I was standing in line and looking at the menu, and I said to my hubby, I wish they had a wing meal. I get up to the register and there is a sign managers special 4 wings 2 sides and a drink for 5.99, score!! They also remembered to give us the butter and the honey for the biscuit. No other KFC I go to does this!!! Great service.

Great experience. I haven't been to a KFC for a very long time and it was a good family time. The young man taking our order was very helpful, willing to go above and beyond for what we wanted. The place was clean, quiet, not too busy for a Thursday night. Food was good, all the sides were hot, just 1 piece of extra crispy chicken was under done. Enjoyable time.

Wow! I have never been so impressed by a KFC in my life. Since Ernesto has taken over the KFC in Manteca this site is off the hook. Hands down all around Excellent atmosphere, service and quality of the food. Staff is extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. The inside is cleaner and happier. Food tastes better than any KFC I have ever eaten at. So impressed we will make this KFC a regular rotation in our weekly dining out. I prefer to actually go inside and interact with the staff and management. Can't say enough about the quick turnaround from this site. Others could learn a lot from how this site is performing and being managed. You can tell they care about what they are doing. It shows and you can actually taste it in the food they are producing. We will be back!! Ernesto has earned our repeat business. Thank you again Yosemite KFC team and keep up the great service.

Order was not ready when I came In , but the team was friendly offered a free drink for the wait. And also gave me extra crispy chicken that I originally wanted, because on the app it did not allow to order extra crispy. Great team. I came down from Tracy CA, to this kfc in Manteca because KFC in Tracy is horrible for years. This location in Manteca has brought me back to KFC, after not going to a KFC in over 6 years. If you live in Tracy and can not stand our KFC, go to Manteca KFC and give them a try it's worth the drive. KFC is very expensive now, the best deals are definitely on the app. So download that or else you will pay to much for the chicken.

The chicken is delicious and the drinks are fresh. Everyone is so kind over here as well! And the atmosphere is very clean and tidy, especially because their landscapers make the outside clean as well

Although my food took a little while from the drive thru lane and asked to wait at the quick pick up lane and also having a mix up in my order, the manager Eduardo did not hesitate and fixed the problem very quickly and politely. This is hands down, the BEST KFC I have ever been. Out of every single KFCs I have ever been, this is hands-down the best one. The employees are very friendly, the service was incredibly fast, the atmosphere looks very clean, and even the food tastes incredibly good. I totally recommend it. The Manteca KFC has an appealing aura with modern decor, light fixtures, and seating that reflect the KFC identity! The dining area was extremely clean, organized, and open concept which allows for easy mobility all around the establishment. Cleanliness was phenomenal as workers were wiping down tables regularly after each happy family finished their dining experience! Fresh napkins and a clean soda machine area were also a highlight to our experience! When we first walked in, we were greeted by the establishment owner, Ernesto, who kindly offered us the special for the day which we found affordable and convenient! Once we received our food, we were instantly met with some of the freshest, moist, and flavorful fried chicken we’ve had! It was piping hot (temperature) and perfectly cooked! Same with our sides of mashed potatoes, macaroni, and biscuits! We were also given lots of honey and butter! Our experience was phenomenal as dining gave us a great environment to catch up and spend wonderful quality family time together! Nothing is more important than that. Particularly this KFC in Manteca (by Yosemite and 99). I love my extra crispy KFC and at this price, it's a steal and is much better tasting versus Popeye's and other chicken places like Raising Cane's and Chick-fil-A. The service at this KFC is great, though like any other restaurants, I always double check my order before I leave. Everybody who works there are great and helpful any time I have any issues. Pro tip: Even when it's not Tuesday, the KFC App has lots of deals so use it for the best values.

Friendly employees and remodeling is nice inside and out. Its a shame that the food containers have been revamped also because the portions seem alot smaller. The 8 piece meal bucket is so small that the chicken was stuffed into the bucket so it was squished in order to get the lid on. The only container that was original out of my order was the 4 biscuit box. I walked out spending over $40 for an 8 piece 4 family meal with an xtra side of mashed potatoes. Seems very pricey for the amount received. I will not be going back for a long time unless somebody else is paying for the meal. 😞

Downloaded the app, got access to deals not available in the store... I was excited going in as I had pre-ordered, and just had to add 4 legs and some potatoes my daughter asked for last minute. I guess the cashier needed to get the owner to figure out how to charge more for additional items?? I didn't see the problem myself. But the real problem came when I got home and found they had substituted all legs and thighs for the white and dark mix that showed on the pick ticket taped to my order. DISAPPOINTING!! They should honor the deals sold in the app, that is corporate trying to build customer loyalty!! I'll be going to Lathrop next time!

My friend was very persistent and a bit aggressive, the employees did try there best but looked more scared than anything else. I give 3 stars due to the limited food available versus the time you close. Closure should not be a factor when you are open for at least 2 more hours.

Kiosk has connection issues. Displays an error message but later process order without confirmation. This lead another guesand I to accidentally double order.

