Excellent Service and Food! Do try the special combo!

Great location, Every now and then they'll do free samples of their fresh garlic bread , Their pizzas are also so good. The manager i believe or the location always has a great positive attitude anytime i come in. Highly recommend !

I ordered a couple pizzas and salad this past Saturday, the food was absolutely amazing (best cheese pizza ever) and the service was incredible, they even brought my order down to my car curbside so I didn't have to park (which meant my dog got to ride along). Sbarro's must have a reputation for being expensive (one of my friends asked if I got a Sbarro's layaway plan to pay for the pizzas), but I found their prices to be very reasonable (no more expensive than other pizza parlors - a 17 inch cheese pizza was only $14 - and it reheats amazing). Thank you so much to the staff, I will be back for more soon (as will my family and friends who enjoyed the meal as much as I)!

Probably best pizza I ever had. Very crispy but not burnt. Just enough sauce. Perfectly melted cheese. Pepperoni wasn’t too slice just just enough. Customer service was excellent. Honestly it’s a 10/10 for me. 😌😌

I love Sbarro’s!! If there’s one thing everyone needs to know about this amazing Pizza place is there delicious pizza and Garlic Bites. Everyone here knows me and considers me the “Regal Girl” every time I walk by. Always welcoming me with a warm smile and offering me “Garlic Bite” sample even going as far as giving me two bites. Everyone needs to come to Colonie Center: Sbarro’s and meet there friendly and welcoming staff!! ❤️❤️❤️

I love coming to Sbarro for a quick slice of delicious pizza. I stopped by with a few friends while shopping and got our slices within a few minutes. Delicious and hot out of the oven! My favorite is pepperoni

This is the BEST! food spot in the mall, hands down. They have such a welcoming staff and always have fresh food items. From the salad all the way to the soda. Its always fast, delicious and who can beat that price! (forgive me for not remembering his name) The owners son, the cashier, helped me today and was very very nice! He remembers my name and order which is what also keeps me coming back. 100000% the best lunch spot!

It's in Colonie Center. The pizza is worth the trip! Their white pizza with broccoli I'd the best I have ever had. I got the combo which was a slice and a small caesar salad with a drink all for under 10 dollars.

I had my Super Bowl party catered to by the Sbarro’s of Colonie Center. My family and all the guest enjoyed the Roman Pizza. The tomato and cucumber salad was incredible. We will definitely order again. I highly recommend them.

I have ben to few Sbarro's, as far away as Nassau, Bahamas. the producte are consistent. I do like the pizza, new york style and Sicilian . Usually when. in colonie center I get ziti to go . After I pay I usually look at the wide pizza selection and enjoy it vicariously . The other things look good. As a good italian, who has done many reviews. As many as I come across. Sbarro's new ork style is quite good and if I was hungry for pizza, I would not pass it up .

Review as a delivery driver. Employees are rude and slow. They also make orders as ready to pick up well before they are ready. It's in colonies center and it's hard to get in and out and being forced to wait 15+ minute extra on an order is very unfriendly to drivers. When place is dead they just stand around instead of helping or preparing orders and care more about filling their pizza for slices than delivery orders. If I get another delivery from here, I'll probably skip it going forward. It's not worth the waste of time and money

I ordered two pizzas both cold took over two hours , no utensils napkins and the pizza barely has sauce it doesn’t even taste good . I ordered a salad and the lettuce is brown and obviously old . I spent over $40 and I’m truly disappointed. On top of that they don’t answer the phone for customers . Bad business wouldn’t recommend
