Popeye's has become one of my favorite restaurants. But the Popeye's in Mansfield has been very frustrating. More often than not in the middle of the day only the drive-through is open. The middle of the day! This has happened many, many times. My friend of loves Popeye's finds this situation so troubling and off-putting that we patronize other restaurants. There is never a sign in the door saying that only the drive-through is open. We find out after parking and then find the doors locked. In the middle of the day! This is intolerable.

During our stay at Best Western Plus Mansfield, we stopped by Popeyes, which was conveniently located in the same block. We got French fries and biscuits, and both were fresh and delicious. The food was just what we needed for a quick and satisfying snack. The service was fast and efficient, and the location was clean and well-maintained. If you’re in the area and craving some classic Popeyes flavors, this spot is a great option!

Despite all the negative reviews I went ahead and ordered here. I was hungry and didn't have many choices for the budget I like to stay under for fast food. I got the buy 1 get 1 special on the wings. Surprising the food was fresh and hot. Tried the honey lemon pepper wings. The honey glaze was great, but I didn't taste the lemon pepper flavor.

If you are looking for a place to enjoy chicken wings, this is the right spot. They offer wings with great seasoning and a wide variety of sauces, which makes the experience even better. Today we want to highlight the excellent service provided by Mr. Andrés at the cashier. He was very kind and patient when taking our order, making the visit much more pleasant. In addition, the new self-service machines have made the process faster, so now you get your food more quickly while still enjoying personal and attentive service.

Despite drink dispenser not working, no sweetener for tea, tiny chicken pieces, no chicken tenders, it tasted great. Biscuits and red beans and rice were good. Fries really good.

May 18th 2024 9:30 went to this Popeyes, lady came to the window turn around and had another person to come and do the service. Got home food cold chicken taste old, the breast had like cold that turn dark food was nasty

Horrible experience. They didn't call out our name or order once our food was ready. We ordered 2 orders of 2 spicy dark pieces- got one spicy breast and a spicy drum. They forgot our second order and gave us regular breast and two regular drums instead. Ordered boneless wings and got tenders instead. Ordered large frys, and it came in a small box. Never got my dipping sauce. Floor was super slippery by the restroom. Worst part, there was a live bug crawling in the sink... Only saving grace was how good the fries were and the one dark spicy fried chicken I had.

This Popeyes takes the cake. Whoever franchises this location should be ashamed. This store representation of Popeyes is humiliating. Not only is it nasty, but they have the door locked due to a shortage of employees a lot. The women's bathroom is fairly clean because there are a lot of women employees I would assume that's why, but the men's bathroom is not so good. My husband verified that. The lobby is unsanitary and unkempt. It needs to be swept, and mopped, and the tables wiped off. I've seen the staff standing around running their mouth and on their phones when they could've been cleaning up something. The food was ok because it was made fresh, but I do not recommend this Popeyes at all.

When I saw the offer for the twelve piece tenders I was excited. I waited two days, savoring the thought. Went to the gym, worked up an appetite, made my order from the gym. Arrived a few minutes later to find lobby closed. Then I was trapped in the parking lot as people in drive through had me blocked in. Finally made it to drive through, made order told to park. Total wait time from initial order was one hour. I discover 10 2/3 tenders (yes, 10 whole ones and two tiny fragments) no napkins, no sauces, no honey, all of which I specifically asked for. No one even answers the phone there. I still love Popeye's, but avoid this place. Go to Cooper Street. It'll be faster anyway. Oh, and no validation code on the receipt. I guess they DON'T want you taking their survey. By the way, take a look at my other reviews - all five stars. I'm not one of those dudes who complains just to complain. This is my first ever one star review, and only because you have to give them at least one.

This location didn't close till 11pm. I arrived at 10pm to order 20 pieces of chicken and I was told they weren't cooking anything else for the rest of the night. I could understand if it was 10:30-10:45 but a whole hour and you're not cooking anything else. They only offered me two items on the entire menu. No dark meat, no sandwiches, no strips, NOTHING!! If you don't have any food you need to close early. If you're not going to cook anything else you need to close early. Fair or right to the customers.

