Their dollar menu items are quite good and they are very filling as well. The service is very good and quick and the workers are all very friendly and nice to Interact with.

The food is always made fresh. You do have a bit of a wait, if there is a crowd. So if possible take advantage of the order ahead feature on the website.

This place is excellent and clean. Though they have missed on one or two items when I have ordered a lot of items but that is acceptable and they make up for it when you notify them. Other than that, this is the best Taco Bell. I like this better than Elmont and Jericho. Cleaner, nicer and friendly staff make this place even more enjoyable.

Taco Bell is addicting. I don't know what they put in it, but when I start eating it, I can't get enough. The service is slow, and they forgot to put sour cream on my pizza even though I had mentioned it several times. The floor and tables were sticky at this particular Taco Bell, not just this time.

I come here often. The drive-thru is usually quick and well organized. The dine-in part of the restaurant is slow and not as orderly. Nothing that a person with a little patience can't tolerate. When the potatorito was out, they loaded that thing for me, and I appreciate them for that.

One of the best taco bell locations i go to, everything done right, always enjoy friendly, professional service. Only disapointment was the discontinued double decker taco, been my favorite for years. The regular taco i had today was very good

On menu it says they have milk. They dont have milk. Also on the electronic generated receipt it said 930pm when it was actually 3 hours earlier. The food was ok.

On our last visit the indoor tables need attention. The mess left by earlier customers was still on several tables. The ice tea dispenser was empty. The food was fresh and quickly served.

The Frozen drink machine was not working. They also do not serve the half pound combo burrito any longer. So I spent sometime having to explain what I wanted.

Orders are wrong more than they’re right. I’ve been charged many times for extra sauces that aren’t put on the food. Otherwise, the food is good when it’s made right and hits the spot. Oh, and beware of their app— believe it or not, it was cheaper to order on GrubHub than their app. The app charged me twice for one order I placed on the app. But, support was easy to contact and I was refunded.

I'm a massive taco Bell fan. I've got to say this location was a let down. I had the bean burritos and Baja blast. The best part of the meal was the Baja blast. That's tough...

This was a particularly sloppy Taco Bell. The dining Hall was very messy = tables were not clean and there was a very horrendous situation in the bathroom. Sticky floors, no paper towels.... nothing was done correctly in there = AWFUL. Other than that, the food was the usual Taco Bell fair / poor but the service was average and reasonably fast. This is ROAD FOOD, so don't expect much.

We ordered some food for five people. This location didn't give us a receipt, and realized too late that some of the items on the receipt were missing. I guess we are at fault for not asking for the receipt and checking that the order was correct.

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme it was soggy. We also ordered doritos locos tacos. The tacos were gross they were stale.

I recently (1/15/2021) got food poisoning from this Taco Bell. Not sure what went wrong but i ordered food around 1am and that morning i was BEYOND sick.

Close hours are 2:30 AM. The staff closes everything and hide somewhere by 2:10 so they don't have to work. Keep honking at the windows and they will comeout at 2:30 to tell you they are closed.

I’m standing trying to read the menu and the girl at the register who I believe her name is “deana” if not then the guy who attended us lied to cover her, she had red colored dyed hair and she was on the chubby side. I guess she got annoyed because I was reading the menu so she walked away and shook her head, she made it real obvious that she was bothered. She sent another worker to the front to attend me. I feel like if you’re that miserable in a place then leave , you’re the face of the company so all you do is make customers not even want to come in. Franklin square taco bell owner this message is for you, tell you staff what the chicken power bowl is because I asked for it and I got que que que que then someone said wait so I waited for about two minutes at the drive thru, then someone finally said ok drive around, when I got to the window a woman processed the payment handed me the food and I asked what happened? And she just looked at me without answering then closed the window and was still starring at me so I drove off. The staff's english is no bueno, and they are also rude.

Just got my DoorDash order from this Taco Bell. The crunch wrap supreme was completely wrong and I did not get the quesadilla I ordered. When I called customer service the lady accused me of lying and said she would not refund me for food I PAID FOR but did not receive. If I could give zero stars I would. Further when I asked to speak to a manager they refused to give me to a manager and insisted that I come back to the store so they could make the food but refused to refund me then they hung up. So disappointed

The second time they did it to me I do not eat chicken and they gave me chicken. I asked for a cheese quesadilla. They do not listen over here. I want my money back and I will dispute it.

Every time I come here something’s always wrong with the food. If I ask for bean substitutes I’ll get beef. Got the grilled cheese burrito and the cheese was stuck to the paper and when I told them they said it’s cuz of the paper and they can’t do anything other than putting the cheese and jalapeños inside the burrito instead of on top.

Everytime i go there something gets messed up or forgotten. God forbid you ask for a receipt. I had a very bad experience at this Taco Bell in Franklin Square. The manager served me 2 Raw quesadillas. I went to return them and she told me if you don't like the way I cook don't come here anymore. Bad customer service. I will never go to that store again.

