The food is usually good every time, there’s been very few times I’ve had bad experiences at this location, and I’ve lived in the area since December 2008, and this location has a drive thru, which I love. I would definitely say this is a top 5 store of all the Sonic’s I’ve ever been to.
Fastest one around. Especially when u order from the app. The staff are very helpful and the food is always GOOD! and dont forget to add Nerds to your drink. It blew the kids minds to add candy to an already delicious Ocean Water.
Love these employees at this Sonic location. They make the best Oreo Cookie Pieces Blasts of the 3 in my area. They will even whip up a Peach Blast for me.
The food was hot and very good. The service was great and quick. The guy...I think his name was Manny, was friendly and happy!
It is sonic so what do you expect. Honestly they have never messed my order up and my girls always want to go here. The servers always smile and say thank you and the food is hot. No complaints good job.
I came through Saturday night and the young gentleman working named Christopher had wonderful customer service I work close to this sonic.Christopher is outstanding ive never had that good of service at this sonic he needs a raise exceptional 👍👍

I ordered 2 meals and by mistake they were undercooked. We didn't eat the food and the store closed by the time I called to report the issue. I spoke to the manager "Janesia" about the issue the next day. She was sweet, professional, and accommodating. She re-made our order and was very apologetic even though the mistake didn't happen on her shift. Mistakes happen and it's pleasant to see a manager handle the issue so professionally. Thank you Janesia!

Food was hot and fresh, made to perfection. The guy that took my order was very friendly. The guy in the window that gave me my food was extremely nice as well. Great experience. I had a Cheeseburger with jalapeños, added no onions, no ketchup, cheese tots and a Dr Pepper. Also ordered a side of cheese sticks Everything was made perfect

Service has definitely improved in last 6 months. I think that this location was under staffed so long due to pandemic that there were longer wait times. Now I have started going more often since service is better.
Everything was great. Food was very tasty and came out in a timely manner. The back and forth running for missing items is the only thing keeping you from 5 stars but I will change my rate, as I plan to go back, if all is better next time.
Can only rate 4 stars because all that was bought at this location was a Sweet tea, and can confidently say it was delicious on a hot Texas summer day. The ordering process was quite simple and quick, and the service was quick as well. The worker was nice even though they were working on this hot weather. Cant confidently say the same about the food, as it was not bought at this location.
Struggled with getting orders right and reasonably fast service. The one highlight I would say is they are always busy. I hope management is able to adjust. Feb 2023 - service has improved recently and our orders are generally very accurate. We order weekly or more and my family loves Sonic.
Great food.. other than received two old corn dog s when I order fresh received 3 fresh and two old steall ones.... Don't every go to the one in thackerville. I ordered a egg and sausage toaster and recurved everything on the grill including the crud I was suppose to receive a charge back on my acct.. well so much for that one...
YOU CAN TELL THE OIL REALLY NEEDS TO BE CHANGED THE OIL WAS OLD AND I SAY THIS BECAUSE I HAVE 30 PLUS YEARS AND EXPERIENCE WITH FAST FOOD OR RESTAURANT ATMOSPHERE AS FAR AS THE ATMOSPHERE FOR SONIC THEY COULD CLEAN UP A LITTLE BIT THEIR PARKING LOTS AND EVEN HIRE SOMEBODY TO GET THE GREASE SPOTS BUT THERE IS A LOT OF TRASH IN THE PARKING LOT CUSTOMER SERVICE THO
On my daily walk I stopped by to get a Sonic Blast, but they only brought a straw, which doesn't work well with Snickers or M&Ms, so I used the kiosk to ask for a spoon. After she happily brought that to me, I realized that I didn't have any napkins. Rather than bringing her out again, I just did without. At least they now accept credit and debit cards at the walk-up kiosk. For a while you could only use cash at that one.
I don't really like sonic. I normally go for the ice and mozzarella sticks like I did this day. They're normally rude, but this young lady(at the drive thru window) was very polite. She even. Made me laugh. My Food was fresh, so I was happy about that.
Honestly it's a nice place but be sure you check your bag. We ordered 2 meals and a snack and drink for a 3rd person they forgot 1 fry and only got 1 napkin for the entire 36$ order. It was fixed promptly but the inconvenience of 1 napkin drives me insane!
Sonic is a hit or miss on service. Some days it’s fast, some days not so much. The food and drinks aren’t mind blowing, but decent fast food. The selection of drinks and their 2-4 pm happy hour are the main reason I come back to Sonic.
