hot in temperature compared to our chicken & veal dishes. A nice accompaniment of root vegetables done exceptionally well. We were so hungry that I didn’t think to take pics till we were three-quarters done with our meal! The decor is reminiscent of being in someones living room with holiday décor abundant.
Everything pictured deliciously melted in your mouth. Nostalgic charming rustic setting. Excellent service. There’s a reason they have been around for a while. Highly recommend.
Pat the chef always has new delicious recipes and is an amazing chef! Carol is the most hard working, professional owner/waiter/bartender! Lori is the greatest waitress and always makes dinner fun and makes me feel like I’m having dinner home with family! The entire staff is always professional and pleasant. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere can’t be beat. Lori even holds up special menu when there’s nothing to place it on LOL !

I’ve been passing this place for years and we decided to try it last night. The food and service are wonderful. Really great with kids too. Drinks were excellent as well. Can’t wait to try this place during the summer. It’s on the tour and we will be back. Thank you!!
What a treasure! Sightseeing over the weekend and stumbled upon this gem. Luckily we arrived around 5:30. We were the only ones there - for about 5 minutes. Within 30 minutes the place was packed! The menu had a lot to offer and it all looked delicious. We had the calamari to start and it was fresh and tender. For our main, I had the veal fungi and I was so happy to see lots of fresh mushrooms! My spouse had the spicy hot scallops and he said they were amazing. Our waiter was very attentive even though the place was completely full. It was fun to see so many of the locals meeting up with their friends. The hostess recognized we weren’t locals and gave us some great ideas for places to visit while in the area. Either show up early or get a reservation. You won’t be sorry.
First time for dinner it was fabulous. The service was excellent and the women serving us were terrific and very engaging. Will definitely be going back!
This is a great place, highly recommend. Menu is plentiful, food is fantastic, and the atmosphere was exceptional for our graduation celebration. The service was outstanding as well. Appreciated the pace of service that let our family enjoy our celebration and the wonderful food and drink together. Thank you for a great meal and a great evening with family!
Quaint little Italian place nestled inside a house off the beaten track. Been here a couple of times and have not had a bad experience. Everyone is very nice and the food is always good. You HAVE to make a reservation, they are always busy.
Charming is truly the perfect description. The food was *delicious*. The waitstaff was very kind. It was a great meal and I hope to go back soon.
When entering this home turned restaurant, I was a bit skeptical on how good can this place really be. Parking was easily accessible. Now upon entering I was faced with what I can only describe as the decor something Gordan Ramsay would have a field day with. Putting that aside, the staff and food were AWESOME! Prices reasonable although portion sizes aren't that big but honestly do we really need giant portions. The flavors definitely made up for it. Please give this place a chance you won't regret it.
My wife, brother and sister in law went for dinner the other night. It was my wife’s and mine 1st time there. The food was fantastic. We started with the roasted red pepper and calamari appetizers. Probably the best calamari I ever had. Roasted red pepper, cheese and olives were very tasty. For the main course I ordered the pork loin. It was very tender and juicy, had a great flavor with the seasoning they added. My wife had ravioli which was cooked just right and the cheese flavor was outstanding. My sister in law had veal that was so tender it melted in your mouth. My brother in-law had filet of sole franchise. I did not taste it but he said it was outstanding. We had coffee and dessert. Their cheesecake is to die for, so good. We had red wine (Montepulciano) throughout our meal which was very tasty and very generous pouring. I would give this restaurant a 10 out of 10. The portions of food were just right and the price was not expensive. Oh yes and the waiter (Tim) was very attentive and a pleasure to talk to. If you want to have a great relaxing meal where you are not rushed out the door try Cutillo’s you will be very happy you went there.
My wife and I recently found this place about a year ago. Have gone 4 times and have had nothing but exceptional service and food. I sort of want to keep this place a hidden gem. They recommend reservations, but walking in should be no issue for a small party of 2-4. However, every time I make a reservation, we are greeted and seated immediately with our table prepared and water already served, which is a nice touch. Not many restaurants actually prepare the table for the reservation that was made previously. Each time we have had the same waiter which has been great. He is always accommodating and polite and attentive. Other staff have also been friendly and kind. Soft butter is always served to go with the delicious bread. The fried calamari is great. The chicken parm is good. My favorite has been the NY Strip with Gorgonzola cheese melted on top. Cooked perfect each time. The cheese gives it a great flavor that just works well together. Had it twice and my wife also had it and it’s delicious each time. And for dessert the tartufo is probably the best I’ve had. Highly recommend. We have decided to make this a place for special occasions such as birthdays or anniversary’s. It’s a place that we truly enjoy and look forward to coming to for years to come. Highly suggest it. Prices are very reasonable. Much more expensive places with mediocre food. This place is worth every penny.
Super cozy with high value food. I had the duck with apricot sauce and it was cooked to perfection. Their wait staff were knowledgeable about wine pairings, the methods of cooking, and were able to answer our questions smartly and professionally. A great place for anniversaries or special events, or just to have a really nice dinner.
Cute homey spot. They offered to take our coats and hang them upon arrival. The staff is older and oh so friendly, we noticed they recognized their regulars and engaged in friendly conversation with them and us and even took interest in the kids. They accommodated the requests of my picky daughter. The food was delicious, atmosphere was friendly. Would definitely go again and bring friends.
Such a lovely restaurant. The food was excellent and they were very accomodating to special requests. Friendly atmosphere in a very quaint old building. While some dishes are a bit pricey, there is still so much to choose from in all price ranges. I will definitely go back because I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Check them out!!
Wonderful! We so enjoy dining here. So many great menu items to choose from and they offer additional daily specials. They also offer a nice variety of GF options, that I require. They have been in business for 62 years and they are still busy. I would suggest Reservations. Great food.
Neighborhood place that we go every week- food is amazing . Chef Pat Cutillo is always on his game. The specials are always terrific and there is not a bad thing on the menu. Veal is so tender you can cut it with a fork. Desserts are awesome- Carol and Lori make you feel welcome all the time- and the atmosphere is great in this old house- you must try it and the bread is always free and homemade- this place will rival nyc joints and I have been to many. Quality of food over quantity any day- if you want cheap big portions go to Olive Garden and get sick. Top choices- mussels, veal, Gnocchi and Penne Vodka is great- in Italy no one rushes thru dinner and this is a great place to eat and relax

