Look if your expectations include fine dinning and service don't come here. I came here for my alone dinner one night waiting for my kids at the mall. For me it was perfect not too expensive and I get to eat! Salad bar and steak with some shrimp. Perfect for me and didn't need to waited on hand and foot.

Enjoyed it! Ended up taking the dinner/steak home with me. Filled up on salad bar and chicken wings! Even after being in the fridge a couple days, the steak was still damn good! Nice tender ribeye.

My girlfriend and I went here a couple of weeks ago for my birthday lunch and it was just fabulous. They must have new cooks because the food taste even better than I ever remembered. We really enjoyed our meal everything was just perfect. We will be back soon. Highly recommend them and the fried chicken wings are off the chain. I ordered the salmon and it was cooked to perfection and a big fresh wonderful baked potato! And not let me forget that cheese bread that you can only get from them is just wonderful ! Never had issues with our meals. It's been what we've ordered & knew what to expect. Atmosphere can be quite crowded and loud at times. Like at every restaurant- there's are those servers as busy as it may be, don't forget to check on you. Then there are those that you see when you get to your table & not again until you're leaving. Still it's comfortable to eat & chat.

I had not been to "Sizzlers" in a long time (that's what we called it back in the day, lol)! The food was even better that I remembered! The cheese toast was warm an delicious! The salad was fresh and the salad bar clean! Our server, Kim was beyond amazing! It was just a wholesome family atmosphere! Will definitely revisit soon!

I just moved back to the South Bay area. I noticed a lot of Sizzlers closed because of the Pandemic. I did a phone search for a restaurant I could take my soon-to-be 80-year-old father. I searched under soups and salads. In disbelief, I called to be sure it was open. Yes (smiling) to my surprise it was open. I tell you it was like it never closed. The food was fresh. I had the Salmon and my dad had the steak and chicken which was cooked every well. The service was good. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed the salad bar. Very clean inside. Prices like other restaurants have risen by still worth the cost to eat healthily.

This place is not your typical Sizzler. We ordered the 12 oz New York steak, medium, and it was cooked to perfection. I've been to high-end steakhouses, but whoever prepared this steak clearly knows what they're doing. It may not be prime beef, but the flavor and execution were exceptional—someone in the kitchen is truly talented. The salad bar was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly. The general manager was present and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. The entire place was impressively clean. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations in every way.

There were so much flavour in my salmon, and the toast doesn't seems much, but it is absolutely worth dying for!!!! Like they said, "Life's A Journey. Enjoy The Meal"

I was happy with my order, steak and unlimited fried shrimp plus all you can eat salad bar.

Great place for families! Kids options for less than $10, adults menu between $15 to $21. I had the mini option, 6 oz sirloin with vegetables, which were delicious. I came here with seven family members and paid $160, with dessert included. I like the food flavor and the garlic bread. I will return on my next trip to LA.

Haven't been to a sizzlers in years, but hands down. Food was still delicious and so was there cheese bread.

Only Sizzlers around. Nothing has changed. Salad bar has improved and the entrees are still great.

This is my favorite place, i love the steak and malibu chicken, the service was great. And besides the sizzler locate at hawthorne blvd and artesia blvd. This one has chicken wings in the salad bar, and better service.

We ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak plate, it was well seasoned, with I believe was just salt, and pepper, juicy but. just a little red for medium well in some places, good size, mashed potatoes, also very well seasoned, good but a little creamy. I did like both. It also comes with 1 trip salad bar, Italian dressing was good but needed just little bit of salt, but then very healthy 😉 It comes also with a piece of garlic toast tha was also very good, but need to be toasted on both sides. The server was attentive and really nice. Steak price was, I think, not bad for the portions size and amount of food, The place was kept nice and clean.

I just came into sizzler for the first time in my life. Crazy I know because people come here all the time and I've heard about this place just never gone. Definitely skeptical but convinced that for the money this place is great. It's not your top notch steakhouse but you definitely not paying high end steakhouse prices either. The salad bar is awesome tons of choices. They even have fried chicken in a couple other yummy things in the salad bar. All of our steaks came out great. The shrimp came out crispy and delicious. I would definitely give this place another try. Excellent service comfy seating clean bathrooms. It's an all-around wonderful restaurant.

