First picked up a pie. Came back for lunch. Fantastic food. Very quick, courteous, and unobtrusive service. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. We'll be returning.
I hadn't been in this Polly's since they made changes to the dining room. I miss the umbrellas 🙁. Nonetheless, service was top notch, friendly, courteous, and food came out quickly. Wife had garlic aioli turkey sandwich with tomato basil soup and I had chicken fried steak and eggs with a pumpkin crunch muffin. It was all excellent as was our service and all staff.
Great food, great prices. Best pies ever!
Went in with a group of friends. Had the Polly’s cheeseburger combo with pie. The burger was awesome and the pie was great and a very large serving . Was exceptional!
I wish their was a Molly's pies closer to me. Because I love this place.
Wonderful staff, from the greeter, waitresses, kitchen staff to the cashiers. We have come to this location several times and they have always been accommodating for a large group of 7 to 10. We enjoy their food and the waitresses always have high spirits. Update 11/06/2021 We were greeted with a smile upon entering. One thing you can always count on is to be treated like family. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. Today we were blessed with Bri as our waitress and she was as sweet as a button. She was attentive and made sure our orders were correct. She was such a joy to speak with and just made our visit so enjoyable. Thank you to all your staff for working during these times and for always being cheerful when we stop in for a meal.
Servers were really attentive and the food was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised that they had vegan meat substitutes. I got the vegan chorizo skillet with rye bread. I think they made that bread in house too which is nice since it will always be super fresh.
I had the hot prime rib sandwich. It was so tender. Everything was hot like it was supposed to be the mashed potatoes. The vegetables were cooked just right. Everything was perfect.
Oh my! The food was so good. Just like good home cooking. The best cornbread!! My daughter and I loved our dinner. We will definitely be coming back!! Can't wait to try the pie. The service was also wonderful. Thank you so much!!
Haven't been to Polly's for years. Decided to give it another try for my daughter's birthday eve dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of our waitress Tilly. As a big party of 8, its hard to keep everyone happy with filled drinks and extra ranch for the kids. Tilly was extremely thoughtful and suggested things the kids might need or like with their meals before I had to ask. I didn't even have to ask, which was nice because usually it's the opposite when we go out! The food tasted great, American cafe style. She is an exceptional server and we will be back to receive her special treatment!
The food was great. I got the tomatoe soup, the dinner plate of country fried steak and potatoes and gravy. My mom got the fried chicken and we enjoyed everything but we noticed the wait staff was upset or maybe having a rough day? There was one waitress who snapped at us and then it was hard to get boxes to go. They did give us 2 huge Cinnamon rolls for free. That was super nice.
I would like to give you a millions stars but I can only give you 5 stars you guys are awesome, great customer service good food cheap prices menus daily makes my day And I love the little treats goodies that is good for the soul when you feel you want good food and a good place to go when you feel down this place snd the stuff are super nice and they will take good care of you and make you happy and smile and want to come agsin.
Place has the best salmon in town. Chicken fried steak is second to none.
This location has the best flavor and the customer service is always great
I have been going to various Polly’s Pies for over 50 years. Their coffee is wonderful. I have never sent food back. The waitstaff has always been friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable.
I love it here! Every time I come to Polly’s the service is excellent, the food is scrumptious it’s just such a delight to come here. I got pumpkin pancakes today they were delicious! I’ve also had the chicken pot pie, the fried chicken dinner, all delicious and my mom loves their meatloaf. Highly recommend this place.
Stopped by for a slice of pie. Last 30 minutes of operating hours. Boy the service here was amazing. Everyone so nice and we got our slice in no time flat. Kept the water topped off too. No issues and was a clean in and out. Being from over 200 miles away I wouldn't mind stopping by again on our next outing.
It was very busy, but we were still seated in a reasonable amount of time. The food was good. I got the 3-2-1 breakfast, and my sister got the prime rib sandwich. They were both fresh and tasty. You really have to try their sourdough bread if you haven't tried it yet! It comes with fresh jam. The service was also very good. The waitress was really working hard to keep up with several tables she was assigned to, and she did a great job.
