I finally had a chance to grab lunch from here today after hearing from friends how great it is. Let me just say...not disappointed at all! The food is wonderful and fresh! I had the happy bowl and would definitely recommend it to anyone! The portion size is quite large for one person. I could probably have split it with someone or have it for dinner as well. The price is on point. A lot of bowls I've had from other places were loaded up with rice, not this one. And the rice was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back! Can't wait to try the entire menu! :)

Super delicious. Im super full but cant stop eating it. We will definitely be back. This place is a gem. We tried the korean BBQ pork and the Vegan poke. Both were good but the korean bbq was stupid good. I still cant get over all the flavors. Come here. Try their food. I promise you you will love it.

I just got the teriyaki steak bowl from here and let me tell you, I haven’t even finished eating yet because I HAD TO leave a review! From ordering to the final product—I’m in awe! Sarah was super nice on the phone when I placed my order. She recommended other substitutes for me that she thought I might like—and boy was she RIGHT! The steak is seasoned perfectly, the Avacado is the perfect color and texture! The pineapple adds such a fresh and tangy quality that I would’ve never thought to add to anything I cook for myself. The pickled red onion is PERFECT! Sometimes it can be too sour or overpower a dish, but the flavor and the amount added that perfect umami flavor that I didn’t know I needed! AND THE SAUCE! I could drink the sauce by itself. It’s THAT DIVINE! The store is so nice and clean. They have a 99 health score rating—which is SO RARE to find in any restaurant. So I know my food is not only nutritionally healthy, but also the way in which it was prepared was clean and sanitary. Health ratings are a huge deal to me! Also Sara (who is a gem herself in this small town) gave me their new to go menu. They now offer ramen and smoothies! I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone! I love that this is a healthy option, but even if you’re not looking for a healthy option and want something filling and PACKED with flavor, this is your place! Thank you so much Sarah!

What a pleasant surprise to find a restatement that offers an entire menu of healthy options as well as locally owned. The owner Sara was so informative being this was my first and suggested the Huli Huli bowl. It was so flavorful. I am eager to try out more of her items. She also gave me a complimentary Lemon Blueberry Oat Bar just for trying her out my first time. Thank you Sara!

I wish I would’ve taken a picture before I started eating because this bowl looked and tasted amazing 🤩 I got the tuna poke bowl and the lovely worker helped me decide on it after telling her it was my first time being there. The portion was big enough for two meals. I can’t wait to go back!

I have enjoyed food from Hele Bowls at the Cullman Strawberry Fest and at Second Fridays put on by the Cullman Chamber of Commerce. First, their food truck/trailer is the cutest thing ever! Second, the team is very professional and friendly. Third, the food is out of this world! Sarah is one of the best chefs in the southeast! Her talent and creativity is exactly what will keep people coming back!

This is a wonderful build your bowl restaurant with lots of very well marked vegan options as well as non vegan. Multiple protien (quinoa, lentils, Falafels. and hummus) and greens (mixed, arugula, and more) options as well as dressings!Service was patient and friendly. Some teas are vegan friendly, so just ask! Throughly enjoyed our lunch!

The food is sooooo good. I had the bowl with chicken and fruit and a cinnamon roll smoothie. The only downside is that they don’t have seating. However, if you go to the park close to the farmers market there is a lot of shaded seating.

Just got done eating the tuna poke bowl with my girlfriend and all I can say is that it was delicious and an extremely well thought out bowl. Amazing ingredients also to top it I had a strawberry banana smoothie with coconut milk and it was great too. Will definitely be coming back to try the rest.