Asked me to pull to the front because they said they had to cook more spicy chicken, told me it would be about 12 minutes.. after about 20 minutes went in to see where my food was. They claimed they came out looking for me with my order,but it still took another 5 minutes for them to get my order together and had to ask me what I had. (But you came out looking for me).

STAY AWAY NIGHT WORKERS ARE RUDE - always “understaffed” but will have at least 5 people working. They will lock the doors before 830pm to the lobby and not acknowledge you at the window. So if you’re into waiting 30-45 min for food/desert by rude musty workings walking around eating by the window then this is the spot for you!

Entire order was messed up. Forgot my sides, gave me the wrong meal, and to top it off… gave me spicy tenders when I ordered normal ones so my kids couldn’t even eat it. For the price of this food it is ridiculous that not one thing was right.

Food was not what I ordered online, then when picked up walked in and then they told us we had to go thru the drive thru to pick up, had no Mac and cheese or sweet tea. I would recommend going somewhere else for dinner.

We ordered from the drive thru and spent several minutes having to reorder because they didn’t have anything. We reordered several times because they kept coming back saying they ran out of something. It was frustrating to say the least. We went inside to see if that would help with the confusion and the wait time was horribly long. The staff was friendly but the demand was much higher than the supply for a Sunday late morning.

This location is terrible! I was waiting for a pickup order for my food that I put in an order at 7pm. I get there the girl at the counter says she not taking anymore orders at the counter. Does NOT I repeat does NOT say anything as to the customers that are waiting in the Popeyes. 8 pm comes because everyone is waiting and she says the lobby closed at 7:30pm. Y’all have lost a customer I will not be coming back to this location ever again. The girl at the counter needs to go through customer service training because she had a nasty attitude towards all of us.

This is the worst Popeyes in the world. I ordered a three-piece combo meal asked for Three thighs and mashed potatoes I got a puny little breast, a leg and a wing and red beans and rice. The service was so slow. I also asked for regular not spicy and got spicy. Do not go here. Their lobby is always closed. Their drive-through takes forever.

They closed the lobby forcing everyone to go through drive thru and it’s always a long line. Corporate needs to fire everyone and rehire a new staff. They open at 10am as listed online and on the building. Me and a few other cars pulled up to the drive thru at 10 o’clock. I was first and I wasn’t acknowledged until 10:40am. Someone finally came to the speaker to say there’s a 40 minute wait on chicken!! Why is the food not ready in time?! This has been a common occurrence at this location.

I ordered online, to be ready at 5:04 pm, pickup inside. I arrive a the dining room is closed, so I go thought the drive through. I tried to order a large sweet tea, but they are out of larges, only medium. I travel all around the country and this is one of the WORST Popeyes I have ever been to, period. They are always out if something, today it is no large drinks. Last time it was no nuggets, after I ordered them online and tried to pick them up. They should just shut this store down and I hope someone from their corporate office sees this and steps in. To do something. .

Went to this location to pick up my online order today around 5:18pm and I was there for five minutes watching workers going back & forth before I had to flag someone down to check to see if my order was ready. After finally getting someone’s attention, she had me to go back to verify my order which she didn’t even check my name. I could have been anyone & This has never been done before in the past in the drive-thur. It was full, so I decided to pick up my prepaid order in the inside, but have never experience such behavior. Never will I come back to this location.

Trash. Just complete trash. Ordered the surf and turf with fries. Tenders are baby sized, no flavor. Shrimp is hard. Fries are on point, even the biscuit is good, those are the only 2 good things. My drink is carbonated, no flavor. Service in the drive thru was good. Just a complete waste of money.