Prime Rib, Rose The Waitress, Quiche Lorraine, We're all excellent. Will definitely return. Fun Fact: when a restaurant calculates the Tip percentage amount for the bill, they are supposed to use the "PreTax amount" of the 10 area restaurants I've checked ONLY Polly's Pies Restaurant does it right... Calculating tip with the pre-tax amount. Well done Polly's pies delicious and ethical.
I love it. Food was great. I love their Shirley temples. Everything about Polly‘s pies is amazing. Their pies are amazing. Customer service was like super nice.
Went for the prime rib dinner and it was great. Perfectly cooked. Husband had Salisbury steak and said that the mushroom gravy was the best he ever had. Our waitress Tilly was amazing.
Overall excellent. Great value dinners. Selection of pies is great!
Great for lunch, friendly waitress first time and im kicking myself not stopping in sooner , their mozzarella sticks delicious and fresh. I usually dont use dipping but wow delicious. Had a tuna sandwich fresh bread , fresh tuna and their cinnamon roll made for 2 wow fresh !!! The burger wow no need to say but like a home cooked goddess !! kids meal options are perfect size and just overall experience amazing will definitely be back for breakfast!!!
If you are looking for some food that tastes absolutely mouth watering this is the place. Furthermore, my favorite dish is the chicken fried steak it is delicious. Moreover, the prices are reasonable. Ultimately, you can top your meal off with their oh so yummy pie. This place has excellent customer service. My husband and I visit regularly. We would definitely recommend this place. I almost forgot to mention….the cornbread… the cornbread is mouthwatering (just yummy).
Ate there for lunch (Polly Burger Combo) last week. It was a pleasure. The good was great, the server was great, and so was Michael the General Manager.
I would give it a nine. But I gotta tell you they have a very delicious lemon pie. That I would definitely go there just for the lemon pie. I had a neighbor that had a lemon tree and he told me the name of that lemon tree. Its called Myers lemon and that, that's the lemon people used to make lemon pie. And the strange thing was, my neighbor 's last name was Myers, just like the name of the lemon tree.
Wow great Prime Rib dinner for Christmas day. Best PR I ever had. All dinner exceptional
We got their best waitress....great service and good food ! We had gotten a pie, their lemon meringue and it was not very tasty. but the people there are so great. They just said bring the pie back and then replace it with a new one which I have to say was awesome tasting. Thank you very much Pollys you're awesome. 👏🏻
A great selection of tasty treats you may choose to eat there or take it to go .. friendly customer service , nice dinning area, and the manager Michael was a great help with ordering the our Holiday pie 🥧
I’ve got to say this place right here is on point I’ve been to a lot of places to eat in California by far the best one yet for pastrami Ruben and there chicken pie sat down got my food pretty fast and next to try the cookies and cinnamon rolls to go I’ll be eating it on the road
Tilly, our server was awesome. She recommended a meatloaf sandwich that was the best meatloaf sandwich I've had at a restaurant. The side of grilled veggies were great, as well as the sweet potato fries and onion rings. The turkey dinner was a hit with one in our party. We ordered a whole cherry pie to take home. The crust, especially, was made perfectly. We will be back!
Tamara was an excellent server!!!! Food was great!!! This was our first time here. Will definitely be back!!!!!!
You got to get the Banberry pie, banana cream on the bottom and fresh strawberries on the top
Great menu and reasonable prices. Clean facility. Happy hour menu and breakfast all day.
Delicious, delicious, delicious! Polly's Pies Restaurant stays in business because of attentiveness to deliciousness and service! Thanks be to God for Lisa and her professional friendly consideration of our thirst level! Coffee was imbibed gratefully! Appreciated glasses of H20 full and 1/2 full! My taste buds savored every bite of my slice of strawberry pie! My hunger dissipated with every morsel of my veggie toasted cracked wheat sandwich, too! My bestie and I go to Polly's not just because it's great food! But, for the servers! We fell in love with Tammy & Rachel!! Great ladies!! 💯👏
Me and a friend went on Wednesday bingo night. We did not win but the atmosphere was so nice. The food was delicious. We had a good time. Thank you
Really enjoyed the food here. The salad was fresh with really good Ranch dressing. The pasta dish with chicken was sooo good and nice portion size. Homemade pumpkin pie with real whipped cream was delicious. Bought a chocolate cream pie to go. The service was excellent. Will definitely return.