Good food, nice atmosphere, friendly wait staff.
The food and the experience was excellent staff were great
Excellent food and excellent service
Lunch and dinner with friends and a great staff will bring many good memories. Nice outside seating in warm weather. Try it.
Cutillo's is one of my favorite local restaurants. On the occasion of my last visit, it was for lunch and my meal was disappointing, but my companion enjoyed hers off the specialties menu; I, too, should have ordered from it. The kilbasa was excellent. Dinner menu splendid and my favorite entrée is quail.
Reservations only. White cloth dining & still informal. Great food fair pricing. Staff treats like family. Remembers our past visits. Multiple cuisines. First timers alwant to return
You really feel like family here Excellent food and excellent waitress. Look forward to going back.
"i wish there were a category between ""very good"" and ""excellent"". have to reserve excellent for the very best, but cutillo's is better than just very good. nice seasonal specialities, the chef cares about his food and his clients and it shows. "
Let's take a step back in time, shall we? When things were simple, homemade food was served, prices were reasonable, and service was top notch. Welcome to Cutillos! Off the beaten path - which is a good thing. Probably the reason it's changed so little over the years. The food and service are the best. Great specials. Super affordable, which is so appreciated these days! Don't change a thing Cutillos!

If you really want fine Italian dining, don't come here. Take your significant other for a trip to NYC or another nearby metropolitan area and enjoy proper Italian food and ambiance. Heavily overpriced for the portions and quality. Our salad was $15 and looked like it was assembled by a child at a Roy Roger's Fixin's bar. The staff seems disinterested in being employed and catering to customer's needs. They got our drink order wrong twice in a span of 10 minutes. BREAD is extra money on the menu. Unheard of in ANY proper Italian restaurant, where the bread is (generally better and) treated like a water tap. Skip it and go to the nearby pizza joint to get more bang for your buck. This place is so depressing on the inside. Torn fabric on the chairs, mismatching chairs, and they have the nerve to charge what they charge. The positive was that the lasagna and the pasta fagioli were pretty good. Everything else about this place, not so much.
I'm going to be as honest as I can be. The waitress was very nice, unfortunately service was incredibly slow, we waited 15 min to be acknowledged, 15-20 min for salad, another 15-20 min for the main course, which was very good, a bit pricey (I'm used to get much more )but comparable to other Italian restaurants in this area. The decor is like a grandmother's living room, which is fine, but far from classy. It is a great place for a date, where all you are interested in is the person sitting across the table from you. Meal and ambiance is secondary. You'll have plenty of time to converse. I'll recommend this place if you are fine with that. I'm accustomed (in an Italian restaurant setting) to be being treated like family, nice music, good conversation with staff, meeting the owner or chef, keeping your glasses and bread basket filled.
The service and atmosphere were excellent, but the food was just ok. w I had a half duck and even though it was 2 legs and no breast, I enjoyed it. But the "risotto rice" was bland, and the vegetable was one tiny piece of broccoli and 3 pieces of carrot with no seasoning at all.

Too expensive for a restaurant listed on an interstate road sign
Just had dinner...charged $21 for small side if broccoli..told waitress that bill was incorrect..she said chef sets prices and will not change price...so main course was $38 for linguini with clams and shrimp plus $21 for a very small side of broccoli total for main course $59...had appetizer oysters 6 for $12..the smallest oysters i ever saw..will not go back..would not recommend
Extremely disappointed with my meal. The veal in the veal parmigiana was sliced as thin as prosciutto so I basically ended up with fried breadcrumbs. The sauce was non description void of any species other than sauteed plum tomatoes. The penne was mealy and over cooked. I would not recommend this dish or restaurant. It is over priced and the quality of food is poor.
Pricey, cramped, and assertive staff are just a few of the detractors in this secluded eatery. Upon entry, staff insist on taking your coat and you have to stick to your guns should you want to keep it. The cramped conditions are exacerbated by the abundant knick knacks and attempts to make you think you went to Grand Mas House. The promised warmth of the tiny fire place will likely not reach you. Then there's the food. What little you get is flavorless. The chicken parm would have been outdone by a frozen Stouffers dinner. I made better with a can of Tuttorosso crushed in minutes at home. In fact I think straight from the can is better than what I was served. The chicken was pounded flat and still tough. I do also understand that garlic bread should be enjoyed with the meal, not before, and not be dried out sticks which render to breadcrumbs. Where is the warm garlic loaf to delight your senses? Dust. The portions are tiny and the prices exorbitant. Looking around you would see no private diners, you know a romantic couple, but tables of 8 or more and no kids. That is, corporate accounts only. The serving staff are knattily dressed and very attentive but boastful and sure to tell you how good your food is. I think they must add a hefty percentage to the prices. Do try somewhere else. I do cook well but I am no pro. I have experienced my match many times and then some when going out. Even from pizzerias. Actually some of them are great. Peace.
The service was terrible. We didn’t get our salads for an hour after being seated.