I waited about 10 minutes which is fine I had lots of fries. But I ordered 4 kids meals with popcorn chicken, a large popcorn chicken meal, and a 5 piece chicken strip meal and even after all that waiting, they didn't include ANY sauces and they forgot one of the kids cookies. There were no cars in front of me and only one behind me so they weren't even busy. The chicken strips were tough and some of the fries seemed over cooked

It was fair, way better than the nasty one in Lathrop. I was just shocked by the price. 8 piece bucket, 2 mash and gravy, 6 biscuits, 1 family sized chocolate cake $36 . Usually they have family specials but obviously not this day.

Went through the drive through for lunch. We normally love their fries however just paid $3.29 for a small fry that had 11ea fries in it. The quality was terrible. They where cold, hard and you could tell where cooked a while ago. Just another reason to not eat here and go to one of the many other chicken quick service places. Especially the one right next door.

Review is for cost. Service at restaurant was excellent. And taste is good. $63+ for a 16 piece full meal that barely fed 4 people. I downloaded the app so that I could get credit on the rewards program but they won't let you add a meal after you've purchased it outside of the app. Now I remember why I stopped coming here: overpriced fried poulets (pieces too small to be full grown chicken). App not customer friendly. Won't eat here again.

Absolute garbage. Online price not available at the store. Ordered nuggets but received overpriced dry strips. Only filled my Pepsi 3/4 full. Didn't receive the ranch sauce that we asked for twice. I'll never go back to this KFC.

I ordered 2 family meals. One was almost all wings, 5/8 were wings, so I called and they offered a replacement. I offered to bring in the messed up order, but they said the receipt would suffice. Upon arrival, they asked if the original order was crispy or original. It was original. They tried to argue. They accused me of lying. This is why I had originally offered to bring the messed up order. It's not the customers fault that you messed up. I won't be coming back to this location.

If I could give this KFC zero stars, I would. This is the slowest kfc restaurant I have ever been to. Absolutely horrible service. Several people were in line waiting to order.. after standing there for over approximately 10 minutes, we were told that there was about a 30 min wait for original recipe chicken. Several of us walked out. Will never return.

KFC needs to watch out who they hire. There’s a teenage girl here who always has a huge attitude and ruins the brand image. I don’t want my food spit in because KFC employees can’t fix they own mistakes or even simply be polite when greeting a customer.

Me and my mom came here today and when we got home we started eating and the chicken was not fresh or juicy and the fries were very hard that I thought I was biting into a tooth. The biscuits were very hard and tasted very dry. We need Chef Ramsey to come here.

Ordered food online. Got there and after they offered me substitutions on half my order, i had to sit out front for fifteen minutes for them to bring out my food. (We are not welcome inside their restaurant) this is the worst experience at a restaurant i can remember, ever. Good luck!

I was just at this place and I gave it up one star if I could give it 0 stars I would. The lady working drive through straight up told me she couldn't accept a $100 bill. I didn't ask why cause I didn't need to. I'm sorry, but if you can't make change for a $100 bill, you've got no business being open.

This is the 2nd time I have gone here since moving to the area. The first time the food was dry and old tasting. I thought maybe just a bad batch. Months later I decided to give them another chance and ordered 6 piece hot wings and small fries and the food was disgusting. It tasted as if it was under the heat lamp for hours. Plus the fact that the small fries was $4.19 was ridiculous. I will not return.

4:40pm rolled into drive thru. Ordered a chicken tender family meal; 16 piece chicken tenders 4 sides. 2 Mashed potatoes with gravy. 1 Coleslaw. 1 Corn Sign said meal came with biscuits. $45.00 something. Can't find receipt, don't recall getting a receipt. Guy in window asked me to pull around to the front and park in either #1 or #2 slot to wait for my order. Both #1 and #2 slots already were occupied. So I took the nearest open slot. A lady came out sorted everyone out and told me she was waiting for the tenders. 20 minutes later she came out said, you never told the window what kind of sauce you wanted. I was never asked that. She said she threw 1 of each in the bag. So I got home about 5:30 but we had to wait awhile before eating. 7:30 my husband says are you hungry? That's when we discovered half of the order was missing. No mash\gravy No coleslaw No biscuits. I called KFC explained what happened. Person I spoke to stated they were short handed and extremely busy. He apologized and asked if we coul maybe come in tomorrow. I said no, my husband will probably be there in just a little bit. But I can't locate the receipt. So no proof. This sucks. $45.00 something for 15 pieces of chicken and a bowl of corn. Suck, suck, suck!

Im so confused. Lady went to take our order and disappeared for a while. When we got our order it was wrong, there was no nuggets in the box, the ones that were in there were BURNT and they didn't charge us for the cake we wanted. They got our drinks wrong as well and the girl taking our order was rude and seemed in a rush but there was no line at all. The only good thing is the older lady (who even seemed tired of everyone working there herself) gave us the cake for free.

The wraps there are very small. Nothing like you see on the screen. Be done in 2-3 bites. If you get anything to drink from here and you didn't make it, if they make it for you make sure the lid is on it correctly. Got to my car and I picked up from top and it spilled everywhere in my car and myself
