I eat here after work. My food is always hot and cooked all the way through. I haven't had any issues with them forgetting anything and they always offer very friendly service. 10/10

Rose and I are considered Regulars here because of our frequent visits and we have gotten to know most of the staff on a first name basis especially the store manager Araceli. They are All very Accommodating and friendly!

Best keto option out there. The lettuce wrap burgers are just as delicious as the regular burgers in buns. They have the best drive through service!!!! The staff actually repeats your order to you so you don't have to worry. Fantastic!!!!!!!

I come to this restaurant often, service is always friendly, my sandwich prepared the way I like it(low carb), and great prices. I have to leave a comment about how they handle harder to please difficult people, I deal with the public all the time so I know what it is like, today when I went to this store there was a VERY picky customer ahead of me ,making demands being very hard to deal with, she came back to ask for a wet towel to clean her table HERSELF,anyway they where very sweet to go to her table and make sure it was to her liking. by the way the table was very clean before she went up there. So I have to say everything ended well. they deserve a pay raise.

I have had shaky experiences at a few Carl's Jr's around the area and we all know how how drive-thru employees can be. That being said the drive-thru attendant Ryan is by far the absolute most personable and welcoming employee I have literally ever dealt with at a drive-thru in my life. If Carl's Jr isn't taking notice and making this kid a manager they are making a major mistake. If I owned a restaurant I would headhunt this guy to manage my business. He will go far and he is giving a great experience every time I'm here. A+++ service can't say enough great things.

Switched from McDonald’s over the way they treat their customers. I started going this one in Menifee and they deliver on table service and are very polite and patient. Won’t go back to McDonald’s. Carl’s Jr now has my business.

Went through the drive-through on a Thursday night around 10 PM a super pleasant gentleman name Ryan helped me out! Provided excellent customer service, better than I’ve received at any other fast food chain. ryan deserves recognition, and a raise. I don’t often leave Google reviews, but I had to do one for him. He was great.

my children are not big eaters; the sandwiches are very large at this place. But after finding out about $1 and $2 Burgers they are offering i was pleased. the meal was the perfect size for my children and for my budget. We stayed here for about 2 almost 3 hours period my children enjoyed the outdoor playground area. Seeing them content and knowing that they were in a safe area that I can see make it a great day

There is always a nice woman who greets me when I pull up here in the drive thru. Always happy. Always welcoming. The orders are always right for me. Rarely have they missed something in my bag. Service is not bad. They don't take as long as Jack's or McDonald's. Good tasting food. This will always be my spot.

We have one of the best Carl's Jr's around. 90% of the time the burgers seem like they just came off the grill, not sitting waiting for you to order it. Excellent! And the staff is polite and friendly.

Only reason this place gets 4 stars is because our food was fresh & delicious. However its dirty inside and some of the sodas in the machine were coming out as water. Tables were dirty and so were the floors.

I was disappointed cuz I swear I saw a commercial for Carl's Jr saying they had a famous star fries and a Coke for under $6 and I get there and of course it was more than double than that have no idea how that happened The burger was okay but again very sloppy cuz so much sauce is on it fries just okay after recently going to In-N-Out again I can surely say that it seems worth the money to go to In-N-Out

At first, this Carls Jr was in really, really bad shape. The inside was old and outdated. The paint was old and crusty, even when they did renovations to it on the outside it didn't look all that good. Now it is fully remodeled. The staff is the same nice people and the food is what is expected. Nothing Special. But they try really hard to get attention and I give credit for that.

I love going to Carl's jr. Restaurants, not only because the flavor and quality of food is better than other fast food restaurants, but because of the playground. This specific restaurant, the playground is bad, it's dirty and no shade for the parents specially during this hot season. Inside was clean and food great as usual.

Came in for a quick bite to eat. Got the barbeque chicken sandwich and crosscut fries. My wife got a regular jumbo hamburger. Food came fast and I thought it was a bit too fast and I understood why. The fries were like they used motor oil to cook them in. Dark brown and smelled really harsh. They tasted like you'd imagine a used valve cover gasket would taste like. I promptly returned them to the counter and was offered an exchange (using the same disgusting oil) or get regular fries (apparently from different oil vat). So I got those instead (didn't get reimbursed the difference in price though), not even an apology actually but that's ok. place was nice and clean, smelled okay, not busy so I don't understand the not Changing the oil part. C'mon guys. There's plenty of parking. Well lit and in a decent area. Prices are as Carles Junior always are ... Expensive. At least to me they are. Yeah it's worth going here. Just watch out for dirty old cooking oil.

Drive in speaker and microphone were not functioning and it seemed to take like 15 minutes to convey a simple 2 item order. The posted deals pricing for 2 $ingles is unreasonable, having increased OVER 63% in the last 14 months.

Never order any chicken items in the drive thru they never give it to you so you always have to go back to get it. It has happened more then two times.

The food is always good but the Minute Maid Lite Lemonade is consistently watered down and flavorless. At every Carl's I go to this is the case. The only other diet beverage option is Diet Coke and I'm not a fan. Carl's Jr should put a little effort into their beverage's like Jack in the Box and Wendy's and get one of those 1,000 choice beverage machines.