I won a pie this month. I got strawberry banana. It was amazing it's perfect for this weather. Looked amazing taste amazing. My whole family loved it. The people there are amazing and kind it also smells so good. Can't wait to go again.
First time at this Polly’s Pies! Didn’t know what to expect but when we walked in, everything looked very nice and clean. Was definitely pleased with the look of this restaurant. The hostess was very friendly and greeted us and walked us to our table. I was hoping to have the turkey dinner but they didn’t have it so I went with the Salisbury Steak and I was very happy and satisfied with my choice. We both ordered the wedge salad and oh my so delicious! Food was excellent and service was very nice. We love their corn bread and butter that goes with it! If you’re looking for a great meal that feels like it was homemade then you must come and try their food! We were too full for dessert, so we decided to take a strawberry cream pie and it was so delicious!
It’s been a really long time since I have gone to a Polly Pie’s, so when my husband drove by it he insisted we drop in and have lunch and I am so glad he did. My mom and I used to come and have mom and daughter date lunches together when I was a young child. I absolutely loved this place growing up. They have a great food selection and the service is always very good. Our waitress Tamera was absolutely amazing and so good with my youngest daughter and made her feel very special. She was courteous and friendly and always had a smile on her face. She made us feel like longtime friends and was so cheerful and prompt with her service. This was definitely the highlight of the restaurant was the customer service provided by her. I wish this was the way most restaurants treated their customers, as it was a huge part I am giving them a 5 star review. The food of course was as good, as I remember it as a child. I had a Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes, southern styled green beans and a roll. My hubby got the Philly cheesesteak and fries and my little girl went all out and got a big bowl of fruit and a milk. The best part about the steak was it was a great size portion and not one of those little thin patties you’ll sometimes get, so I was very happy to see them giving a generous portion of meat. Potatoes obviously one of my favorite sides was amazing and just the right amount of gravy and the green beans, spectacular. If you ever haven’t tried southern green beans, go try them. They are amazing! I make them at home all the time with my family and all 8 kids we have from ages 2-23 years love them. Anyways, as far as cleanliness, they do a very impressive job with making sure the restaurant was kept clean, even though I believe they may have had a car hit the side of their building. I didn’t think too much about that though, as it is in Hemet and Hemet doesn’t always have the best people living there. Besides, it looked like they were almost done with restoration and they were doing an amazing job keeping everything clean and tidy. I only mention this though, as if you follow my review and go try the food yourself you may wonder why that wasn’t mention. I’m telling you though from the looks of how many people where their having lunch’s and breakfast, no one seemed to mind at all and neither did I. Can’t blame them for someone else’s mistakes. I’m just keeping my eyes on what and how they did. Prices to are very reasonable and that is always appreciated. All in all, definitely making this my come to spot and maybe make it my daughters and I regular attendees of this establishment. Thank you all for making this stop a pleasure!
Fast and nice, personable service. Good food from the southern pimiento cheese dip to the dry rub wings. The original root beer wings had a small hint of root beer flavor, but they’re otherwise still good. My son didn’t like his mac n cheese but he’s picky, it’s just fine. We didn’t leave with a slice of pie on this trip, but we definitely will next time.

A Hemet favorite. Definitely the best pies. It's a nice sit down restaurant and I will give the waitstaff four stars, but you might be in luck and get a five star waitress. I've been dining here …
Polly's is a consistently great place to break bread with friends. The place is clean. The service is friendly. The food is always tasty, especially their pies.
Really good food also service and drinks nice and clean it's really quiet and peaceful
Tasty home cooking, service was quick and easy! Nice little hometown restaurant! prices were good and big portions! The pies are to die for!!!

While my experience wasn't the best as far as service went, I did enjoy the atmosphere and food. The pie was Excellent. I had the pumpkin maple crunch. Cons: waitress took over 15 minutes to bring coffee. First cup was great. Waited almost another 15 for pie. The waitress asked if I wanted more coffee. (empty cup) and then I waited 10 more minutes before she came out again and poured watered down soup for coffee I couldn't even drink. It took a other waitress about 10 minutes to come by and I could tell someone About the coffee. She did bring me some good coffee. I also enjoyed a hot pastrami sandwich and sweet potatoes fries. Both score 5 💫!