Not even sure if they deserve 1 star. Ordered online so I could get it and because I was in a rush. Figured 10 minutes ahead would give them plenty of time. I get there, sit at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes, not even being acknowledged. Go inside, again, not acknowledged. Fully staffed btw. It took almost 10 minutes for a lady to slowly walk to the counter to ask we what I needed. THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED MY ORDER YET! Had to wait another 15. Do better!

Order online at 10 to pick up.. this place said it’s open at 10. 1030 I came no one is open. Went to the door and the guy said it’s not open. In the middle of canceling my order at the drive Thur he says it’s open I have to come inside. Trash, don't waste your time. The young man on the drive through microphone sound like he had a mouthful of rocks. My order was wrong. The soda was full of carbonate. This is what you get. When you do online applications and you just hire people with a Pulse. I'll blame you Popeye's. The only thing you want to do is make money. You don't give a dang about the customer service. We sit in that hot drive through and wait to get the wrong order. And then you're a people wanna get an attitude for the mistake that they made. Every company that goes franchise goes in the trash.

Absolutely the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been. The service is absolutely terrible!!! And don’t even think about going inside to order when the drive thru line is long because the lobby is always closed. And on top of the long wait, they handed me the wrong order and my correct order food was cold. This place can definitely not be monitored or regulated by corporate.

Go in to pick up grubhub order. There are at least 6 employees seen. Three customers including myself standing at the front counter. ONE gentlemen is working while manager and girl working drive thru are sitting at the back in a deep gossip conversation. 3 cooks are in their place. Ridiculous that the two ladies kept looking at us but proceeded to sit there and continue conversation. The manager moved out of view once she saw me staring at her. Thank you to the only ONE gentlemen that stated he was new and was the only one helping customers. Do better Popeyes!

Ordered online...... went to pickup and was told they didn't have shrimp and they didn't have fries and that's 80 percent of what I'd ordered. I was told curtly to get a refund from the app. Horrible service won't go back. 0 out of 10 No stars. Pretty sure I dodged a bullet seeing some of the other reviews. Just close and let a good business take up that real estate.

Waited 30 mins in the drive through. Place is HORRIBLY SLOW 🐌 Mansfield has also become over populated in the past few years. If you go to get lunch or dinner around 12pm or 8pm have fun waiting 20-45 mins at ANY fast food location in Mansfield. More fast food locations need to be built in Mansfield. You could literally drive to Arlington and bring food back before you even get to the window here. They will also charge you extra if you ask for BBQ Sause 😂 this place is a nightmare. AVOID IF YOU CAN

I have been to this location a few times now. Every time I hope that the previous visit was just an off day they were having. Alas, the staff at this location are just not good. Be prepared to sit in the drive through waiting for someone to take your order for about 20 minutes if you're lucky. Then be sure to ask for utensils because they never put them in. And lastly just hope that your food is cooked all the way when it gets to you. This location really needs some restaffing.

This Popeyes is ran so terribly after the lunch shift. To lobby is ALWAYS closed early. Even if you order on line expect to wait in the drive thru line for more than 45 mins! Its ridiculous! You would think they would prep during the day for the rush they would get. Line is always wrapped around the building. Maybe they need some more hands on deck. If so, y’all need to hire people! There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be fully staffed. The unemployment rate is the highest its EVER BEEN! Don’t just sit on job postings and not conduct interviews.

This place definitely is not run by a franchise owner that knows anything about this kind of restaurants. The services is ridiculously slow, the place inside is always without employees and the ones that are there don't have a clue of anything that they're doing. Definitely not run right, not trained employees right and most importantly not cooking the damn simple food right. They're probably still open and getting away with it because there's not another popeyes near them. Shame for this location and corporate for not doing anything specially if you read all the reviews!