Multitasking is of the utmost key to being a cashier in the drive-thru. Please clear your heads before clocking in. Being such a good mood this morning to be put into an upset mindset because the girl did not listen to me. I repeated my order 3 TIMES! And again at the window. This was around noon.
Always busy on the weekend but fast service. Ordered the long horndog and boy was it super salty, I didn't even finish it, it was so salty. I asked for the BBLT and was given a simple BLT that was a tad dry and lettuce was wilted and a brownish color. The Limeade was good though, I'll give them that.
You could not get an order through the drive-thru. you place your order they repeat it back to you but they still bring you something else. the gentleman did Apologize but I think they charged for the same amount of what I originally got but they never even asked or gave me any thing for the inconvenience other than I'm sorry.
This review is about a specific order not about the overall service. We always stop here Wednesdays and Fridays. This Wednesday I ordered a Strawberry Shake and it tastes like cheap milk with lots of ice and 1/4 slice of one Strawberry. I get it we are going through a crisis, ain't going to point fingers to say who's to blame for this financial crisis, but come on we are already paying way more than we use pay are we also going to bear the weight of the reduced quality of the food?!?!?! I want Sonic and Small businesses to hang on and ride this financial crisis with our support but guys this is the time for best quality and best customer service...this is not the time to spook your customers away.
It was business as usual. Awesome drinks menu, and the same drive in fare we have come to enjoy, service with a smile, and quick. As an added perk, download the sonic app. If you order ahead through the app, you will get any size drinks kind, any time, always. For half price!!!
If you end up talking to the lady you can barely understand, she can't understand you either. Be sure to double check everything in your bag. Don't just count sandwiches. You have to open each sandwich individually. Because one of them is wrong
Been here numerous times I knew what to expect. Sorry I only came for a big cup route 44 ice water. Nothing changed you can't understand what they are saying going thru the drive thru. So you have to pull up to the window to place your order. I had a little better experience with the waitress very slow but professional and could count
A Better Day! The day before, I had to leave without making a purchase. The drive thru menu should not display foods not served. I wanted three items and none were available; it was early evening. I went back the next day and just bought one hamburger for someone else.
This location has got to be the worst one.I started orodering my drinks with easy syrup, and yet some how we ALWAYS get an extreme amount, and if they manage to put less, it tastes the same as a regular cherry coke, or ocean water, but never light. They've been a bit faster lately, but I'm sure once summer his, it will be back to 10-15 minute waits for 2 sodas. I really hope the manager gets this location in order, or atleast hope the location opening a mile up the road has a team who can read the order correctly, and know the proper amount of syrup to put in each drink.
This location is very slow and the last two visits my order was incorrect and it took more than 15 mins to correct. The car hop tried to take my order back inside to FIX IT... That is totally a no no. To many hands touching my food!! Germs....Germs....Germs
Waited forever in the drive through and when i recieved my order, I got old fries and a melted Oreo blast. I wouldn't rate a restaurant like this because everyone has bad days, but it's like this everytime I choose to eat here. Lesson learned.
Went thru drive thru at sonic and waited for over 15 minutes for someone to take order, finally we just drove up to window and ordered. When we got our food the French fries were ice cold and they also managed to mess our burgers up both of them.
I've been to this location twice. The first time was through the drive-thru. I made my order, drove to the window and sat there for a good 5 minutes before I was even addressed. And even then, they opened the window, asked if my order was something it was not, and when I said no, they turned to their co-workers, said it wasn't for drive-thru and walked away. Never took my money or asked what I did order. After another minute or two, I drove away without any food. The second time I went, I ordered at a stall. The kid taking the order was very abrupt, on the verge of rude. The food was hot and came as ordered, but the tomato was on not even on the burger, instead under the bun. Will not be going to this location again.
Only ordered 2 drinks drinks were full of water so I requested a refund. The lady who appeared to be the manager advised me it would take to long to refund my card she could offer me a coupon for next visit. I said thats okay just exchange for two different drinks 1 of the two drinks was a sprite and that also was messed up. I didn't taste till after i drove off so it was to late to return back and proceed with the refund.
Food great with fast serve, good food. However this is the first time in my life I’ve ever been charged for ordering water, and the bathroom was closed. Oh and 5 people ordered and we got 4 mints.
