Friendly customer service, food was made fresh and served hot. Only complaint is the franchise owner really needs to do something about the pavement in the drive-thru. Those holes and dips are a lawsuit waiting to happen, and, it takes away the look of the establishment. It makes it look unkempt and sloppy.

If you love Pot Pie 🥧 and you like to eat really good one then it’s Means This Location of KFC. Perfect crust golden brown with a lot of meat and gravy. I know very well all same franchisee material and supply supplies. But they cook pot pie on right temperature Which cook properly in and outside. They keep them hot on good temperature which is not let it try the gravy.

I bought chicken. Not as flavourful as it used to be. I really wanted grill chicken but it's no longer on the menu.

No lettuce or tomatoes on sandwich. Fill.with pickles and pepper sauce... Not enough staff to serve dine in and drive through... plan to use the drive through if having take out..

Food is fresh but this location is away cold inside and needs some cleaning up. It's always dirty inside. I tried the donut chicken sandwich....not sure how to explain how I feel about it. It's very messy and the glaze will get all over your hands fingers and it's sticky. The taste is good but gets overwhelming after 4 to 5 bites. The sandwich itself is huge but not worth the price.

A lot of mayo. I had to scrape it off. They also gave the end of the pickle and it still had stems. The chicken itself was good and juicy. The buns were hot and fluffy and the biscuits were fresh soft and buttery.

The food was a lot greaser than usual my last visit. The service was subpar, the workers don't speak good English and get an attitude with older Americans who may not be able to understand their accents. The place is often sticky, tables left dirty, soda machine out of date and spills on your hand while filling your drink.

I really wanted KFC, but I was very disappointed. The chicken was under seasoned, the mashed potatoes tasted like box potatoes, the gravy was like brown water, and the biscuits were like hockey pucks. The only thing that had any resemblance to authentic KFC was the cole slaw. Totally wasted my money!!!

I've been a long time resident in the area so I consider myself qualified in this review. If you're ever hungry and in the need of food with nourishment, KFC is the place to eat. This staff is nice and diverse, it's not just Haitian people talking smack about what you're ordering like the near by Wendy's. They are kind and dexterous. The food is quality food. Your auntie can't make chicken like this, trust me. The chicken is meticulously prepared and seasoned. Whether you like it crunchy and fried or steamy and grilled, the chicken is always quality. The other menu items are great as well. The chicken little is a great midnight snack and the zinger burger is Burger King Quality. All in all it's a great place. But I once saw an ant in there so 2/5 stars. I can't recommend it. Fix your pest problem then I'll change my review.

Consistently get the order wrong most recently today. I thought by ordering through there app it would make a difference and ordered 12 they sealed the bag and without fail when I arrived home or was a 10 piece as it was missing 2 drum sticks as well as they decided to toss in an extra crispy thigh in place of the third original recipe. Upon my return I was informed they cannot verify the shortage while ignoring the extra crispy thigh and refused to redo order. This restaurant needs ti be audited. They suck

Worst kfc ive been to .. customer service is the worst, they ignore the customers request and there's alot of confusion between staff.. every customer that was present at my time of visit had issues with the order. The black girl had a nasty attitude and rolled her eyes when the lady beside me asked to see inside the box she made before bagging it. They forgot to give me my meal drink cup and they put the container of coleslaw inside the box touching the chicken. Big turn off.. Will not return. Will not recommend.

I visited this place a week ago. The service was not good at all. I ordered Krispy chicken and when they serve the chicken it was full of grease not at all what a Krispy chicken is at other locations. Also the restrooms were locked and not available even for clients which it is not acceptable at all. Later at night, I got a very bad stomach ache after I ate here. Overall very bad experience. Be aware not a good place to eat at this KFC. 😔

DISGUSTING. No soap in the bathroom, how long do you think the kitchen workers making the food have been going to the bathroom without washing their hands? Not to mention they got my order wrong and I didn't see it until we got home, but honestly no soap is way more gross. The chicken sandwich was super dried out and stale. Clearly they have no intention of upkeep here. So gross.

Only 2 people working when we arrived, no napkins in the dispenser, nationally advertised $5 deal was not applicable on the two piece with one side, had to pay $6.29 for each meal, and bathrooms were smelly and dirty in Elmont, NY.

The customer service at this particular KFC is the worst I have ever encountered in all of my 54 years of life. The lady who is claiming to be the manager refuses to give me her name because I asked for the manager and she told me it was her. I placed my order at the drive-thru and as I get to the window she's going to say I don't have your order what is your order after waiting over 20 minutes then tells me there is no soda and there is no child milk at this point I don't understand why she didn't see it in the beginning or was she didn't take the order that I gave her after telling me she took it and told me to come to the next window. This is not the first encounter with this particular lady I've let it go before but this is ridiculous now my whole entire lunch break which I'm trying to get something was wasted staying in line and then being told that I never placed an order that I did if this lady is the manager she really needs to go they never have any of the things in stock the place is always dirty I really don't even know why I keep trying. You guys need to change management ASAP

The store was almost empty. They couldn't even give me what I ordered. The employees observed eating & drinking inside the establishment. My orders were missing the biscuits and they give me the wrong drinks. No sauce, no ketchup. Fountain sodas were flat/no gas. Won't be ordering back from there.

If I could give the place zero stars I would. The staff at this establishment is a bunch of the laziest and slowest, most unmotivated non-workers I have ever seen. There is absolutely no sense of urgency in taking orders or getting orders out, and they like to lock to doors well before the closing time that is posted on the door. The Elmont store did a terrible job. The order was incorrect and missing items. Did not check the order till I got home. Then called the store to complain and the store did not pick up the phone. You must check your bag before you leave the drive thru. Lesson learned.

This is the LAST time, I visit this KFC ! So my first issue was they are always giving sale/special size items when you are paying full price!!!!! Now I am adding that I ordered hot wings and EVERYONE of them was bruised and dry. I bit into the first one and noticed this....the other 5 I used my hands and again EVERYONE was horrible!!!! I could not eat them they did not look fresh.....So my mind is made up their food is not always fresh and I will never return back to this store.

The workers are deaf…. I literally had to repeat my order multiple times. Then; when I paid, I only got one drink. I asked where the other two? They said “you only asked for one”, when I told them three small Pepsis please. I checked my food before pulling out the drive thru and of course they didn’t listen when I told them multiple times make one of the sandwiches plain with no mayo and no pickles. I always go here when I'm feeling like eating KFC and some how they always manage to forget to put something in my order like a side or etc. Then I order a famous bowl and received lots of fried batter and no popcorn chicken. I had a mobile order for pick up, the app told me my order was ready for pick up. I went inside and I didn’t see my order on shelf. I was standing there for over 5 mins and no one acknowledged me. I asked one of the ladies that’s always doing drive thru that I have a pick up order, she just had attitude, rolled her eyes and ignored me and kept doing what she was doing. Then they took care of someone that came after me and took their order. After waiting for so long. Finally the other girl ask for my name to make order. This place has very bad customer service. They don’t care about their customers.

Honestly, this is the worst KFC I have ever been to on top of the food being cold. The service was terrible, especially this one big lady with glasses (idc if that’s rude.) I came to the KFC at 12 o’clock. They close at 1:00AM, I wanted to order fries, I seen the lady standing at the counter and she then walked away. Once she seen me go through the drive-through, we tried to order and there was no response I then proceeded to go to the window and knock, and she’s then ran to the back. This has happened more than one time, KFC fire her.

I’d understand of course if they were about to close in a few minutes but a whole hour?!? on top of that they had the nerve to get my order wrong.