There is absolutely nothing good to say about the service. There is absolutely nothing good to say about the courtesy or lack there of the people who work here. It took ten minutes for the employee to get off their personal phone and put two sandwiches in a bag. There is all the employee said and turned and walked away. Popeyes is like mcdonald's.There's almost one on every corner. Do yourself a favor and don't shop at this one

I work in food industry for 25 years and this place have by far the worst customers service ever Every time I come here the door is lock with plastic bags tie up around the handle today I decided to come again giving them a last chance...for lunch when we walk in no one welcome us in mind you we was the only client in line the server was rude when I asked for mayo she said it only for her sandwich...so we ask for ranch again be rude about giving us ranch it might be inconvenient for her to give me ranch but it also inconvenient for me that I can't have mayo... the lobby was a mess not a single table was clean the manager was the one who served me thank to you I will never be back so you a favor change job if you hate it so much

I went to this location on Saturday 9/20 drivers thru was backed up , so I parked & went in. Samantha told me it was closed due to short staff & I asked her did HR know the inside was closed due to short staff she said YES. I said it’s 12:15 lunch time 🤷🏽‍♀️. Mind you chicken was up & all- Samantha kept fumbling with trash cans instead of helping getting the drive thru line down. I went to drive thru the first car didn’t move for 15 minutes I’m not joking. It was 5 cars 2 left I was up next ordering I ordered & time it. 30 minutes it was my turn fries were cold 🤦🏾‍♀️ I said I’ll wait on fresh fries. After Samantha got done putting trash bags into a trash can she then goes over to pick up a box & proceeds to attempt to fix food. I yell from my SUV & told her to go wash her hands & NEVER touch a customer food like that. Marissa the manager just stood there without getting on to her. Samantha starts talking back saying she was going to wash her hands & I said no you weren’t until I said something. Then she WAITED on a white lady from Walmart pull the cameras you’ll see. I said I thought you were closed for in the inside the manager on duty that day starts yelling at me saying she doesn’t have a car so I waited on her. EXCUSE ME but she’s still a customer right? So why couldn’t I order inside she said because I have a car. MANSFIELD get your staff under control this is the only establishment I have a problem with seems the entire town has an issue with this Popeyes. Get a staff that’s going to want to work, the restaurant was disgusting. Do something about these 2 Samantha & Marissa ASAP

So, I am not sure what is going on. Very misleading... The doors are locked and they state they are short staffed on the door. But I counted over 10+ ppl inside with uniforms on, more than half seem to be just standing around. I could not take pictures of all of them. But there was clearly more than 4 people behind the counter, just in my quick line of sight. To add insult to injury, some ppl were actually sitting in lobby and eating. I was allowed in to ask questions about the larger orders, and seemingly offered to order in lobby. But I felt uncomfortable as a gang of employees just standing around me too close together, seem to want me to leave lobby. I left due to the crowd of employees gathered around me. And I am very disappointed in this franchise. As they are wanting us to wait in long drive through lines but allow employees that are not working to crowd the lobby order area. Ridiculous Store Manager.

I absolutely do not recommend this location for numerous reasons. It took me 15 minutes for someone to take my order while i only had 1 person in front of me. The workers were super slow. Before my order was even taken, another gentleman went to the counter and said he was missing a biscuit with his large combo. The guy behind the counter tried to tell him that his food didnt come with a biscuit even though he had upgraded his combo to a large because he didnt have chicken he had chicken wings. Isnt that still chicken? Ridiculous. This sign does not specify anything

I got there literally an hour before they closed and they said I could only get chicken or wings. They won't make sandwiches or anything else. They're literally selling left over chicken. I ended up going to Whataburger.

Whoever owns this establishment needs to shut it down and restart fire every single person that you have at this establishment they are serving raw chicken they are not getting the orders correct no matter the time of day or night there are very unprofessional young kids and people who just don't care working at this establishment and it has to be stopped

To pay $30 for food after along day at work only to get home and my food is cold and have the wrong meal is wild. I paid for extra sides that I did not get at all. That was 10$ gone! No one cares because it’s not their money!