The last 3 times at this location they cpuld not get the order right. Either they didn't put cherry in the cherry coke or they would put cheese dipping sauce instead of icing or tjey would not give any condiments that you ask for. This last time I had to repeat part of my order 5 times. And still she got it wrong. She even repeated back to me and still got it wrong. Not happy.
Their food preparation is always hit or miss, some days we will get hot fresh mozzarella cheese sticks and other days they are cold. We always get a soft pretzel as it is our family's favorite from Sonic yet tonight I had received my pretzel extremely overly hot hard and wrinkled (clearly it had been microwaved)!! These are only facts about this location, there are many locations that are always amazing!!
I ordered a strawberry Oreo milkshake. What I got was a strawberry Oreo milkshake with random bits of Butterfinger and sour nerds?! Clearly equipment is not being cleaned very well. That was pretty disgusting and I'm hesitant to trust this location anymore. It's a good thing I do not have a peanut/nut allergy, because this negligence could have made me very sick! And it may very well have caused someone else to become sick since clearly equipment is not cleaned at all.
I'd blame the highway noise for repeating my order over and over in the drivethru... but I honestly think the clerk was playing. It was amusing to her. Then her coworker joined in the laughter. I was waiting for the punchline. Repeated my order at the window, to be laughed at in my face. Got my order, drove away to discover they had the last laugh. They put chocolate in my shake... I'm allergic to chocolate.
Sonic isn’t the same drinks are decent price with the app every once in a while u find good deals on the app but other wise. I rather go somewhere else
Pressed the red button. No one answered for 15 minutes so I gave up and placed an order in the app. 30 minutes after that I got my order finally and the fries were freezing cold. Drinks were correct. I usually get great service here but won't return during Happy Hour again.
I sat and waited for 10 minutes for them to serve me REHEATED food. I’ve worked at a sonic drive in before and I have seen the negative side and the short cuts they take to save money and food. I asked for my food to be cooked fresh for this reason, my request was ignored. The tots were overdone and the corn dog was dry and tasteless. The same amount of time it took them to reheat my food they could’ve dropped and made fresh items per my request. Very disappointed.

Horrible service! Everytime I come here it takes forevor just to get a drink. People are actually driving away without the stuff they ordered, or even without ever ordering at all. I look through the window and see people standing around talking. One girl was on her cell phone. Meanwhile I am sitting ther forevor waiting for someone to answer the red button I pressed. I finally had to leave the drive thru stall and go get in the line for the window with everyone else who gave up on waiting and went there. 2 people even left the line! Then when I get my drink after such a long wait it sucks. I said easy ice, not barely any ice at all.

Extremely displeased. I came during a time that was not at all busy, and simply ordered a medium ocean water. That's all. I've been sitting in the parking lot watching the employee through the drive thru window stand around in a group talking, and one girl was just drinking a milkshake for about 10 minutes. Another 5 passed and the girl with the milkshake rolled up to my window, took my money, and without a word left. Literally said nothing besides "$1.89." Will not be returning, terrible service.
Review One: Food and service has gone downhill. I am sick of their stale, greasy fries and subpar hamburgers. I am not sure what happened, it used to be my favorite fast food restaurant in this area. Review Two: I went back since the owner responded to my review. Big mistake! I ordered a super Sonic breakfast burrito in the drive thru. Me and my wife get to the window and they try to give us two burgers and a drink. My wife says very slow and clear what we ordered. She says okay and comes back with ice tea! My wife patiently says what we ordered again. She then comes back with another random order. The whole time I am reminding my wife how horrible the food is. My wife finally calls them to the window and asked them to cancel the order. I don't think they had even started it. We left and went to the Sonic on Horizon in Rockwall. We went thru the drive thru and ordered the same thing. We waited at the window for less than a minute and we received our "correct" order hot, fresh and delicious. The Sonic in Rockwall is a lot farther away but check it out if you want to see how a Sonic should operate. The owner will probably apologize again but will not change a thing.
