Very friendly and polite staff. Have used them for over a year with zero complaints! Food is always fresh and delicious! I'd 6 star if I could.

The heroes were very good. The service was fast. The customer service was great. Meena was very nice, pleasant, & accomodating.

I had a tuna spinach wrap with guacamole. The guacamole made this taste like a 5 star wrap .....so good!!!!

Barley any meat on the steak sandwhich that's $13. Can just goto Jersey Mike's or somewhere else and get a better sandwhich

I enjoy eating at subways sometimes would eat there more often though if the meat wasn't processed but they do have good salads workers are usually friendly they will make your food exactly the way you like it.

they always tell me bathrooms are closed because the employees are too lazy to clean it. Im a ups driver and come in here almost every day for lunch and I can't even wash my hands to eat.

Subway is Subway. It's fine. Ashok is one of the owners. He's a nice enough guy.

Disappointed

I went in to the store around 9:30pm and was turned away because the store was supposedly closed. The light was on, the door was open, an employee was standing behind the counter waiting, and the posted closing time is 10 pm. Very frustrating.

Never had this problem before, so this is disappointing. Girl put 3 pieces of cold cut on my sandwich, so naturally I asked for more. And for the first time ever of me being at a subway, they charged me an extra dollar for 3 extra pieces of cold cuts. I'll just go to the one in Walmart, thanks.

First time ordering here.....I ordered the Spicy Chicken Nacho Footlong. Got home saw it was made with Salami instead????? The guy was there to hand it to me and said nothing about a substitution or being out of something!!! Like how do you mess something like that up???? Chicken & Salami aren't even from the same animal and look nothing alike....and then put shredded cheese on it too which I didn't add on? Did he make this sandwich blindfolded????

The second I parked, they canceled my order without even telling me why or explaining. I’m assuming it’s because I tried using one of the reward things on the app. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO ALLOW REWARDS AT THIS LOCATION TAKE IT OFF THE ROSTER SO NO ONE WASTE THEIR TIME GOING TO YOUR LOCATION

Wanted buffalo chicken on my flatbread, but they said they didnt have any, yet all the subways ive been to always just pored buffalo sauce on the chicken and gave it to me. Its like they didnt even try to work with me. they are just there to just make their paycheck. wasnt happy.

very rude and i asked for extra mayo and she put ranch and when i asked her what she put on first she denied it and said it was mayo when it was clearly ranch. I received an attitude from the lady that was making my sandwich. terrible if ur gonna be rude don’t work there.

The bathroom seems to always be out of order. I used a coupon (Buy 2 footlongs for $12.99) and they upcharged me $2 per sandwhich and instead of $12.99 it was $19. Why is this the only subway that upcharges on coupons?

I’m an Uber Driver. during covid (which is understandable) they claimed their bathroom was out of service. NOW I recently went to finally get food from them and I asked to use the bathroom the man told the lady then claimed i couldn’t. As i’m leaving with my food, this man in a rush ask to use the bathroom she opens the door and somethings wrong inside of the bathroom so he goes to the back and uses the bathroom in the back. So i‘m confused on why he could but i couldn’t. NEVER returning again!!! I wouldn’t waste my money here, plus they’re just sloppy.

Also got the new Baja steak and Jack, no jack cheese, no onions, no chipotle sauce and barely any meat. Only thing that was done correctly was the grilled chicken bowl Like what is up with you guys.

This subway migrated from route 112 to here. Subway subways franchise offers coupons for some reason they never accept the coupons which I have a problem with if you’re part of a franchise and there’s a sale going on you’re supposed to participate with that sale so I’m reporting them to corporate and their daughter is nasty and the owner adds on prices to the coupons to what he thinks he should charge so I will not be going back to the subway.

I walked in today and they had only flat bread. I kept asking for garlic and herb..it wasn't a language barrier, they didn't bake anything else 😢. If you have construction or painting going on ,you should close the store. It was a disgusting atmosphere..

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered my sandwich and the man was on the phone the whole time to start. Then I had a $2 reward on the app from my previous purchases that I wanted to use. The machine would not scan the barcode on my phone and the manager/cashier told me that I could use it another time. I told him I'd like to use it today because it expires soon and I received the reward and would like to redeem it so I asked him if there was a way they could honor it seeing that it is on my account. He responded that he couldn't and it was late he had to leave so I had to use it next time. So I responded to him saying that it was 10pm and the store hours are listed open until 1030pm. So then he was able to take the $2 off of my meal. I thanked him and paid but then he wouldn't give me my receipt and told me to never come back to this store. So I said excuse me and he replied that he doesn't want my business there and to never come back. Never in my life have I been told that I could not go to a store or been shown that type of customer experience. It was not my fault that his machine wasn't working properly and I go to subway quite often and use their rewards program so I should be able to use the rewards that I have been rewarded without being told never to return. I could not believe that that was how this man talked to customers. I was completely appalled. He wouldn't even give me my receipt or let me earn the points for that visit. This man was the most rude person I have ever met and I work in retail as well.
