I’m only reviewing because I believe it’s a health hazard for a driver to walk in from making deliveries and be immediately walking into the pizza area and start boxing pizzas, touching utensils, the pizza by crust part without washing his hands. That disturbs me.

This place is a hit and miss sometimes then have great service or bad like this time I open the sauce and I get this, some times it's full and the food is eh not so great other locations are worst that's why I come here cause it's 50 50 has its good parts and bad parts in one order mean while other places it's just bad smh

$41 for ONE large pizza delivered...They don't even follow online order directions and just do what they want. No sauces. and they guy brought my pizza here on a bike in 35°... I haven't ordered from here in a while.. and won't ever again.... NEVER AGAIN

I bought pizza yesterday and the cashier was really rude. He asked us what we wanted, and then walked away dismissively without taking our order. He did this TWO times. We eventually asked a girl behind the counter to help us out, and she actually listened to us and took our order. Staff has 50/50 chance of being completely rude.

I waited 3 hours for a pizza. Three. Hours. That is completely unacceptable. No updates. No call back. The manager refused to answer the phone. This is beyond poor customer service — it’s straight up disrespectful. If you can’t handle orders, stop taking them. I expect this to be addressed immediately.

After waiting 4 hours for my order, it finally arrived — and there was hair in my food. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable. Waiting that long just to receive contaminated food is beyond unprofessional. On top of that, the manager would not answer the phone when I called.

Pizza has no flavor. It's made horrible.. the pizza looks un able to eat looks horrible. Undercooked. Taste like cold fridge cheese..

I waited 1 hour for my pizza and wings, driver claimed he came to my house and left because I did not answer my phone, but I asked for contactless delivery and left instructions on not only how to get to my house but to leave my food at the door. Manager gave me the run around and said he would send the driver back, driver said he couldn't find my house the second time. DO NOT RECOMMEND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Order is simple Large Stuffed Crust with half pineapple. I got a regular crust large pizza half pepperoni…. Had i didn’t pay the extra $3 for the stuffed crust i would have just accepted the negligence. But this is just blatant ignorance.

I ordered a plain pizza and they sent me one with pepperoni on it. For religious reasons i dont eat pepperoni, so i called back and they sent me another pizza w chicken. The delivery driver had the audacity to ask for another tip ontop of what i gave him for the wrong pie. 0 stars if i could absolutely horrendous.

Me and my co worker Bradley ordered a pizza and it was delivered completely swished .like it was dropped and balled up , then when I call I ask to speak with a manager and have something done , they deny me speaking with a manager , I ask for corporates number because they were real rude on the phone as well. This is completely unacceptable . I took pictures as well

Not worth it. I have ordered three times from them and all three times I get under cooked pizza. The dough is still raw on the top and little toppings on my pies. Even after telling them, nothing was done yo correct the issue. I was not waiting another hour for new pies. Stay clear of this place.