My wife went there tonight and they messed up the order as usual so she got them to fix it the said they refunded the partial order but instead the charged another 8 dollars on top of the 33 dollars original order , and after she got home the order was still wrong and missing items . When I called up there to talk to them the so called manager was extremely rude to me , I would have never went back up there but I did I brought their food back plus he hung up the phone on me because he said I cursed at him , I had to go up there because the kept both my receipts so I had to go up there I never cursed at him, he got me so angry by the way he treated my wife and me that I said this is fing unacceptable but I did not curse at him at all . Right of the bat I could smell mariguana from the so called manager and I could smell it from inside the door were they cook our food that's unacceptable. Then the manager was even more rude and he finally gave me my receipt saying he refunded both transaction but he did not fully refund them so now I have to get a hold of corporate to get this transactions squared away. Service here is horrible they mess up not once but twice and then want to treat you like your trash wow I'm done with sonic they clearly don't care about the customers if you guys think in over reacting well read all the other reviews and c for your self stay away from this place we can spend our money any were else and actually get good service. The only person that was admirable and actually cared was a young white kid that was very pleasant and nice he is the kind of person that should be a manager because he truly does care and I know he will be be great in the long run . I called their home office and I emailed a complaint to them as well let's c if they actually call me or if they just keep my money.
My family and I came to this location to get a hotdog and cheese sticks. The menu was broken and we couldn’t see everything on it. The little girl Juliana or Adriana can’t exactly remember her ride name but when I asked her the price of a hotdog she responded “ the prices are on the menu don’t you see it” when she could have simply said a freaken dollar amount it would have taken less energy and words. When I asked her a second time she just went silent and said nothing. I proceeded to drive to the window and no one would come to the window or even looked up. I even blew my horn. Once I arrived home I called the location to try to speak with management and they picked up the phone and said nothing. Horrible terrible service. Place should be closed down or restaffed. #bad#rude
**FOOD POISONING ALERT** My husband bought a milkshake from this Sonic on 8/7 it was the only thing he consumed that i did not. He has a BAD case of food poisoning from it. They must have some contamination in their ice cream machine. I have reported it to the health department. You might want to steer clear until they clean up their facility!!
A disappointing birthday. Before making the long drive from home I had called an hour earlier to verify their hours of operation and that they had what I wanted in stock (it was not a birthday freebie). When I got there, the red button I pushed lit up as usual but they would not respond to it. Instead a girl opened the door (that I was most conveniently for them parked by) and said, "We're closed", and with no further communication to me such as an announcement of a deadly food poisoning public health problem that they were trying to fix inside, we are too lazy to bring you a drink, or anything else, she turned, disappeared back inside and that was that. So sad, so unnecessarily wrong.
Every time I come to this sonic I end up leaving because they never even come over the speaker to take my order. I've waited up to 10 minutes before bc my blood sugar was low and I couldn't drive. There were 3 other cars there. Not busy. All I ordered was a coke.
I don't know what it is about Sonic, but they seem to be going down hill with the young people bringing food to cars. So many different Sonic's, not just this one, the employees all seem to be rude. Get lied to about not having a certain ingredient. Bringing the order out wrong, not how it was ordered, then when you tell them, so it could be corrected, they huff and puff, take your food, and sit down in another customers car instead of remaking your order. Getting laughed at for placing a large order of a single item. It gets to a point that I don't wanna go there any longer. At least to certain locations.
Be careful here. Me and my sister visited this location and made two separate orders. I was to pay with card and my sister was to pay cash for her order. I have instant transaction notifications through my bank and was surprised to noticed both orders were charged to my card even though the car hopper took the cash for the second order. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but noticed when I pressed the red button again simply to get some condiments(before the bank notice) she literally ran back to the building before I could even tell her what I wanted. She was trying to get us to leave before we noticed. She was attempting to pocket the $11 or so bucks cash for my sister's separate order for herself as if she was given that for a tip. So it goes without saying I confronted her and she didn't even try to feign ignorance and said the money would be returned.
Horrible service. Ice cream dripping all around the cup. Chili tasted stale, fries were cold. EVERY FEMALE employee there had a terrible attitude from hell. The manager was smoking a vape over the grill.
Worst experience ever! I wish I could give a 0. They were out of cookie dough, but waited until 5 minutes after we ordered to come out and tell us. Then they kept putting other orders on our screen and would then bring them out to us but they weren't ours. This also resulted in them charging our order and another order to my credit card. Took 20 minutes to get our food then another 15 minutes to figure out the incorrect charges. Then in order to get the incorrectly charged order refunded it takes 72 hours.
We have been coming to this place for years. Now I understand that Sonic is a great place to eat but the timeline of sitting in drive-thru is getting ridiculous. We just sat in line for 30 minutes we had everyone around us came and went even the people that were sitting and eating. We had five different people asking us what we ordered, lo and behold we finally get to the window and got asked the same question twice finally when I realized they hadn't even made our food we just drove away. I probably will never go back to the Sonic until they get stuff straight
Another situation you when you ask for fresh cooked food they refuse to respect what you ask for. I won't be back and tell the manager she needs to wear a uniform instead of TIGHT JEANS AND REGULAR SHIRTS. THIS IS SONIC NOT THE LOCAL club!!
