My opinion, best pizza and wings in New York, every time iam Greenwich I absolutely stop there for lunch or dinner. It's the best!

Jay's is great food and had super friendly and courteous staff. You can even order online. Love the pizza.

Stopped in here after getting a new car up the road. The burger was so much better than I thought a pizzeria burger WOULD be. Tasted so good I even put in an extra order so my fiance could try. Would absolutely come back again.

First time ordering here as I pet sit and sometimes order in when I’m at clients houses. Fast service and really good food, wings were perfect and pizza is pretty great too. My delivery driver was wonderful. I’ll be ordering from here again.

My life was saved by their boneless Buffalo wings. Blew my darn socks off. Delivery man couldn’t have been nicer. We also forgot to add something and they made it happen bb. 🙏 cool with horses.

My husband picked up take out, med ham & mushroom pizza, hot wings (crispy) stuffed shells cordon Bleu bites & salad. This was our first experience with Jays Pizza & we will DEFINITELY be back! Everything was fantastic, the hot wings were the best wings we've had in a very long time!! Now I know why we always see this establishment busy. Thank you Jay's, we will certainly be back!! 🥰🥰

Love this thin crust, NY city style pizza. They have the bake right, the crust usually is just hot and almost crisp on the bottom, with a great chew, while the sauce and toppings do their job. Leftovers, if any, heat well in the toaster oven to crisp the bottom, or in the microwave for a good chew.

I recently stayed in town for a month, and Jay's Pizza became my go-to. Nothing fancy in the way of decor, but wow on the food. Pizza great, Calzones yummy, Salads good, too. Best garlic parmesan wings I've ever had! The best part of this place is the terrific staff - hard to pick a favorite, but Bree was the one whose name I remember: Friendly, efficient, and accomodating! Thanks for keeping me well fed during my stay, Jay's! Oh, and hats off to the very friendly Blake, who always greeted my sister and me with a big smile!

Looking for a quick lunch around Greenwich, NY? Stop in at Jay's Pizza. I recently stopped in here for the first time to have lunch with my sister and was quite pleased. After ordering a large American Mix Sub we sat down at one of their tables. My sandwich was ready in just a few minutes and the man behind the counter brought it right to the table on a plate. Excellent service. This sub was delicious and humongous. I grabbed a couple of the fried green beans my sister had ordered as well and they were also quite tasty.

One of the best NYC style pizza places around this area. Picked up a nice pepperoni pie. The crust was a flavorful canvas for the flavorful sauce, which wasn't overloaded, the savory cheese which wasn't too salty and the pepperoni which was perfectly crispy. The pepperoni had started to cup and crisp up on the edges and was the best version of pepperoni on a pizza. Will return again for this glorious pie!

Both the pizza (thin crust) and boneless hot wings are excellent - nearly reaching the level of superb. No joke. If you're from the area and remember the never-successfully-duplicated Hank's Pizza in Cambridge: This place is almost Hank's. There are a few tables to sit at, and a tv, but it's not a sit-down, bring a date kind of place. I'm just saying the food is great. Order ahead.

We really like Jay’s pizza. Most of the time the quality of the food is very good, sometimes it is a little over cooked... but it is always the best pizza in town. I’ll still give 5 stars because employees come and go but, our only complaint is the young fella at the counter. Let’s just say he is NOT exactly a ray of sunshine. I get that working at a pizza shop might not be your dream job, but fake it. He always seems irritated and often has snotty/rude tone. AND it’s not like I caught him on a bad day. It is every time. He’s definitely not the type of guy you want as the face of your business.

For a small place in upstate NY, this is some of the best pizza I’ve had ANYWHERE. We had their wings too, perfectly crispy and sauced. Highly recommend! Plenty of parking, modern interior and an absolute hidden gem!

My order was ready very quickly, and it was piping hot. Was also very affordable! Glad I found this place. Will definitely order from here again!!

Great slices and wings, 4 stars for the young rude blonde short haired girl - on the phone was hung up on, called back to place order again and she was unapologetic answering with “ya what can I get for you.” as well as at the counter when I Arrived.

Honestly really good pizza and appetizers. Service is good, but when there is an issue with an order there can be a bit of a hassle to get it corrected but they still correct the issue.

Pizza is pretty darn good but wait is usually 30 minutes or more. Have good deals on Monday and Tuesday (5$ medium pizza). We got the 24 slice pizza which was huge and was delicious for about 21$.

Ordered delivery. The bread sticks, are just a pizza crust doctored to resemble a breadstick. It's more like flatbread. Very disappointing and misleading.