My visit was on Sunday early afternoon, I'm assuming it was the most busiest time. Because I'm disabled I assumed it would be an unbearable wait, I was shocked at how fast the line moved. The Mgr. Michael and his CREW worked like they were on an assembly line. Everyone move in unicense, very friendly. We waited about five minutes for seating. Food fresh and tasty, salad bar selection great and no waiting for salad bar refills. So I rate Michael and Crew a 1+10+🤗. For SUNDAY DINNER THE CARSON SIZZLER is for you, your family and friends. I'm a picky person however this location has my business.😋👍 It was three of us and we ordered a verity 🥰

Everyone is so helpful and eager to assist in the dining process. I ordered the steak and Malibu chicken and it was good. The garlic bread was tasty. Super non-pretentious family dining. I like that they have the calories posted next to the food so people can make conscious decisions. The food came out quick. Haven't been here for over three years since the pandemic. However, my experience regarding every menu item, staffing and physical ambience equals my five star rating.

I've always liked Sizzler. This branch is less crowded than the one on Manchester, and the service is good. The salad bar was constantly refreshed, so that's a win. I took one star off because some of the tables surrounding us were not cleaned and there were utensils on the floor, but hey.... it was Saturday night. Overall, same good choices and low prices.

It was very nice sitting down to eat with the family, it's been a long time, nevertheless, we enjoyed the service, cleanliness, and food. Who doesn't love Sizzler, esp my favorite Malibu Chicken with the mustard sauce, and add all you can eat salad bad. Note if you ask for the all you can eat soup bar, it's $4.99, for an add on to your meal, if you just got for the all you can eat salad bar with your meal, you'll only spend $2 more. I suggest spending the extra 2 with your meal then you can fill up on the all you can eat salad and soup bar, then take your meal home for an 2 for 1. Reminds me of hard times when I was in the Navy, my roommate and I used coupons everywhere, and deals so we could eat twice for the price of 1 meal.

I agree with the other positive reviews. Lettuce and salad bar stuff was fresh and yummy. Impressed with the many selections offered. We all had fish and were pleased. Only bad thing was ladies room ran out of all paper ingredients but management ran to fix it as soon as I told them.

My steak was pretty good. My wife's was pretty poor. Everything else was really good. My steak was their 8 oz Tri Tip, hers was a 6 oz sirloin. My wife said her rice and shrimp was really good and their garlic toast was awesome. Way too hot on the patio during lunch, but that's not their fault. Food came out from kitchen quickly.

Over cooked my steak a bit but still very good. Shrimp had a nice taste with the spices. Waitress very upbeat and personable. Only downfall was the price at @$27.12 with the exception of the meat everything was self serve. Not use to that with the drinks. Salad bar I get that.

Sizzler has always been my go to restaurant. It has a salad that you can keep filling up and then, You have your entraise which are great and wonderful? I usually get the Ribeye. and my darling significant other ...yes we split it.... IT IS VERY reasonable as far as it cost goes. That's how much there is that way I get some shrimp and she gets some steak.. Good time had by all.

We ordered just the salad bar nothing special maybe that's why my ratings are not that great. But what we did have salad. Tacos were terrible Fried Chicken too crunchy but the salad was okay soft serve ice cream was actually melting before it got into my bowl but it's Sizzlers and fortunately they used to have a really good name

I really like this place to take my kids. They love the salad bar. This trip was a little more people then usual. The wait staff seemed short. When I would ask for stuff, I would have to ask more than 1 person and several times. Simple things like napkins,clean utensils, more bread, and water. I hope our next trip will be better or I may have to find a new location to try.

I would have rated this place higher but there were a few things not quite right and there was one crucial flaw that I must speak about which was the cheese toast. It was toasted only on one side and the other side was not cooked at all and left raw rendering that famous toast terrible. The sandwich I bought was made incorrectly also (I ordered the grilled cheese burger but I only wanted one slice of cheese). When it came out it was not what ImI orders at all ( I got baked chicken sandwich of some type.) They took it back to try again but when it came back it was so greasy and soggy I couldn’t eat it. I opted for a salad and I was not pleased. Salad was good though. I ate in my hotel room peeved.

I go for the unlimited salad bar. While it's not the largest salad bar, the choices are solid. They have 3 soups and plenty of salad fixings. You can make tacos and they have spaghetti with meatballs and chicken wings. You can definitely fill your belly up. They even have an ice cream sundae station.

I have been very lucky that every time I have visited a Sizzler that salad bar has been amazing, and honestly the only reason I go. This location was no different, amazing salad bar. Unfortunately, there was a birthday get together and it was so loud and obnoxious that we ate quickly and got out. I would definitely go back though.

Hadn't been there in years but of course I love the salad bar, can't go wrong with that. Service wasn't good because it was Sunday afternoon and they were short-staffed. My friend found some kind of paper label in the chicken soup. So many people reaching over the soup, dont remember if there were tops over the soup? Other than that all was well.