Service was terrible!! Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and the guy at the window purposely slowed down after I asked what was taking so long. Then he laughed and sarcastically said have a good evening

I went through drive thru on Sunday and ordered 2 - 3 piece white chicken dinners - each with two orders of fries for sides. I asked how long Spicy Chicken had been up. I was told about 9min. I also asked for fresh fries and was told they are cooking - waiting on fresh fries. Upon receiving my order there was a bag of fries on top that was fresh therefore I assumed the ones in my box were fresh as well. I live 6 mins away. Upon arriving at home and immediately began eating and was THOROUGHLY disappointed to have old fries and chicken in the box. I called the store 4 times on Sunday and no answer. I would have taken the food back but it was hailing. I called twice on Monday and no answer. The guy that took our order was groans a prop person. This review in no way in reference to his service. Psi We drove home because the doors we closed with bags tied around the handles and the we’re out of hot sauce. I will call again to request a refund or order replaced

Ordered online. Drove 20 minutes for drive thru pick up. Waited in line 20 minutes, got to window, they haven't even started my order. Pull up to trash can, it stinks to high heaven and over flowing. I would leave, but they already have my money. Still waiting at trash can 30 minutes.......... still waiting............ still waiting. I want my money back!

This store really should be shut down for a few days and all new staff should be brought in. Everytime I visit this location the chicken is not fresh, warm or sometimes they're closed 45 mins early due to lack of staff they say. This has been on multiple occasions and definitely spaced out visits which prompted this review. It truly is a waste of space at this point and does not hold a torch to the other locations around this area. Sad I'll just drive to the one off of Cooper from here on out bc it is much better to spend the gas for better service and food than to waste the money on food and gas. Avoid this store for fast food chicken and save yourself the disappointment and frustration. Pictures are of the visit they closed 35 mins early but made themselves food before doing so 🤣🤣🤣

Everytime I come to this place of business the lobby is dirty. The staff is playing around with each other behind the counter with no sense of urgency. They are always out of something, and there is never a manager present to explain the issues.

Constantly understaffed, I couldn't even dine in if I wanted to. Every time I order, no matter the size, it takes 20+ minutes for them to get the food to me. If I do end up getting my food relatively quick, then it's not very warm and is super old tasting. I can see that poor management and training have been going on for some time now. I understand why the employees can only be so good at what they do. I've never had a good experience eating from here. Whoever is running this place is bad at what they do. You won't be getting my money any longer.

Omg why do I keep going to this Popeyes 😭 I go in for lunch we only have 30 mins, im standing thier 8 mins before staff saids anything😪then the big lady with the attitude every time someone goes in there ask can take your order but they were looking at customers like what do you want? this is not the first time I've gotten attitude with this lady taking orders, not only have I but a few people are starting to complain this is not good bussiness for this Popeyes. when customers walk in an establishment they should be noticed right away. not 5 to 8 mins at least say I will be right with you 😉 im neaver going back to that Popeyes it's sad but most of these Popeyes here in the DFW area of Texas are mostly with horrible attitudes so sad this is what we Americans get 😢 hey don't be mad at us trumps sitting the rules not us

Placed order at 6:39pm, got food at 7:01. Incredibly slow pace, employees and managers barely moving around and leaving customers to wait 5-10 minutes to be helped at the register. 3 people got so tired of waiting, they just gave up and left. The drive through line only moved about 3 cars while I was inside for 20 minutes.

First and foremost the drive thru young lady was talking like she hated being at work. Was moving very slow. When I get my food and get to work. I bit into my wings the first one was still pink and bloody, they forgot my roll and the red beans and rice tasted like WATER! I’ve called 10 plus time to speak to a manager and no one answers!

They don’t have any customer service and they never have any chicken for sandwiches. They have to be lying all the time. It’s the same answer everytime. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. The workers are unprofessional and they run out of chicken.

This establishment is by far the worst popeyes we have been to. The franchisor that owns the business should reevaluate the staff at this location. The dining area is very unkempt food on floors tables, and booths are not wiped off. Chairs are scattered in the dining area. I have also added videos of both male and female bathrooms. The male bathroom was disgusting tissue on the floor. The toilet had feces on the lip of the toilet. The sink was also filty. The female bathroom was much better, according to my wife. As a hospitality leadership major, this is unacceptable for the industry standards for fast food service from a major company. I would not recommend this business.