I honestly dont know how this location could have a 3 star rating. I can only imagine that the morning crew must be generating the good reviews. We live right by this sonic but drive several miles out of the way to go to another location. Look at the consistent 1 and 2 star reviews and you will see an undeniable trend of slow service and rude staff. The orders are never right and they always overcharge.
I was at stall# 26. I waited at least 26 and 1/2 minutes. ... I still didn't get my food. I decided to jump on the freeway and go get something else. Luckily. There was a barbecue place down the street .....horrible horrible horrible slow service....!! Iwill never go to that Sonic ever again. Thank you.
Slow! Went through the drive thru and was waiting for 5 minutes until someone got on the aircon. Then they charged me 3 times. I went back to dispute it and said they couldn't do nothing about it. Even though I had proof, my receipt. I won't be going there no more. This is not the first time this has happened.
We waited in the drive through but nobody came on the speaker to take our order. We drove around and they were all inside just 'hanging out'. Nobody even noticed I was in the window knocking and waving trying to get their attention. When somebody finally came and got our order they didnt even apologize. Then once we got our order and paid they slammed the window shut...
Food was horrible. Ordered a 3 piece tender meal and 1 strip was super small. Asked for ketchup and tater tots. Got fries and no condiments. We're traveling so no going back.
Ordered a chocolate shake and two hours later was suffering horrible cramps, nausea, and almost passed out. I was just tested for covid 3 days ago as negative, so I know it had to be the shake. Very disappointed when looking for comfort food for a sore throat to become violently ill.
Asked for a route 44 ocean water, received a medium told the working Manger I ordered a route 44 she went back and corrected it by pouring the medium into a route 44 cup and filled the rest of the cup with ice basically paid for the most expensive cup of ice ive ever had. Order was so wrong I said no onions or pickles, and add bacon. Guess what!? I found pickles in it and no bacon I wasn’t cheese for the bacon tho but she did the order wrong still 🤦🏻♀️ I said no ice in the cokes and guess what? will never order delivery from them again. order nerver arrives and will blame it on doordash or ubereats when they are passing the wrong orders out. managers on morning shift doesn’t know what they doing. i ordered last night and had no problem. they didnt even consider remaking the food.. instead told my dasher they have already sent it out. i will be going to CORPORATE
I hate his location. They are so rude it’s ridiculous. I spend my money with them every single morning after dropping my daughter off at school. Mind you, every meal averages out to about 8-9bucks. They never want to give you any condiments. They’re beyond ridiculously stingy with them. If it wasn’t for the customers, they would not be able to buy them nor anything else for that matter. They never smile. They never tell you to have a great day or anything. Sooo quick to reach their hands out and grab your money but don’t want to make sure we’re satisfied in anyway whatsoever. Instantly catches an attitude when you ask for more sauce then slams the window right in your face. On top of that, their onion rings are always hard and can be difficult to eat. I will definitely be finding me another location because I refuse to keep spending my money at a location that doesn’t care about their customers. They shouldn’t even be blue to work there. Customer service is supposed to be friendly. One of the worst locations ever. Get a grip!
Did an online order for a Rt.44 Dr. Pepper and and lg. Diet limeade. Put it in at 1:05 and waited. At at 1:18 asked a lady if she had an update on my drinks and she said it would be right out. At 1:29 I pulled into the drive through and asked about them. The girl said she would have them right out. Brings them to me and it was the drinks I first ordered. Ice was melted and I asked the girl if the remade them cause it had almost been 30 minutes since I first ordered them. So i wait another 7 minutes and get fresh drinks for it. Giving one star cause shouldn't wait almost 40 minutes for an online order of drinks. Was told i would get them soon the first time. And was brought out drinks that been sitting there dead for 30 minutes.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered just 2 simple drinks and waited for over 15 minutes. Pressed the red button and just asked how the drinks were coming along and was given a very rude response by one of the carhops. Waited another 10 minutes and still no drinks, so we just left. Won’t be coming back to this location.
The quality isn't there and hadn't been for long pay attention to how food your is being handled and personality.waisting money on advertisement or relying on the fact that no really expects good customer service. Customer where ever you. Go /shop (etc),don't settle you're paying for the. Quality food the best of a customers experience should. Be included.