Overall a good experience. Food and service was great. We ordered a variety of dish to try including Classic burger, Jumbo shrimps, BBQ Ribs etc. The place wasn't crowded and would highly recommend others to check this place if you are in the neighborhood.

I'm not sure if it was due to the fact that it was the last weekend before Christmas, but this place was extremely busy, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere due to the excessive noise. Additionally, there was only one person at the register, and it took about 20 minutes to even begin ordering. However, I would definitely consider returning because the Menudo and Clam Chowder made it worth the wait. We miss the Sizzler's near our home and were glad to find that some are still open.

Our visit was on Sunday, May 28, 2017 at about 7:30 p.m. We ordered steak and shrimp. The waitress spilled my shrimp on her tray. She set my plate on the table and didn't replace the missing shrimp - I didn't have the all you can eat amount of shrimp. During our meal, the waitress was doing her side work (filling salt and pepper etc) while we were eating our dinner. She was asking us to pass items as we were eating - I found this to be rude. My steak was extremely small in size. Shrimp was good. Food was decent. It was clean. Parking in rear.

It was pretty decent, the food was good and the service was okay. Noticed they were a bit slow at clearing tables that others had already left from. Salad bar is nice, but still think they could have a few other options. All in all a decent visit. $20 for an 8oz steak and the salad bar.

The service and waitreses were EXCELLENT !! However, I gave it a poor rating because the quality of the food was poor. The main entrees that were advertised weren't available on a holiday weekend at 11 am. The entrees that were available were miniscule pieces of meat and lobster. The only saving grace was the salad bar. It was a group of 10, and we paid a lot of money but didn't get what we paid for.

This was my first time in a long while visiting Sizzler, and it was a good one. First, I took my parents out to eat here, and my mom has medical problems, so there is nowhere for her to sit while we wait in line, and the worst part is you have to look at the menu on a wall and order your food and pay before getting a table.Then you have to look for a table yourself and get your drinks yourself wait a couple minutes for a waiter to notice you to know wear to bring your order to. I don't know if they were short staff, but I think there is a better way to run it. I think they are losing profit due to having to order and pay first because what if I wanted something else do we have to get back in line to look at a menu and order and pay while your party is sitting down and waiting for you come back with the ticket and wait for a waiter to come by and see the ticket to let them know you order more stuff.

I wanted another bread my guest ate both piece...When she return to my table never asked if I needed anything started pickin up our old plates... Food was great, but our waiter was not! Someone else brought our food. A party of 8 we were there for about an 1 1/2 hrs. We had to go find someone to get items for us, had find him to remind him to bring toast then he never came back to check on us. He looks like he's been working there for a while but isn't trained on customer service. It's not what Sizzlers known for. We make sure we will not sit in his section again. We will always be a Sizzler Customer.

I ordered a well done 8 oz steak and ribs, both were burnt. There was only one waitress for my area and she was so busy we waited awhile to be served our food.

Saw the waitress once, when she brought the bread and drinks. Never again did we see her. Found a bug in the romaine lettuce, on the salad bar. All items were not available on the salad bar. Spent almost $40 on 2 salad bars & 1 drink. The peach lemonade is awful. Tastes cheap not fresh. The manager was mean mugging our group. This was a reservation for a large group. The restaurant over booked their events. Not our fault. So the manager proceeds to come and attempt to complain at and intimidate the host of the event, who happened to be a handicapped ♿️ woman, in a wheelchair. Not the best experience. We won't be back. Parking is awful on a Friday, also.

I've been here many times before. As a kid my parents would take us to Sizzler's for special occasions, graduations, birthdays that kind of thing. For valentine's day this year. We took our kids. The kids a good time. My two year old even made a friend. The worst part for me was my steak. It tastes spoiled and chemically. I let the waiter know, and she had the cook make another one. This was tastes okay. But when I reheated at home the next day it had the taste had changed to be softer version of the bad tasting one from the night before. It going to a while before I bring my family backs again

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. The steak not tenderized or seasoned properly.Steak was hard to cut as well. The baked potato wasn't good either. It was my birthday, and no one offered a free desert! When I complained about the food and asked for a manager, they never showed up! The waitress however, got me $11.00 back. Won't be going back again.