Oh my goodness!! They have a sidewalk at their drive through window!!! When pulling up to pay staying the same distance from the building all of a sudden I'm scraping my rims!!! Soooo frustrated my rim is destroyed, and the girl says yea there's a curb!!! No it's not a curb it's a huge sidewalk. You literally have to stretch to reach the window to pay/get your food! So mad I went through the drive through only to ruin my rim! Oh and the food! Hockey puck burger and cold fries! Bad day!!

I have been to this location quite a few times and occasionally they would get my order right (Usually if I order one meal). Every time I have gone here to order multiple orders, they have messed up my order some how. Occasionally it is an order of fries missing or they give me two of the same burger when I order two different burgers. I usually don’t like to make a fuss. when it keeps happening, something needs to be said. On this recent trip to this location, not only was I missing fries, they also gave me chicken fingers instead of an avocado bacon burger... I didn’t order chicken fingers at all... Mind you, I paid quite a bit of money for this order. In the past I have gone back to get the things I have paid for. But this time they didn’t give me my receipt and I just didn’t even want to deal with them anymore. So fair warning if you do go here, TRIPLE CHECK your order before pulling away from the window. Don’t want this happening to anyone else

Usually we get hot fresh food. In my recent visit my fries were overcooked and barely warm, the Superstar w/ cheese was also just barely warm, where the cheese wasn't even melted. I will say that in past visits we have received fresh, hot food and great service.

I've been going here every day for over a year. Nice employees and the foods usually decent. The drive thru has had several tree branches hanging from it for over a month now. When you drive thru the branches drag over your entire car like a car wash brush. The owner has been made aware but done nothing. I won't be going here at least until the tree is trimmed. 2 stars for a sorry owner.

The cashiers are very nice and friendly. However, there is no shade in the outdoor seating so the chairs get very hot. There's a hole for an umbrella on the table but no umbrella. The bathrooms were dirty. The handicap stall even had a broom left behind in it. Great service but terrible restaurant.

I always get coupons for Carl's so I go there. It is a hit or miss getting food there. A lot of the times the hamburger' are not good. This last time the hamburger was really bad, cold, bread all squashed and poorly made. Yes you can get discounts but is it worth it?

I haven't had Carl's Jr in a long time. Every time I drive by I get a whiff of the charbroiled smell and decided it was time to try it again after being disappointed some time ago. I made an online order for pick up. There was no line but there were still some major issues. The patties on the burgers were overcooked and cold. The gauc burger didn't have guac on it so I had to go back and ask them to remake it. Even after they remade the burger it was still cold. The people who helped me were fine but the food standards were subpar. I won't return any time soon unless I find out they improved their food standards which is a long shot.

So sad a little more caring of how burrito was made and would have been a big difference. I usually get steak burrito in Perris and they are so yummy there. Will not be going back to menifee, unless more training or new cook.

But I changed the incorrect toppings on one Burger to the other one to make it correct. And I left the second Burger at home for my Wife to add sauce to that was supposed to have Sauce on the side. Since my Wife & Son were very hungry. When I got there, I told a Shift Manager what they did wrong & asked her what she would do about it. But even though I showed her my receipt, she said I needed to bring back both Burgers to do anything about it! So I raised my voice & told her no other fast food restaurant ever asked me for incorrectly made food back. Since they just throw it away. And I said since their app is hard to use & her bad service I would never go there again! As I was leaving, the Restaurant Manager who just started asked me what was wrong. I told her & she offered to remake it then. But I said my family fixed most of their problems already. So I asked her if it can be remade correctly the next time I come in. She said yes & wrote with a Sharpie on my receipt my correct order on it. She offered me a free drink for my almost 50 minutes of wasted time. But I said I was ordering another item that's regular price was more than their largest drink. So I asked if I could get it instead, She said yes & made it. And she apologized about her rude Shift Manager. And I thanked her for her offering to make remake it correctly next time. So they should always answer their phone when they aren't busy, like they weren't then. And all of the Shift Managers should be trained correctly to keep customers happy to keep returning.

Booooo, after paying over $10 for a SMALL meal. I actually had to wait 3 minutes AT THE WINDOW. And for what, you may ask?...for cold fries, a watery fruit punch & sad, thin strips of bacon on my Western BC. Luckily I was STARVING & needed to drink more water anyway. But yeah...1 star.

I ordered the $5.00 Box Meal with the Double Cheese Burger & onion rings, comes with fries, drink & cookie. I asked for Mayo on the bun, no ketchup or mustard. Dumb ass cook scrapes off the ketchup & mustard he put on but does NOT add mayo! Mustard has a distinct taste! Onion rings are the worst I've ever tasted. SO much breading I pulled apart to see if there was even an onion inside!!! Plus they were over cooked. So for $5.00 I get a small drink fries & a cookie. Could my lunch get any worse???

Not once has this place gotten my order correct!! NOT ONCE!! The drive through is the SLOWEST drive thru of all time! I’ve sat there for 45 minutes before, never less than 20 minutes!! I like Carl’s Jr. .... this location, this particular one, sucks! Even after having to repeat my order twice, they still get it wrong! I literally try this place once a year and I’m disappointed every time!