Pizza is pretty decent, other dishes sometimes lack flavor. Good prices, but the girl at the front seems mad or displeased with her line of work everytime I go in. Restaurant is kept clean with several tables but at lunchtime it's hard to get a seat to eat in.

Bought a loaded small pizza, too many olives, needed green peppers, more onions, it was soggy by the time I got home. Should cook more. It tasted OK but was a mess to eat, grease soaked through the box.

Unfortunately the last few pizzas that I've gotten from here have been below their normal standard. I'm really unhappy with what I've been getting out of J's Pizza lately. I also ordered the chicken parmesan and complained about it and while they gave me another one it wasn't any better than the first one. The pieces of chicken that they gave you were so tiny they barely fit in the tiny pan that they gave you which used to be a much larger pan, and they raise the price. I certainly hope they fix this soon or else they're going to lose several customers

Ordered 2 things of chicken wings last night and said I wanted 1 hot and 1 medium and when I got them home they were both mild. Wasnt happy and didn't want to drive back there but prolly won't order there again.

Have always heard great reviews about the pizzas at Jays. Perhaps it was the choice of ordering a Veggie Pizza, but this has no flavor at all. There was a lot of greens, but absolutely tasteless. Very disappointing especially after spending $30 for it. The crust was well made!

Went in at 6pm on a monday and i was told they dont make slices that late...... What kinda pizza place runs outa slices at 6 pm and is like ohhh well just gonna stop makin slices.... wanna buy a pie? Seriously? 6 pm is 2 late for slices? Ill remember that next time i want a slice im jus gonna go to Stewart's And i eat mad pizza... was about to buy 4 slices.... your loss jay

45 minutes for a medium pizza and ten wings, that would be acceptable if the food was great, but it's not. That's not the first time they screwed it up, but it's the last time for me!!!!

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and meatballs on it and an order of garlic knots and they told me 30 minutes, when I got there they said they never got the order and I drove a half hour to get it… they said they’d make it but I didn’t want to wait that long so I left. I got a phone call someone asking for Danielle and I said no it’s Dana she said well I’m looking for Danielle rudely and I told her my order and it was a large pepperoni and an order of garlic knots so obviously they even got my order wrong. I won’t be back.

Don't bother ordering a salad from this restaurant. You will get a dish of lettuce with a few small pieces of vegetables. Three different times a salad was ordered with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, croutons. Emphasized don't skimp on the tomatoes, (or you will only get one or two cut up to look like more). Each time they left one ingredient out and skimped on the rest. Overpriced dish of lettuce is what you will get when you order a salad.

Quite disrespected after ordering on a Monday night. Had they been honest they could not keep up with business, would have went elsewhere... not the only restaurant in town. Called after 1.5 hours and was told to, "Make the pizza myself" by an employee that complained about the amount of customers they had to service. Took long enough to get ahold of someone at the counter, not much prioritization for someone just trying to confirm that our food is indeed being prepared. Management said order was on the way, followed by it had 3 more minutes in the oven... (which is it?) Delivered after 2.1 hrs and unnecessary dialogue with a kid at the counter **(Would not review negatively without consistent disapproval) **(Also did not pay for food after the hassle)

Asked for a steak and cheese 24 cut. Got a philly steak pizza. Kids wouldn't touch it with all the additional things on it. Called. Person on the phone argued with me. Was told I should've "specified", steak and extra cheese wasn't specific enough. Won't be ordering from here again, would of ordered from here again had the person answering the phone acted in a more professional manner rather than trying to argue with me and put the blame elsewhere.

After reading some critical reviews, I'm not surprised I ran into a less than friendly group of employees. I waited at the counter and nobody said anything to me. After a while, a shorter girl came to the register. I'm sure she's a nice person, but didn't come across that way when talking with her. Totally get it when people don't like their jobs, but then go find another one. Don't take that out on customers. Decided to leave.

Food is excellent but the delivery leaves alot to be desired. 3 times I've ordered for delivery and hour and a half later it is still not made...all 3 times I ended up just picking it up and when I arrived they said it was still not made. Better order at noon if you want it for dinner.

The wings were incredible the sauces were so good. The pizza however was tasteless. I was very disappointed in the pizza. Would never order it again. The girls that were working at night we're extremely pleasant. I also thought it was extremely pricey we got three small pizzas two plates of wings and it was almost $80 I think that's kind of a lot considering we couldn't eat the pizza so basically we paid 80 bucks for two plates of wings. It was like no seasoning in the sauce the crust was so thin it was almost not there it was like eating cardboard