Specializes in pies, but menu is so much more. Tasty meals arrive hot and are served by friendly waitresses. Has an older feel in the restaurant and could use a remodel. It is never very busy, so reservations are not needed.
Nice and cozy place to eat. Food is good prices are a bit high I thought. The service, on the other hand, needs a little work. Doesn't seem like the waitresses are happy. I usually go around lunch before the rush, so food comes out pretty fast.
We ordered the Turkey Dinner and Prime Rib dinner. The dinners were ok but the food was just warm enough were I didn't send it back but almost did. Service was slow even though there weren't that many customers. I was sited immediately upon arrival but after waiting for almost ten minutes I had to ask bus boy who was going to be our waitress. I ordered coffee and had to ask for it after waiting another 10 min. I don't know what the waitress was doing but service was slow and food was not hot enough.
Had a nice lunch here for Mother's Day. The Pot pie was good, pasta with shrimp was tasty. Pie of course for dessert was yummy.
Fine. The manager was a little rude, making assumptions and being snarky. My eggs were runny and. Made me sick.
They have weekday morning breakfast specials and fresh muffins. The coffee is pretty good and the service is good. So if you're looking for a good price for a sit-down breakfast I recommend this place
Delicious pies. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. We paid $43 for 2 pies at the pie counter.
The food is great small proportions for the price 3 of us paid 74. 00 for lunch
We tried three different pies. The olallieberry was unique and tasty. The coconut cream was delicious. The peach pie had a soggy crust but the filling tasted good.
Our server Sarah was wonderful. We arrived on a holiday and you could tell she was busy but she constantly checked on us along with all her other tables. We did have a slight issue with one of our orders and she quickly corrected it. Wonderful and fast service :) the eggs Benedict was delightful

The server service was real bad she took long to take our order and than when she brought our food we ask for thousand dressing she brought it when we almost done eating but she was cheat chatting with someone and forgot to bring the dressing and finally we had to wait for our check because she went outside to grab a dog I’m a animal lover to, but someone already had the dog and she took long outside. The food was good
The food was delicious but the service was terrible 😫 The waitresses were speaking loudly across the dining area as if they were in their own home. They were cutting up and acting unprofessional. We didn't get the service we deserved. We actually had to get up and go to the register to ask for our check to pay for our dinner. We did tip but it was basic and she didn't deserve that. We look for the total package, good food and good service. We will definitely eat here again but maybe not at the dinner hour. Maybe some in-house training on manners may be in order. This is a reflection on your establishment.
I had been a longtime customer of Polly's Pies in Whittier and then La Mirada until I moved away from the San Gabriel Valley area in 2014. I was never disappointed by the superior preparation of their 1/4 roasted chicken dinners or their Salisbury Steak dinners which arrived hot with a made-from scratch delicious glace' gravy with roasted mashed potatoes and herb-enhanced green beans. Chefs were obviously required to prepare each kind of meal according to Polly's specific flavor requirements as well as generous amounts. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Hemet Polly's was not at all up to that standard. When I ordered a turkey dinner during the week before Christmas, I assumed that since it was also a poultry dinner, I could look forward to equally well-prepared food. Instead what I received was a smallish turkey dinner with 3 or 4 thin, smallish pre-sliced pieces of turkey and gravy, luke-warm, with a paltry amount of perhaps whipped potatoes, and somewhat flavorless green beans. (There might have been a little dressing, I don't remember.) In other words, the turkey dinner totally lacked the homemade quality that I had always enjoyed in the past at Polly's restaurants . My hope is that Polly's restaurants have not all abandoned that winning formula of having specific preparation requirements for full meals. The service was fine, and the choice of pies is still impressive.
The pie was very good, the coffee was watered down, the food is okay. It's a chain, and diner style, so veggies and fresh produce does not seem to be their selling point. The staff was friendly and it definitely a comfort food spot.
