Orange leaf

My child and I went to Orange Leaf to celebrate her amazing behavior and our visit was amazing. The supervisor Areshea Robertson went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed. I witnessed her wiping down tables and keeping everything clean and sanitary. We went outside to eat and she even came out to check on us and brought us some napkins and wiped off a spot where my daughter dropped some frozen yogurt on the table. My 4 year old even commented “That lady was really nice to us Mom!”

Went to Orange Leaf today with my mother and we had a great experience. The supsupervisor, Areshea Robertson, was the best!! She was so sweet, kind and made sure we we enjoyed our visit. With the small talk we had, you can tell she has a heart of gold.

My husband and I took our son to Orange Leaf after zoo camp. The supervisor, Areshea Robertson, greeted us as soon as we entered the door. Y'all, this place was sparkling clean. We chose our flavors, and Areshea was right there to help us reach the toppings in the back row if needed. As soon as we were settled, Areshea went back to straightening, wiping, and cleaning making sure everything was just so. She was super friendly and checked on us multiple times (we were the only people there for most of the visit). 100% will go back next time we're in town.

Miss Aresha Robertson is the most welcoming person! She made our whole experience so enjoyable and not to mention the place is spotless! I watched her tidy up and wipe off surfaces the whole time we were there. Great experience, we will be back!

I had such a wonderful experience at The Orange Leaf in Lufkin this week! I used to come here all the time but had stopped for a while because the cleanliness and upkeep of the machines weren’t the best. I recently decided to give it another try this past Sunday, and I’m so glad I did! The place looked and smelled so fresh and clean a complete transformation. I was especially excited to see my favorite flavor, Salted Caramel, available again! Today, I brought my 3-year-old daughter and nephew, and we had the best time. The atmosphere was so cozy, especially on this rainy day. My daughter had fun playing with the Legos, and we even enjoyed watching TV while we snacked on our frozen yogurt. It felt like the perfect little outing. I also want to give a special shoutout to Mrs. Robertson, the supervisor. She was so attentive and helpful assisting with toppings and providing excellent customer service. You can tell she really cares about making the experience enjoyable for everyone. As we were leaving, my daughter told me she wanted to come back and play again — and that sealed it for me. Starting this Sunday, this is officially our new go-to spot. The improvements are amazing, and I absolutely love it here now. Highly recommend!

I want to Thank you Aresha for your kind help during my visit today with the little ones today. So kind, and uplifting when walking through the door. We were all acknowledge as soon as we walked through the door and was helpful as the little ones choose their toppings. It’s been years since I’ve visited and it was nice to see the facility clean and stocked. The kids truly enjoyed being able to pick all their toppings for their crazy concoction of frozen yogurt.

My family had a horrible experience at Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in Lufkin, Texas yesterday. The store was clean and well-maintained, but our visit was a huge letdown and big disappointment. We came in on a Wednesday expecting the "No Weigh Wednesday" deal advertised online, a flat $6 for a cup of yogurt filled as you like. However, there were no signs or menu indications of the promotion. After a couple of minutes waiting in an empty shop, the manager appeared and was unhelpful. She claimed she'd never heard of No Weigh Wednesday and said there were no specials. My daughter got a cup of yogurt and when she went to add toppings, the manager wouldn't let her and insisted on doing it for her. Not only did she not add enough of the toppings my daughter wanted, but she kept suggesting things my daughter didn't want. It didn't help that the regular prices were outrageous, $12.05 for a single cup of yogurt is absurd when a gallon of ice cream at a grocery store is far less. If Orange Leaf wants to keep customers, they need to train their staff better and honor their advertised deals.

The store opens at 12pm. I imagine employees are supposed to come in some time before to prepare yogurt machines so they are ready to serve by opening. We did get here right at noon. I’m usually not the type to show up at a business right at opening but my son has been sick and was wanting orange leaf specifically so we came. The doors were still locked (that’s when we realized they open at noon from checking the time on door) we checked through the glass to check if anyone was there and yes there was a lady walking around the inside setting up. Fine.. we gave her some time to let us in. We were let in by 12:05. She told us she was the supervisor Mrs Robertson I think. She proceeded to let us know about half of the yogurt flavors were not ready (would take 30 minutes) which was upsetting because they happened to be the flavors my son wanted. Her attitude and demeanor was very forced and almost as if she was bothered we even came in. Had it not been for my son I would’ve just turned around and left the store but the experience was very uninviting, uncomfortable and not pleasant.

This experience was terrible. The person operating this location does not welcome customers. The "attitude" and "pushing" of toppings made it worse. This trip was made to experience the "No Weigh Wednesday" promotion, but the person operating this location said that was a "no way" deal here. Save your money and go somewhere the business wants you to be happy.