I have to give a 1 star bc their food is hit and miss. Today at 130pm I ordered my usual and the person cooking the patties threw another patty on my burger ( which is a value burger ) and then didn’t fully cook the meat. It was extremely pink. The cheese sticks was soggy not crispy. I come here almost every day. Who ever is cooking someone needs to let them know you can’t sell pink meat. It can make you sick. Salmonella isn’t a joke.
Ordered a slush, a super sonic double bacon burger, and a chicken sandwich. Both had crumbs of bacon and the chicken sandwich was the same as a kids chicken sandwich. Worst Sonic i have been too!! Waist of time and money. Waited forever to get my food, just to get a bag full of crap. Burger was FLOODED with mayo, and I never asked for extra mayo!
Came at 11:59 didn’t take my order pulled up and the kids were just there talking
i ordered fries and a few drinks during the snow storm, which i really appreciated them being open for — but the fries were completely overcooked. hard, dry, and bitter when i got them. i called the store to let them know, not even to complain, just to report it. the person who answered immediately had an attitude, told me my order “wasn’t there,” and started raising her voice. every time i tried to explain the condition of the fries, she cut me off and insisted they were fresh instead of listening. after yelling about how my order didn’t exist, she finally found it — and never apologized for any of it. she kept saying the cook “just made them” and in a very rude tone said the only thing she could do was have me come back for new fries. i don’t mind picking them up, but the quality of what i paid for was bad, and the way the manager spoke to me was worse. really disappointed in both the food and the customer service. tell me, do these fries look fresh?
Waited over a half hour for large ched peps and a American Smasher. Get home to find the ched peps but a burger totally different from the American Smasher. Should've known to check when the carhop seemed clueless about the order.
Manager complained at us for tossing ice on the drive-thru pavement. "We gotta clean that stuff!" 🙄 It looked pretty stained to me. You aren't cleaning it that well if you're so worried about it. Also, it was ice. You know, frozen water... Not a big deal. How about you try cleaning this up: 1 star
If you want rude service from them not knowing how to make a burger this is your sonic. 3 times to finally get it right. Charge extra for cheese sauce when you buy a pretzel as well never had a sonic do that. This location has mess up my order and hasn’t been good and it sucks because I like sonic. Just finally pulled the last straw on this location
Completely horrible service. Arrived at midnight. Online states store is open until 2 a.m. Employees will not respond to customers calls or when pressing red button on menu sign. Staff is rude and when they do answer they hang up abruptly. Seems like they are refusing to work and need a district manager to come sort out the night shift.
All I ordered was a Hamburger on Texas Toast with Mustard. It was at lunch time but there was not a line. My burger looked like a child had put it together. No pride, just thrown together! The Texas toast tasted like it had been cooked for a while or maybe even pre-cooked! I don’t eat at Sonic often and unfortunately this is the reason why. Could you all at least put a napkin, salt and pepper in the sack! You can keep the mint, that I did not get, I don’t eat them anyway! Oh how I wish I had taken a picture!
Google showed the restaurant open, the app showed it open, I was able to place an order. I pull up to the restaurant, all lights off and kitchen abandoned. I called the customer service line and asked for help, a simple refund since the business is closed even though it allowed orders to be taken via the app. I was told my “request would be processed for a refund” and didn’t hear anything after. I wasn’t given a refund, nobody got back to me. The CSR assured me that I’d receive an email about the refund request (I didn’t). She assured me I’d at least be told if I was or wouldn’t receive a refund (I didn’t get one, and no one contacted me.) Instead, my money was taken with no product/services rendered while the restaurant was closed AFTER I’d placed an order. If the restaurant was closed, EVEN WITH IT BEING LABELED AS OPEN ONLINE/AS INDICATED BY MY ABILITY TO ORDER, then I should be able to get my money back. Nope, instead I’m out that money and left never wanting to return to any of your businesses. Not like the company cares, I mean look at the customer support I’ve “received”, or lack thereof. I’d bet $15 I’ll get the typical generic response, “Sorry to hear we disappointed you, If you would like to escalate your feedback to the franchise owner, our team is happy to file a report. We encourage you to give us a call!” But I don’t think I want to be out more money just for this waste of a company to not help.
I took a bite of my burger and bit into A PREPARATION STICKER not on the outside, not on the wrapper...INSIDE the burger! It's been a week since I talked with corporate. I still haven't gotten a response from the actual location. The health department needs to double check them! That's DISGUSTING!