Food is good. Not really the healthiest choices. Salmon is good though
I like the remodel of the inside of the restaurant. it's nice and up-to-date. The food was okay. Tasted like they had made it the day before and reheated it. But it was good
The service is not very good here, in our last few visits!! The waitresses attitudes are sometimes good and sometimes they can be quite testy. When you go to Angie's down the street on Florida, the food and service is much better. I guess that we will have to patronize Angie's in our future restaurant visits. Food was just OK here at Polly's. Fried chicken sandwich had little flavor, Polly Burger was good, fries on both orders were not the best that we have had. They are supposedly noteworthy on their pies; not the case !! My cherry pie crust on the bottom was not done; half cooked. My wife's apple crisp was also half done on the bottom. Both pies lacked flavor in the crust; no buttery flavor. You can not cut corners on bakery items by using lower quality products or the lack of the proper amounts of good baking ingredients. It's not good pie anymore, and we have come here for over 20 years. Good luck and best wishes Polly's.
I haven't been here in years but came with my grandparents for breakfast. They remodeled the restaurant and it looks much more modern and has a nicer aesthetic. They have both a breakfast and lunchmenu. That is fairly expansive and a special as menu for lunch. Prices are fair and the staff is friendly. Food is okay, nothing magical but a decent meal. Pastries are pretty good though! If your in the area and are looking for a quiter place to enjoy a meal with people it's a solid pick.
4-13-2024 No wait and the staff was nice enough. Group of 6 The salads in the 3 for $15 & $3+ liquids were decent size; the offerings for the price seem a little high when compared to their parking lot competition at chilis but the wait time there brought us here. The mains were ok, I might go with a protein more than a pasta next time; although the pasta tasted fine; that bang for the buck screams get a burger; if only they had a chicken sandwich; would have went that direction instead. I liked the lemon pie, nice and sweet to cleanse the pallet post meal Pro tip: Cell phone reception in the restaurant is really poor so if you have a coupon or call to make do it in the parking lot prior to entering 1-2020 Had the Polly's burger on wheat; tasted decent and the meat quality was good. Also a breakfast wheat pancake meal; all were good. Service is still good and the staff is on point even during busy hours and sometimes tricky clientele. 2 People with water and coffee is about $23
The food was very good. The problem that I only have with the place is that the only thing you get free to drink is water and coffee. They charge you $$$$ for the strawberry lemonade, and I believe and $$$$ per soft drink. So this is not the place to take kids to or like myself an adult. Considering that alcohol is only maybe $$$$ cents more and since I don't drink alcohol it seems like it's cheaper to go somewhere else to drink and eat. Service was outstanding our waitress was on call she took care of everything we had to order and got there fast and hot recommended different things to take with us to have with us to eat and it was greatly appreciated. The white zinfandel they no longer serve. The Rose wine is extremely extremely dry if that's what you like then you'll like it.
Value's not quite there, portion sizes are a little small for the price. Went with a sandwich this round and it tasted like a sandwich so it was OK I guess. Fries always need help make sure to pour…

Have been eating at Pollys for more than 30 years and my favorite sandwich is the Polly Melt. Very disappointed on my last visit that they no longer have rye bread. If you no longer have rye bread …
Pie is good but not the best. They are clearly short staffed so the wait is long for everything. Food was like something you buy in the freezer aisle and heat up in the microwave (partly hot, partly cold). Its not horrible, its just okay, I would have had them remake my order but service was so slow and the family was hungry so we ate. Enjoyed our time of being together as a family but don't plan on going back. Definitely don't order the soup, it was so salty, made me think it was old and they add salt to keep it from tasting old.
Bad experience today. Bad food and bad service. My husband got a fried chicken sandwich and the chicken was rubbery with texture either freeze burned or raw. He complained and they made him a new sandwich and now the sweet potato fries were raw. I ordered the asian chicken salad and the dressing was so watery it was puddled on the bottom of the plate making the salad tasteless and the chicken was dry. To top it off the bill was incorrect and they billed us for an extra sandwich at the end. I had to turn around to ask the cashier for an adjustment.