Awful. 9$ for fries that were just thrown into the bag and 5 very thin chicken strips. Never going back to this Carls jr. I understand that it's the same price for every carls jr but at this location you don't get what you pay for.

I was using their Super Star app for an offer which was bogo, Western Bacon Cheeseburger. So upon presenting the coupon on the phone/app screen first, then adding 1 sm. Fries, and one sm. Drink. Which at ANY other fast food place would amount to a combo on the first PAID order since the exact sandwich was ordered. Then anyone anywhere else would expect to pay the combo price and get the one single matching sandwich free. Well they charged sandwich, fries and drink each as separate items. Which made the order for 1 sandwich 1. Sm. Fries, and 1 sm. Drink total 8.97 before tax. The cost for the same 3 items together as a combo is posted on the board as 7.69 before tax. So one is forced to PAY the additional 1.28 before tax. Which stated another way would be get the combo and PAY 1.28 for the FREE matching sandwich. Carl's Jr (CKE) are duping the client base in an unscrupulous way. I'm a senior citizen existing on an extremely tiny retirement hence using any and all forms of money saving coupons and apps. I spoke to the General Manager, who was on duty, about my issue while we were consuming our humble order. She under stood my issue and went on to say that's how they have us enter it in the computer/cash register offering only that excuse and leaving it at that.... ANY GM elsewhere with true customer service concerns would in fact rectify the issue ON THE SPOT! I went over it yet once more to make sure she understood where I the customer was coming from as succinctly as possible. She nodded her head as understanding my position, and verbally repeated the same diatribe about "They" as corporate procedure. Therefore I informed her I'd be performing an internet review in multiple places and also try to get to the corporate customer (dis) service department to discuss the ussue. Still the "General Manager" made no attempt to do yet rectify the issue.... Having discussed it repeatedly and making sure I was understood leads me to this posting. Unfortunate for them, as in my book the 1.28 before taxes overcharge, and failure to act ON THE SPOT, gets them the absolute lowest grade possible! How bout dat CKE!

Can I give less than one star? Got a Super Star with fries to go. I live 2 minutes away. Got home and both burger & fries were cold. Lettuce on the burger was so wilted that I couldn't bite through it - took it off. Had to search for the 2 small pickle slices. Fries were so greasey that my mayo (yes, I eat my fries with mayo) wouldn't adhere. And I paid $11.50 - no drink. Won't ever happen again!!

I have a food allergy and my order was taken accurately. However, when I received my food it contained the very items I specifically asked not to be included. I usually avoid the drive thru knowing that I need to be clearly understood when ordering. I did the same thing this time but ordered to go. Took one bite of my burrito and ended up at the ER all night. If you can't avoid this place then I highly recommend that you inspect your order.

Person taking order kept interupting me. After I paid they asked if I wanted cheese on beyond famous star. Was then asked to pull to front and order would be brought out to me. After I told the person "really what was the point of the drive thru" If I have to pull around and park. As soon as I parked food was brought out literally as I parked. An extra 10 seconds sitting in the drive thru and I would have had my food. Also no reciept was given.

Always check your bag before leaving. Christmas Eve, haven’t had Carl’s Jr in months, was in the area so decided here. Came an hour before closing, about an hour later & 25 miles away. I’m missing two items. Now they’re closed & I’m out $15 because I won’t be able to come back in the area.

Was 2nd car in drive up window. Took 15 minutes to get my order. Ordered the 2 for 2.50 sausage and egg sandwich with cheese for extra 50 cents. It the special in the window folks. Shouldn't be more than a few minutes not 15.

Worse place to eat . Our food and drink had hair and we called the district manager and he was no help at all . He said well what do you want me to do for you ? How does a drink get hair!? We had order fresh patties and everything was cold. The customer service sucks so does the district manager ED!

Place used to be good. Quality went way down, took some of the best food items off the menu and replaced them with items that are no good. They completely forgot multiple items when I ordered from their app and there's no way to refund it. Raising minimum wage just to get worse quality workers is insane

First time I received my order it was really fast and when I got home the burger was really dried second time I went same fast service and I asked was this Patty just grilled and she said yes and same thing when I got home the burger was dried lazy cooks probably have them under a heat lamp and worse the manager lets them

The chicken strips we're TINY, and they didn't put the extra sliders in the bags, even after I specifically asked, before we walked out the door. It was so bad, we will probably not ever go back to that location. Just awful.

I was given an incorrect drive thru order and when I went back to correct my order, l was greeted by what appeared to be a "manager". Upon apologizing, this individual proceeded to charge me for a $2 difference. I wouldn't have had an issue with paying the difference for not the inconvenience of me driving halfway to my house and having to return. Note to "manager", the customer is always correct.

Customers ask for food without certain condiments for a variety of reasons including allergies, etc. But who cares, right? The customer gets what you want them to have, right? What is wrong with you people? Didn't you just get a HUGE raise because you work fast food? I guess that raise doesn't change how you do your jobs or the level of professionalism in which you do it. WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS. And try answering the phone and stop hiding from the poor job and poor customer service you provide.