We had weird black stuff in our sprites , it looked like some of it was frozen into the ice and some was just floating around. We went through the drive thru and didn’t notice until we got home. I tried calling the location but no one answered. It grossed us out so much we ended up not eating or drinking any of it: can I get a manager to contact me please so I can get a refund.

Extremely disappointed with the service today. I ordered for delivery specifically because the app/site stated the lobby was open at 4 PM for pickup. Instead, my driver was forced into a 30-minute drive-thru line. When the driver tried to clarify the lobby policy with management, they were met with a complete attitude from a female staff member. Please fix your lobby hours.

The food at other Popeyes is better prepared. It’s normal for fast food to have a bunch of kid employees but these kids are on their phones while you’ve been waiting over 20min for your food on a day that was not at all busy. Just do better Popeyes

Last two times I came here they were all out of chicken and sides and only had dessert. This time the chicken sandwiches had a chicken nugget for the patty and tasted old. Go to the Popeyes on Debbie.

Ordered the 2 sandwiches for $9. Got 2 sandwiches, both with 1 pickle slice and about 2 drops of mayo. Both cold as ice and AND Overcooked! How you overcook something AND serve it cold!? Also order fries and a free fries the app gave me, did not get my free fries. How are yall THIS bad??? The Popeyes in burleson and in south Fort Worth get it WAY better than this slop. FIX your mess guys. This is pitiful. And don’t even bother replying to this review with yalls typical “we are so sorry you had a bad experience” line. You’re NOT sorry or there wouldn’t be an EXTENSIVE history of 1 star reviews. Yall would ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEM. Corporate needs to put this place under new management. God forbid it’s a private franchise.

I like to eat popeyes, but I hate going to this location. Half the time I end up leaving with no food after waiting in line for 20 minutes. I have seen the girl running the drive thru sitting down on her phone phones while the line is 10 cars and growing. I have NEVER been to this location and thought that was an easy or fast transaction. Whoever owns this location has to be losing money.

It took like 25 mins to get our food which isn’t too bad in it of itself except that when me and my wife got home my chicken sandwich had some bites taken on it. What’s up with that. Obviously the picture doesn’t prove who took the bite but just imagine taking out the sandwich and seeing this.

Having a party today, chicken pre-ordered at 530am to be ready and picked up by 1030am - pre web site that was a reasonable time for pick-up. My driver got there at 10:30 and they have not even turned on the grease they said. Will be at least 30to 40 minutes before they can even Cook the food.- I need either a discount or a refund

If I could give this 0 stars I would, this location only had 2 employees working during the busiest time of the day. I sat in line at the drive-thru for 15mins. I don't fault to employees cause the young man taking the order in the drive thru also had to cook the food. This is unacceptable. Overworking your employees because you cannot schedule your establishment correctly or trying to be cheap and save money is ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well.

I was in the drive thru line for over an hour. When I received my order, I asked for blackened ranch, the server said of if I didn’t get tenders, I would have to pay. Normally, I would but I was in line for over an hour, you should try and offer a complimentary drink or something. The manager comes to the Windsor and rudely tells me to read the sign. I let that go, and asked for ketchup, and they were out. Get home to eat my food and find a hair in the box. Ridiculous wait time, service & food!