My friends son was having a party and wanted a case of Tacos, we went to the window and the girl was rude and told her to come in when there was not one person behind us on line. Kept telling her it would be more convenient, this went on for 10 minutes. If it was me I would have left. No I know why Wendy's next store had a line around the corner

*Edit* I do believe now that this and most taco bells can skimp with the portions on specific items especially the "grilled cheese" steak burrito I just ordered. You know what you're getting for that convenience and price. *Update* If you can, avoid this Taco Bell. Skimmpy portions. Place is always disgusting. You might be better off just going to a Moe's or Chipotle at this point. Or settle for cheap slop. This will do the trick.

CARELESS and RUDE AS HELL. I ordered nachos only from this location through Uber eats and the worker Michelle and the manager insisted the Uber driver gave me the wrong order. They wouldn’t even listen to me telling me I’m wrong. The manager is disgustingly rude. She was practically yelling at me on the phone saying she put the right order. She wouldn’t accept her mistake. She put my receipt on the wrong order. After arguing with me, she said someone made the mistake. The manager is careless. She can’t do her job properly. And her customer service sucks ! This place doesn’t even deserve this one star rating.

Becareful of the food here went here on Thursday November November 18 7:23 pm. I ordered there special 5 dollar box after waiting for about 12 minutes for my simple order and after eating just 1 taco from the box within a few hours I was sick to my stomach and I almost never get stomach aches. My stomach hurted for the rest of the day into Saturday afternoon I took stomach medicine but it didn't work. I definitely won't come back here and I believe that there food was not cooked or prepare with clean gloves. Becareful of the workers watch them while preparing the food. I NEVER felt that sick before. Something was definitely wrong with there food that night.

This is my second time ordering from here at night one night instead of black beans they put beef inside my tacos,and I confirmed with the person taking my order no beef right he said yes, when I got home opened the food it’s had a smell. And tonight there was hair in my food. I took one bite there was hair, and opened it and saw another hair. Called back to complain the workers don’t understand English going back and forward we did your order right, I told them am not complaining for that told her again she said she can’t do anything and cut my call. If I had an option I wouldn’t even give the one star.

Ordered through the Taco Bell app for pick up at 11 pm. The establishment says open till 4 am. When we arrived to pick up the order on 11/16/24 the place was closed, the staff was inside with the lights off sitting on the tables. We were unable to get our order and the drive thru system was also turned off. If you can avoid this Taco Bell do so, we ended up driving to the one in Westbury instead.

I went to Taco Bell and ordered on the kiosk. After I completed my order for 2 cravings boxes, the kiosk froze, and I had to go to the manager and show her my bank account. That I was charged, but my order never went through. Then proceeded to get the wrong order as well as the soda machine is broken and the whole dining area is disgusting. I understand about cleaning up after people is hard, but you chose to get paid for work so do your job.

The absolute worst Taco Bell restaurant around. First of all the store is dark and dirty. The staff pay no attention to the customers and when they do there is zero customer service. There are long waits for food and the ordering and paying set up makes no sense. Make sure you check the bag before you leave because items are always missing. I guess the staff cannot read or count. Went in to order the lady at the register wanted to finish her story before she proceeded to take my order. Which had me standing there listening to a Spanish tail for about 8 mins. Then when she takes my order took another 8 mins to find my order so I can pay, mind you I ordered at the kiosk.and she gave me a wrong drink. Glad her night was better than her customer service.

Went through the drive thru around 12 am no one else was there, it wasn’t busy. Ordered a bean burrito. It was flat, torn up, and had burnt pieces on it like it was scrapped off the grease trap. I tried calling when I opened it up after I got home no answer. I contacted the company, no response from them but why would there be when there is no place for you to leave contact info unless you type it in the comment box. Even then I doubt they would contact you back, they don’t care.

On the Mobile App placing the order was hard to complete. Also although we only ordered one, our order was changed to 3 12 packs of tacos. This inflated our order from 32 to 61 dollars. On top of this, part of the order, the Chalupa, was not included, this required a second trip to rectify. The items in the order are not labeled, so it took longer to realize something was missing. Overall it was a bad experience. I'm not likely to order again, and if I do it won't be by the mobile app. None of this spoke to the quality of the food (Good), or the staff (Also good, if overworked). This is all about the process to order, which was horrible.

I don't know where to start. Twice now I've ordered using the mobile app, placed the order, received the "Order in Progress" screen and am told to give my name at the drive thru only to have them tell me they have nothing. NO ORDER. Second time now. The employees are also very rude and basically don't know what they're doing. So I used McDonald's mobile app in Taco Bells parking lot and placed a nice and easy order with it and drove a mile down the street and picked up my delicious McDonald's. It was great. I am actually happy about this because the only reason I would eat at Taco Bell is because my better half regrettably likes it. I think it's disgusting but have to compromise I'm told. Of course I am positive they authorized the charge also so I will have to keep track to make sure they don't charge it AGAIN. So do yourself a favor. SKIP THIS PLACE You've been warned.
