I've eaten Subway sandwiches for many moons and all over the world. I did a pit stop in a Hancock, New York to charge my car on the way to Buffalo. Kelly made the best subway sandwich I've had in a very very long time. I did my usual cold cut combo and she was very generous with the toppings and made it like you see in the commercials. If Subway HD or her boss reads this, take care of her. She takes care of your business. 5 Stars.
*Great Food* *Friendly Staff* *Awesome Hygiene* They washed their hands and put on a new pair of food handling gloves in-between different customers, that's the reason I am writing this review and giving them a well deserved 5 star rating 👍🏼

The employees were nice and polite and the food was great.
The subway was closed when we came here due to being understaffed. Great place to stop along the way if you need a break.

Made us a delicious sub and I tod him he has missed his calling, he should be working a blackjack table in Vegas!
man i just wanted to say Ms. Natalie is astounding. i love the customer service she provides and is always positive towards me and my brothers everytime we come in. whoever is in charge PLEASE give her a promotion. we need more workers like her.

It's a smaller spot, so If you bring a huge group they will kind of panic because they are not use to it. The actual food was meh everything was moved to one half of the sandwich so it was a pain to eat. Overall need some food there you go, just dont get your hopes up.

Tom from subway gave us nothing but attitude, he had a problem because we didn’t know what was on the Italian subs. Than he threw a fit because we asked for mayo because he ran out and had to go in the back and get some more mayo.
Subway is understaffed & have no breads, veggies So on 45 mins drive in next city there is another subway, try that