This experience at this location was like no other. On October 24th, at 12:51pm (check no. 3288) I stopped through the drive thru. I ordered a $6 Big Box (thigh and leg) Spicy with mashed potatoes as well as red beans and rice. In addition, I also ordered a spicy breast along with two spicy legs. The employee that took my order, Sandra, seemed to have a bit of an attitude and rushing me through the order process. I arrived at the window to pay for my order, received the Big Box, and an incorrect order of two spicy breasts, in which I informed Sandra it was incorrect and informed her that the order was wrong and missing two spicy legs. Her attitude further escalated as she rudely told me that’s not what I ordered, which is confusing considering I was the one to place the order. She then told me instead of replacing the breast with the two legs I requested, that I would have to pay additional for the two legs, as she continuously told me that’s not what I ordered. From there, she falsely implied that I was trying to get free food after I agreed to pay the additional cost for what I originally ordered and gave her back the second breast (which I’m not sure if that is proper health protocol considering she could have easily sold it to the next customer) I then mentioned to her that I would be reaching out to management at the location, which after several attempts I unable to get a response. When I told her I would reach out, she proceeded to tell me “ok, that’s fine. I don’t care”. Not sure if this is how you train your employees at this location, but this was not a proper representation of “good customer service”. I will be reaching out again to the general manager of this location, but I did want to inform people as well as management that being accused of trying to get free food and being talked to in a condescending manner was very disrespectful and others should take note the next time they visit and deal with Sandra. Have a good day. Update - 10/30: I did go to the link and fill out the form. Look forward to speaking with you regarding this manner.

Finally making a review. Place closes at 11pm. I ordered through DoorDash at around 9:50. Watched several drivers arrive at the location only to then drop the order. I finally messaged a driver to inform me what was happening once they arrived at the location, mind you this was around 10:50 or so now. Driver informed me that they refused to provide service anymore. And the order eventually cancelled on its own at 11. Went to read several reviews outlining how terrible this place is and despite how many times the "owner" replies nothing seems to change. Just shut it down and let someone else fill that spot.

It took me over 30 minutes to get a chicken tender meal!! This establishment needs a MAJOR overhaul and retraining of the staff (they just opened less than a month) !!! My food was NOT ready when I got to the window to pay. At this point I noticed they charged me $2.69 for gravy (which I specifically asked for NO Gravy-on receipt), so I go in to get refunded for the charge. I handed my receipt to the cashier and he proceeds to hand me 0.50¢ (quotes, "my manager says that should cover it!") No sir, look at the receipt and note the $2.69 (he has to discuss the amount with the manager, who does approve the refund)!! Then I inquire if my order is ready and some employer yells "Aye that girl that ordered the blackened chicken out here!" I'm old enough to be his mother but that's neither here nor there! Get my order and it is A TOTAL MESS( note pic)!! I questioned if I can get the classic crispy strips with blackened seasoning on them and was told YES! INSTEAD, I was given the naked blackened strips deep fried until hard!! It was all inedible! At this Popeyes you have a bunch of teens/young adults (manager included) chaotically working and yelling amongst themselves is NOT how an establishment should operate! I will NEVER visit this location again!!

Doors tied shut with plastic bags, can't go inside, and a line around the building. Clearly an owner that doesn't want to pay staff enough to remain fully staffed. Hard working women working the drive through, (she hustled to get my order)kudos to her! Dried small "strips" are what I got. I ordered online and planned to just run in and grab my order to avoid the drive through, but obviously that didn't happen. I was in a hurry and hungry so I thought that would be the fastest. The line wasn't super slow considering the amount of cars in cue, but it certainly wasn't quick either. Avoid, especially if in a hurry or wanting to dine in or like fresh food

Very disappointed! I just ordered from this location on DoorDash 8pc spicy meal today spent $34.00. I received old fries, biscuits and chicken! The chicken had burnt black spots and tasted like it was cooked in old burnt grease.

This place is an absolute mess. The employees move at the speed of slow. This includes the manager and shift leads and the store was a mess. One menu screen was down missing half the menu items. Empty condiments and utensils. Ask for a sauce and 2 out of 4 they don't have. Wait 30 minutes for one order of spicy strips. The Doordasher waited 20 minutes for an order that was suppose to be done. They had prepared a ton of the Chicken Sandwiches way too early for the dinner rush so you get older heated sandwiches. Not impressed at all. If you are going to have a food establishment succeed in Mansfield you better fix this ASAP Popeyes. I came in at 2:30pm no excuse for this mess.
