We were driving back to Austin after visiting a nearby farm and decided to stop. Best decision of the day! Food is made to order so it’s hot and fresh. Menu is diverse with something for everyone. Prices are very fair. Most importantly everything was delicious! We’ll definitely be making the drive back to Manor just to come here again.

The Chicken Fried Steak sandwich was very good! I knew getting this sandwich from a food truck would be sublime. They could use some more shade while you wait.

The food was tasty! The cheeseburgers were good, our only complaint was the mac and cheese was not very good sadly. I’m still coming back though; I’m very curious to try their BBQ!

SO TASTY! The smoked brisket was super delicious, and the chicken sandwich was juicy and flavourful! The corn bread, mac and cheese and potato salad, all incredible!!!!! Plus, the banana pudding is out of this world! Best I've ever had!

I love to find hidden gems in small towns and D Chuckwagon is one of them, in Manor,TX. I had the catfish with green's, corn bread, Mac and cheese, and a side of peach cobbler. I've had their burgers and brisket sandwiches too and they were good as well. If you don't mind waiting for some good o' comfort food , this is a spot to hit up.

We almost passed this place up but my husband insisted we try it. Oh my, the food was so good. Down home good food. We had chicken wings, pork tenderloin, burgers, greens, and all of it was good. It’s hard to please a New Orleans girl and I was pleased.

AMAZING!! We got the smoked brisket, fried shrimp and catfish basket, mac n cheese, greens, cornbread, and friend mushrooms...all were sooo tasty. The portion sizes are also very impressive for the price. We will be back many times in the future!

This place is good! My first food truck experience and totally worth it. I've been a repeat customer now, amazing chicken fried steak and delicious burgers and catfish. The Owners are really great people who you can tell have a passion for their food.

So far everything I've had, has great flavor fresh not salty but seasoned well , peach cobbler and banana pudding is a must have if you like more crust in cobbler and more cookie than cream...yummy...friendly folks...in Manor TX, food truck ...don't go if your trying to eat right that day 😋 your be mad at yourself go on a splurge day ...after I tasted it the first time I was hooked. Definitely delicious!!! I was craving brisket and didn’t want to drive to Elgin….I decided to stop by D wagon truck and give it a shot brisket so good very moist…and I love their collard greens..so good! Definitely will go more often ….!!and forget the hustle to drive to Elgin (turkey legs too) ..

Omg when I say this place is good I mean that! Gotta stop in and try the food you will not be disappointed I guarantee that! Friendly service and great atmosphere also! Was not prepared for the chunk of meat lol very good tender and fresh. The peach cobbler is a smaller cup but overall a good portion size and really good. I will Def be coming back to try more things on the menu.

Burgers are always great with the meat very well seasoned and juicy. Wings are always so crunchy with tender meat. Once you take a bite of the crunchy wings, an explosion of flavors bursts into your mouth from the crunchy outer layer to the juicy, tender meat of the chicken; it takes one to a place of comfort, joy, and love. The banana pudding is silky smooth and SO tasty. Best I've ever had! Try this place, you won't regret it. P.s., I gave them a 3 for service because the older gentleman is often grouchy and at times comes across a bit cold, but his wife is always sweet.

Ok ok ok, I literally just got home and started eating I couldn’t even finish my food bc I had to come leave my review.Baaaaabbeeee this is what I’ve been looking for all of my 3yrs in Austin and you mean to tell me I was 16 min away from this place?? Going to pick up my daughter’s cake and was hungry I’m so happy I stopped. They were very helpful with the menu didn’t seem irritated with all of our questions so I will be back Sunday after church! The only thing my friend wants to add is the portions of brisket didn’t seem like much and there wasn’t a home made bbq sauce for it. Other than that HOME RUN.!

Split a double cheeseburger, brisket dinner and pork chops. The cheeseburger was old school and delicious. I would put it up against any burger in Austin. The brisket was very juicy, greens were fantastic and the Mac and cheese was delightful, possibly tops on menu. The pork chop was fried, but not disappointing whatsoever. Finished up with cornbread that was quite moist and was almost like cake. Lastly, had peach cobbler with only complaint being I didn’t order more of it. Had a hint of cloves in it. Prices do not match the posted menu due to Bidenflation, but still an amazing deal. I highly recommend this place! Come out and support your local businesses and avoid chains!

I stand corrected. Anytime someone has asked where to go for food in Manor I’ve said “Austin” I got tired of hearing about the burgers here and not giving it a go so I finally did. That’s literally what happened. I had it daved in my notes. I’m a chef. I’m picky. I was hungry but didn’t expect much. The cheeseburgers and fries were not just the best in Manor but the best. But let’s talk about this Mac and cheese as well. My mom is 91. She no longer cooks and I’ve gone 58 years trying to figure out her macaroni and cheese recipe. She never measured and half remembers how she made it. People rave about my Mac and cheese when I cook it but it’s still not mom’s. I thought I’d never taste it again. Restaurants always have that milky cheese sauce watered down but the reviews here were stellar on this side dish so on a whim I bought some as well as I hadn’t eaten lunch and it was nearing dinner, and we were having a fun porch dinner at home. It was, hands down, just like my mom’s! I’ve never had mac and cheese this rich, cheesy, flavorful and complex at a restaurant no matter how high end. I’ve never been able to recreate the almost lost memory of how it should taste. And here it is in a food truck. Y’all. They were bustling and it wasn’t even yet dinner time. I can see why. Perfect seasoning, on everything, hot and delicious burgers and fries. High quality tender flavorful meat. Melty cheese. Soft buns. Big servings of perfectly just cooked seasoned fries. Fast. Warm and friendly service. Get this lady a brick and mortar. This is by far the best food in town. Yall weren’t lying with all those posts on Facebook that I began to think were friends and couldn’t be THAT good at a food truck on a road in Manor. My apologies. I’ve cooked at home for 3 years because I’ve had a fluke of a great pizza one time at a place that then began undercooking them and I’ve had a great breakfast once at a place that has had meh food and poor service since. Everything else has just been bad until I finally gave in to grabbing food from a food truck. That’s crazy. But boy that’s going to save me some gas money now to Austin. Scratch made side dishes even? Shut up. That’s crazy. The line when I pulled up just past 5 pm now makes sense. Don’t ever change. Don’t ever go the route of the other places buying frozen prebreaded premade Sysco food. This is FINALLY the place I’ll recommend when people ask what’s good in Manor. This needs to be a full restaurant because those lines are only gonna get longer.

