Jay Baye here. I stopped by the drive through around noon with my son Jim (short for Jimmy) I ordered around 3 famous bowls, 2 tender fill ups with sides and drinks. The young lady with bangs and polka dot nails working the drive thru was great! She was kind, patient, and quick with our order. Employee of the month?😂😂🤣🤣 Great KFC visit!

Angelina greeted me as soon I came into the store, she had greatly customer service. Definitely coming back to this location!

Annoyed at first, as my order was wrong, but once I brought it to their attention, it was resolved and very apologetic! Still a fan!

Eddie was so courteous and sweet. I had a really bad day and needed to feed a crew of kids. Eddie was awesome at recommending specials and quickly had out food ready. With employees like Eddie providing great service makes this KFC a better than most.

Since visiting our Kentucky Friend Chicken establishment in Manteca, I would like to leave a review detailing our wonderful experience! The Manteca KFC has an appealing aura with modern decor, light fixtures, and seating that reflect the KFC identity! The dining area was extremely clean, organized, and open concept which allows for easy mobility all around the establishment. Cleanliness was phenomenal as workers were wiping down tables regularly after each happy family finished their dining experience! Fresh napkins and a clean soda machine area were also a highlight to our experience! When we first walked in, we were greeted by the establishment owner, Ernesto, who kindly offered us the special for the day which we found affordable and convenient! Once we received our food, we were instantly met with some of the freshest, moist, and flavorful fried chicken we’ve had! It was piping hot (temperature) and perfectly cooked! Same with our sides of mashed potatoes, macaroni, and biscuits! We were also given lots of honey and butter! Our experience was phenomenal as dining gave us a great environment to catch up and spend wonderful quality family time together! Nothing is more important than that. So, thank you KFC for providing a wonderful atmosphere and we will be back soon!

Ever since KFC added (I think it was last year in early 2025) the incredible good deal of 8 pieces (dark meat) of chicken for $10 on Tuesday ($10 Tuesdays promo), I've been coming to KFC a lot. Particularly this KFC in Manteca (by Yosemite and 99). I love my extra crispy KFC and at this price, it's a steal and is much better tasting versus Popeye's and other chicken places like Raising Cane's and Chick-fil-A. The service at this KFC is great, though like any other restaurants, I always double check my order before I leave. Everybody who works there are great and helpful any time I have any issues. Pro tip: Even when it's not Tuesday, the KFC App has lots of deals so use it for the best values.

Ernesto's customer service is excellent. He makes you feel like family. Food is always good and consistent.

My first time at the location. I haven’t received my order but it’s clean and staff is friendly.

The sides for the 2 piece chicken combo are sooo small. The mashed potatoes and the Cole slaw are half size of what used to be.

The chicken was slimey and skin peeled off pretty easily with lots of batter and fat. Mashed potatoes were some what warm. The wings were hot to the taste but, seemed like they sat too long. Meat was shriveled inside. Pot pie was great

The service is very very slow , I just ordered sandwiche and it took over 30mins, and that time it was not busy almost it was empty, I had to go inside to get my order.
