It's still the same awesome chicken recipe they always had. Other restaurants change the size and flavors of their meals over the years. KFC is an all time favorite
It’s a very good place I have visited so many times and the staff there is always greeting u with a smile and doesn’t really complicate anything like other fast food places I know the staff name arshpreet once helped me with ordering my food when I first went there and also all the other staff is also welcoming and friendly there never have I ever had a problem with anything there very lovely!! Recommended
Friendly customer service, food was made fresh and served hot. Only complaint is the franchise owner really needs to do something about the pavement in the drive-thru. Those holes and dips are a lawsuit waiting to happen, and, it takes away the look of the establishment. It makes it look unkempt and sloppy.

The food was good but the atmosphere is so bad it feels like it's closing and they don't care... I come here all the time for the deals other than that I wouldn't be here it's clean the workers are kinda dead and sometimes my mashed potatoes are bumpy Edit: I went to the McDonald's near by and compared the lighting and I love kfc's now it looks really good

It wss not bad food could had been hot. Taste like the oil grease needed to be changed they should not wait to late in the evening to put clean oil to cook with. If thats how they fry there chicken.
The food was a lot greaser than usual my last visit. The service was subpar, the workers don't speak good English and get an attitude with older Americans who may not be able to understand their accents. The place is often sticky, tables left dirty, soda machine out of date and spills on your hand while filling your drink.
Consistently get the order wrong most recently today. I thought by ordering through there app it would make a difference and ordered 12 they sealed the bag and without fail when I arrived home or was a 10 piece as it was missing 2 drum sticks as well as they decided to toss in an extra crispy thigh in place of the third original recipe. Upon my return I was informed they cannot verify the shortage while ignoring the extra crispy thigh and refused to redo order. This restaurant needs ti be audited. They suck
We ordered the new spicy wings, but they gave us BBQ ones instead for some reason. Totally ruined my mood!
Worst kfc ive been to .. customer service is the worst, they ignore the customers request and there's alot of confusion between staff.. every customer that was present at my time of visit had issues with the order. The black girl had a nasty attitude and rolled her eyes when the lady beside me asked to see inside the box she made before bagging it. They forgot to give me my meal drink cup and they put the container of coleslaw inside the box touching the chicken. Big turn off.. Will not return. Will not recommend.
I visited this place a week ago. The service was not good at all. I ordered Krispy chicken and when they serve the chicken it was full of grease not at all what a Krispy chicken is at other locations. Also the restrooms were locked and not available even for clients which it is not acceptable at all. Later at night, I got a very bad stomach ache after I ate here. Overall very bad experience. Be aware not a good place to eat at this KFC. 😔
DISGUSTING. No soap in the bathroom, how long do you think the kitchen workers making the food have been going to the bathroom without washing their hands? Not to mention they got my order wrong and I didn't see it until we got home, but honestly no soap is way more gross. The chicken sandwich was super dried out and stale. Clearly they have no intention of upkeep here. So gross.
Asked for dine-in and gave a takeout bag, but did not put the paid sauces in the bag, even though they were required for the combo, and did not give us the ordered fountain cup before we asked the lady.
This KFC never fails! Always messing up my order or either missing something. I ask for a 5 piece kids meal for my daughter and they gave her spicy wings! Not the only time I ever had these issues! I’m done going there!
This is the slowest store I've ever been to . It does not take 20 mins for a thigh and a drumstick . There one person working here ... Why ?

I was so craving KFC and I went to this KFC I got a famous Bowl i asked the guy to give me extra corn and not only did I get any extra corn but the few corns that were in there were old and stale the chicken was so hard and cold Even the mashed potato was cold I took a few bites from it and I threw it out all of it waste of 7$
I had a mobile order for pick up, the app told me my order was ready for pick up. I went inside and I didn’t see my order on shelf. I was standing there for over 5 mins and no one acknowledged me. I asked one of the ladies that’s always doing drive thru that I have a pick up order, she just had attitude, rolled her eyes and ignored me and kept doing what she was doing. Then they took care of someone that came after me and took their order. After waiting for so long. Finally the other girl ask for my name to make order. This place has very bad customer service. They don’t care about their customers.
Honestly, this is the worst KFC I have ever been to on top of the food being cold. The service was terrible, especially this one big lady with glasses (idc if that’s rude.) I came to the KFC at 12 o’clock. They close at 1:00AM, I wanted to order fries, I seen the lady standing at the counter and she then walked away. Once she seen me go through the drive-through, we tried to order and there was no response I then proceeded to go to the window and knock, and she’s then ran to the back. This has happened more than one time, KFC fire her.
It’s 11 PM this location will be open for another hour, but they’re just not making any more biscuits with no explanation as to why. I’d understand of course if they were about to close in a few minutes but a whole hour?!? on top of that they had the nerve to get my order wrong. When I got home and opened to take a look I saw that it wasn’t what I ordered. That’s completely unacceptable don’t waste your time with this location.