The shrimp were cold, the grilled chicken was dry, & the salad bar didn't have much variety. Sizzler just isn't what it use to be. The manager was helpful though. She refunded us the price of two meals & gave us some discount cards.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Only one person was serving everyone in the restaurant. The steak and salmon had no taste, and everything was over cooked. The soda machine was horrible, sprayed all over me and the soda had ran out (not carbonated) . My mother asked them to change it out and they claimed to have, but that wasn’t true- they didn’t fix anything. I don’t blame the waitress, but everything else was sub par and a let down. I will not be coming back.

Came here on a Friday evening. My receipt says I paid at 7:44pm. Ordered a Salad Bar and a glass of water. Salad Bar was missing chicken wings and Chicken Nuggets so I decided to grab my salad and wait. 15 minutes later I never even had a waitress come and bring my water, so I had to go up and ask for it. They finally replenished the nuggets but after 25 minutes there were still no wings. Very poor service by my waitress and poor service on the cooks not having fresh food coming out. Ridiculous. Will never return to this Sizzler because it was a waste of money and time....which are extremely important.

This was our very first time at a Sizzler, and since we got to the cashier everything went wrong; the girl was very rude, she got angry because my husband asked her how does the restaurant works (buffet, or just order protein, or whatever). We ordered, payed and looked up for a table... all waiters were full handed, so service was a bit slow. Our waiter was nice even tho seemed to be tired. Food is just good... nothing memorable, but I guess OK since it is not an expensive place. Kid's menu is quite limited and has no pictures... it was a bit difficult for my kid to pick something. We won't be back to this place, that is for sure. And won't recommend it either. Take yourself to a Chili's for better!

It has been a long time that I had eaten at a sizzlers. I didn't know they changed so much to be like fast food.😞 Disappointed

My mom,sister,and myself ordered 3 senior salad bars. I paid for one and preceded to escort my 93 year old mom to table while my sister paid for 2. After about 30 minutes the server came to ask will we be paying for the other 2 salad bars. I asked for manager. Manual the manager came over and I explained the situation. He advised me that the cashier KAITLYN told him we didn't pay. Of course the receipt is gone because you leave it on table. I asked Manuel how did we get 3 cups, 3 sets of utensils wrapped in napkin if we didn't pay, and if it was a problem why would you wait until we are on our . second salads to address the situation. The entire experience was very upsetting . Manual was very nice and handled the problem. I would suggest extra training for KAITLYN . The dining experience was horrible will never visit Sizzler in Carson again.

Waitress was extremely rude mad because I brought 2 steak plates for my kids and they had left overs so I took a bite wen i literally paid and tipped the girl that charged me and also put a tip on the table before even eating so they felt ok with because we didn’t order because we are going to the crab shack and the girls don’t eat that so stopped at sizzlers worst mistake ever lady was rude as soon as she seen we only ordered for the kids .. from that moment on she was mad .. we also paid a buffet for kids witch we got 3 wings and 1 scoop of spaghetti for both the girls to share .. she came to the table about the kids meal because I had a bite I paid for it I was gonna throw it away so I never thought she would walk up to me about the food I took my tip back and slammed the food I was so mad

I would never willingly eat at Sizzler, but I was outnumbered. First off, the place was packed (graduation season). The manager had an attitude because there were 11 of us. We were seated and waited for our orders. My son ordered a burger that took 35 minutes to come out. Most of our party had finished eating by then. The manager was outright arguing with the party next to us. The customer service was lacking, to say the least. The wings at the salad bar looked and tasted like they were made the previous day. To add insult to injury, they didn't have any cheese bread. That's one of the most popular items. It was just a hot mess all around. I will never ever eat at a Sizzler again.

Salad bar is the only thing decent. Jumbo shrimps are tiny and the steaks are very thin which get overcooked and dry. Last two visits, hardly any customers.

This was the worst burger of my life. It tasted like it was a frozen patty that they defrosted by placing it on the griddle. Then to defrost it they had to burn the sides. It wasn't seasoned and it had no flavor whatsoever. For each bite, it got worse. I gave up after 4 bites as the water from the melted frozen patty began to fill my mouth. My stomach almost gave the food back. Service wasn't great. I saw my food sitting and the waitress kept overlooking it and serving others. Was it because I chose not to pay the tip upfront? I still tipped, as I do, after the meal. But terrible experience overall.

It was really good before the pandemic.. but now I don't see how people can enjoy the experience with this restaurant service and food taste.. before there was more salad greens and more desserts but now it's all gone

The waitress was awsome .... The ribs i think are not that of pork or beef for some reason my mind could not gather prossessing them ribs it is like what kind of meat is that i pray i dont get sick.... Now i loved the lemonade flavores with the fruit but can someone plz telll me what meat that was. It was not normal for sure even the bones looked funny