Went for prime rib dinner "special for weekends" for my bday with friends/family and was sold out by 6. None of my favorite pies available... very disappointing
As soon as we walked in it was off. We waited almost 5 minutes before being acknowledged, even though there was 3 workers/hosts by the registers. They looked right at us and said nothing. I waited patiently and was going to leave when they decided to sit us down. Our waitress was VERY nice and attentive. Unfortunately she had to go to break and someone else took over. The new waitress was fine at first, but then we finished eating and wanted to pay. But she never stopped so I could ask for a box nor ask if I could pay. So I took the bill to the front where the lady then told me I should have the waitress ring me up. That she isn’t the one who should be ringing me up. Had I been acknowledged I would have asked the new waitress. But no. I felt very unwelcome here, it was awful. I’ve been going here for years and have never treated like this.
Haven't been here in a while and won't be back! It was not busy when we got here and got sat right away. An empty dining room and they sat us right next to the kitchen doors. We waited for a while to get our drinks and they sat another table behind us. The waitress got their food and drink order before us. Our food actually came out very fast. But the food itself was meh. My dad got the prime rib skillet and it was laughable, cause their was hardly and meat. I had more bacon and sausage on my skillet than he did. Mine was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. Our waitress never once checked on us. I had to ask someone walking by for a spoon for my coffee, and a refill on our drinks. I needed extra napkins, ketchup, and no waitress until the end when she wanted to drop the bill and sell us a pie. Even the cashier was not friendly and my elderly father was disappointed with their lack of service. Yet he was still worried about leaving a decent tip. Will not be back!
Poor service, no refills for coffee or anyone to check on us for 30+ minutes while we waited for food. Server said they dont make fried eggs, requested over medium/easy like shown on the menu and brought out over hard (might as well have ordered scrambled) Hashbrowns burned on the outside, raw on the inside. Breakfast burrito had minimal to no meat and was WET/soggy. No seasoning inside, very bland. Steak was decent but overall very sad at the quality for paying $100 for a family of 4.
I know I've posted a review a year ago . Which was great . But this year Our son went to pick up a Boysenberry pie for My birthday yesterday and the Pie was terrible. Over crispy, over baked and way to much sugar. So very disappointing !! Going back to the Norco restaurant. My husband ate it .
Polly Pies is a great place to eat but the waitress Pebbles I've had like three times, today was the 4th every time I have her she's rude never gets the order correct doesn't take accountability today when my son and I went in he ordered a polly melt she said a Polly Burger and he said no I only order the Polly Melt every time I come in lo and behold once again she gets the order incorrect and brings him the polly Burger. I should say somebody else brought it to the table she took our order then she went on a break without telling us she was going on a break so somebody else brought us our order we said the order is incorrect so the manager came to the table he gave us the correct order nobody came to check on us afterwards she didn't let us know she was going on a break. Pebbles the waitress is absolutely horrible as I said this is the fourth time we've had her and the fourth time are order was incorrect she is absolutely rude doesn't listen and takes no accountability forgetting the order incorrect how she keeps a job is beyond me. Next time we go in I refuse to have her as a waitress.
I drove over an hour to come here specifically for a pie that was listed as available on their website. When I arrived, I was told they did not have it. No explanation was given, just a flat "we do…
Just left, was seated the waitress never came to get the order. The service was horrible a waste of time.12/27 at 10:30.

We arrived at Polley at 8:45 pm I ask if we could get something to eat. Waitress said yes. And rushed us through the meal. They closed at 9:00. She said after serving us the kitchen is closing and closing register. My husband had food in his mouth and hands him the bill. The food was minimal. The bill for 4 of us was 90.00 dollars. My husband got 2 small pieces of fish 1/4 cup of Cole slaw and a bun 2 others got the same thing. I got 1/2 sandwich and some fries. Why didn't she say they were getting ready to close to begin with. This was on 5-18-2024.
I don’t know how this place has this many stars. I was craving chicken pot pie so we went there after reading the description online. For $15.99 I ordered the chicken pot pie platter that came with a slice of pie, instant mashed potatoes and gravy with cranberry sauce on the side. The pie was the smallest slice ever. It was so messy looking you couldn’t even tell it was pie until you saw the crust. It was fresh out of the microwave and had cold spots in it. Not impressed at all. Will not be returning. Save yourself some money and go to Rockin K’s or better yet buy a chicken pot pie from Costco. They’re delicious.