We were only 4 minutes away we didn't know it was gone taste this Good, me and my Husband both got a vegetable plate with cornbread. The Collard Greens needed no Hot sauce, pinto beans needed no Sugar, the cabbage didn't taste like wax and the potato salad and sweet potatoes was on point!!! I order cornbread but I forgot to eat it.. I tried to stay till 3pm on Sunday but had to go bk home. We will be coming bk I'm only 3 hrs away.. I was wondering do yall cater? I was warmfully and delightfully welcomed by a gentleman named Daryl. He patiently took my order for myself and family while also giving great genuine suggestions without the peer pressure of selling. I believe the quality of people and quality of product is what puts this place in a category of its own. Food Taste and Quality: 10/10 ( because theres nothing I would change about the burger personally ) Personal Opinion When it comes down to the quality of food Im giving you my judgement based off of freshness of the food and quality of the ingredients. Lets start from top to bottom. Bread/Buns - Amazing not to soft and not to hard . Beef - Juicy , Fresh , Seasoned Cheese - Real cheese - Not the $1 sandwich Heb cheese Lettuce - Fresh chopped Iceberg Tomato - Nice thick cut. Fries - FRESH HOT crinkle cut fries with a beautiful dust of seasoning. I ordered a regular cheese burger all the way. No extras like bacon - avocado - jalepeno etc because I wanted to judge it for how it is without add ons. I hope this post gets this hidden gem some extra love this year. You wont be disappointed! Tonight my Husband and I tried DnB for the first time, I must say 10/10 recommend. Customer service, atmosphere, food was definitely made with love and great taste. We will be back!

Oxtail Dinner 10/10. Highly recommend! I was quite surprised by all the food that came with this. The oxtails were succulent and a nice sized portion (y’all know some places be stingy with the oxtail and gravy lol). In addition, to the rice and gravy you get two other sides, a dessert, cornbread and a drink! Definitely thought I had ordered wrong but nope all came with it. Keep this family in business by showing your support. Love it!

I’m gonna need them to stay open forever! It’s no secret the food in Manor is on the struggle bus. But the folks at Chuckwagon NEVER disappoint. Everything is made to order. So it’s always fresh. The burgers are cooked well and seasoned well. The fried shrimp are seasoned and fried just right. And the chicken sandwich is delicious! If you want consistently good food. Give them a chance!

I Recommend getting the desert. I myself thought both the peach cobbler, and Pudding were good. However the cat fish I had was not fully cooked, it was slimy, not crispy, bland. The Mac and cheese was watery, and white, With grease. Fries are good, wings good but fish no no no no

I have been a regular customer here, but the last two visits, the portion sizes of the sides on the plates has shrunk dramatically. In the past the french fries would fill up the rest of the styrofoam container and if you got Macaroni instead you would get 2 large scoops. Now, they have switch to boxes(which i like)but you get a small-medium bag of french fries that is not filled up all the way and a container for the macaroni that is equivalent to one scoop not two. I understand that cost are going up but it would be better to raise prices than cut the sides on the plates by half.

The sides were good but the meat in both dinners were too salty. The salt overwhelmed the taste. I like salt but I couldn’t eat these. But the veggie sides were good.

Terrible experience. The owner was EXTREMELY rude and I guess he got annoyed with my questions. This was my first time trying this place and I didn’t see a sausage plate on the menu. So like anyone would do I asked. He responded back in a sarcastic way “it’s on the menu.” FYI A SAUSAGE PLATE ISN'T ON THE MENU. My daughter order a brisket sandwich which should be called a fat sandwich. It was more bread and fat than brisket. So much for trying something new. I would’ve felt better if the food was good and the owner was rude . But to receive rude service and have bad food is bad business. I will continue to pass this place with no hesitation. 🙅🏾‍♀️🤮

OMGOSH this is the WORST ever .. we ordered bar-B-Q sandwiches .. the man taking the order was rude .. he told us that if we wanted to know prices, that we would hafta go online. We ordered chopped beef sandwiches and the meat was so hard that it could break teeth .. we literally had to get Windy's and throw this mess away .. very poor choice of dining 👎

Chicken was raw and pink inside and rubbery. I immediately got sick when I told the owners they said food poisoning takes 12 hours and maybe I had something else going on. She offered to make me a new plate that I refused because I couldn’t take a chance of that happening again. Owners were not taking responsibility for their actions