My wife and I had a great lunch. And before we left we purchased a 4 pack of blueberry muffins (we always do when we go there). That night I was looking forward to a blueberry muffin with my coffee. I was very disappointed. It was hard and dry! I took them back the next day. The lady behind the counter didn't like my receipt because it wasn't itemized. I guess I got the wrong receipt while leaving. She said I probably bought the day old muffins @ 50% off. I told her no, I would never buy day old muffins. She kept insisting I bought day old. So I told her to forget it and turned to leave, leaving the hard muffin's there. She stopped me by saying she had some there if I wanted them. (All I wanted to begin with was for them to be replaced with good ones). I brought them home.... And they were just as hard and dry as the others. Either she replaced them with day old or their quality has gone to hell. Either way we will never go back. Giving me a bad time as if I was trying to pull a fast one for fresh muffins???... Stupid!! Not worth it!!!!
Lime strawberry cheesecake was amazing but the lady was rude. I was so excited to pick up my birthday pie. She took forever to acknowledge that I entered the building than I let her know I was redeeming my birthday pie. I guess being in customer service myself, I would have been like oh happy birthday which one would you like. But nope the young girl just acted like I bothered her while she was at work by being there. If I was rating the food it would be 5 stars but my experience was a 0 star. Which I will come back if the service is good you can always find good pie elsewhere where the service makes the food taste better.
Hello to Polly's owner or manager Yesterday I ate at your restaurant and it was the worst service I received from and older waitress by the name of Stephanie. She walked up to us took our drink order and didn't even look us in the eye the whole service. She also criticize my daughter who wanted sour dough bread to go because she had biscuits and gravy. No refills on drinks asked for extra syrup got one when asked for two , no bag for our to go food, no silverware.. Last week service was the bomb .But she needs to be shadow and retrained on how it doesn't hurt to smile and acknowledge your customers.
My wife and I came in for lunch and they were a little busy, they wrote our name down and we asked for a booth and she said okay. Our name was called and by the same person that took our name down led us to be seared at a table, which we did not want. I told her we asked for a booth not a table so she said that we can go back and sit down till one was available. Meanwhile 2 families were let in and sat at booths and she came back and said that I can seat you at a table if you want. At that point I told her that we've been waiting for a booth and you sat 2 families at a booth and we were there before them. She proceeded to tell me that booths were for families not for just 2 people, at that point I told her I'll go eat somewhere else and we left. Unbelievable plus she had a little bit of an attitude which I didn't appreciate. We will never ever go back there and that was the first time we have been there, never again !! Applebee's got our business and they were absolutely wonderful. Great service and everything. Polly's Pies will never get our business, ever !!
Well let me just start off by saying the first time my husband and I ate here we didn’t know they did bingo nights on Wednesdays so we stayed for bingo he ordered the chicken sandwich I ordered a pot pie and he started getting sick he took maybe 3 bites and ran to the restroom to throw up i took a bite of my pot pie and told the server the food was cold and not good at all so I didn’t eat it we get home I start throwing up we both became very sick afterwards eating here I wouldn’t recommend BUT we return to play bingo and every time we’ve gone this is 2 weeks now going and when we show up they tell us we can’t be seated bcuz there’s no room to be seated umm I’m sorry there’s a whole other side of the restaurant and we can’t be seated after driving an hour to get there?! What kind of bs is that?! We show up early and on time and every time they tell us there’s no room but yet a whole other half of the restaurant dining area that we can easily be seated at????? Make that make sense!!! The servers are extremely rude i mean I’d hate my life too if I was a server and miserable but I don’t recommend this place at all they need a new cook new servers and overall just bad experiences every time we go
Ordered through Grubhub, it was our anniversary, simple people enjoy being at home. We have ordered from Polly Pies throughout the last couple of years. Our absolute favorite was Fish and Chips but apparently they discontinued it, so we compromised for Pollymelt which is suppose to be a patty melt. No where like a patty melt, no caramelized onions just barley cooked, the bread was very dry barley any butter on the bread, so I do not reccomend it, also did not come with French fries, we called the restaurant before we ordered to make sure the sandwich came with French fries and were told it did, it did not, was a good thing we ordered onion rings because thats all we got, along with some coleslaw. Extremely disappointing.
